I have never been happier to have found that short piece from a scrapped Grindeldore fic because now I can also use a Grindeldore idea that has been rotting my brain for months but having no idea how to add it to fanfic. But now I do so I can rejoice.

I know you’re just mad that you don’t have a house, but bro we can go build you one. We can—we can even make it out of something better than dirt, alright?”’
Ta da! I made some art for the collaborative work, Crow’s Nest, we essentially wrote in a month, which is by far, my most diverse in content and longest fic. Thought it needed some like cool title art, since it’s basically the length of a book lol. (See below for symbolism and stuff)
- it’s kind of a combination of some main elements and themes from the fic: Steve (clearly the main character lol XD), tea, the broken teacups, Techno’s house… the stained floor
- the green tea cup represents Dream and well his broken state after prison, while the pink tinted glue represents Techno helping Dream heal and putting him back together.
- and obviously, a crow for the title and poem the chapters are named after.
- and despite my efforts, Tumblr has kinda ruined my quality, so here’s a zoomed in picture of the tea tag I made, which has the title of the fic and our names on it. :)

#aka filet crochet that took me 9 months to complete#this is not new he has been in the closet for about four years. hes auite heavy as well so ive not worn him very often.#anyway to me he's not really a scarf he's just a big old rectangle to me#and the blocking on this is actually sooo bad bc as u may be able to tell that thing is gigantic and i ran out of black thread and the stor#where i bought it way on summer break so i bought black thread somewhere else and i thought it was the same yarn weight but it was ever so#slightly thicker so the last ~10 rows are really wavy. thats issue no 1 the second problem with the hugeness was that i just had nowhere i#could block it on so i mcgyvered a solution which was a wool blanket tucked over my sheets and i blocked it on there and i wore my#bathing suit to sit on it to block bc it didnt work any other way. and then come night time of course it was still wet (even tho i pointed#blowdryer at it for so long that the blowdryer switched off by itself due some child safety mechanism) and i had to take it off my bed so i#could sleep on it. so yes the blocking is a bit wonky#crochet#mine

Transitioning has been taking a huge toll on my mental health, therefore today I will have to go the opposite direction and give femcr.

i need to opt out of breathing.
#went three days without an asthma attack and now i have a bad one because of some flowers my mom got 😫#now i have to feel like an asshole to ask her to get rid of them even though i know she won't really care#it's literally 6 flowers why is my body like this#i was having zero asthma issues for MONTHS until three weeks ago and now i cant do fucking anything#and i dont want to have to go on steroids all summer but man shit's bad#it's also just one of those things that i dont have the type of asthma that would put my life in danger#but it just feels like ive just run a mile. constantly. short of breath. im exhausted. my heart is racing#which then like. reverse psychosomatic illness. i have all the physical symptoms of anxiety/panic attack so then it makes me anxious#which makes everything worse and i get stuck in a loop#all because i smelled some fucking flowers#free me from this prison#anyways sorry for the continued chronic illness venting#but i was JUST starting to feel better and not have to walk on eggshells around anything that could be a trigger#and now back to our regularly scheduled programming#personal#vent

Still debating about like allowing other people into the game discord or how early#in the process one should do that.. but social things are just so difficult for me lol.. I shall always suffer for my lack of networking an#self promotion skills. 4 - I was forced to get a new phone a few months ago because my beloved phone of like 10 years finally#broke too much. and I always like to go through the emojis and make a little memo with all my favorites. yaay little pictures of things.#5 - I FINALLY finished all the dictionary entries for the game (which has a little dictionary feature in the player's journal to note#any specific terms and keep track of them (like what 'jhevona' or 'avirre'thel' means. or to remember that the world is called Nanyevimi#and the country they're in is Asen. etc. etc.)). There are 75 defined terms so far and it took me a while to do so out of curiosity I put#all the text into a wordcounter thing and lol.. 8000 words isnt that much I guess but the 30 minute reading time is funny to me. 30 minutes#for my little tiny dictionary panel in my quaint little casual visual novel which is not even lore heavy at all. hee hee (though that's mor#like a minute here and there since obv people are not unlocking every term all at once. you complete the dictionary as you talk to people#and hear them mention new concepts over time.).. ANYWAY..#6 - a very soft and beautiful stuffed animal that I did not buy but wanted to at least document their charm.#7 - stimky boye waiting in front of his favorite straw meowring screaming for someone to play with him (he likes to chase the#straw around). 8 - matcha bubble tea my beloved. 9 & 10 & 11 - some cool flowers I saw. also featuring one of my favorites (columbines!)#Anyhow.. as mentioned in the other photo diary post.. I have just been packing and writing mostly.. The evil summer is coming of course#which me and my health issues always dread. Good news though is I finally got my passport in the mail! >:3 huzzah. Now I just need to find#some fellow aromantic asexual living outside the US willing to take one for the team and fake a marriage with me so I can get the#hell out of the country UwU (<joking) (...mostly... as in - definitely NOT my main goal. but if a viable opportunity presented itself I#would of course give it consideration lol). I know that's already highly regulated but I wonder if it's something that will become even mor#locked down as people hunt for any opportunity to flee. People are out here searching for any loophole. Frantically researching their#entire family tree seeing if there's any chance for a citizenship by descent in whatever place will take them. etc. etc. lol#So I wonder if such marriages are a thing that will come up more often. hmm.. ANYWAY..#I have almost all of my stuff packed even though I don't move until another 1-2 months. But that's the point is to have it all sorted early#in the last remaining scraps of ''cooler'' weather so that then I can just relax up until then. I'm going to try doing another scrapbook#/sketchbook this summer as a Mood Boosting effort. Just to find little things to help with the situational political existential dread and#climate woes. So on days it's too hot to function I can just glue little things to pages and doodle lol.. hopefully.. slowly getting things#off my to do list.. #its not even that serious its just paying for school stuff but. ough.#i have big issues about feeling 'worth it' to my family so any time i have to approach my mom and ask her to fork up money that my loans#dont cover i feel like Dog Shit. like she always finds it#and she doesnt mind it. and has stressed in the past that its fine and she isnt mad and she just wants me to tell her#but im Bad At Things so i always end up waiting and feeling like Shit#oughhhh#plus i dont wanna do it over the phone but also cant get home to do it in person without her help either#and i always feel like im ruining her day and oughhh#it is not good. 0 stars. ill probably talk to her about it tomorrow because yeah but#good GOD#so yeah im gonna work on getting employment not even for a sense of freedom but just so i dont feel gross all the time#like even if i make 1k a month living at home over the summer. thats pretty much enough to cover what my loans and scholarships dont#literally thats not even enough for taxes to be involved or whatever#anyway. the human spirit is indominable#i had a little cry over it all and im feeling better#im gonna draw some hot man legs. and get ready for dnd tomorrow#and its gonna be fine. i know it will#the plot twist is i went into psychology to help OTHERS but in reality im learning how to help ME
