Parents built him with the sole purpose of getting him into 'the business'

They aimed to use him to move out of their lower middle class home and life, and that they did.

By the time he was 3, Harrington already had a resume in the double digits, and at 7 had been nominated for several supporting actor awards for a film, even winning one. Becoming one of the youngest performers ever to do so.

At 9 he was cast in a series, one that would run for several years and see him and his fellow younger cast members growing up on screen. During this time Harrington continued to book roles in movies and guest spots on other series so long as they didn't interfere with the shooting of the series per his contract.

Once he came into his teen years Harrington hit teen heart throb status. Being featured in publications aimed at pre-teens and teens, as well as constantly having content/posts made about them on online social media platforms.

During most of this, starting around the time he was 6, Harrington had become the breadwinner of the family. His parents using the money he earned to originally just pay the bills, but eventually moving on to pay for nearly everything. This included the new car his dad wanted, even though the one he had worked perfectly fine, and vacations that his parents took together without him.

They spent and spent while working their son to the bone, and often lying about when money was being set aside for him. Often saying more than they were and on some occasions not actually setting aside any at all.

At 17 Harrington finally filed to be emancipated from his parents. This resulting in a court case that, like much of his life already, had been heavily publicized and followed on social media.

Harrington quit acting a year later.

He spent the next couple of years laying low and out of the spotlight. Attending university (it was during this time he moved to the DFW/metroplex area) and working 'regular' jobs and for the first time in nearly all his life feeling like he could actually breathe.

It was also during this time that he started attending therapy. Focusing mainly on healing from his childhood, especially everything involving his parents, as well as his relationship with acting.

Over the past couple of years he's been rediscovering his passion and love for performing. Mainly sticking to theatre/stage and often local productions, but has recently started doing more professional work once again. Both on stage and on screen.

Why Stranger Things?

I’ve been an avid ST Fan since the beginning. My old Store Manager and I watched the first episode in the backroom of our store while folding t-shirts and rest was history. Fic-wise, a certain Metalhead Dungeon Master brought me out of a fanfiction posting hiatus and I haven’t looked back since.

What's your favorite ship (platonic or romantic) to create for?

Platonic is always going to be the Hellfire Club boys. I love writing their adventures. Their friendship is epic and deserves to be explored and celebrated. Romantic…EddiexOC or EddiexReader. I mean, I’ve been an xOC girl since my first fandom. xReader is new for me but it’s almost an extension of xOC. I always joke that I’m allowed ONE epic borbo obsession love of my life per decade and I’ll give them one canon pairing but the rest are OCs.

What's your typical writing process like?

I have an idea, I write it down, I get sick of working on a chapter, I don’t edit, I post. (Which is funny because when I beta, I am a lot more detailed. But for my own work I just need it out of my head.) It might not be the best. It could probably read better or have less typos or mistakes. But it’s always from the heart.

How do you come up with your OCs?

I sit there for a long time and figure out how I can put a part of myself into a story. Oops was I not supposed to say that? Sometimes you think of a character that you just can’t help but want to write. But even if they aren’t a manifestation of your physical self or your personality, they almost always end up being an extension of you in some ways, or something you aspire to be. You also need to add some attributes you hate into them, so that they’re not too perfect and you can throttle them around and make them suffer and not feel too bad/let it become a self hatred thing.

What has been your favorite project so far? Why?

Store Manager Verse. (EMxReader) Retail is who I am and who I’ve always been. I had a mall romance irl that went south. So it was a way to rewrite my past with my comfort character…and also give said comfort character a happy ending as well.

What has been your hardest project so far? Why?

As Above, So Below. (EMxOC) It is a passion project, it is a beast, every chapter takes an emotional toll on me and it takes a month—if not more—to recover. But it has been the single most fulfilling project that I’ve worked on in the 20 years I’ve been writing fanfiction. I've been working on it for about 2 years now. 3 more chapters til the end…I’m gonna be very sad when it’s over.

Have you ever had a creative block? How did you get over it?

My brain is just a beehive that I shake every now and again to get the bees angry. Honestly, the bigger block I get into is self-doubt. I have no problem finding the words, it’s the courage to put them to paper I struggle with at times.

Is there a big source of inspiration for you? Books? Art? Games?

Yes all of the above. But in all seriousness, life experience is the best inspiration. There’s only so much research you can do. Truly for me, the canon characters are the source of inspiration. Then I take from things I’ve done, things I’ve read, places I’ve been in order to take an idea to a fully formed plot.

Is there an upcoming project you're particularly excited about?

Eddie Munson Big Bang. I know you’re gonna hear that a lot. I love creating really ambitious AUs and I think this one is really testing my abilities as a writer. It's a crossover fic, in a way, but with a lot of original plot folded in. I hope I do both fandoms/universes justice.

vague plot: it's basically the classic post-canon (or at least post s4), Robin works at Family Video and Nancy totally doesn't keep coming in bc she has a crush, and Steve's being great as per usual helping them out with their gayness. it's nancy pov rn but who knows it might turn into duel bc i like robin's thought process too lol. also multi-chap is sounding more and more appealing but i have no clue what else to write. lots to think about

no clue if this'll ever see sunlight but this might just motivate me to finish it so here's some gay stuff:

“ “I swear to God, Keith makes us stock the top shelf just so he can watch us suffer, he’s weirdly starved for entertainment for a guy who works in a video store-” Robin cuts herself off as her eyes flit up to Nancy, words dying before they reach her parted lips. Robin must be cold if the thermostat’s on this hot, Nancy thinks as her face flushes, beginning to sweat under her top. She wonders, rashly, when the girl would've had time to crank up the heat between now and when Nancy walked in, considering Robin hasn't left her since. 

Maybe I’m running a fever. 

The idea shouldn't sound nearly as appealing as it does. 

Robin coughs slightly, darting her eyes to the side. She pushes the tape across the counter, uncharacteristically quiet as she continues to watch Nancy. 

“Thanks,” Nancy attempts, voice echoing through the silent storeroom. 

“I’m at your service, Wheeler,” Robin says with theatrical arrogance, and Nancy laughs behind her hand at the ridiculousness of it. It reminds her, hilariously, of Steve in his high school days, with Robin puffing up her chest and running a hand through her hair in a hilarious impression of her coworker. But this is infinitely better, she thinks, what with Robin being entirely too genuine– and just plain dorky– to actually be any type of “high school hotshot”. 

Nancy smiles inwardly, spacing out and just reveling in the way she holds Robin’s gaze...

Until she snaps up and realizes with a horrible jolt that she’s been staring directly at Robin in silence for entirely too long, and Robin’s stopped laughing, stopped all together, in her tracks. Robin's eyes have gone wide, locked on Nancy in a way that makes her feel stuck to the carpeted floor, and Robin's cheeks are dusted a pretty pink like she’s just put on blush and oh, no she’s surely embarrassed and Nancy’s gone and fucked everything up–

“Uh-” Nancy grabs the movie hurriedly, suddenly feeling wildly frightened. Robin continues to watch her, blue-gray irises peering at her through lashes that flutter and brush against her cheekbones as she blinks slowly at Nancy. Nancy clears her throat. ”

I have epilepsy, ADHD, severe anxiety, and autism. They make some tasks hard, but writing helps me get through it.

Don't send me any flashing lights or strobes, anything that may strain my eyes, or even those optical illusions. They could hurt me due to my epilepsy.

One of my little typing things is that I put two spaces instead of one after a sentence. I can't really get rid of that, but I try to, so sometimes my paragraphs look weird.

I love writing and will write many things. I am open to some requests, which I will have more details about later.
