🍨 be more mindful on social media: use it to connect, create, inspire, less time doomscrolling, switch from apps like tiktok to tumblr and stubstack, stop opening social media when bored or tired
🍨 hobbies: read more (articles, poems, newsletters), watch long pieces of media (movies, documentaries, video essays), write down everything, research a specific interest
🍨 spend more time with yourself: self care, do your skincare despite being tired, reflect on your day/month/year, shadow work, wake up earlier, paint your nails, journal
🍨 mindfulness: meditate, affirm, live in the assumption, high vibrational music, practice gratitude
𝐝𝐢𝐬𝐜𝐢𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐞 𝜗𝜚⋆₊˚
🍨 take care of your body: stretch, pilates, yoga, drink 2L of water, don't skip meals, limit caffeine, sleep 8h
🍨 consistency: morning and night routine, study daily, practice spanish and BSL, have non negotiable tasks, calendar, reminders, reward yourself
🍨 space: keep tidy, deep clean, fresh air, organised folders + notes, real friends

🍨 educate yourself: study outside the curriculum, learn about history, cultures, politics, keep up to date with what's going on in the world
🍨 spirituality: get in touch with your morals, energy, manifest and set intentions, follow the moon, learn about the universe, study religions
𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝜗𝜚⋆₊˚
🍨 live in the present and be kind to yourself, don't punish yourself for falling back into bad habits but pick yourself back up again.
🍨 don't compare your journey to others. be the best version of yourself for yourself.
