Fic Feature Friday. (It's still Friday in some of the US.). This story is about Gollum deciding to not be evil, to help the Quest. He is the one to throw the One Ring into the lava, to keep Sauron from getting it. He survives. And now he he lives in Minas Tirith, and he has to figure out how to be — normal. If he can be. Excellent fic.

Say pal, I think someone’s watching you…

I couldn’t decide which I liked more because there’s something very charming about the iris-and-pupil-less Don’t Starve artstyle but I wondered how it would look with proper eyes and then I got into shading and yeah. Like ya do.

I did the DS artstyle specifically to avoid trying to figure his legs out and they still gave me trouble, go figure. But this was fun and I adore this character and part of me wants to fiddle more with the background but like, if I do, I’ll be here forever.
