my favorite advice i can give to someone trying to manifest is listen to happy music.. like literally… music determines your mental state (if you listen to radiohead on repeat, you’re gonna be sad) take a day, let go of ethel, sad lana, kurt cobain, etc. and listen to people like charli, ariana, addison or whoever like so. obviously you don’t need to raise frequencies and be a hundred positive to get what you want, but this is genuinely the thing that helped me the most and i figured it could help some of you <3

i hate when people talk about shifting and then proceed to refer to this reality as ‘irl’ or ‘original reality.’ babe, if this reality is real to you, guess what?? so is your DR. everywhere you shift is real. also you have no original reality and if you did, it sure as hell ain’t this one. you’re constantly shifting even if you don’t realize it. using phrases like these is honestly harmful.
