#i have adhd#i need either silence or something energetic enough to provide sufficient stimulation#to massage my brain into resting#i cant do calm ambience stuff it’s not enough#god i wish i could i love the idea of it so much#but it just leaves me antsy#metal and edm? honk shnoo honk shnoo#my parents had a classical music cd they used to play to help me sleep#and one of the songs was the hallelujah chorus#and that stuff is NOT chill lmao#so suffice to say i have merely evolved with time lol#adhd#actually adhd#neurodivergent#the only issue is headphones not comfy#bc i am a side sleeper#:(#it’s very sad
