Rivalry is the only way to court a Hatake.

Being rivals with a Hatake means you are courting them.

Kakashi : *waiting for Gai, for almost over 20 years (!), to finally give him any fucking gifts that he could accept, signifying they would now be mates*

Gai : ETERNAL RIVAL !!! :D

Kakashi : *silently crying in his head*

Kakashi's ninken : *sigh in pain*

Gai : *has absolutely no idea about Hatake courting* ? :D

In the pure world :

I really like the idea that Bull was Kakashi's last summon and the baby of the pack for a long while.

That one day, little Kakashi trained too hard and was low on chakra, so he didn't have the reserves to summon a fully grown ninja hound like he usually did. But he tries summoning them anyways. Either to keep training, or wanted some advice/ company and his hounds tended to be the best at listeners when Minato was not around.

So he tries to summon his pack (or at least Pakkun) and instead, comes face to face with this tiny, wrinkly, brown, baby bpy that's still teething and has barely opened his big puppy eyes.

And at first Kakashi is shocked because, this has never happened before! He never fails his summons. But then the baby is crawling into his lap saying "he's cold" and sounding a little snuffly. So Kakashi is "forced" to take care of him the rest of the night.

I say "forced" because he could send him back or demand Bull return home that very second but... maybe seeing the little sad, wrinkly sausage tugged at his heart strings. Made him hold him throughout the night and take care of him. Tuck him into bed and give him some warm milk and share his dinner with him...

Because in some small part of Kakashi's hurt heart, he probably still wanted his dad to come back and do those things with him again... and sometimes we heal apart of ourselves when we start by helping others.

A day later, Kakashi gets his chakra back, summons Pakkun, and has a talk with him about Bull before sending them home together. But he starts summing the puppy with the rest of his pack, training him to work with the rest of his other dogs, and one day he summons Bull and he's bigger than him!!!

But in their off time, he's still the most snuggly as of the hounds. Clumbing into Kakashi 's lap for cuddles in their off time and chatting excitedly about his day whenever he has the chance. And Kakashi, from when he's a little boy to an old, retired Hokage, loves cuddling his Baby Bull at the end of the night.

yk that concept of werewolves just turning into silly doggos at the full moon? that but it’s the uchiha clan turning into cats

given the infinite tsukuyomi works by reflecting a genjutsu onto the moon via rinne-sharingan, which spreads its effects to those outside the range of the castor, one can say the moon has an amplifying effect on dojutsus, specifically the rinnegan/sharingan. so for uchiha who’ve awakened their sharingan? you could tangle them together more and say the moon enhances the strength of their eyes

if a full moon means don't fuck with the uchihas, then when there’s no moon? kitty cat transformation time >:3

it would probably be a pretty normal affair in the clan since most everyone awakens it, such is the life of a shinobi etc etc

(if there’s a civilian portion of the clan, the intersection of the two would be so fun. the swordsmith visiting their clan head’s house to drop off some fish bc the heir got their sharingan this month and in the frenzy of it all the amount of food that’s safe for cats got low)

((on that note, foodstuff cats can’t eat would only apply when they’re in cat form but i’m sure they have in-clan superstitions about how it should be avoided as humans as well but. there are differing levels of compliance to that))

anyways. cat uchihas in the clan compound = absolutely normal sight amoung themselves. nothing new. cat uchihas OUTSIDE the clan compound on a new moon. well then.

team minato on a weeklong mission and one night when obikaka are rooming together kakashi wakes up in a cold sweat bc obito suddenly smells like cat. taking getting along like cats and dogs to a whole new level w them lol

silly lads like shisui n kagami n mikoto (in my mind) are probably pushing things off shelves like :3c esp when crashing with their non-uchiha buddies

itachi n fugaku being grumpy/hissy/fussy asshole cats for various reasons (i’d pin itachi as being sensitive to the sensation changes meanwhile fugaku just wants to be unbothered. he knows his wife is terrorizing the clan kids who haven’t awoken their sharingan and he supports her, he’s just enjoying the one night of the month he doesn’t have to live up to any expectations by himself)

uhh did i forget anyon– oh yes the founders

madara tries to be a dignified cat but he bristles when offended/startled (often n easily) and is LOUD izuna is that black cat which is just eyes in a Shape. somehow always there where u never expect him. watching. sometimes messing around w kagami. also loud but affectionate in the annoying way n he does it on purpose <3

hikaku is impossible to spot n looks like the normal one but he gets roped into whatever silly things kagami and izuna like to do on occasion. no one who doesn't know him suspects his involvement

man. now i'm thinking abt tobirama w his big cat summons and how people adjusted to this in early konoha.

it's probably not something they advertised, given that it's a possible point of exploitation, but would totally be brushed off as "it's just a thing we do," when people ask or turned onto others like "you don't transform w the moon?? weak."

edit: let’s ignore how i forgot sasuke but if u watched naruto in any capacity i think u can guess what sorta cat he is <3

Naruto General Headcanons

A/N: i have quite a bit of requests but i have no motivation to write person 5 I'm so sorryyyyy it might be a while before i post them. if you have any other requests though please make sure to send something in!

