i have had enough of people saying that gu dowon is not attractive and doesn't have the "handsome, standard kdrama ML looks" and i also have had enough of people comparing hosplay and resbook. I'm not gonna address resident's playbook as resplay as to not confuse the morons who are expecting it to have the similar qualities as hosplay.

first of all, gu dowon. let's be honest here. his face IS not your standard kdrama ML because he wasn't supposed to be. he was chosen for the role because he FITS the role. there is no other actor who can bring the charm that jung joonwon brings to the gu dowon's character. he is kind-hearted and a pushover, but he can actually stands for what he felt is right and needs to be changed or rectify (defending yi young and also abolishing the resident's meeting). the man has full of charm that does not require any face card to make him a ML.

ffs. hospital playlist and resident playbook are two DIFFERENT drama. hosplay revolved around 5 young professor who had achieved significant success in their life which are also a group of friend for almost 20 years. their friendship will obviously be totally different from resbook's kids. resbook kids just met for 2 months-ish? in the drama and we are only at 4th episode of the drama. you can't expect the friendship to just come out like how it was with hosplay. not everyone wanted to befriend with their colleagues whom they only met for 2 months. each one of us require our own time to warming up to another person we met especially in a working environment. oh yi young had her own way of befriending people and also giving comfort to her patient. she had shown that she cared about her patients in her own way despite being uninterested and indifferent to her job. the drama hasn't even told us what kind of "big incident" happened in her previous workplace and you guys are so early to judge her for being annoying. seems like people needs comprehension to understand the subtle tone of the drama that show yi young is hiding something from her past work experience.

unfortunately this is not the first time knetz have had atrocious taste. "park hyungsik looked ugly in happiness because of the weight gain" this "jung joonwon is too ugly to be a male lead" that. do knetz even experience attraction to the concept of men.

Summary: even after a big fight, Cheonsang will always save you.

“I can’t believe we’re having this conversation in the lunchroom. What do you want me to do cheongsan?” Yn asks rolling her eyes

“I want you to stop being friends with him” he says making Yn frown

“No! That’s like me telling you to stop being friends with On-jo!” Yn says making the slightly taller boy sigh in annoyance

“On-jo isn’t an asshole bully” cheongsan points out

“Yes! What Gwi-Nam does is horrible but besides you and him, I have nobody else!” Yn admits

“Not true! You can hang with On-jo and Isak” cheongsan says making Yn roll her eyes for the tenth time

“Cheongsan those are YOUR friends, not mine”

“They can become your friends. You don’t need to hang around Gwi-nam! Him and his drama will bleed into your life, our life!” Cheongsan says

“Cheongsan! Nobody wants to hang out with the foreign black girl. Everybody but Gwi-nam pokes fun at me! He protects me! More than you do” Yn says waving her hand

“How could you say that? Of course I protect you” cheongsan says glaring at the girl

“No you don’t. You never around when it happens. I’m not going to stop being his friend! End of discussion!” Yn says walking off from cheongsan

He just watched her walk off trying to get his words together to stop her before she left the lunchroom.

He then watched as students scattered in. Like they were running from something. And that’s because they were. Students on students just ran in and ran past Yn pushing her out the way

“Hey! Watch where your going!” She says getting closer to the door but stopped once she witnessed a student bit another student

“The fuck!” She whispers

Then another student but another. Then another. Then another.

“Yn!” Cheongsan yells watching the same fiasco she watching.

She turns around running back towards him but somebody grabbed her. She turns around seeing a student getting her neck bit into by another student

“Help me!” The girl says falling on top of her with the zombie

The zombie pushes the girl to the side trying to get at Yn. She screams a bit trying to push the zombie off her but froze in place recognizing the zombie.

“Joowon?” She whispers. It was one of her host parents son.

Joonwon had a huge bit mark on his neck and cheek. Blood stained his teeth, lips, neck, and clothes.

Cheongsan quickly grabs the male zombie off her and throws him to the ground. Yn sat up looking at boy who’s mouth was stained with blood.

Thankfully not her blood.

