i need to drop like 30 pounds or so for the health of my joints but i love beautiful food…… beautiful wonderful food…….. and i also suck at restricting my caloric intake but because of my joint instability i cant do intense exercise to lose weight without dieting. so rly what i need is pt for joint stability first…… and/or willpower -_-
