A follow forever dedicated to those who've helped me most on Tumblr this year,  overall, and my thoughts and wishes.

Teresa - Oh Teresa. My wonderful Teresa. Swan Queen of the Patrew Band Bus. You're so funny and such a great writer and I really hope to be able to see you sometime. From the moment you followed me, I was in awe that a Gondolier would even take pity on someone as lowly as me in the Dalton fandom. Your wit and intelligence are great, and I am very happy that I made a friend like you. ;)

Margaret - Margaret. You've actually been there for me a few times  when I've lost myself, and I thank you for that. Even though you just sent me a few simple messages, they helped so very much. You're such a beautiful young woman and I hope that you see that as much as I do every day. :)

Jessica - Jessica, you are one of the most amazing people I have ever met, in real life or over the Internet. I've never even seen you in  real life, but your personality shines through with every word you say. You have such talent and grace, and I applaud you for keeping on fighting your demons, be they others or your own mind, every day. I know it's hard, but I know you can do it. You're my inspiration to keep fighting, myself. <3

Gina - I LOVE YOU MORE AND SO MUCH. Seriously, I didn't think that we'd talk that much at first, but you're so cool and funny and WE NEED TO MEET TOO. Your brand of snark is just my type, and I love you for it. Thanks for being such a great person, and keep on telling it like it is. :D

Odalis - I've seen you go through highs and lows, and just wanna tell you that you are an amazing person, a sweet girl, and to keep on pushing every day. I love seeing you on here, and bet you're even better in person. Also I want to hug you. I hope to talk to you more this year. :)

Stephanie - Oh Stephanie. My beautiful, gay-approved Amazon. You're pretty much me if I lived in Texas and had a hot female body. I wish you all the best of luck in your relationship and your life this year. Sometimes you can be afraid to do something, but if you try it can still work out. ;D

George - So, it took pretty much forever for you to follow, and when you finally did I just about did a happy dance in my house. I think I actually did, now that I think about it. YOU WERE JUST SO AMAZING AND I ADMIRED FROM AFAR. Actually, you're a really nice person to everyone, and have been there if I've needed you, and have been a good friend. Hope we can 'dance' to another song sometime. ;3

Michel - Oh my gosh, you're such a funny person. :) You're always so nice and ask me how I'm doing and I appreciate your interest so much. Just as much a Patrew shipper as Teresa, you've always made me feel like I'm doing the right thing with Andrew. I've tried to give some advice to you in return about stuff, and I hope it helps you in this new year as you take big leaps in your life. (:

Phlox - One of my first followers and special musical-theatre followers. :) I miss seeing you on here and wish you were on more when I am. I know we haven't talked much recently, but I love you so much. You're here for support when I need it, and are still my first wifey on here. <3 I hope that we get to share our love of musicals more this year. :D

Andrew - Finally, Andrew. From New York, not my Andrew, you've been a really cool friend. I know we haven't talked as much as we did this summer, but when we do you're always super nice and interested and we can talk about Bare and musicals and it's all good. When we first started talking, it was in French, and about being gay and such. I hope this year is filled good musical opportunities for you and finding happiness over there in NY in what you do. Thanks for sticking around on my blog. :)

I love you all, as my very best friends. There are others as well, but you guys have been around the most to help me, or to inspire me to be better. I hope that you all have an amazing New Year, and wish you all happiness and love in what sometimes seems like a hopeless place. With you guys, anything is possible. :)

I really want to do daily reminders but I am always afraid I'll miss someone.

Like, I'd start with Courtney and Odalis, because they pop up in my ask and make me happy, and for a lot of other reasons I couldn't even begin to express (they're brave, for one).

And then I'd continue with T and Madison and Jessie and Meg because they're amazing in ways that deserve separate posts, and Starkidd would probably be somewhere near the bottom because I'm terrified of him. And Bug, for starting all over, which is a kind of terrifying prospect, and for being so freaking cute all the time, even when horridly sick (which deserves some sort of medal).

Then Malia would be there, because she is so freaking smart, not even book smart because she is that, but deeply intelligent, she knows things and has so many things figured out and it feels like yesterday that we were lazy, sweatpants-wearing seniors.

Then Phantom and Kara because they're fantastic people I don't know too well, but they don't know their own worth sometimes and it makes me sad because they're so very beautiful (inside and out).

And I'd probably end with Julia, because periods freaking suck and guys are stupid.

This is not daily. This is probably a one-time thing because wow, this was longer than I expected, and I still know I've omitted people. But it's a good start.

Moral of the story: there are a lot of people who need love, and a lot of those people are on Tumblr, and sometimes daily reminders are completely unfeasible.

(also I hope this doesn't come off as creepy to people who weren't anticipating to be tagged/don't know me well, sorry guys, that's just who I am, the awkward girl in the corner)

It hadn’t always been so stressful for Stephanie. Before this year, she’d only had to do a few assignments here and there. Maybe one or two projects actually required her to work for over two hours, but for the most part it had been smooth sailing. That is, until the International Baccalaureate program thrust its title in front of every subject she’d ever taken. At that point, life had become a downward spiral of stress and an unending flow of journaling and tests that kept her up until late at night. It was hard being principled and well-balanced when your workload was threatening to send your G.P.A. plummeting down to a 2.0.

            This week had been especially hard on her. She needed to read those six chapters of Biology that she’d procrastinated on, and writing that essay on Frankenstein was proving to be impossible, as she’d not yet gotten past chapter five. The worst part was probably the fact that choir practice had been so intense lately. Every day, right after school, from three to seven, she had barely enough time for sleep, much less work. Her friend Odalis was having similar problems with her church choir, which didn’t meet Tuesday or Thursday, but met until eight every other day of the school week, and from noon until five on Saturdays.

Awkwardly not knowing how to start your IB Musical Investigation so you turn it into a short story that bitches about the IB program and you name your characters after your friends so that they're unique and don't remain nameless.

So anyway, I'm a bit upset at how poorly I'm doing in NaNo, and I'm definitely going to have to cut down on the RPing when I get home so that I can have more time for CATCHING UP. The two main characters are ABOUT TO MEET EACH OTHER and I have to freaking go on VACATION. </whining about things that are ridiculous to whine about>

Let's see. How has my vacation been so far, you ask?

It's been fantastic, I respond. The hotel is nice and I'm wearing shorts and a t-shirt right now and it's amazing. I don't know if it's actually warm enough for shorts and a t-shirt but heck with the law, I do what I want.

Today I'm probably going to go to Titanic: The Experience so that's gonna be cool because I'm really fascinated by the Titanic. 

Okay just looked up the weather, it's like 68 degrees... I deem this, SHORTS AND A T-SHIRT WEATHER!

So tomorrow I'm going to Hogwarts and I'll get my wand and I'm going to eat at the Three Broomsticks and drink Butterbeer and wander through Hogwarts Castle and soar over the Quidditch Pitch and get attacked by dementors and see the spiders in the Forbidden Forest and who even knows what else. And that's exciting.

Um, what else, what else...

I don't know.
