Designated Villain (Chapter 2) - a Shigaraki x f!Reader fic
You loved BNHA's ending, mostly, but a few weeks after the last chapter is published, you get isekaied into BNHA on the day the story begins. That would be a dream come true, except you ended up in the body of a common criminal, and instead of enjoying life in your favorite fictional world, you find yourself struggling to survive in a world that's much crueler than you ever imagined. Armed with nothing more than BNHA Tumblr brainrot and a highly suspicious iPod Shuffle, you set out to fix the few things that are wrong with BNHA's ending. But as you learn more about the villains you hated and every change you make pushes the plot further off the canon storyline, it's not long before your feelings about the ending start to change. Chapter 2
The noise inside your cell, which you share with five other women, is apocalyptically loud. Two of them are arguing over something, while a third eggs them on, and not only do you not care about whatever they’re fighting over, you need to be well out of the way when the fists start flying. You lie down on your bunk — the bottom bunk, because you’re at the absolute bottom of the pecking order — and stare up at the slats of the bunk above yours. You usually save practicing for quiet time, but you need to get better at remembering under pressure.
You take a deep breath and let it go. “Hi. My name is –”
Your real name gives you seizures if you try to say it, so you’ve been practicing calling yourself the name of the person whose body you stole. You’re practicing everything else, too. Your age is easiest to remember, since you’re twenty, same as you are in your world, and you’re the same height as you were in your world, too, as well as the same weight and the same blood type. Your body is basically identical to the one you have back home. That part is easy to remember. The next part is harder.
Your backstory in this world sucks, and not in the tragic sense. Your parents were dirt-poor drug addicts who took just enough care of you to avoid being reported for neglect, and you didn’t exactly pick up the slack. You were kind of filthy in school. You had bad manners. You made bad choices, but not bad enough that anyone offered to help you. And you didn’t do all that well academically. You can’t tell if the person whose body you live in was smart and just lazy about it, or if you’re trading off the knowledge you brought with you from your world right now. Smart or not, lazy or not, you were on your own by age sixteen. You dropped out of school. Since no one would hire you, you had to find some way to make money.
You aren’t quirkless, but your quirk is stupid — all you can do is generate small bursts of white light, none of which last for longer than three seconds. It’s not useful for anything but making a getaway, which you guess is good for a person who steals for a living. You’re not too good at stealing. You can’t count the number of times you’ve had to temporarily blind a shopkeeper in order to escape with whatever you snatched.
And that’s how you got your real rap sheet — while you’ve got a pile of theft charges that could probably stretch to the moon, your felonies are all for assault, which is what they call using your quirk on somebody in the act of committing a crime or resisting arrest. Nobody’s charged you yet for throwing up a flash in Kamui Woods’s face, but it’s only a matter of time, isn’t it? They’ve held you without charges for a month and a half. Something has to happen soon.
“Talking to yourself, huh?” The newest prisoner in the cell plops down on the end of your bunk without asking permission, and you almost jump out of your skin. “I don’t blame you. Places like this mess with your mind. First time in?”
“Yes,” you say — but that’s not true for the person whose body you’re in. “No. I’ve never been in one this big before.”
“Which ones have you been in?”
You’ve been in jail before, in Aomori and Kurouzu and Oshima and Shiroiwa. The new cellmate shakes her head as you list them off. “That’s nothing compared to this place,” she says. “Prefectural jail is a whole new ballgame. Only place worse is prison. Ever been?”
You shake your head. “What about you?”
“Honey, I’ve been in more times than you can count,” your new cellmate says, and laughs. She extends a hand to shake. “Hiikishi. Nice to meet you.”
That last name rings a faint bell in your head, but not enough to merit notice. You’re too busy trying to remember your own name. You say it, then shake Hiikishi’s hand. “Nice to meet you, too.”
“Now that we’re friends, let me offer you a little piece of advice,” Hiikishi says. She flicks a few strands of her dark auburn hair over her shoulders. “Cut the talking to yourself, and try to look a little meaner. These clowns are nothing, but if you get moved to a tougher cell, you won’t be anything but fresh meat.”
“I’ll keep that in mind.” You sit up, narrowly avoiding banging your head on the bunk above you. “I won’t be here much longer. They’re charging me soon.”
“How long have you been in?” Hiikishi raises her eyebrows. You tell her, and she gives you a sly look. “What did they arrest you for?”
“Skipping a warrant, resisting arrest, unauthorized quirk usage, and assault on the hero who tried to capture me.” Your face burns with shame when you think about it. You were so stupid to run. Why did you have to make things worse for yourself? “That’s pretty bad, right?”
“I’d say yes. You should have been on your way to prison a month ago,” Hiikishi says. Your stomach ties itself in a knot. “Did anything — untoward — happen while they were capturing you?”
Untoward? “They didn’t, like, assault me,” you say, offended. “Heroes don’t do that.”
“Heroes do whatever they want,” Hiikishi says. “What happened?”
“I got knocked out a window,” you say. Hiikishi gestures for you to elaborate. “From four stories up.”
She whistles. “Did somebody see?”
“There was a guy taking pictures.” It clicks for you, suddenly. “They’re worried it’ll come out if I go to trial?”
“Damn right it’ll come out. As soon as you’re formally charged, those pictures will hit the internet,” Hiikishi says. “Nothing matters more to a so-called hero than their reputation, and actually killing criminals — especially little slips of a thing like you — looks bad.”
“I didn’t die, though,” you say. That’s true. You didn’t die. “I guess I came close. And nothing I did to the hero was permanent. So if they’re not going to charge me –”
“They’ll keep you in here as long as possible, to keep you off the street and keep crime down,” Hiikishi says, yawning. “When this place gets overcrowded, like it is right now, they’ll let you out. You’ll be back in soon enough.”
“No, I won’t.” As soon as you’re out of here, you’re getting on the straight and narrow and staying there for the rest of your life. “I’m never coming back here.”
“That’s cute.” Hiikishi pats your leg. “Keep telling yourself that, babe. Now clear out.”
“Huh?”
“I’m a bottom-bunk kind of girl. Get up top.”
Back in your world, when you were still you instead of a stupid, reckless criminal, you’d have demurred by default. Said you were okay, said it was fine. But you’re an opportunist these days, and Hiikishi can absolutely kick your ass if you say no. Bottom bunk to top bunk is a promotion, honestly. You scramble up without another word.
One of the other cellmates notices. “Get down from there. If anybody gets a top bunk, it’s me.”
The urge to back down wells up, but so does frustration, anger. “I’ve been in here longer than you. It’s mine.”
“Oh yeah, you little shit?” The cellmate crosses the cell and starts partway up the ladder. “I’ll drag you down from there, brat. Who do you think you are?”
Somebody who doesn’t want her nose broken, who’s going to climb down in a hurry — but Hiikishi’s words echo in your head. Fresh meat. You hold your ground, and when the cellmate’s head appears over the edge of the bed, you clamp one hand down over her face and throw a flash.
Your flashes aren’t all that bright, but they’re effective at close range. The cellmate yelps and tumbles backwards off the ladder. “I’ve got more where that came from,” you say, trying to sound threatening. “You’ll run out of eyesight way before I run out of these.”
“You wouldn’t.”
“I’ve already got assault convictions,” you say. “Against heroes. You think I care at all about what I do to you?”
The cellmate on the floor is scrubbing at her eyes. The other three exchange glances, and you feel a sick stab of guilt. It doesn’t matter where you sleep. You could have just climbed down — should have just climbed down. Why did you hurt her? Hurting her isn’t the choice a good person makes. It’s the choice of a bad person. A villain. And all it’s done is made you enemies. You’re going to sleep with one eye open tonight.
A hand appears over the edge of the bed and taps your leg. “Nice work,” Hiikishi says. You squeeze your eyes shut.
It’s not a quiet night. A new transport of prisoners has arrived from other towns in the prefecture, and the cell block is noisy and jam-packed, chaotic from when the lights switch off to when they come back on. It’s a mess, but after a month and a half in jail, you know the drill.