Cast Line Up- Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, and Kakashi

Naruto~

This kid has SO MUCH energy, but at a certain point in the evening he crashes so hard. Like you cannot get him to do ANYTHING because he's half asleep. 

Has broken his arm twice. The first time when he was like 6 he fell off a tree while he was climbing it. The second time he was splashing paint on the great faces and as he was coming down he hit his hand on the ground too hard. 

When he can’t sleep he sits on the roof of his apartment complex and stays there for a while, usually until the sun rises. 

Likes to paint his nails frequently, usually bright colours, a big fan of bright oranges and greens.

Never has chapped lips. No matter how dry out it is he just never gets them.

After the chunin exams he holds a deep adoration for Neji, because he was able to change his point of view and become better and stronger, and Naruto finds it really impressive. 

Sasuke~

Likes to draw, while he was in the academy he often found himself doodling on his work. If someone ever approached him about it he would deny them and tell them they were seeing things. 

Sometimes when he feels really alone, he likes to turn on his TV for background noise and deep cleans/rearranges his bedroom. He does this usually once a month.

Can play guitar, and does sometimes. It reminds him a lot of his family, specifically Itachi, so he usually keeps it locked in the back of his closet. 

A very avid reader. Has tons and tons of books.

Loves to stargaze. Spends a lot of nights, especially rough ones when he feels alone, watching the stars, usually in a tree or clearing. 

After he left the village, for the first few months he actually missed being there, and missed Naruto and Sakura’s theatrics. He got over himself pretty quickly though. 

Sakura~

VERY good at makeup, but because she's a ninja she rarely gets a chance to do it, because she usually sweats it off. 

Used to wish her hair was blonde because Ino has blonde hair, and she was incredibly popular. 

Very very flexible. 

Also has a very large sweet tooth, and will take most sweet food over savoury or sour food. Can also handle spice VERY well. 

Her legs are stronger than her arms, and she tends to use them more in training and combat. One of her favourite people to train with is Tenten.

Kakashi~

Hates ramen. Cannot stand it. It's been like that since he was a kid, and honestly he's not sure why, he just really cannot stand it. 

Has very nice hands. They are usually fairly soft because he hates how his hands feel when they're dry. 

Once tried to read a book that wasn’t Make Out Paradise and couldn’t even get past the second chapter. 

Very lazy. His ideal day is staying inside his house in a comfy robe and soft slippers reading the day away.

Insomniac, and very good at hiding it. His bags aren’t obvious, and if they are he covers them up with makeup.

Hates being fussed over, but secretly likes to fuss over other people. He can’t really help it, he’s just lost so many people that he has to fuss over the people he loves.

I think this theory is absolutely brilliant, and it makes perfect sense! The power that had been dormant inside Obito was split in half, and it's natural that it wants to reunite with its twin. Wherever the other half is, it should be able to find the way back through time and space ❤️‍🩹 pure obkk power that could make them both invincible only bc they were never supposed to be separated. I believe it's canon even if Kishimoto didn't think of it first (but idk mb he did xD)

HOLY SHIT 4 AM THOUGH-

Do you guys think the Inuzukas and Hatake have dog vision ? Like can't see some colours like dogs ?

Or that the Uchiha, since they're are pretty damn close to crows and raven, their black hair is actually rainbow but we can't see it because our eyes see less colours ? (Crows/raven's feathers looks oily because they aren't black but actually reflect a lot of colours, we just can't see it)

Only an Uchiha can see an other Uchiha colourful hair (or someone with a Sharingan (or a Bakyugan, or a Rinnagan, or any dojutsu-), just imagine kakashi's possible reaction once he see an Uchiha without using the Sharingan but just the eye- X3 (maybe obito gave him eyes that can see colours like an Uchiha... He'll be in for a surprise once he see Sasuke lol))

I'm pretty sure that's one of the many reasons why they consider themselves better than the Hyuugas (and the Hyuugas are mad and jealous because they can see the colours too, why did their hair have to be a plain and boring black ?!)

It's also why That why they wear black and/or dark colours (or light colour in Sasuke's case a one point-) ! It's to show off their hair !

The Uchihas are fucking hair peacocks.

Ps : they can see their colourful hair because of their eyes, if a Uchiha can see the colours, they could get the Sharingan. For the Hyuugas it's also dojutsu bullshit. It would be fun if Orochimaru could also see the colours... Some snake reptile bullshit or something-

Wait wait omg- Obito wear orange tinted goggles. Orange like those glasses that that give colourblind people the ability to see all colours. What if obito is colourblind and can't see his colours until Madara gave him a Rinnagan ? Omg.
