Personally, I like to think they grew on eachother. Jevil has this sort of personality you have to get used to being around to really appreciate. Once they clicked, they were inseperable. Seam was a bit more outgoing and whimsical in their younger years before everything, and I think Jevil brought the best out of them. Especially during performances. I can see them both trying to complement or one-up eachother in a playful sort of rivalry, meanwhile trying to ham it up for the audience...

Anyway I think at first Seam was a bit unsure about Jevil's nature with how mischievous he is (not sure if he'd be messing with them in a playful or mean way), so it took a little bit for them to warm up to him, meanwhile Jevil IMMEDIATELY starts acting like they'd already met in a past life or something. After a game or a few, I think they'd hit it off so well that Seam forgets they were ever skeptical of him in the first place. They definitely start rubbing off mannerisms on eachother. Their laughs. They both laugh a lot. Even in just casual conversation. Naturally jovial. Jevil like. Starts copying Seam's stances and gestures (sometimes subconsciously, other times just to mess with them).