Wake-up is half an hour before dawn, so they can herd everybody to the showers in shifts. The showers are communal, which means more people have seen you naked now than you could ever have imagined, even in your worst nightmares. When you tried to keep your towel on, the other inmates stole it. Meals are fed to you in a cafeteria twice per day, and you get a snack midday, like you’re in primary school or something. You get some time in the yard, which is a tiny, narrow box bricked in on either by the men’s wing and the women’s wing, and separated from the rest of the world by a high, electrified fence. Prisoners who behave and who don’t have dangerous quirks get time in the rec room every week, where there’s a TV and a bookshelf with books you can check out — if you behave, and if you don’t have a dangerous quirk.
Your other cellmates are all on notice, but Hiikishi hasn’t had time to get in trouble yet. “I gotta behave while I’m in here,” she says two weeks after she arrives, as the two of you walk to the rec room with the others in your cell block who’ve been approved. “They’ll quit giving me my meds if I don’t.”
“That can’t be right,” you say. Hiikishi gives you a long-suffering look. “It’s medicine. You need it to survive!”
“They don’t think so,” Hiikishi says. You look askance at her. She sighs and lowers her voice — which is pretty low to begin with. “Do I have to spell it out, honey? It’s E.”
E. Estrogen. Hiikishi’s on estrogen? Your surprise must show on your face, because Hiikishi sighs again. “You’re a little slow, huh? Or I pass better than I thought.”
“That one,” you say. Something is pulling hard at the back of your mind, but you can’t think about it right now. You need to be alert, or you might end up micro-aggressing Hiikishi to hell and back. “Sorry. I just — it’s medicine. They don’t get to withhold it if you mess up. They wouldn’t withhold mine.”
You’ve been on anticonvulsants since you were released from the hospital. Nobody wants you to have another seizure, including you, but you don’t need medicine to prevent them. All you have to do is quit trying to tell people about the isekai thing. “You’d be surprised,” Hiikishi says. The two of you have slowed down, enough that a guard gives you a shove and smacks Hiikishi in the hip with the barrel of his gun. “Hey. At least buy me dinner first, or I might have to take that toy away.”
“Nice try. I know how that quirk of yours works. My gun is safe.”
“Sure,” Hiikishi says. She picks up the pace, and as she passes you, you hear her mumble something under her breath. “But you aren’t.”
You don’t know what Hiikishi’s quirk is. It’s easy to tell for most of the inmates because of the different ways the guards handle them, but hers must be something weird. She’s in a mood now, so you give her space in the rec room. She heads for the TV, and you go for the bookshelf, wondering if there’s going to be anything new.
Some of the books are the same as books from your world, but all of those are old — Pride and Prejudice, Dracula, a Shakespeare play here or there, along with a bunch of titles in Japanese you aren’t familiar with. You can read them now, though, and you’ve read a few. Even the old books you’ve never read remind you of home, because they were all written before there were quirks. And because they’re good. Books written after quirks are kind of…boring.
You’ve read a lot of the good ones, but new titles get added every so often, and there’s a new one today. It was originally written in English — you can tell by the author’s name — but someone translated it, and made some edits, based on the title. You crack it open for the publication date: 1906. Perfect. It’s something new to read. It doesn’t matter that the summary makes absolutely no sense. Maybe that’s just the translation.
You check the book out, sit down, and read until the rec period is over. Hiikishi falls into step beside you on the walk back to your cell. “Celebrity Bachelor Japan was boring. He kicked the cutest girl off the show,” she complains. “What have you got there?”
You hold out the book and she inspects the cover. “The Night Land: A Story Retold. What’s it about?”
“It’s a little weird. Not sexy weird,” you clarify when Hiikishi raises her eyebrows. “There’s this guy, and he meets this girl. But then she dies.”
“Sad.”
“Yeah,” you agree. “But then he starts having all these really weird dreams — not sexy dreams — about the future. And the future is –”
You only made it partway into Chapter 2 before rec ended, and the impression you’ve gotten so far is “bad”. But before you can head off Hiikishi’s incoming joke about whether it’s a sexy future, an excruciatingly loud alarm goes off, so loud that you drop the book to cover your ears. It doesn’t help even slightly. You let your hands fall, crouch down, and snatch up the book again. “Fire alarm,” a guard hollers above the noise. “This is not a drill. Follow the evacuation plan –”
What evacuation plan? You’ve been here for a month and a half, and nobody’s ever said anything like that to you — but if there’s a fire, you need to be outside. Hiikishi’s thinking the same way. She grabs your arm, yanks you around, and starts pulling you towards the stairs that lead to ground level.
The two of you aren’t the only ones who’ve had the idea. The staircase is packed with inmates and with guards, so much that it’s difficult to move forward. Going back isn’t an option; more and more people are piling up behind you, all of them shoving hard for the door — which is locked. “Unlock it!” someone screams from the front of the crowd, in a voice that sounds oddly strangled. “Do you want us to die?”
“Fuck this,” someone else snaps. You don’t see what they do, but whatever it is, the door opens onto the rec yard, and people spill forwards in a wave.
You were hoping to find open space, room to breathe, but the rec yard is already crowded. “Shit,” Hiikishi snarls. “Arms up, now!”
You put them up. “Not that far! Like you’re boxing,” Hiikishi orders. You lower them slightly. You’re still holding the book. “Stay on your feet. We have to get to the fence.”
“It’s electric,” you protest. People are pressing in around you on all sides. Hiikishi is shoving and throwing elbows, trying to clear a path to move along the wall. “We’ll get shocked –”
“It’ll be faster than the fire,” Hiikishi says grimly. “Faster than this, too.”
The air around you is hot. You can smell smoke, but worst of all, you can smell sweat. You keep your arms up, but the pressure is increasing against your back, against your sides, even as you try to follow Hiikishi. You’re still moving, however slightly. The woman next to you isn’t moving at all. Her arms are down at her sides, her mouth open. Her gasps for air take on a weird, rusty quality, and a moment later, you hear a dull snap, followed by another. As you watch in horror, the woman’s chest deforms, and she crumples, falling to her knees. People tumble forward into the space she left, and in the second before she disappears entirely, you see someone’s foot come down on her head, crushing it inwards.
You scream. You can’t help it, and soon you’re not the only one. People are screaming all through the yard, women and men, and underneath it all you hear the strange gasps, the dull snaps. People are dying here. People are being crushed to death where they stand, trampled when they fall, and while you’re almost at the edge of the crowd, there’s only unforgiving brick in front of you. If the crowd falls the other way, they’ll crush you against it.
“Come on,” Hiikishi snarls. She grabs you and yanks you up against the wall with a grunt of effort. “The fence is off. You’re gonna clear a path.”
“I can’t make it.” You’re going to die here, burned to death or crushed flat. Why were you even brought to this world? Did you come here just to die horribly? “Even if I could, other people — it would collapse –”
“Fuck them. It’s them or us.” Hiikishi spins you so your back’s to the gate, then plants one hand in the middle of your chest. “I’m picking us.”
You have a split second to protest before you’re thrown backwards with incredible force. Your feet are off the ground, the left side of your body scraped raw against the bricks, and every time you shove past someone, the crowd collapses inwards. Hiikishi is following the path you cleared, and she’s not the only one. How is she throwing you? You come to a stop. She catches up, smacks you in the chest again, and throws you harder. You’re close enough to the gate to hit it at close to full speed, striking so quickly and sharply that the chicken wire bends outwards, then rips free of the frame. Your skin is torn to shreds as Hiikishi’s quirk forces you through the gate, and you skid another twenty feet, hands still up, still holding your stupid book. Maybe you hit your head or something, but it looks like you’re glowing. Glowing pink.
The noise of the crowd is even worse now. When you look back, you can see people pressed against the fence, their bodies deforming just like the woman’s did, but Hiikishi’s forcing herself through the gap you left in the corner of the fence. She’s not the only one. Two more inmates follow her, and then a guard. Before the guard can get to his feet, Hiikishi kicks him in the side of the head, so hard that his helmet flies off and his sunglasses dislodge from his face.
“Teach you to hit me,” she spits. She crouches down and picks up the sunglasses, taking the time to brush them off even as more people struggle to squeeze through the fence. She puts them on, then turns to face you. “What do you think, honey? Are they my color?”
You nod, but your mind’s running a thousand miles a minute, piecing together the details — the pink light that surrounded you, the way she threw you, the auburn hair and the E and the sunglasses. You didn’t notice, because you didn’t pay much attention to the villain-centric chapters and episodes of BNHA, but you should have seen. Not Hiikishi. “Magne?”
“That’s me.” Magne strides past you, looking totally at peace, as if she’s already forgotten the horror unfolding behind the fence. “If you wanted out of here, now’s your chance.”
Escape? You could escape. You’re on the grounds, with no guards. Your clothes are ripped to shreds on one side and you’re missing a shoe, but — “The others,” you say. “We should –”
“You want to go back up to that fence like some hero? Stand there while it falls in on you?” Magne turns, grabs your arm, and hauls you up. “Them or you, babe. Choose you.”
She drops your arm and bolts. You stay frozen for just a few seconds more. You. It has to be you. You turn and run towards the edge of the complex, just like the others who made it through the fence, just like Magne. Just like the other criminals. Just like every other selfish person, who’s leaving so many others to die. The screams and groans fill your ears, the worst sounds you’ve ever heard, and tears sting your eyes even as bile rises in the back of your throat. You have to stop to vomit twice before you clear the edge of the complex. But you don’t turn back.
Tumblr media
The other escapees scatter. You lose track of Magne, and although you want to find her, some instinct left over from the person who was here before tells you that she’s done helping you. It’s time for you to help yourself, and the person who was here before knows how.
She knows where to find clothes, because your jail coveralls stand out like a sore thumb, even in the dark. She knows how to pay for clothes, too, even though you don’t have any money. You end up with a bad taste in your mouth and a long coat, black and hooded, that’s way too big for you but covers your inmate’s clothing completely. That’s a good start. Enough to get you deeper into the city and onto a train. The person who was here before might not have a home address, but she had a home base, and it’s not here.
It’s three hours’ ride on the train. You realize you’re still holding the book from the jail library and tuck it away into the largest pocket of your coat. That gives you the idea to search the other pockets, and you do, coming up with spare change, a couple of receipts, and a set of headphones. The headphones would be great if you had music to listen to, but you don’t. All you have are the sound of screams, echoing through your mind, and the dull snaps of bones breaking burrowing into your ears.
You can’t get what you saw out of your head. No matter what else you try to think about, it’s there, and if you’re able to distract yourself for even a second, it comes right back the instant you let your guard down. You fumble the book back out of your pocket and reopen it to the very beginning, starting with the foreword you skipped. It doesn’t quiet your mind enough, so you give yourself another task – translation into your native language from Japanese, one sentence at a time. It slows you down enough that you don’t faint or vomit, and by the time your train comes to a stop in Niigata, your mind feels focused enough to get yourself back to base.
First stop is a bank of storage lockers in the station. It takes you a second to find the combination in the memories that aren’t yours, but once you get it open, you find a backpack and a duffel bag, both of which you take to the bathroom to sort through in one of the handicapped stalls. As if you needed anything else to feel guilty about. You console yourself with the thought that you’ll be fast and get to work.
There’s clothing in the duffel bag, and shoes, but there’s also a skeletal first aid kit, and a decent amount of money. There’s also some kind of support gear – a pair of goggles and a mask that would cover the lower half of your face, like you’re on Naruto or something. When you dig further through the bag, you find prepackaged food, too. In some ways it reminds you of the things you put in your backpack at school, which your friends used to joke doubled as a starter kit for the apocalypse. You and the person whose place you took have something in common other than your height, age, weight, and blood type: You both like to be prepared for anything.
You can go through the backpack later. You switch out your clothes, grimacing as you reopen every scrape and scratch on your body, and put on the pair of shoes. You think about leaving the coat behind with the coveralls, but you didn’t steal it, you earned it. After what you had to do to earn it, you’re not letting it go. You throw the coveralls in the trash on your way out and pick your way through Niigata’s streets, heading for the bad side of town.
The capsule hotel might have been a nice place once. As it is, your memories tell you that it’s a known way station for people on the wrong side of the law. In spite of that, the cops don’t go in often. They can’t verify exactly who’s in there, and they don’t want any nasty surprises. Maybe that’s why you feel your shoulders relax the instant you step through the door, why you feel safe haggling a little with the person at the front desk, why you believe her, just a little, when she says she’s glad you’re back. She gives you your usual capsule, and you settle in for what’s left of the night.
It takes a little while to get the water running in the shower so you can rinse the dirt out of your scrapes, and the water is freezing-cold and weird-tasting when you let some of it run down your throat. There’s a couple hooking up in the supply closet – a couple, or maybe not – and some part of you is grossed out. The rest of you remembers how you got your coat and spends a little while dry-heaving in the sink.
You swore you wouldn’t commit any more crimes, but since the fire alarm went off at the Shizuoka prefectural jail, you’ve committed half a dozen at least. You might have rented this place legally, and the clothes on your back and the contents of the duffel and backpack might belong to you, but you got the coat through less than legal means. Worse than that, you broke out of jail, and helped other people do it. And now you’re on the run. Even if you never slip up again, you’ll still be carrying every last one of those mistakes, forever.
You’ve ruined everything. Whatever was left of everything to ruin. The person whose place you took did a great job ruining most of it already.
You want to go home. Home where you’re not a criminal, where nobody’s hunting you, where nobody gets crushed to death in a prison yard – home where you’ve got friends and a family and a whole life ahead of you that was starting to look pretty good. Do people who get isekaied ever get to go home? If you landed in the body of someone who died here, did you die in your world, too? Maybe if you figure out why you were brought here, you can fix whatever you’re supposed to fix, and then whatever brought you here will let you go home. But what could you possibly need to fix? There’s nothing wrong with how BNHA ended.
You can’t think about it anymore. You’ll go insane. But even as you curl up inside your capsule, willing your mind to go blank, a plan settles slowly into your head. You need to find out why you were brought here. That’s the most important thing. You can’t find that out if you’re in jail, so the next most important thing is to stay out of jail. No matter what you have to do to make that happen.
You feel a twinge of unease at the thought, but you shove it away. You’re not stupid. You can stay out of jail without committing any more crimes. No matter what the person whose place you took did before, you can still find a way to be good.

My absolute favourite moment in P2 is when we, Artemy Burakh, decided to commit identity theft in a random conversation with a military man. You know, just to fuck with the Bachelor.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
The mental image of an exhausted Artemy arriving at the town hall after a long shift at the hospital to receive his payment in the form of milk bottles, bread, and meat to feed his two kids. Deciding, sure why not, I can commit a minor identity theft today as a little treat.
This hulking surgeon with the most angry face you've ever seen, walking up to you, a fesh military recruit and answering with.
"I'm Daniil Dankovsky, a Bachelor of Medicine."
Blatantly lying in front of the same desk lady who knows him but isn't getting paid enough to deal with this.
The fact Artemy had that phrase memorised and just ready to fire it at any moment on any poor soul.
Daniil introduced himself all the way back in day one, and it was done in such a pretentious annoying way that it became a core memory plaguing Artemy's poor brain. All day long, just the phrase "Daniil Dankovsky, a Bachelor of Medicine" repeating in his brain like a broken record, dealing him 1 psychic dmg each time.
Bonus at the game end when General Block asks Artemy to join and tries to suck up to him by saying how much they need an experienced knowledgeable doctor.
Tumblr media
"Take Dankovsky"
He's so petty, he's not over it even after 12 whole days.

