The Battle of Sedgemoor

On this day in 1685, the Duke of Monmouth’s rebellion against his half brother King James II, ended in bloody defeat at the battle of Sedgemoor. The rising consisted broadly of farmers and workers in the south west of England, unhappy with James’ arbitrary rule and his Roman Catholicism. They followed Monmouth, the charismatic illegitimate son of Charles II, as a “true Protestant king”. James’ revenge on the defeated rebels was brutal. In addition to the thousand of his subjects mown down by Royal canon during the battle, 300 more were executed, flogged or transported by the sadistic “Hanging” Judge George Jeffreys in its aftermath. This led to a plethora of ghosts, including phantom soldiers at the battlefield; the shade of the alleged best runner in the West Country forced to out run a horse by the victorious troops but executed afterwards anyway, and even the awful Judge Jeffreys himself, seen gnawing a bone along with his victims at the Coach and Horses pub at Buckland Brewer in Dorset, allegedly the site where many of the convicted rebels were hanged.

The most tragic story is perhaps that of Sir John Plumley, one of Monmouth’s wealthier followers, who escaped the battle and hid himself in a secret room in his grand house, only to be sniffed out by his faithful dog demanding its supper. James’ soldiers hanged Plumley in his own grounds causing his distraught wife to kill herself by leaping into the family well, taking the pet dog with her. Her death is sometimes re-enacted by her ghost, together with the too-hungry hound, along with a cameo appearance by a sad and mournful Sir John.

As much as I want to laugh about the journalist who was accidentally texted confidential war plans, I can't. Because despite how objectively funny this particular incident is, I am sick of watching the elites Fuck Around, knowing that they're never the ones who have to Find Out.

A national security failure this colossal should have penalties, but it won't. Just like defying a judge's order should've had penalties, but it didn't. Those people were still unlawfully "deported." But they weren't actually deported, they were sent to a foreign slave labor camp.

It's getting harder to point and laugh when this system will never issue any real consequences for their actions. While their actions will continue to destroy people's lives by the thousands.

I like to think that all the pastas are sort of family, I mean not all because ships exist and that would be.......disturbing if they were all siblings

Anyways, I think the kids are like everyone's little sibling, but they might have favourites.,,.,

Lazari favourites Jack and Toby (jack because they're blood related siblings 🤞🏼🤞🏼 and Toby because she can come to Toby when she's angry at Jack and kind of pesters Toby to get mad at him or she's like trying to make Jack jealous by acting like Toby's her brother LMAOOOOO) also I sort of see them as a small family, like Lazari doesn't really get close to any of the other elders, except MAYBE the girls but since she was raised in a an all boys family (Jack and Zalgo influenced her music taste btw), I think she'd be a little more boyish than girly. And while the girls always have like girl nights and gossip and do each others' makeup/skincare, Lazari's out there either playing call of duty with BEN/Ben and Jeff or rocking out to slipknot with some of the boys (Kate or Natalie join them sometimes) ☠️☠️☠️☠️ she does join the girls night most of the time tho, cuz she still doesn't wanna feel left out or guilty for rejecting their offer

Sally favourites Jane and Natalie, maybe Toby probably (Jane because she's MOTHERLY 🔥🔥🔥Natalie because she's DROP DEAD COOL and confident which is why Sally looks up to her. Toby because I think he's sort of like an older brother to her🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼)

Lulu's not that much of a kid cuz she's 14, but I think she'd favourite Jane, Dina, Nina and Jack (Jane, Dina and Jack because they're all similar, no eyes/black eyes, I think Lulu's sort of insecure cuz she's still a kid and like idk having no eyes at a young age feels a little tuff bro 😕 so she likes having someone to relate to heh.. Nina because Nina's a girl's girl and a cool big sister <33 I love Nina)

BEN isn't really a kid because he has no age, so I don't think he'd really have favourites, except maybe.. Kate, because she's like.. no bullshit, always str8 to the point type shit (I sort of think BEN would either be serious and sarcastic, like tails from sth, or just a straight up comedian)

Now Benjamin is a totally different story. Since Ben is a kid, and is headcanonned to be Sally's cousin most of the time, I think he'd favourite Sally (even though she's not an elder when this is supposed to be about the kid pastas and their favourite parental figures) and sometimes Liu because I think Liu would probably be the only one to actually take him seriously and not see him as just a kid because Ben does a lot for the mansion, like WiFi, electricity etc.

Okay, so this happened.

Am I surprised? No. Am I still fucking disappointed? Yes.

Never have I ever made comments how Leech is Anton’s and not w4iker, so I don’t know where those comments are coming from. But this also fucking confirms my suspicion that you all have been stalking my blog ever since i made my post. Because only when I decided to finally address the things I got wrong when I got the opportunity, did you answer. So thanks for that.

Also I never fucking attacked anyone? Yes, I was fed up and admittedly a bit pissed off when I made my first post about why I wasn’t supporting Blessed Be The Wicked anymore (which was the main reason on why I made the post in the first place cause I knew people were going to be confused). But ON THE TOP OF THE POST BEFORE THE CUT, I put in BOLD to not harass anyone involved. Because that's not fucking cool. I find it really interesting how suddenly IM the bad guy, when multiple people have made posts calling out Anton's behavior/shitty attitude towards the creepypasta community. Anton can make whatever kinda fucking story he wants, if he doesn't want to hear or take the criticism that he's been given, that's fine. I'm not gonna be up and arms about it. But like I said, he has to face the consequences of that. I'd also like to take the opportunity to address the, honestly, downright appalling ask that I got in my inbox, and frankly, I don't care if it was a joke or not. People with APD/cluster B/ASPD ARE PEOPLE TOO. And don't deserve to be villainized just because they struggle with feeling/understanding emotion/don't act “normal.” And anyone who thinks they're "evil" are fucking scum of the earth and will be fucking blocked. I don't care. Which, now that I'm bringing it up, is the irony of all of this. Anton claims that he wants to properly portray his disorder, yet he's only contributing to the demonization of it with his behaviour/the story that he is writing. Not to that person, but it reeks of old fandom. You wanna make me the bad guy here? Fine. But don't blame me for people not wanting anything to do with you when you show your true colors.
