JOHN CONSTANTINE, HELLBLAZER!!!  Originally launched as a supporting character in Alan Moore's Swamp Thing, John Constantine, The DC universe's most screwed up and complicated Mage, eventually got his own book. In 1993, the book switched from DC proper to become the first Vertigo title. Vertigo was a new DC line that was specifically for mature readers. There was also an okay movie, but Keanu Reeves, a dark haired American, was incredibly miscast as a character that originally was drawn to look like and, I imagine, sound like Sting. First appearance The Saga of The Swamp Thing #37 June 1985. Created by Alan Moore, Steven Bissette and Jamie Delano. The first issue of John Constantine, Hellblazer appeared in January 1988. It became a Vertigo title in March 1993 and had a run of 300 issues. It was then cancelled and JC was brought into the new DC 52 universe.

Constantine - City of Demons (the Movie) Warner Bros. Entertainment DC . Es gibt immer mal wieder kleinere oder größere Filmprojekt zu DC Comics. Ich schau da gerne mal rein denn bis jetzt haben sie mich nie enttäuscht. In diesem Fall haben wir einen Film von ca. 90 Minuten länge. Und wie sollte es anders sein geht es um meine tragischen Liebling John Constantine. . Als Constantine anfing sich mit dem okkulten zu befassen wurde er schnell mächtig. Er hatte direkt ein gutes Verständnis für derlei Dinge. Doch genau so schnell zog er auch ärger an. Als junger Mann geht eine eigentliche Befreiungsaktion seinerseits und seinens Freundes Chas extrem schief und fordert viele Opfer. Diese Aktion folgt ihnen noch heute denn dieses Abenteuer ruft alte Feinde auf den Plan. Und wieder wird klar das es nicht ratsam ist sich in der Nähe von John Constantine aufzuhalten. Es ist als wäre seine schiere Anwesenheit für niemanden gut. Und wie so oft fordern gewisse Gefallen, Zauber oder andere okkulte Dinge einen Preis. Doch für wen? . Man könnte fast behaupten das jede Story die mit John Constantine zu tun hat automatisch eine Erfolgsstory wird. Seine düstere aber auch traurige Aura machen jeden Film gleich um einiges interessanter. Und so auch in diesem Beispiel. Man kann einfach nichts falsch machen wenn man sich diesen Zeichentrickfilm anguckt. Außerdem hat die gute Nightmarenurse einen Gastauftritt. Das einzige Manko: meiner Meinung nach ist die deutsche Synchronstimme von Constantine absolut daneben. Ich will niemandem zu nahe treten, und ich weiß es ist eine beliebte und gute Stimme, aber sie passt 0. The man’s first attempt to explain the blood away was hardly worth a response, so all Isabella did was raise an eyebrow and stare at him. Even after everything she’d seen and been through, she refused to accept certain things were possible, and, besides that, he was clearly lying. So, she simply waited for him to speak again.

She tensed a little at his use of the word strange. Ever since Indian Hill, she’d avoided that word. It wasn’t an adjective to her, anymore. It was a name. But she managed to smile politely, relieved now that the blood had been wiped from his face. “Well, I have a very high threshold for finding things unusual,” she replied. “Most people in Star City do, but mine is probably higher than most.”

There was a pause, and then she added, in a slightly joking tone, “Of course, you don’t have to tell me, but I’m probably going to assume the worst if you don’t.”