Not a single moment goes by where I don't think about Sampo "volunteering" at Belobog's museum
like, listen... he has the (technically second, since he has 93 points and a random NPC has 94 but still) highest tour duration and the actual highest education value stats but absolutely zero visitor appeal
this means whenever he's uh... "helping out" (aka being forced to work by the Trailblazer) he's constantly side-eyed and sneered at and just generally avoided but when someone accidentally catches wind of how interesting his tour actually is, they can't help but stay and listen as Sampo tells them about the history of, idk, art theft linked to the paintings that are currently displayed on the wall and I feel like they don't even notice for just how long they've listened before Sampo declares the tour's end
or maybe the tours are all equally long so the tour duration stat just states how many hours in a month that character is volunteering - which I'd honestly prefer in that case, since it'd mean Sampo's basically working an entire job at the museum
it's just... aaaaah, it's such a great starting point for an AU
Museum Tourguide!Sampo AU
imagine the Trailblazer hiring both Sampo and Gepard (who btw has the second highest education value out of the non-NPC characters behind Sampo, the second highest appeal at 83 points right behind the Supreme Guardian herself who has 85, but a tour duration of 5) for the art section of the museum
first of all Gepard constantly looks like he's swallowed a lemon when he's catching sight of Sampo just casually working.
secondly, this is a great set-up. not even from a shipping perspective. there'd be an inevitable rivalry of knowledge between the two - imagine they're working five metres apart from each other and when people come to Gepard for questions (let's be real, no-one goes to Mr. Cold Feet for answers), Sampo will just shout it over the heads of the visitors and Gepard, once again, will be livid af. like it's growing into a game of who can answer the fastest and they oftentimes have disputes, since Gepard obviously only knows the official stories and not the dirty bits that Sampo can bring to light.
in any case, apart from the work dynamic with Gepard, Sampo also has to interact with Uldan, this no-nonsense gramps who was instructed by the Trailblazer to "fend off Sampo's wandering fingers" - every time Sampo tries to pickpocket someone, Uldan will play up the senile grandpa act and do a whole bit where he acts like Sampo's his actual (grand)son, making it virtually impossible for Sampo to commit any crimes within his vicinity because Uldan will just scold him super loud, like "I didn't raise you like that, young man!"
and the thing is. Sampo is good at this whole volunteer thing. he excels at it, in fact, and I feel like with every tour he guides he enjoys it more and the people, too, grow to appreciate him more the longer he works at the museum. we all know where this is headed, right? there comes a point in time where Sampo doesn't follow a lead or initiate contact with a potential client and instead heads to the museum to cover a shift. I'm definitely not saying he gives up on his ways entirely but in my mind he inevitably becomes an actual staff member. sooner or later, Uldan's going to ask him to stay permanently and I mean, come on, the angst potential? the questioning of morals and identity? the realization that he wants to work a legitimate job? come oooooon

Les Misérables – Victor Hugo
This book, set in 19th-century France, explores themes such as justice, mercy, sacrifice, and wisdom. It was a novel that I truly enjoyed reading.
The main character, Jean Valjean, is a convict who was sentenced to prison for a minor crime. His crime was stealing a loaf of bread for his starving family when he was young and poor. As a result, he spent 19 years in prison. Upon his release, he is completely rejected by society and struggles to find shelter or work. However, he encounters a kind and just bishop who opens the doors of his church to Jean Valjean. Despite the bishop’s generosity, Jean commits a small theft there. When caught, instead of punishing him, the bishop forgives him with kindness and compassion. This act of mercy changes Jean Valjean’s life completely.
Determined to start anew, he forges a false identity and builds an honest and compassionate life. He establishes a business in a small town, improving the welfare of its people, and is eventually elected mayor. Known as “Monsieur Madeleine,” he becomes a respected and beloved figure. The townspeople even start calling him “Father Madeleine” out of admiration.
One day, without his knowledge, a female worker is dismissed from his factory. Left alone and penniless with her baby, she seeks shelter at an inn and entrusts her child to the owners for a fee. However, these people are greedy and cruel. Unaware of their true nature, the mother, Fantine, sends money for her child, Cosette, every month, struggling to earn it. Instead of caring for Cosette, the innkeepers spend the money on themselves. As Cosette grows up, she is treated as a servant by them while their own children live comfortably.
One day, by sheer coincidence, Fantine meets Father Madeleine and tells him about her difficult situation and her daughter, Cosette. He promises to find Cosette for her, but before he can fulfill his promise, Fantine falls seriously ill and dies. Father Madeleine, feeling responsible for his promise, sets out to find Cosette. However, Inspector Javert, a police officer who has discovered Madeleine’s true identity, is determined to capture him. Jean Valjean is forced to change his identity multiple times.
After a long search, he finally finds Cosette and buys her freedom from the cruel innkeepers. He raises her as his own daughter, and over time, they form a strong father-daughter bond. They move to Paris, where they live happily together, except for the constant fear of being discovered by Javert.
Meanwhile, revolutionary movements rise in France, and Cosette falls in love with a young revolutionary named Marius. Marius is a good and noble man. During the uprising, he is gravely wounded, but Jean Valjean secretly saves him. However, he does not reveal his identity to Marius. Javert witnesses Valjean’s act of heroism and, unable to reconcile his strict sense of justice with Valjean’s goodness, decides to let him go. Unable to bear the conflict within himself, Javert commits suicide.
Jean Valjean allows Cosette to marry Marius and eventually reveals the truth about himself. However, by the time he confesses everything, he is already on his deathbed. Upon learning the truth, Cosette and Marius feel forever grateful to him.
This was one of the most impactful novels I have ever read. The way it deeply explores various emotions gave me a new perspective.

A funny detail about Cloak & Swaggart
Tumblr media
A common misconception spread around regarding the episode "Cloak & Swaggart" is that Rupert is the theft when in actuality- he's isn't. While Rupert is definitely not above such petty actions like thievery. In this case, he's very much innocent.
-OKAY OKAY PUT YOUR TOMATEOS DOWN! I KNOW HE'S BRITISH! Stop booing at me! BUT YOUR HONOUR! My client is innocent of this specific instance.
(Read more below)
Tumblr media
In "Cloak and Swaggart" our favourite Girlboss duo go out partying after Splinter and his boys are off "camping". They are having the time of their lives, simply gals being pals.Yet something disastrous happens on girl's night leading to being the driving force of today's misadventure. Sunita's Brooch is stolen by a mysterious assailant. We know the thief of identity is unknown by judging the shape of their hand.
Tumblr media
One could argue that this was an animation decision made by the team to make the twist a little more fun but this makes no sense from a narrative standpoint. Mr Loose Lips can't be the thief because A) look at his hands B) He isn't a Yokai or a mutant- he's never seen dawning a brooch indicating he may have an alternative form. Rupert can't be the thief because The Pigman has an alibi. This alibi is confirmed by Mr loose lips himself.
Tumblr media
"Look kid, my clients suspect a certain level of discretion. Yea' think I'm just gonna tell yea that the brooch was bought by some big guy with a thick neck and an upturned nose an' paper hat, on his way to channel 6 ln a late-model charcoal grey stretch limousine?" If Rupert was the theft, then why would he bother showing up to Mr loose lips in the first place? it makes no sense. Even if we were to entertain the idea that this was a commission's work- it still wouldn't make sense. Rupert Swaggert in this regard, is innocent. He had no clue that the brooch belonged to someone else upon buying it. Keep in mind, that the British bastard had never met April or Suntia before this.
Tumblr media
This makes the Episode even MORE funnier when you look through his lenses.
He can return to his old career which he suddenly lost due to his mutation. He finally found the means to take back his old life but within ONE DAY- Rupert was harassed by two teenagers, whom he had never met before EVER in his life. (then nearly got eaten by some yanks) From his perspective: He got robbed by some teens- for no reason
Tumblr media
Before I close this off. I worry that some folks take away from the post is me shifting the blame onto April and Suntia which... no, I'm not. They're well within their right to take back a family heirloom which belongs to Sunita. besides They're TEENAGERS. Do you think April gonna go over to a known dangerous mutant and be like "Ermm, can we have that brooch back? " OF COURSE NOT. don't be insane. These girls deserve a crown.
What I'm doing is pointing out the hilarity of this scenario. We are all familiar with who Rupert is. He's an oversized porky jackass that has no problem committing extreme acts for his own benefit. We are SO used to his shittiness that putting "stealing from teenage girls" on his list of crimes wouldn't be out of the question. The only thing is... he didn't commit that here. Dude tried to get his old job back only to have some teenager mess with his life again. he never met them and to his knowledge, the Brooch was something he purchased.
Tumblr media
So the Verdict?
Rupert is innocent in regards to Suntia's stolen brooch
As for everything else? all his other crimes? Guilty. Put this man away your honour.
case closed

dunno if anyone else has thought of this or not, but whatever
Y'know, I don't think akechi was ever a true wildcard.
For one, even after Loki is revealed, he never gains any additional personas, nor does he (to my knowledge) ever even learn about the velvet room.
