Tonight was fabulous at Crammel Linn, had a relaxing and peaceful swim. Thankfully this year's visitors have shown respect and taken 99% of their litter home. RAF signs now in place, highlighting to visitors acceptable behaviours when enjoying Crammel Linn. A bit of graffiti cleaning and the volunteers now have a more official look to them. Quick doggie walk tonight to find Crammel Linn tidy, litter free if a bit trampled. Our local Gilsland beauty spot and SSSI site not looking to bad considering the footfall over the last few weeks. Whilst 2 bags of discarded rubbish is to much, it's not bad after a warm 3 day bank holiday. 12months ago we carried 100's of bin bags out of Crammel Linn.
