Two Moons

Clothed in her favorite dark blue coatdress and eyes covered by her favorite pair of shades, she turned in time to see the valet open the door for her and extend his hand. Flashing a smile to the young man, she handed over the valet key to her Aston Martin DBS V12 and accepted his help out of her car. The click of her black pumps were music to her ears. "Merci beaucoup, monsieur."

That Aston Martin was assigned to her by her sector. It was her child, her favorite thing. Such were the perks for working for the Secret Intelligence Service. As far as her parents and her close friends knew, she worked for the national bank and had to travel quite a bit.

And here she was in Monaco, where the gala would be held. It was a warm summer day. Too bad she wasn't here for vacation. The beaches and casinos were tempting but she had an assignment to hijack. She tucked her hair behind her ear and walked down the cobblestone driveway and past the sliding doors.

K was going to regret assigning this to him of all people. Out of everyone in MI6, why him? She had even asked 003 why - to which 003 had no response. Sure, he brought results through reckless means, but K could have chosen someone better suited for the assignment.

Approaching the front desk, she slipped off her shades and replaced them with her glasses, but that didn't seem to affect how attractive she looked. In fact, it seemed to boost up her attractiveness, much to her surprise. "Bonjour, Mademoiselle. How may I help you?"

"Boujour Monsieur. I have a reservation under the name Evelyn Villetta. And I am also here for the gala tomorrow evening." 'Queen' was going to find him and subtly take his place in the scheme of things. After all, why send a man to do a woman's job? There was going to be a deal struck between powerful men during the gala - a deal that could compromise her home country. Something had to be done. And knowing his record, something could go wrong.

Work It All Night

This was going to be the perfect bachelorette party anyone had ever had. And for Taylor, of course she was going to go all out for her best friend. Evelyn had always been the organised, responsible one but for once, Taylor insisted that she sit back and let her handle the planning this time.

After rounding up a couple of their friends, they had all gone out for drinks and a dance and were now back at Evelyn's place waiting for the 'entertainment' to arrive. Taylor wouldn't tell the to-be-bride anything about who she had called, but it seemed she wouldn't have to wait long to see what it was as there was a ringing of the doorbell, and she promptly skipped away to answer it.

A grin crept over her face as she opened the door to reveal a handsome young man standing in the doorway, messy blonde hair covering parts of his scarred face.

"Oohh, you look hotter in real life than you do in the paper~," she commented before standing aside to let the stranger in. "She's going to love you, come on in and we'll get her ready for you."

She was part of the best of the best. It was expected that she would have been chosen. When they explained it to her, they likened her to the queen of the chessboard; with this new power, she would be able to move freely along the game of war. She would have very little restrictions. And that power would be hers to utilize.
