The struggle is real friends!! 7 years ago I struggled trying to get a routine after retiring from a great team in the AF. I really wanted to chill and stopped exercising for couple years. Did a few things, went to the gym, paddled a little, still not the total fit I needed. Single Arm Kettlebell Gripsling Thrusters text Single Arm Kettlebell and Gripsling Thrusters Double tap if you dig it! I love to come up with things that challenge my stabilization. Using @Gripsling with a kettlebell and doing single arm thrusters really challenges my stabilizers. The Holding the gripsling itself works my grip strength better than anything I have used in the past. It is an unstable implement to begin with but paired with a kettlebell it becomes WAY unstable! Hand awareness is super important in order to maintain a hold on it. Adding a kettlebell to the mix makes it that much more challenging. Using one arm and keeping my shoulders on a par level with eachother is a challenge that activates my entire midsection in order to maintain spinal alignment with no lateral or andterior/posterior tilt. More gripsling vids to follow. I am in the beginning stages OF #EXPPERIMENTATION. ..I have a lot of work to do with these! Give these a whirl. Tag me if you give these a go.
