Kirbtober day 4 headcanon

Magolor after what happened to him with the crown and having traveled to another dimension the only way he could live was being together To the dark matter that was in the crown, therefore now Magolor is a dark matter and shares a body with the matter, one who at first hated it later accepted his new life a dark matter

Therefore Magolor can use the same attacks as even dark matter, or also the only way to be physically damaged would be by a blow of positive emotions and more importantly Magolor together with the dark matter of the corona (whose name is Rui) in the future would have a colony of matter

And Magolor is going to suffer a lot when he starts with his colony. Básicamente Magolor embarazado!

Kirby, Meta Knight, Galacta Knight, and Morpho Knight are the same species

Galacta Knight is Kirby and Meta Knight’s father

Marx was abandoned/rejected by his family

Marx has cat-like ears under his hat

Marx and Magolor are platonic friends who see each other as brothers

Gooey’s not really present in the dark matter family, he’s mostly hanging out with the animal friends. Bro’s the middle child he’s tired of being ignored in the family

Headcanon:

Just a quick doodle for myself, and I wanted to share it. I like to Headcanon that the Right Back At ya show shows xenophobia from the Cappies in their way they treat and look at Dedede. And that even the waddle dees may have fear of different, seeing as there's one Waddle Doo in the show.

I may redo the bottom one. I've been wanting to for years.

I like to think that Dedede came from Earth or whatever equivalent of that, as a zoo penguin, then became their ruler. Things in the show are too small for him, so nothing was built for an Emperor sized penguin.

He has a permanent metal band on his right arm from zoo captivity.

The band reads 880ddd02

He deals with past trauma which comes out in the aggression he has.

He speaks the same if not worse than most the cappies in town, he has the same accent as a few of them showing he grew up hearing their way of speech.

He just ooze self esteem issues.

There's no proof of the Dedede lineage in the show, he has to make up his own backstory as seen in the Curio episode.

Prejudice runs deep in the cappy town it seems, they always have something negative to say about the appearance of Dedede but never got to be his friend or get to know him.

He just wants love and companionship. He gets happy when shown love by his pets and changes emotionally. Things are probably hard when you're the only one of your type. Even the snail has a mom and a family.

Terrible at expressing himself so goes to default anger.

Mocks others because of his own insecurities about himself. Thanks in part to the mocking he endured to begin with. So it's a vicious cycle.

Instantly has jealous to Kirby because the cappies accepted Kirby quickly. So they have issues with complete others.

He called Kirby an alien invader. Probably what he was called by many.

My Headcanon, suddenly.

Master Crown is just like Galaxia.

if Galaxia helps worthy wielders and electrocutes unworthy wielders,

Then The Master Crown is seventy times worser-

If the wearer are worthy it was like "Hmm youre nice, imma help you from now on"

If the wearer wasn't worthy it was like "boo you suck at this lemme posess you rq"

So yeah that means if Kirby decided to use the crown he will be one of the strongest being on the galaxy- (since my other hc that kirby is a being of purity)

Random Susie hc time

I love Susie and I also love brainrotting over my hcs for her. So for once I will be sharing some of those hcs! Everything is under the cut for ease of access.

First of all, anyone who has followed me longer than 2 seconds will know how much I love my shark Haltmann hc. I don't care that I make him look completely different from canon or tumblr sexymanified, he's a literal loan shark in my heart and I love him. in my verse, Haltmann is a type of alien called 'sonar sharks' that originate from a Subnautica-esque planet covered in 95% water. This planet is Haltmann's home planet and is very technologically advanced despite society being primarily underwater. A lot of sonar sharks live on this planet and are one of the major species there.

Sonar sharks are naturally extremely bulky (I mean look at that guy) and very physically powerful. They are extremely voracious as they have to eat a LOT to keep up their weight and overall health. Not eating enough can make their health and mental state deteriorate rapidly.

