one of my irl best friends has been fighting cancer since 2023 and they're doing a benefit for her in october and they just posted an update and it's gotten so bad that she's coming home on hospice 😭 she lost her mom to breast cancer and her dad was killed by a texting driver, so it's been just her and her sister for so long. they found out a few years ago that her husband has huntingtons but isn't showing symptoms yet, but jesus christ i can't think of anyone less deserving of all this pain and struggle. my heart is broken.

I wonder if Tadg ever dislikes his beasts? Because I'm sure he probably had what beasts he wanted to bond with, since he grew up in the Wilderlands and his dad wrote a book about them, but he never got the chance to bond with the beasts he wanted to because Mar-Mar and Toadles bonded with him. Not only that, but when they bonded with him when he was upset, when his dad died and when he was looking for something in his destroyed childhood home, it wouldn't be associated with any good memories.