Something of a theme with our identity theft commiting giant cup is that it's *fake*. It's pretending to be igor, pretending to be helping avoid the ruin that it itself is sending reality hurtling towards, and it's a false god. However it is truly trying to convince those who meet with it that the things are true. Akechi does this too, for most of the game (I don't think I have to go into that lol)
The evil sippy cup is akechi's 'sponsor' I suppose you could say, and is the one who gave him his powers. It makes sense to me, for it to try and use fakery to match the champion real igor chose, and to do that it attempts to make a wild card. However, everything that it does is fake, so how on earth did akechi end up with two personas?
Yaldaboath (I think that's spelled right lol) has been shown in the past, to be capable of splitting something in half, such that its parts can continue to exist, but perhaps always feeling that something is missing, as seen with lavenza and the twins. Iirc, yall'd've also is the one who wiped Morgana's memories
I think that akechi used to just have one persona, which was ripped in half, into robin hood and Loki, and any memories he had of the events were removed.
(also can we talk about how he represents in part, the original demigorgon (not the stranger things one), that has two heads, one representing lies and deception, the other madness and violence?))

Hi! I hope everything is fine with you, I'm sorry that I'm always disappearing, but I promise to improve))) I'm with Hadcanon. Supernatural au, where criminals can be people, or they can be dishonesty. Supernatural crime detectives are coming from Hong Kong. They are looking for a werewolf who can transform into another person and kills his victims. Those into whom the werewolf turned were usually arrested, but after a series of such crimes it became clear that they were also victims. Jian Yuelou is not very happy that his work is being interfered with, but you will not go without an order/although we are talking about Yuelou/ The werewolf has been choosing for a long time who he will turn into and chooses Chen Yuzhi. Who would think of a nice doctor? But Yuzhi has figured out the werewolf and is trying to detain him. Jian Yuelou and Hong Kong detectives see two Chen Yuzhi. Which one of them is real? Everyone proves that he is the original. Jian Yuelou is just asking a question from their past. It could be any question: about their meeting in Hong Kong, how Yuzhi was against using Wang Meng's mother to split him. The werewolf responds as most people think and thinks he has won. But Yuelou shoots the werewolf. The detectives are shocked, to which Jian Yuelou and the police from Jingcheng only grin. After all, Chen Yuzhi behaves quite differently. I want to shock detectives when they find out the correct answer. The werewolf was arrested or killed, at your discretion.
VITA!!! I've missed you and your headcanons! I hope all is well with you! I read the prompt and I feel like it reads more like a "shapeshifter" so I hope it's okay if I go with that
It was one of the odder cases Jiang Yuelou had encountered, a criminal who could shift into another person and commit crimes using their face
It was like identity theft…but worse
He had dealt with a few cases regarding the shapeshifting identity theft that resulted in murder and at first he had no sympathy for them until he realized that after about the third case that anyone could be a victim
Of course, anytime he asked the suspects if they knew what the person looked like…they could never tell him
All they could tell him was that they heard their name being called and when they turned around or looked, all they could see was their face staring back at them and before they could even say something, their face would just…disappear into the crowd
Of course, he and his team weren’t the only ones dealing with this sort of case as when he came into work the next morning, two detectives he had never met were standing in his office beside Bai Jinbo, causing him to frown
“Commissioner?  Who’s this?”
Bai Jinbo looked at him and smiled
“Jiang Yuelou, meet Detectives Han Zhang and Wang Duo.  They’re going to be working with us on a case”
Jiang Yuelou’s eyes widened
“We’re partnering with them?!  But why?!”
Han Zhang cleared his throat
“Commissioner Bai explained to us that you have knowledge on a…shapeshifting killer that’s been terrorizing Jing City, correct?”
Jiang Yuelou crossed his arms
“Yes, why?”
Han Zhang smiled
“Well, your killer actually is from Hong Kong…he evaded us and now has made Jing City his…stomping ground, if you will”
Jiang Yuelou’s eyes widened
“You let the killer slip away and let him come to my city?!  How can you even call yourselves detectives if you can’t even do your job correctly?”
“What about you?!”
Jiang Yuelou looked over at Wang Duo as he took a step forward
“You haven’t caught the bastard either so don’t go talking shit about us when you couldn’t catch him either!”
Jiang Yuelou’s eyes widened and he took a step towards him just as Bai Jinbo stepped in between them
“Alright, alright, enough”
He then looked at Jiang Yuelou
“Jiang Yuelou, they’re our guest, play nice”
Jiang Yuelou growled but took a step back as Bai Jinbo looked at Han Zhang and Wang Duo
“We’re not here to play the blame game, we’re here to catch this killer.  So let’s put aside our differences and catch him, shall we?”
Jiang Yuelou, Han Zheng, and Wang Duo all looked at him before they nodded, Bai Jinbo nodding in reply
“Good.  Now, I will leave you three to discuss the case and no fighting”
Jiang Yuelou, Han Zheng, and Wang Duo all nodded again as Bai Jinbo turned and headed out of the office, the three men watching him leave before Jiang Yuelou turned and looked at the two Hong Kong detectives
“Alright…what’ve you got?”
Over the next few hours, Jiang Yuelou, Han Zheng, and Wang Duo went over all of their cases, trying to see if there were any similarities between their victims but they were coming up with bupkis as there were no correlations between any of the victims, none of them shared the same social circle, some of them weren’t even in the same social class…the attacks were just…random
And that made everything much more difficult
Just then, Song Rong ran into the office, looking at Jiang Yuelou with wide eyes
“Boss”
Jiang Yuelou looked up at him in concern
“Song Rong?  What is it?”
“Dr. Chen’s in trouble”
Jiang Yuelou’s eyes widened and he quickly pushed himself to his feet before he ran over to him, Han Zheng and Wang Duo looking at each other in confusion before they ran after him, all of them heading out of the police department
They then ran to Chen Yuzhi’s clinic, stepping inside to see two Chen Yuzhis, both men turning to look at Jiang Yuelou with wide eyes
“Jiang Yuelou!”
Jiang Yuelou’s eyes widened and he quickly drew his gun, Song Rong, Han Zheng, and Wang Duo doing the same before Jiang Yuelou looked between the two Chen Yuzhis
“Alright, which one of you is the real Dr. Chen?”
Both Chen Yuzhis looked at him
“I am!”
Jiang Yuelou growled softly as one of the Chen Yuzhis shook his head
“Jiang Yuelou.  You know it’s me”
The other Chen Yuzhi shook his head.
“Jiang Yuelou, don’t listen to him, I’m the real one”
Jiang Yuelou shook his head, not sure which one was the real one, before a thought hit him and his eyes widened
“Fine…if one of you is the real Chen Yuzhi…then you’ll know the answer to this question: how did Keying die?”
Both Chen Yuzhis’ eyes widened, as did Song Rong, Han Zhong, and Wang Duo’s, before one Chen Yuzhi looked away and the other shook his head.
“What are you talking about, she’s not dead”
Jiang Yuelou hummed before he looked at the Chen Yuzhi who wasn’t looking at him
“Well?  What’s your answer?”
That Chen Yuzhi was quiet before he turned to look at him, tears in his eyes
“A car explosion”
Jiang Yuelou smiled before he turned and pointed his gun at the other Chen Yuzhi, shooting him between the eyes
As the bullet pierced his skull, the Chen Yuzhi’s eyes widened before he collapsed to the ground, his body doing a final shift to a melting pool of black goo
“Jesus”
While Han Zheng and Wang Duo were examining the pool of goo, Jiang Yuelou walked over to Chen Yuzhi and wrapped him in his arms, pressing a kiss to his temple
“Sorry baby”
Chen Yuzhi sniffled and shook his head
“That was cruel”
Jiang Yuelou nodded
“I know.  I know.  But…I had to”
Chen Yuzhi let out a shuddering breath before he nodded
“I know you did.  But still…it hurt”
Jiang Yuelou smiled sadly and pressed another gentle kiss to his temple before he pulled away and looked at Han Zheng and Wang Duo
“Well, looks like we got our guy…which means you can get out of my city”
Wang Duo and Han Zheng looked at each other before they both held out their hands
“Thanks for your help”
Jiang Yuelou nodded and shook both of their hands before Han Zheng looked at Chen Yuzhi
“That question about your sister…was it true?”