“Joowon?!” She says standing up

“Yn we have to go!” Cheongsan says grabbing her wrist

“Not without Joowon” Yn says

“Yn no!”

“That’s my brother!”

“Not anymore!” Cheongsan says pulling her as they run through the wet and chaotic lunchroom.

Cheongsan looked around. This was a disaster. A mess. Something straight out of an apocalypse movie.

It was blood and bitting everywhere. Yn and cheongsan couldn’t believe what was going on.

Cheongsan spotted a window, directing Yn to it pushing her out.

“Yn go!” He says pointing to the window

Yn runs with cheongsan closely behind her when a zombie grabbed her ankle dragging itself on the floor closer to her ankle.

Yn screams kicking the zombie repeatedly getting blood over her white and black Jordan 1’s and her white Nike socks.

Wrong day to wear white.

They get over to a window and cheongsan quickly puts Yn on the table so she can climb out the window.

The girl lands on both feet and waits impatiently for cheongsan to come out. But he didn’t. Other people did.

“Cheongsan!” Yn yells but got no answer, just more students coming out.

“Cheongsan please come out!” Yn says hoping he didn’t get attacked

After a moment he and on-jo climbed out making Yn sigh out of relief. The three then took of running looking for somewhere safe

“This is crazy!” Yn whispers to herself as she ducks and dodges zombies. The only thought on her brain was her parents and family back in America

After what felt like hours of running the three found a classroom with non-dead students

“Open the door!!” Cheongsan says

“It’s cheongsan open the door!”

Someone opens the door and the three slid into the classroom quickly.

The three were breathing heavy. Scared but relived that they found safety. For the mean time.

Cheongsan looked up and over at his girlfriend noticing she had blood over her clothes and face. Some even managed to get in her hair. He knew she’d be upset about it.

She just stood there looking into space. Seeing her host brother like that must have shocked her

“Yn” he says and the girl slowly looks over at him

“You okay?” He asks

The girl looks over at him and gives a sarcastic smile

“No cheongsan. I’m not. Joonwon is a zombie. Which means there is a high chance that Ji-Eun, shinsuk, and everybody else I care about is probably a zombie too!” She says making everybody in the room frown

“Hey! People we care about too are probably zombies! Your not the only one going through this” Naeyeon says making the girl sigh

“But did you see it for yourself? Didn’t think so! So don’t say shit to me” Yn says

“I’m just letting you know! Selfish american” She mumbles under her breath

Yn stalks over to the girl towering. Naeyeon slowly backs up as Yn comes closer making the girls knees hit the desk causing her to fall in it

“Listen I am a ticking fucking time bomb! Say something else and I will hurt you” Yn says glaring down at the girl in the pink sweater

Yn walks off to stand back in her spot. She was a nervous wreck and cheongsan could tell.

Cheongsan walks over to Yn standing in front of her blocked everyone’s view of her. He looks down at her into her eyes and sigh

“I know joonwon was like a brother to you. Must have been scary seeing somebody you care about like that” he mumbles

The girl lip quivers as tears slide down her face.

“I’m sorry for being an asshole. I’m just scared.” She admits

“It’s okay. I am too” cheongsan says wrapping his arms around the girl

“Thank you for saving me” Yn whispers

“It’s my job, as your boyfriend, to save and protect you and from now on I’ll do a better job. Even if we fight” he says pressing a small kill on the girls forehead

That little moment made the young couple, forget about the chaos that’s was going on around them.

“I don’t want to end up like that” Yn mumbles into cheongsams chest

“Me either. I promise we won’t end up like that” cheongsan says offering a smile

Event in the mist of all this, his smile was able to calm her

“Gwi-Nam you asshole!” Yn shouts from the door that Gwi-nam just locked her out of

“Stay out of this Yn!” Gwi-nam says

“Suhyeok! Take Yn to safety!” Cheongsan says

“No I’m staying!” Yn says trying to unlock the door

“Yn no! Come with me!” Suhyeok says

“No! That’s my boyfriend and bestfriend in there” she says kicking at the door drawing attention

Suhyeok sighs picking the girl up and running back to safety.

Once reaching the broadcasting room they were bombard with questions

“Where’s cheongsan” on-jo asks

“We got separated” suhyeok says

“How? Why?! Your his girlfriend why’d you leave him?!” She asks making Yn stand up

“I didn’t leave him! I was trying to stay with him!” Yn says standing up the chair

“She was. Cheongsan told me to get her to safety” suhyeok says making Yn and On-jo sigh

“Cheongsan you asshole” On-jo says

After being separated the couple reunited. Cheongsan wrapped his arms around Yn’s small thick frame. He thought he’d never see her again.

“Are you okay? Your not hurt?” Yn asks

“No I’m fine I promise” cheongsan says squeezing her a lil harder

“Where’s Gwi-nam?” Yn asks looking up at the dark haired boy who said nothing

“Cheongsan…what happened to Gwi-nam” Yn asks with wide eyes

“He fell into a group of zombies. They grabbed him” cheongsan says making the girl sigh.

She wanted to cry she really did. Nothing came out though.

“First Joonwon then Gwi-nam. Two in one day” Yn says with a bitter laugh

“I’m sorry Yn I tried to grab him but it was too late” cheongsan says

“It’s fine. We need to worry about getting out of here alive” Yn says making the boy nod

“Bestie! How ya been”

Yn slowly put down the bat she had been whacking zombies with. Her jaw dropped.

Gwi-nam stood in front of her, alive and well.

“G-gwi-nam?!” She asks reaching out to touch him

“Yn! Stay back!” Suhyeok says groaning trying to stand up without hurting his sigh

“That boyfriend of yours protecting you well?” He asks smirking

Yn say nothing.

“Well, where is he?” Gwi-nam asks

Yn still doesn’t say anything as she basically leaps into his arms

“I thought you were dead!” Yn says

“I was, I came back, to take your boyfriends eye” Gwi-nam says

Before Yn could respond Nam-ra jumped on his back. With no pressure he throws her to the side.

“Gwi-nam stop hurting my friends!” Yn says

“Oh. So they’re your friends now? I could of sworn nobody wanted to be friends with the black girl” Gwi-nam says poking at Yn making her sigh

“They’ve welcome me. They care about me, after you lied and said wouldn’t!” Yn says

“I was just protecting you from these assholes Yn! They don’t care about you! “Gwi-nam shouts

“Your wrong!” Suhyeok says running and pushing Gwi-nam out the window

Yn didn’t move. She stood there with the bat in hand. In shock.

“Thanks Suhyeok. Let help Nam-ra” Yn says going to help the girl

Yn stood. Shaking looking at cheongsam’s bleeding arm.

“C-Cheongsan?” On-No says

She didn’t have anything to say, she just wanted him to respond

“Don’t go” Yn whispers

“I have to”

“No you don’t! You’ll be like Nam-ra! Just don’t leave me!” Yn says tears streaming down her face

Cheongsan have a weak smile, taking his thumb and whipping her tears

“And what if I’m not like her? I’m leaving to protect you” cheongsan says

“Bullshit!” Yn says slapping his hand away

“On the rooftop you said we’d stay together no matter what!” Yn says

“Because I didn’t think I’d get bitten, Yn I’m doing this to save and protect you” cheongsan says getting closer to the window

Yn hand grabs his wrist trying to stop him

“You know I have nobody. Your just going to leave me too?!” Yn asks sobbing

Suhyeok walks up wrapping his arms around Yn

“Take care of her for me, please” cheongsan says smiling

“Of course”suhyeok says

“Cheongsan no!” Yn says reaching for him

“I love you. I’ll always save and protect you” cheongsan says smiling before taking his exit

Yn softly sobbed as she listens to cheongsan’s voice yell and scream

“We have to go” suhyeok says to Yn

As they got to the forest woojin covered Yn from the dust a debris flew past them letting her know that the school had blown up, and cheongsan and Gwi-nam with it.

“Thank you” Yn whisper to woojin dusting him off

“No problem”

She took one last look behind her before walking forward with the group.