Where does Susie come into the picture here? She's Haltmann's daughter but looks almost nothing like him. While I hc her mother was a different species than Haltmann (the same species as the mage sisters, in fact) Susie seemingly possesses none of the natural heftiness that Haltmann has whatsoever.

My hc is that she SHOULD have at least some of the chub Haltmann has - she just never got the chance to develop it properly. Every Kirby fan and their mothers know how her backstory goes, she was whisked away into Another Dimension as a child. In my verse, she was 12 when that happened, at an age where she was only a few years away from putting on more natural weight like her father.

In Another Dimension, she was teleported to a remote location away from any nearby society that could have offered her food - dropped off in the middle of the wilderness essentially. And here she had to fight to survive near constantly - which included fighting for food. It was hard to come by, so she didn't always have a lot of it, and ended up having to ration it the best she could.

Even when she made it back to society in this dimension, most of her time was occupied by working with anyone she could there to find a way home, back to her father.

And we all know how that must've turned out when she finally got home...

So. Working at the HWC, with a PLETHORA of food available, she still rationed her eating out of habit from all her years stuck in the wilderness of a foreign dimension. To add to this, she constantly lived under the stress of the expectations of the dictatorship-like company, as well as anxiety about the plan she was putting into place (her plan to steal Star Dream).

As a result from barely eating during teenhood, a critical time for growing, as well as living under so much stress and repression that she barely ate, Susie has been eating irregularly for over 10 years in my verse. As such, she's very thin for being part sonar shark, as well as rather runty compared to her father.

Luckily, post-Planet Robobot, after working and working to make amends with Dreamland, Susie is able to start healing emotionally in my AU, as well as physically. She starts learning to eat more (with help from Kirby ofc) and slowly but surely, starts putting on her natural weight. This improves her health considerably - she would often get sick a lot, but on the HWC they had systems to combat sickness she would use. Nowadays she doesn't need to worry about that as she doesn't become ill nearly as much. She's considerably less snappy, and her mental attitude about various things has improved for the first time since childhood.

Does she still have trauma and struggle with a lot of shit? YES very much so. but in my verse, she is happier, healthier and healing, which is very important to me for a character like her.

I've been thinking for a while.

In anime the other puffs that exist (i.e the generals and prolly Meta) depicted that they didn't have any wings, but many or some fans (especially the fans around 2010's) depicted only Meta that has wings.

So after thinking for a while, why tf didn't we gave Astrals/Puff/ whatever you called Kirby's species in your universe a typing or gen based on their appearance and eras, like fir example:

Galacta knight, they had Golden horn, a pair of wings that is depending on your universe: Heavily feathered or just perfect feathered, Colour that were put in the markers shade, like probably dark hot pink for Galacta's skin colour, and a solid coloured eyes (I hc Galacta's eyes as pure solid red), and for some interpetation, they have talon like hands.

Then putting all of it into consideration then the puff from the same gen have some similarities like Galacta's characteristics, maybe some of them didn't have a feathered wings like draconic wings, but they have that some feathers to their wings.

Then what about the one's that have non animals wings like insects, they prolly have something that can mimic feather like, or literally just have the feathers but it's small and not so much. And so much more that I'm pretty lazy to write lol

This gen also be named Halcandran or ancient gen,since they existed when ancients still exist and ruling theyr part. I'm still thinking on what should I put their type is, prolly next time when I can fully figure out my ideas more :').

Also, also Morpho knight is COMPLETELY on different gen and type, they prolly from gen FAR before Galacta's gen even exist

Metadede how they met headcanons please 😘😘😘

Let's just say after episode 21, dedede and meta knight have been seeing each other in a different light.

It's the only episode that shows dedede going through some serious feelings. We'll just say it's between June-August, the typical breeding season for Emperor Penguins.

Dedede exhibits many signs he may be readying himself for mating. He excessively eats to build mass for sitting on the egg. He showed he sings to woo a mate, penguins vocalise and sing to have their mate learn their calls. He also showed more aggression in fighting and wanted to take someone one face to face. He did call a monster, but he went ahead and wanted to stab someone with a sword first.