Chen Yuzhi smiled weakly
“Partially”
Wang Duo and Han Zheng frowned
“We don’t…follow”
Chen Yuzhi sighed
“My sister was kidnapped a while back by some drug dealers…and when Jiang Yuelou was trying to bring her home, there was a shooting in the square that forced him to get out of the car and leave my sister behind.  Only we didn’t realize that the girl in the car wasn’t my sister but a doppelganger.  But we didn’t know that and thought that the girl was Keying…and a sniper shot the gas tank of the car and exploded it”
Wang Duo and Han Zheng looked at him in horror
“So…is your sister alive or not?”
Chen Yuzhi laughed and nodded
“My real sister is alive and well…and I actually have to go pick her up from school soon.  But your uh…whatever he was didn’t know that.  Or didn’t know the whole story”
Jiang Yuelou nodded
“Which is why I asked the question.  Because only the real Chen Yuzhi would know the whole story”
Wang Duo and Han Zheng looked at them both in shock before they huffed and cleared their throats
“Um…tell Commissioner Bai goodbye for us”
Jiang Yuelou nodded and watched as they headed out of the clinic before he looked over at Chen Yuzhi
“You okay?”
Chen Yuzhi nodded
“Yeah, yeah I’m fine”
Song Rong then shook his head as he walked over to them
“How did he even find you?”
Chen Yuzhi sighed
“I think I was being watched for a while”
Jiang Yuelou’s eyes widened
“What?!”
He then shook his head
“Why didn’t you tell me?!”
Chen Yuzhi huffed
“Because I couldn’t see him.  I could just feel like someone was watching me…but any time I turned around, I didn’t see anyone.  Until today.  I was working at my desk, the clinic was empty, and then someone called my name.  I looked up and all I could see was my face staring back at me”
He then looked at Jiang Yuelou
“And then I remembered the cases you were working and…I knew it was the guy you were looking for”
He then sighed
“I tried to leave but I grabbed him and then we started fighting…Song Rong saw us thankfully”
Jiang Yuelou hummed and looked over at Song Rong before he clapped him on the arm
“Thanks”
Song Rong nodded
“Of course”
Jiang Yuelou then looked back at Chen Yuzhi and smiled
“You ready to go get Keying?”
Chen Yuzhi nodded
“Yeah”
They then headed over to the door, Song Rong following behind, and stepped out, Jiang Yuelou and Chen Yuzhi heading right while Song Rong headed left back towards the police station
As Jiang Yuelou and Chen Yuzhi made their way to Keying’s school, Jiang Yuelou looked over at Chen Yuzhi before he reached out and slipped an arm around his waist, pulling him close
“I’m just glad you weren’t hurt”
Chen Yuzhi hummed
“Me too”
Jiang Yuelou huffed
“Or that he didn’t try to commit any murders with that pretty face of yours”
Chen Yuzhi laughed before he looked over at him
“Does this look like the face of a killer to you?”
Jiang Yuelou looked back at him before he shook his head
“No.  Which is why I’m glad we got to him in time”
Chen Yuzhi hummed
“I am too…it was weird looking at myself and hearing my own voice”
Jiang Yuelou huffed
“Tell me about it”
He then leaned over and pressed a kiss to his temple, his lips lingering there for a moment before he pulled away and nudged Chen Yuzhi’s head with his
“I’m really glad you’re okay”
Chen Yuzhi smiled and nudged his head in return before he pulled away and looked at him
“Come on, Keying’s waiting for us”
Jiang Yuelou nodded before he and Chen Yuzhi continued towards Keying’s school, Jiang Yuelou’s arm wrapped possessively around Chen Yuzhi’s waist

"Lawrence Hicks: The Financial Literacy Expert Making Credit Suing Accessible for All"
🏆 Introduction: A New Approach to Financial Literacy
When it comes to financial literacy, few people are as passionate and knowledgeable as Lawrence Hicks. His journey from struggling with identity theft to becoming a successful entrepreneur and financial literacy expert is nothing short of inspiring. In this blog post, we explore Lawrence's innovative approach to credit repair, his methods for suing credit bureaus, and how he's making financial knowledge accessible to everyone. 🌍
🚪 Opening the Door to Financial Freedom
Lawrence's journey into financial literacy began with a personal crisis. After falling victim to identity theft, he found himself entangled in a frustrating battle with credit bureaus. But instead of giving up, Lawrence decided to fight back. "I kept sending in letters and doing my research, but nothing was working," he recalled. This frustration led him to explore legal avenues, ultimately discovering that he could sue credit bureaus for defamation of character. This realization was the first step in his journey towards financial freedom—and now, he's helping others do the same. 🔓
🔑 Simplifying Complex Processes: The Power of Education
One of the biggest challenges people face when dealing with credit issues is the complexity of the process. Lawrence's ebook aims to simplify this by breaking down the steps required to sue credit bureaus. "I thought about a simpler process where people don't feel like they have to go over that learning curve," Lawrence explained. By making the process more accessible, he's empowering people to take control of their financial situations and achieve the credit scores they deserve. 📝
📊 Real Results: Turning Knowledge into Action
Lawrence's approach isn't just theoretical—it's proven to work. In one example, he sued TransUnion in small claims court for $4,000 and settled for $2,000, with the credit bureau also removing incorrect inquiries from his report. "Many people have gotten the book and done the same thing," Lawrence said, emphasizing the effectiveness of his methods. This real-world success is what makes Lawrence's work so impactful—he's not just teaching theory; he's providing actionable steps that lead to tangible results. 💵
💡 Empowering Others Through Financial Literacy
Beyond his personal success, Lawrence is dedicated to helping others achieve financial independence. His financial literacy coaching and educational resources are designed to empower people with the knowledge they need to make informed decisions. "I've made it my business to understand literacy and finances beyond a financial advisor," Lawrence said. This commitment to education is at the core of his mission to make financial literacy accessible to everyone. 📚
🎯 Building a Stronger Financial Future
Lawrence's journey is a powerful reminder that financial literacy is the key to long-term success. By taking control of your credit, understanding your rights, and learning how to navigate the complex financial landscape, you can build a stronger, more secure future for yourself and your family. Lawrence's methods are about more than just fixing credit—they're about empowering people to take control of their financial lives and achieve lasting success. 🚀

All for Doe!!
Odd Asks for OCs || ACCEPTING
Thank you so much for the ask, Ladybug!!! I love seizing the moment to talk about my girliepop and I appreciate the ask more than words can express!
🍇: What sort of friend are they? Where are they in the group dynamic?
Dad friend! I went on a tangent about this earlier in my Doe TLB!AU posting but Doe is absolutely a dad friend, not to be confused with a mom friend. Doe cares but emotionally? She's a little on the detached side, she's not capable or not willing to fully engage with the same tenderness of a mom friend, but she's always there. A shoulder to cry on, a person to ask advice from, and a seeming font of advice and tool knowledge, but also sort of, well, uninvolved.
Doe likes to sit back and watch the fireworks rather than throw herself directly in, but her perception is unmatched and while she cherishes her alone time, she loves spending time with her friends so much. She's also the really responsible sort! The kind of friend you're calling first when you have to move, when you're putting together furniture, if your car starts making weird sounds, the lot of it and the person you're incredibly thankful to have when travelling and keeping you safe in uncertain locations, y'know? There's also so much lore you KNOW is there but she doesn't talk about.
🍩: What's a crime your OC is most likely to commit? What's a crime they're most likely to get arrested for?
I MEAN TO BE FAIR, DOE IS COMMITTING CRIMES, Doe's a victim of fate and circumstances but she's not squeaky clean and much of her survival as a homeless run away can be attributed to the crimes she's been committing.
Breaking and entry into vacant properties. Minor theft of items from said vacant properties and summer cabins. Identity fraud. That sort of thing! Doe's Modus Operandi are minor misdemeanors for quick cash and/or a place to sleep for the night, especially if it will keep her warm.
As for getting arrested? Hmmmm. I'd say it'd be for a Breaking and Entering, maybe there's a silent alarm system, she doesn't realize or recognize it in time, and the police catch her in the home tucked away for the night.
In those cases, she'd be held temporarily until she presented an 'I.D', obviously false and they can get in contact with owners. Most times she'll be released the same night, especially when it's passed along that there was no damage and it seemed she was trying to sleep for the night.
🍰: What's something your OC counts as unforgivable?
