ROMANS 12:21 - Do not be overcome by evil, but overcome evil with good. Hi my name is Cloud and I like to torture my characters mentally and emotionally through fanfiction and art I looked up 12:21 (my birthday) and found this bible verse and it could not be more true for Jack here. OKAY so this was really fun to do and I'm actually content with it! I started yesterday and finished today, with a total amount of work time being three hours. I am a really big symbolism person. The "shadow figure" I guess you can call it on the right side is Jack's 'blurryface'/ripper, the evil side of him. You may notice that on both sides, the opposing color has flooded in, which fits with the "overcome evil with good" thing. And thank god for using my actual sketchbook. The dividing line in the middle was kinda helpful. can you figure out all the twenty one pilots references?

Imagine Jack and Piper Doing These Things

• Jack getting drunk and Piper having to drag him home while he makes inappropriate jokes and ridiculous puns

• Piper getting drunk and Jack carries her home over his shoulder while she shouts nonsense about The Institute, McDonough, etc.

• Jack helping Piper with writing articles

• Piper and Jack KICKING ASS and being like a tag team when in hand to hand combat

• Nat ALWAYS interrupting sweet moments

• The two fixing the printing press whenever it breaks down

• Late night ramblings

• Jack drawing portraits of Piper whenever he gets the chance

• Lots of goddamn teasing

• Piper always running her fingers through Jack’s hair

• Piper’s eyes lighting up every time they kiss

• One glancing at the other for a few seconds before looking down and smiling

• Shaun, Nat, Piper and Jack as a family

• Building houses in the various settlements together

• Piper and Jack’s hands slowly intertwining without either of them realizing until they’re completely twined together

• Jack stealing her hat all the time and occasionally changing the tag to “CUTE” and Piper falls for it every time

• Oddly enough, Piper teaching Jack how to slow dance because he is rusty

• Piper dying inside in a good way whenever he is in his tank top or without a shirt

• Piper holding on tightly to both of his hands while he’s having a panic attack

• Piper tracing his scars with her fingers

• FOREHEAD TOUCHING AND NECK HOLDING, LOTS OF IT

• Surprise hugs

• Jack literally picking her up, earning a squeal from Piper

• Jack brushing Piper’s hair behind her ear

Definitely Do Not Imagine Piper and Jack in These Situations EVER PLEASE

(for reference, chapters 30-35 of Purple will be referred to as the separation. and also these are going to be during that time period) • Whenever Atom Bomb Baby comes on the radio Piper can't listen to the entire song without crying/almost crying during the separation (same with their other songs) • Jack dreams about being with Piper (when he actually does sleep) and then wakes up disappointed and upset • Piper and this song: https://youtu.be/7drktuNiCKA • Piper having to give Nat more hugs because she misses the feeling • A certain smell reminds them of each other and they can't help but break down a little bit • Jack actually SHEDDING TEARS over it • Piper goes a little insane in a very mild way • Jack starts taking mentats again but stops himself from getting re-addicted • Lots of nights spent in corners with multiple bottles of whiskey and drunken crying • Shortly after the separation, Piper has to keep a close eye on Jack for obvious reasons • Jack being more closed off about his pain of the two being "broken up" and not expressing a lot • Piper being the absolute opposite; she cannot control her emotions to save her life and often times has to excuse herself from public areas to stop herself from breaking down and resorting to being a mess in public • Dogmeat is Jack's messenger; he writes anonymous letters to Piper and sometimes just sends her song lyrics. Dogmeat takes the letters to her • Jack cannot sleep without Piper next to him and it's rare that he does get any sleep during the separation • Fuckin Hallucinogenic Nora visits Jack often and tries to get him to return to Piper • Piper won't tell Nat what's wrong, even when she finds Piper in her bed quietly sobbing • Jack can't even look at his M1 Garand without feeling depressed (her name is carved into it with a heart around it)
