My Taobao package came yesterday.... so it was a big day for a couple of these gents.  Upper left, Skadi’s new outfit, sparkly little shoes, and new eyes came... now that her eyes are here, I am rethinking them and I think I want something lighter.  These are super pretty with like shimmering pupils, but she just doesn’t look as smart.  But I love the outfit on her, she’s got shoulders like a football player and super boobs. :

Upper right, Huanjun got a wig... and because Kaito’s new robes came, Huanjun got his hand-me-downs.  Huanjun himself is new (though not from Taobao)... he came from DoA last week.  He was a bit of an impulse purchase because he was very inexpensive and I was fascinated by his head and his SDGr body... and he is real weird looking.  I think he fits the personality I wanted for him  though. (He’s a white F-44 boy on an SDGr body.)

Bottom left, Jielan got this sexy new set of robes and this sleek gorgeous wig.  I’m really loving these lace front wigs. 

Bottom right, Kaito got a new set of robes.  Thy’re gorgeous nad they have many pieces, but the outer robes are so heavy that they kind of keep slipping off.  I had one other lace front wig that was earmarked for him, but I’m a little uncertain about how to get it to sit correctly, so he’s still in this temporary wig.  

I’m waiting on boots for these guys, and one more wig... oh, and poor Ai Lun’s outfit has been in progress for 4 months now. Supposedly it’ll ship to the shopping service this week.  Then she can be lovely too.

In Classic Who, The Master first appeared in the Third Doctor episodes when the Time Lords confined The Doctor to Earth, due to budget issues.  The Doctor became a quasi-James Bond sort of figure: he had gadgets, he used Venusian Aikido, etc.  The Master was, essentially, a classic Bond villain, think like an Ernst Blofeld.

Which brings us to Nu Who Master.  The John Simm Master is a hypermaniac with supernatural abilities who mentally is unstable.  The Michelle Gomez Missy is better, but essentially is a distaff version of Moriarty from Moffat’s Sherlock.  Also, Missy didn’t really seem to have any motivation other than to prove how clever she was, a problem Moffat’s Doctor had as well the longer he was showrunner, and to flirt with/seduce the Doctor.  By appearing as Missy, though, Michelle Gomez essentially cleared the way for Jodi Whitaker to be the Thirteenth Doctor.  (The funny thing is that before Jodi was announced as the Doctor, I thought that Sacha Dhawan would have made an excellent choice for the next Doctor.)

So far, Sacha’s Master has all of the hallmarks of the Classic Master, so I wait with baited breath that they do a better job with his Master than the past two ones.

alright so ive been checking what i can do now to prepare for lughnasad at february 4, and one thing i really wanted to do is music production for me to launch my album soon. but the thing is i cant. i have nowhere to go and people around me make it very uncomfortable for me to scream and shout. good thing is i still have some files of me screaming so i could use that for now and harvest SOME songs (like 5 + the ones i already made). but i have my whole life to do music prod so its not rly a problem, i enjoy writing so im gonna keep writing a lot and dancing and thats what im gonna focus on for now (creative purposes). i have all my little tasks written out and im tracking my habits and activities on my notebook. i still dont know what im gonna do for new moon but im gonna see later what i feel like doing. this week its decrescent moon so im leaving some stuff behind and grounding and i feel very active, weirdly, waning moon always make me feel more active and hypermaniac.

My cranky darling, Ira Zelin, a Hypermaniac Gye-do from 2005. 

He is wearing a brand-new bit of kit from Etsy; navy really is his color. Poor Ira always had wonky ankles, and now his stringing is so old that he can’t stand without assistance. While it is tempting to see about a body upgrade (Luts Senior Delf Type 3 Slender might work), Ira’s Hyperdolly body is beautifully sculpted. The faceup, Brezhnev brows and all, is my work; it might warrant an update at this point. Maybe he should pay a visit to Aganos.