GOD, it really depends on the Verse! But by and large: not respecting her boundaries and how much she likes to keep her past buried. Trying to force the work to find her name, her family, prying too much into the crimes that made her runaway and the details of how she lived. Pushing her on why she'll sometimes seem so hollow, spacey and disassociated, why she won't let anyone touch her. You get the picture! If she tells you her secrets, feel honored, but it's never a given and if she doesn't tell you on her own: drop it! You're dancing close to the edge and it is VERY easy for Doe to cut a person off entirely!
🍍: Where does your OC feel most comfortable?
Sad answer? No where. Even when Doe's all on her own, alone, safe and in a place she knows and KNOWS is secure, there's this lingering, crawling discomfort that claws its way up her throat and catches her threat. Anticipating the other shoe dropping, an attack, yelling, conflict, anything.

Hello again everyone Because I'm writing a manga for my sister that has previously written OC characters in it. So I will bring it for you guys to read for fun again and we will get to know “Terrorist groups,” or so they are called. “League of Salem” and these are their characters.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Manus
Group leader of the League of Salem He has a body similar to the boss as seen in the picture and also has high attack power that makes him dangerous. Even though he is said to be the "leader" of the confederation, he does nothing but Sitting playing games to kill time and kill those who displease him. Until it was like he was just a name rather than a real person. But it wasn't that he didn't have the ability to plan and play a war of nerves. He personally disliked the Queen's family.
(He is a relative of the Queen like Boss) so he made a plan for Boss Was sent to prison to solve problems. Because the person who is most problematic besides the Boss who is the knight escorting the Crown Princess is the Queen's personal chauffeur who is respected as the Queen's godfather. (I'll talk about the Queen's chauffeur later.) But because of the above, Boss intends to kill Manus no matter what body parts he takes. And it made Manus hate Boss even more.
More importantly, Manus is interested in a 15-16 year old girl and wants her to join him. (You could call him a paedophile. ?) because he considered that the girl who had committed the school shooting that resulted in the deaths of four students and teachers was suitable to join the party. Destroy modern society so that the world descends into chaos because it's too much fun. And I'll write about her later as well. But spoiler first that that OC isn't interested in the offer. What's the reason? I'll write it for you to read later.
Manus' personal cases include Mass murder, Mass Destruction, Terrorism, Kidnapping, Torture, Theft.
Orpheus
The deputy leader of a new group who likes to act mysterious. And he didn't like Manus at first and called the boss a "foolish face." The history of him that I can write for you all to read is this: He has a past related to Asphodel. and hates everything that Asphodel values He felt that the world had abandoned him and had driven him away. So he wanted to destroy it and others to satisfy his own desires.
And although secretive and unsympathetic to his fellow members, he was not unfaithful to his friends and preferred to entice people to work for him without the blood on Orpheus's hands. He also has knowledge about how government intelligence agencies work. and the military are so profound that it can be called If a case were to be committed by League of Salem, how would they cover up the traces so that the CIA or the KGB and MI6 couldn't track them down? Or how to shift the blame to another group
And whether they are the same or other groups as long as they can bring about things Orpheus wanted it and he would use it without any hesitation. and also tricked people in into trusting him While secretly using them as a base to carry out his own plans, he rose to become deputy leader instead. Aspodel who was also sent to prison by Manus to keep his mouth shut. As for what made him want to resent Asphodel, even though Asphodel himself had never met Orpheus before, I'll leave it to you for now. The cases in which Orpheus has a criminal case are as follows: Serial Murder, kidnapping, Torture, Terrorism, Blackmail, Stalking.
Alida Hesfried or B, Miyar's younger sister AKA Bloody Camila.
Because anyone who reads this will already know some of her information. I will not mention it. And I will quote the case that she committed instead and they are as follows: Serial Murder, Stalking, kidnapping, Terrorism, Sexual harassment, Sexual assault, Assault, Identity theft.
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Futel
Futel is another member of the League, but is a low-level villain with only a few crimes and doesn't stand out. He claims that he is. Another “bloodline of a great thief” or a cousin of PT and has the ability to act. High level of lies and disguises and refused to take off his mask for any member to see But let me tell you that Futel was a special agent sent in. (Think of him as the CIA)
Because of his co-workers (Another OC that I will write about in the future as well) was contacted by a VIP (code of information provider to the organization) who would exchange information on terrorist plans for Fuelel's organization. The high-ranking official then sent Futel. A former desk agent who has the ability to infiltrate many underground organizations with his Oscar-level acting skills. (Futel colleague said so He is quite humble.)
Futel now has a third-party mercenary partner from another organization, and they work together to prevent his true identity from being discovered by the Manus that he is a spy. Especially Orpheus, who was very suspicious of Futel to the point where he had trouble breathing. Moreover, and even though he was determined to work to investigate as much information as possible for the safety of the people, To fit the role “The heir to the great thief, Phantom Thief 5.”
So he chose to "flirt" with his colleague "Thistle" because in addition to covering up the story of why He who has ideas and work that is different from other members in  League Salem refused to withdraw. Also really flirted with Thistle because of the famous catchphrase “My family is cursed Therefore, no human being can love us.” And that's right! He didn't lie that he was the "Heir of Phantom Thief", he just changed the truth a little so you can make up your own mind.
Thistle
Thistle was the name he had been given by Asphodel while they were both in the underground human trafficking ring before they escaped together. which for him Asphodel is the first family member and important friend who teaches Thistle about the outside world and humans (he's stuck in a warehouse that human traffickers have been working ever since he can remember until he was 16 years old) after trying to survive on the streets for many years Asphodel also left Thistle.
After Asphodel entrusted him to work with mercenaries in a nearby area. Until he was confident that Thistle could survive without him. Thistle is a mercenary with no special powers. As a result, they were trained to be able to drive combat robots. (My world has robots fighting each other. But the person who can drive must not have special powers. Because they were created to kill people with special powers in past wars) and he became the only driver who studied with "D. Lia", a wartime robot pilot who only survived and He was also the only student to survive her training.
Thistle has become a highly prized mercenary and at the same time, he is not a gentle person and tends to view humans as living beings. Therefore, he doesn't feel anything when Futel "flirts" with him and views it as flirtation. If he's not interested like a male animal, he'll be interested in other people instead. (Which he was wrong.) He was hired by a third organization to help with Futel's work. From a powerful organization that has been dissatisfied with League Salem for quite some time.
Even though he and Asphodel had left each other without Asphodel saying goodbye, But Thistle is never upset and hopes to track down Asphodel one day to thank him for helping him until the last moment. and intended to give away half of the money he had saved while working. He plans to give it to Asphodel to use to treat Asphodel's illness. (Asphodel is currently ill due to his special powers) and Thistle is the only one who knows. Futel is a spy. But he didn't ask the employer if Futel was a CIA agent or not because in his employment contract he wouldn't ask for much customer information.
Well, I hope you guys like it!

#DETECTIVIST : scarred emotionally and physically, lipstick stained teeth, violently independent, unsolved trust issues, recurring nightmares, cracking a glass in one's own hand, emotional meltdown haircuts, no strings attached, repressing as a coping mechanism, ripped stockings, sleeping on the couch, storms named after women, a missing ring, a missing finger, [...]
Tumblr media
TW : parent death, corruption, murder, attempted murder, loss of a finger [...]
-- ABOUT
NAME: Oona Doherty ALIAS: Detective Doherty, Number One, Red, [...] AGE: Thirty-six GENDER: Cis Female SEXUALITY: Bisexual MARITAL STATUS: Divorced
Her ex-husband is currently awaiting trial for identity theft, conspiracy, the murder of two attorneys and two other attempted murders; one on the solicitor general and another on Oona herself.
DOB: December 10th BIRTHPLACE: Dublin, Ireland CURRENT RESIDENCE: London , England ; recently moved to a new apartment right next to Acton Town station. Her humble home is still very much empty. Oona couldn't bring herself to keep anything from her old apartment. OCCUPATION: Detective Constable for the Metropolitan Police
--- APPEARANCE
FACE: Sarah Snook HEIGHT: 5'5" / 1.65 m ETHNICITY: Irish-British HAIR: Light red, thin and wavy though she often straightens it. When long it is usually found tied in a high pony-tail, but nowadays Oona likes to keep it short for the sake of practicality. EYES: Pale blue, sharp and hooded, Oona has no issues with staring and holding another's gaze. She is constantly looking for something, lies, weak spots, details she might want to save for later. Either way, being the target of Oona's attention often feels intimidating. PHYSIQUE: With wide hips and a narrow waist, Oona often struggles with her own femininity, especially in the workplace. She visits the gym often and is clearly in good shape. Her legs are toned and, despite not being particularly tall, the way Oona carries herself makes her seem larger than her most imposing peers.
