The god of DC spoke directly to me to make this art. I am feral for these two. I will now go scream and cry because this is the best thing I’ve ever created. OG image below cut. :)

Other members of Central city! (By the way I am aware that Helen is a dentist not a doctor and Billy does not live in central but I just gave Helen the doctor archetype from the games make it easier for myself and I really wanted to put Billy in this au(?) of mine but wasn't sure where to put him so I put him here). This is part of a series, my YJ one is here, my batkids ones here and here, my superfam one here and the other central city one here. (lore stuff below the cut)

Max- Max ended up taking in Bart and Thad when they appeared in central, the two boys end up living with him and his daughter Helen.

-Lots of rumours flu around Max long before the twins came into his home. Many people swear max was the electric type gym leader before Jay Garrick, despite all records showing that Jay was the first gym leader to set up in central. However, many elderly resedents of Central City claim to remember Max (or a man looking very similar to him) running the Electric gym when they were children

-Max ended up sending Bart on his Pokémon mission to escape the rumours and scorn of Central. He did attempt to convince Thad to also go on a mission of his own, but Thad refused.

-Max is originally disapproving of the Barts friends when he first met them but slowly warmed up to them (Tim in particular as both he and max are the voice of reason in Barts life) and ends up training the team in how to defeat the electric gym leader.

Helen- Helen runs the Pokecentre in Central city, taking on a nurse Joy role, she is a trained human dentist but when her dental business started to go under she pivoted to Pokémon health

-Helen is also an odd figure in Central city, many people claim she just appeared one day with Max claiming her as her daughter (despite her seeming too old for that), rumours fly about her being a secret wife or Maxs granddaughter, but nothing has been confirmed.

-Helen is overjoyed to see Bart again when he and his team returns to get his electric badge, showering him and his team in food and healing potions.

Thad- Thad helps Helen out with her Pokecentre business, he decided against going out for a Pokémon adventure because he didn't want to deal with all of the people (Barts the extrovert out of the two of them) as well as being worried for Max and Helens wellbeing if both of the twins left the house.

-When Bart and the team comes to visit and defeat the electric gym leader Thad was cold to both his brother and the team, only opening up to his brother when they are alone in their bunk beds at night. The team can hear muffled conversations from the living room but choose not to mention it.

Billy- runs around in the grass, many people attempt to battle him expecting low level Pokémon based on his age. more often than not, Billy wipes the floor with these trainers

-Similar to Thad and Bart no one knows where exactly Billy came from, he talks of living in a city called Fawcet, but that town was abandoned many years before Billy was even born.

-Billy comes and goes from Central, becoming an urban legend in the town

-Jay and Joan had heard of billy and made it their mission to battle him, their paths have not crossed yet but, in Jays words; "Our battle will be legendary"
