All of my Ninjago AUs because I am insane & autistic + it's fun

(disclaimer, a vast majority of these focus on cole brookstone because favouritism bias)

My Nonexistant Friend - Ghost!Cole AU where Day of the Departed...did not end so well. He's trapped in the Airjitzu Temple and is effectivly erased from existance. He suffers in nonexistant puragtory for 300 years until Lloyd's future students move in and the Master of Earth of this new era befriends the ghost. Fluff, feels & the power of friendship ensue

Perma Ghost - Ninjago but Cole remains a ghost. To prevent him from fading he anchors himself to friendship bracelets all the ninja + Wu & Pixal wear. He can't stray to far from anyone wearing a friendship bracelet but he doesn't mind he's always with a friend.

Curseworlds - Possession bad end, heavily inspired by The Star from Fionna & Cake. The Preeminent has won and has cursed all the realms and ghosts torment the remaining living souls. A small faction of survivors is fighting to take out the Queen of the Cursed, but it's very difficult with her two princes causing havoc. Anyone order evil Sandstorm?

Reverse - An alt Ninjago where Wu was bit by the Great Devourer instead of Garmadon. Wu becomes an evil dictator, Ninjago is in a lawless era, the og ninja are all traumatised child soldiers made to do Wu's bidding, Garmadon and a few familiar faces are fighting back.

Genderswap - As it says, everyone is genderswapped. But it's like Fionna & Cake where some stuff is different because of the swapped genders.

Elemental Anacondrai - Chen decides to be extra twisted and mark all the loosers of the Tournament with the Anacondrai Mark as a sign of ownership. When the cult is transformed into Anacondrai, they too. So for the last two episodes of ToE, Skylor, Karlof, Gravis, Bolobo, Ash, Cole, Jacob, Chamile & Tox are turned into Anacondrai.

Constrictai!Cole - Cole isn't dehypnotised at the end of Home and is taken prisoner by the Hypnobrai. When the Fangpyre are free and team up with the Hypnobrai, Skales has them turn Cole into a Serpentine. He ends up a Constrictai. The ninja end up rescueing him durring Can of Worms, remove the hypnotism with some anti-venom tea, and now Cole must adjust to his new reptilian body. Lots of Glacier

Lost But Never Found - AU where Cole ends up in the Land of Lost things after running away from his school. He becomes a Finder and is living his best life with his new found family. Sora also ends up there after running away and Cole adopts her

Vampire!Cole - Cole ends up becoming a vampire after getting attacked by one. Lots of hyjinks & vampire hunting (hunting other vampires, not Cole)

Wu Adopts Cole - Wu finds Cole a lot earlier then canon, at 10 years old. He's an orphan, his mum passed from illness and his dad drank himself to death. Wu raises Cole, trains him in his Elemental Power, very wholesome Dad Wu stuff.

Amphibijago - Ninjago + Amphibia crossover. Cole, Kai and Jay take the places of the Calamity Girls and end up in Amphibia. Cole ends up with the frogs, Kai ends up with the toads, Jay ends up with the newts. What could go wrong

The Oni House - Ninjago + The Owl House, basically the Owl House but with Ninjago characters. Cole is a troubled teen about to be sent off to a performing arts boarding school when he ends up in a realm of witches, demons and magic after wandering through a portal. There he meets Lord Garmadon, the most powerful witch on the Boiling Isles and his baby dragon demon Rocky. Lava time

Ninja in Eorzea - Ninjago + FFXIV. The ninja play the criticly acclaimed MMORPG Final Fantasy XIV with an extended free trail with unlimited playtime that allows them to play the award winning expansions Heavensward and Stormblood, and they get suckef in...litterally like Prime Empire.

Miraculous: Tales of Firefly & Charcole Cat - Ninjago + Miraculous. Ninjago City is being ravaged by supervillains created by someone known as the Dark Lord. But new heros have arisen, known as Firefly & Charcole Cat, ready to protect the city from the Dark Lord while trying to balance school & dating. HONEYCOMB MY OTP

Age of Elements - My original Ninjago story set 300 years after canon. Lloyd is training 7 new ninja, the Elemental Masters of Fire, Earth, Wind, Nature, Water, Lightning and Ice to protect the world because a prophetic vision of the furure said so. He's trying his best to make sure they aren't super traumatised by having them keep their ninja identity a secret, not keeping secrets about the FSM family lore, having them go to school, but trauma as a Ninja is a canon event. Got 18 seasons planned and counting

last song: Crystal City by Junko Ohashi (I've had a big City Pop phase again for the past week)

favorite color: Blue, many different shades and hues of it. I particularly like blues that look like they feel soft if touched

last book: I've been slower with reading than I'd like to be, but my last book I finished was Iron Widow by Xiran Jay Zhou. Really, really nice sci-fi book I thoroughly enjoyed. Currently reading The Song of Achilles by Madeline Miller. I have been told it is tragic and heartbreaking and I am prepared to cry my heart out

last movie: Good question, since I don't really watch many movies. Last one I remember is Jackie Brown, as my partner really wanted me to give it a try. Overall good film I'd say, though the first half was a bit slow for me. It felt good to break up into halves to watch, I am glad I watched it however

last tv show: I'll list out the last couple for me, since some I'm in progress

Yu Yu Hakusho -- I watched this a bit as a kid but not start to finish, and got to finish it recently. Overall good show for it's time! I found parts of it were incredibly heartfelt and well-written, and on the other hand I see why this show has a reputation for being formative in "tournament arc" tropes in anime moving forward, along with DBZ.

Great British Baking Show -- It's a nice comfort show that I find relaxing/soothing to watch as seasons come out, only started watching it last year, but I caught up pretty quickly. It's quite inspiring to watch!

Extraordinary Attorney Woo -- My current main watch. A K-Drama centering an autistic woman named Woo Young-woo who is the first autistic person to become a practicing attorney, in her journey to be an earnest attorney for people due to her love of the law, while learning from her fumbles. It also has a slow burn romance like other stuff in this genre lmao

Kisaragi: Love is War -- One of the shows I'm watching with my partner, overall funny take on the slow burn romance anime trope. I think really well written and good comedic timing

Steven Universe -- (Disclaimer: this is maybe my 4th or 5th time watching) I'm watching this both with my partner following one pace (because he hasn't seen it before) and with some other friends of mine at a different pace because *they* haven't seen it before (can you tell I love this show lmao)

sweet/spicy/savory: Sweet > Savory > Spicy. A slut for sweet things, bonus if you can make something savory also sweet. I can enjoy spicy things (cool > hot spices), a good deal of cool spices, only smaller amounts of hot spices.

last thing I searched for online: A handful of items I was having trouble finding in person in stores, like vacuum bags, small lights to have me look brighter for work on camera, and phone charging cables

current obsession: In gaming, Warframe has really been it for me. It's a game I pick up here and there, though I've been more consistent in playing as of recent. It's a nice side game to FFXIV, since achievement hunting in that game has me running out of steam if I'm doing anything independently as of late. Otherwise, I have been trying to push myself into writing more often, because I want to work on having more creative outlets as I believe it'll be good for me. That is split between writing poetry, and starting to do some lore writing for my WoL (the latter I haven't really had much experience in).

looking forward to: Time off from work dude lmao. Planning out some vacations with my partner to see family/have friends visit, and otherwise other pending plans I have to spend time with friends in general!

Hiya, I'm here with games: Cogmind, an incredibly polished classic roguelike about a robotic complex, complete with political tensions, close calls and awesome explosions, available on the developer's website as well so Valve doesn't get a cut; Duskers, a... thing idk, you control a fleet of drones to scavenge ships while trying to figure out what has happened, very cool atmosphere; Rabbit and Steel, an adorable and nice-looking roguelite that condenses FFXIV raid mechanics into a little package full of bunny girls, and other girls for that matter. All of those are quite non-demanding on hardware which is great! Also +1 to the other recommendation of FFXIV, it's... really quite something. Thanks!

Cogmind oooh cool ascii aesthetic, it might be a bit too complex for me though, those kinds of visuals can be so hard to parse for my brain

Duskers I remember seeing this one around a couple times, kind of has the same problem in that I think the aesthetic is super cool, but I'm not sure my brain would still feel that way while playing it

Rabbit and Steel my beloved, I played Maiden and Spell and loved it and I did also play the demo for this one, mainly waiting for good opportunity for it to come on sale it felt a bit too difficult for me to get it at full price^^

Hello! I'm new to the FFXIV RP community and looking for people with OCs and/or WOLs to follow! (I'm not new to Tumblr however, been here for far too long, and not new to FFXIV in general either; my main toon is almost completely levelled, but Jackdaw is a separate entity...)

My character is a male Viera called Jackdaw, Jack, or Jay depending on your level of friendliness with him. He's a travelling dancer, hearbal healer and artist in his 'main' universe, and in his WOL universe he's a Dancer and White Mage just trying his best to get by with the weight of the world on his shoulders.

I do roleplay and I do write about him and his escapades. I'm woefully out of writing practice having not done any properly for about three years, but I'm ready to jump in feet first now.

IDK how prevalent shipping is in this fandom, but he does have a beau in his normal universe played by a friend of mine who took the screenshot above, and in his WOL universe he's with G'raha, (but that's a long, long story!)

Got all my figures setup here for now! Socks was curious about what I was doing xD Whenever I finally get around to getting some shelving sorted I'll move them to a better spot.

There's a bunch of close ups of all my new ones and the other stuff my best friend got me from Japan below :D

1: A monster hunter glasses cloth! 2: Physical copy of the pixel remasters for ff1-6!(I paid for this one. This version has pixel art of all the characters on the inside of the case as well :D) + FF4-6 on ps1 3: The little message on the inside of the ff4-6 collection. I have no idea what it says :D It also comes with a lovely manual as well full of cool art! 4: The discs of ff4-6 with stunning art from each of the games on them! 5: They went to the eorzea cafe and they got a little art card for each thing they ordered. This is about half of them. We split them so I got the ffxiv exclusive ones and he got the summons from ARR. There was 2 ifrits so I got the spare of that one :D 6: A dragoon job stone magnet that is already on my fridge :P 7: Paladin Cecil play arts figure! This is him from the original Dissidia game! IT ME TUMBLR NAME!!! 8: This one is for Socks. It's a cute little plate with a little kitty cook that I'm 100% calling a mh palico chef even if it isn't xD It's nice and shallow and is slightly raised so it's perfect for a cat food bowl! I'm going slow with it though cuz he's used the same plates for like 7 years now xD 9-15: The next 7 are all from the complete collection of volume 25 of the monster hunter blind boxes! There's Chaotic Gore Magala, Scorned Magnamalo, Bloodening Malzeno, Gold Rathian, Silver Rathalos, Giasmagorm, and finally each of the boxes the previous 6 came in all had these weird blue parts and when you put them together you get the special version of Giasmagorm! They all came with a little sticker as well :) 16: I forgot to take a picture of these setting them up cuz I'd already put them on my shelf when I got in last night xD We've got the silly monke Rajang :), Then there's Kirin that was my first introduction to the blind boxes from my friend jay a couple years ago, and finally A lil Palico from mh4u wearing khezu armour!

Overall a crazy amount of stuff and I love it all! I was expecting a single blind box, the final fantasy collection, pixel remaster, and the plate. I ended up with all this xD

He a real good friend :)

This is my main blog for FFXIV & BG3, it's nice to have you here! You can find my ramblings about my Characters. I'm not currently into rp, but maybe one day, who knows. I like to write about my characters, post aesthetics and draw them. Feel free to send me questions, I love them!
