Hello people! So here's my first post for Tumblr (hooray!) and of course I've gone and added a poll which I have no idea how to remove. I swear, only I could do something like this ':) But, on another note, here is a humanised (do you spell that with a 'z' or an 's'...?) pirate radio, december 2023 risograph printed in bright red and black ink

my final graphic design thesis project from about this time last year! i made a sleeve for a diy vinyl record (track featured by my friend aria @everlastingwife ^_^). this process was so much fun to experiment with!! on my first attempt, i tried to 3d print a record using a 3d model i generated from the wav file. this did not work because i didn't have access to any printers with a fine enough resolution — all of the grooves holding the audio information totally melted. for my second try, i used a subtractive process instead and badgered my department into buying the gakken toy record maker, which was essentially a tiny record lathe. the audio quality was total ass but it worked much better and was playable! lot of trial and error involved but i'm overall very satisfied with the final outcome :-] hope to make some cd mixtapes now that i no longer have access to that little lathe.

Yeah, so I felt like drawing Professor Membrane from Invader Zim.

Although I haven't actually watched the cartoon - I plan to, some day - I have watched Enter the Florpus. That was what introduced me to the series and I have to say, it was pretty good.

So we know he has robot arms, and possibly even robot legs (but is that confirmed? idk, I'm making assumptions here) but I then I thought - why don't we ever see his face? Or even his eyes? So I gave it some thought and voilà, he has a robotic jaw and left eye. His replaced eye isn't too obvious, though, just what look like a few metallic lines close to it, and some visible blue circuitry within the pupil.

Did sharks really do all this to him? Well... maybe just his arms and legs, but the other scars are from experiments gone awry, which I suppose resulted in chemical burns and other such scars. Overall, one would find such marks highly suspicious, hence the Professor's need to cover up.

But then, that's just my headcanon.

had a dream there was another scu knuckles show. but this time it was like, normal. knuckles was friends with kids his age and they went on adventures together and they taught him about how to be a kid. normal show. his friends were two girls: the first one got a lot more screentime up front, and I liked her alright, but I can't remember anything about her. because let me tell you, when victoria here came on screen and was introduced as the one knuckles has potential romantic chemistry with, looking like this:
