What's your favorite moth?

Oh hard question to answer actually. All moths are beautiful and worth love. But I suppose I can give you my top three even.

3. Comment moth, love the yellow and orange colors it got. It's like a Luna moth but yellow!

2. Io moth, looks like an autumn leaf, I vibe with that so so much

1. Enigma moth, it's so tiny and so ancient! I even made a Sona based on it. So beautiful as well looks like it's covered in glitter <3

Honorable mention: Giant peocock moth, box moth, Atlas moth, Clymene moth, Spanish moon moth, Itophora Iridicolor and I'm gonna stop there before I mention every moth species I know x)

There's the Luna and Rosy maple there too but they're super well known so I didn't mention them at first

Yesterday i became the winner at auction of a small painting by Frank van Hemert. Followers of the blog know of my admiration for this artist and this small paintimng fits perfectly between the drawings i have in our collection from the same series . The painting “Initiatie” was painted in 1992, measures 50 x 41 cm and has the typical van Hemert touch. Green and red Paint is “worked’ into a composition as a background for a grid of orange stripes.

For those that want to know more about this painter who has stayed true to his approach to art and has presented his works all over the world , here is a link to a nice ( english subtitled ) video in which van Hemert presents and explains his work.

okayokay i just got home from school hi- that's a really good question omg ,,,,, it's difficult to decide but i might choose fantastic beasts ? during the time harry was there, there was a bunch of wars and potentially harmful events. i'm not so sure about how school was when newt attended but it seemed more chilled our and like a proper learning environment, but i'm sure there was some real spicy drama— how abouttttt,,, have a time turner or the invisibility cloak ?