DISTINCTIVE MARKS: Oona is missing half of her right hand's ring finger and has a large scar on her palm. These are the results of a stabbing attack carried out by Oona's ex-husband. The detective was also left with a gnarly scar across her stomach from that encounter. The flesh right above her bellybutton is a pink and lumpy half-circle; Oona is somewhat self-conscious regarding that particular scar. Most of her skin is also riddled with freckles.
--- PERSONALITY
ALIGNMENT: Neutral Good STRENGTHS: Committed, perceptive, resilient, confident, intelligent, brave, loyal, pragmatic, charismatic, forthright, active, strong-willed, righteous, [...] WEAKNESSES: Sarcastic, passive-aggressive, cold, manipulative, vindictive, suspicious of others, distant, impulsive, snarky, workaholic, haunted, [...]
SKILLS: Fluent in Spanish, some knowledge in the field of psychology, good leadership skills, particularly good with interrogations, excellent cardio levels, can drive a car or a motorcycle, good under pressure, knows her way around firearms, makes a mean martini. HABITS: Smoker, though usually only when under stress. Visits the gym at least three times a week. Drinks quite often and, perhaps, a bit too much.
--- HISTORY
> Born in Dublin, parents divorced when she was only 5. Oona stayed with her mother only for her to pass away two years after in a car accident.
> Oona goes to live with her father in Manchester, England. It's not particularly amazing but it's not bad either. Her father isn't the most expressive/sensitive guy but he tries his best. Oona grows to become a strong but cold teenager.
> Her dad works as a cop. Oona wants to make papa proud and tells him she wants to join the force too. He doesn't seem too happy about it. She gets excellent grades. He'd much prefer if she studied medicine or went into law. Oona doesn't listen.
> Good grades at the police academy. A lot of the old-timers speak highly of her dad. Oona doesn't feel overshadowed at all. In fact, she's proud to be associated with her dad's name. She becomes a member of the force.
> Later in life, after being moved to London and working as an officer, Oona works her way into detective work. She's focused and sharp and intuitive but her father still seems uncomfortable about her working in the same field as him.
> It becomes clear why when in 2017: just after Oona began her work as a detective, news broke out about a huge anti-corruption operation within Manchester's police force. Her father's name was amongst the list of cops who had been taking bribes in order to turn a blind eye on certain white-collar crimes. This broke Oona's heart.
> In comes Xavier, a man Oona fell head over heels for (a rare occurrence). A man's man but with hidden depths and plenty of mystery; he claimed to work overseeing a trucking business. They married after only a few years of dating and everything seemed right. This couldn't be further from the truth.
> Turns out Xavier was actually a murderer who had already taken the life of two attorneys back in 2010 and who had recently attempted to kill the current solicitor general. Oona figured this out and, when trying to confront the love of her life, she got stabbed on her stomach and hand, causing her to lose half of her right hand's ring finger. Her ex-husband is currently awaiting trial and Oona still bares plenty of scars from that relationship (physical and emotional).
> She is currently drowning herself with work, fearing that if she stops for one moment she might actually fall apart or bite someone's head off due to all the pent up anger and disappointment she has for mankind.
--- EXTRAS
INSPIRED BY: Clarice Starling (Silence of the Lambs), Dorothy Lyon (Fargo S5), Cersei Lannister (Game of Thrones), [...] WANTED DYNAMICS: Under co.

Oh the antics if I shoved my dnd character Lotte into BG3.
Rambling under the cut
Lotte in the dnd campaign I introduced her in is a drow martyr that ascended to godhood upon her death and thanks to Time Magic Shenanigans (that fused her essence with a spider and gave her amnesia bad enough she forgot her own name and so the players named her Lotte/Charlotte) she was trapped for an indeterminate amount of time in the Void outside spacetime and when she was dragged back into existence by the players she became a drider-shifting goddess of Fate and Magic that blessed the entire party. Her very essence is tied to the weaving web of magic and spacetime she was pulled through.
Lotte, in BG3, having just been freed from the endless void and with amnesia of who she is and why she exists, not remembering that she is a mortal-turned-goddess, hears one (one) mention of a drow spider goddess called Lolth and goes "Oh, spider goddess? Sign me up I love spiders!" But then quickly learns how Fucked Up Lolth is and is absolutely repulsed and when she enters the Shadow Cursed lands and encounters Karniss that drider man she gets sudden recognition because something in her remembers she's able to turn into a drider. And so she does. And everyone flips their shit about it because holy fucking shit what was that. Sudden flood of memories return to her, most Not Pleasant. And she's PISSED. Now she remembers she had a sister that committed identity theft to impersonate her, and that she was trapped in the void by cultists who used time magic to try and erase her from history and existence.
Ooooh she's ready to destroy the Absolute and while she still doesn't remember she herself is a goddess, the realization that she can shapeshift and control spiders and manipulate the Weave makes her way more formidable. She can pull on the strings and fabric of the weave itself and sew it together, she can summon and compel swarms of spiders to do her bidding, she can share senses with the spiders she controls, she can physically shift into a drider or into a swarm of spiders, she can seamlessly infiltrate Moonrise towers just by shifting into a swarm of spiders then dispersing the many instances of herself to sneak through the creaks and crevices of the complex to spy on everything.
She would save Minthara from death and protect her, and while there are no gods left for Minthara and Lotte does not know she herself is a goddess, she promises Minthara that she will do everything in her power to protect her and help her get revenge on those that hurt her and brainwashed her. She makes Minthara one of her own chosen and favored, though she isn't aware that's what she is doing by making that promise. Minthara finds herself suddenly able to sense and speak with spiders, able to have minor foresight of attacks in battle, and takes an unexpected level in shadow magic sorcery because Lotte gave her the blessing of her spellweaving. Lotte doesn't need or care much about having worshippers or followers, largely because she still doesn't remember she's now divine.
Dame Aylin being the child of a goddess would see Lotte and recognize she's no mere mortal, but can't put her finger quite on what Lotte is. Just that Lotte is a new friend who saved her.
Lotte thinks Gale is funny and loathes Mystra for how she treated him, and again Lotte unknowingly makes someone her favored and gives Gale her blessing of spellweaving which gives him a level in shadow magic sorcerer. So now he can sense and talk to spiders too. Lotte is adamant he refuse to give Mystra the crown of karsus though she doesn't think he should have it either. She personally wants the crown destroyed. Though at endgame when she's got her hands on the crown, she lets an impulse take over, and so she puts the crown on herself. Boom, the memories flood back in, she remembers she IS a goddess, and with that knowledge knows She can remove the netherese orb from Gale, and so she goes to Gale and does just that, and the orb combines with the crown and blasts away what was left of Lotte's own mortality. Karlach and Wyll and Minthara traveled to Avernus together to keep Karlach from dying, and at Withers' party Lotte appears and sees the blueprints they found on how to fix the engine, and with her spellweaving magic and the power of the crown bolstering her god powers, she is able to follow the blueprint and fix Karlach's engine then and there. Which also consequently makes Karlach one of her favored which gives her a surprise level in shadow magic warlock and ability to sense and talk to spiders.
Shadowheart and Lae'Zel are an item and went together to help Orpheus fight Vlaakith and rebel, Astarion killed Cazador but remained spawn, the shadow curse was lifted, Jaheira was able to save Minsc, Wyll became the blade of Avernus, yadda yadda, ultimately Lotte makes all of them her favored to give them the gift of her spellweaving. And then with Withers watching, she removes the crown, and uses the remaining energy of the orb absorbed into it to destroy it entirely.
From one god to another, she nods to Withers, bids everyone farewell, and dissolves into a swarm of spiders that dissipates until they can't find her anymore. Several spiders from the dissolving swarm hitch a ride on each companion to quietly tell them that Lotte will always be with them, that she is always watching, and that they will never have to face their fears alone again. Minthara can see spiders as sacred but no longer out of fear of Lolth, but out of respect for Lotte.