And the end of the episode he was left mate less and eating. But he still was clearly in need of a mate in the end.

Now Meta Knight, if he were closely resembling a bat, bat breeding season is May-August. He wouldn't be a full bat but he'd still be active at times. He's probably always active he just pouts.

I wouldn't put it across the fact they met up at the wrong time in their respective seasons, because dedede seemed overly eager to find a mate, that they would give into their desires first then work backwards into a relationship.

Meta Knight had been in the castle for years before, clearly before Tiff was born, which may be ten years or so. He and dedede knew each other then but didn't see each other in a different manner.

Meta Knight was just a need warrior who promised his loyalty to the king who needed more than Waddles to protect him in the castle. Plus it was probably nice to have someone to talk to besides Escargoon and Waddle Doo. But I like to think Meta Knight didn't speak the language of Dreamland and made alot of errors in his first attempt. So Dedede came to accept Meta Knight as another outcast to join him and not feel as shunned by others.

Penguins usually also don't start successfully mating until an older age, so he may not have been ready yet or hit sexual maturity.

They more likely had relations together, found they liked each other's company in that way. And found ways to make it work between them because the love making was too good.

Meta Knight being celibate after so many years found what he was missing out on, and dedede found someone to be with when he needed it during the June-August months when he was desperate and finding he loved the romance he could give. Which made its way into all the time of them meeting up.

They still come off as aloof and having a love-hate relationship, but I feel they didn't come from friends to close to lovers. They went from company to lovers, and have to figure out how to be close.

The love making was so good they fell in love. Not the most beautiful of relationship beginnings but it blossomed into love.

Games version

Meta Knight may have gotten old news if he traveled from outer regions of space to come to Dreamland in Meta Knight's Revenge.

He heard about dedede only by name and thought he could overthrow him. Once the Halberd was destroyed and he was on land, he still made his way to take over.

Thinking he is super quiet and sneaky he infiltrated the castle to keep an eye on the king he'd soon overthrow. Only to find out, the king was a tall and broad penguin who could break a building in his hands but was gentle with his waddle dees and was turning over a new leaf by this time.

Dedede knew Meta Knight was in the castle but never said anything. He'd let the warrior come to him. Eventually Meta Knight emerged from hiding to strike with his sword but found after days of watching the king he couldn't kill him.

The waddle dees needed him and plagued with the loss of Sailor Dee, Meta couldn't bring himself to do it. Dedede liked the ambition of the knight and allowed him residency in the Castle.

They grew as strained companies, then to trusted allies. Until finally with Nightmare sealed in the fountain, Meta was gifted with half of the star rod.

From there, the trust grew to something more but neither could figure it out. Meta Knight grew to have an infatuation with the king and the king found himself lost in his thoughts about the knight.

Slowly and slowly did they come to the understanding that they may have an attraction to each other. But neither said it, they just assumed the other knew. They would stay together for most of Kirby's adventures and happily share food with each other.

They just didn't know what they had between them, until others pointed it out. By then they had developed such feelings for each other they didn't feel they should change.

Kirby HC Dump: Magic in the Kirbyverse

Time for the promised HCs about magic that were hinted at

Basically, in the universe, there are a few different kinds of magic. The most common you'll see is Star Magic, used primarily by puffballs (Kirby's species). Star Magic can be used in a few different ways, like summoning a Warp Star or creating a small blast of energy. Star Magic isn't a thing you can just learn, most people are born with it or ask for powers from some god or something.

This is a good point to cut off, isn't it?

The next most common type is Dark Magic. Generic, right? Dark Magic is also pretty common throughout the galaxy. It's the type of magic most Kirby villains use. Dark Magic is also used in the Mirror World after Dark Mind corrupted it. Dark Magic is incredibly overpowered, with attacks like large stormy tornadoes, possessing people and other spooky moves. Unlike Star Magic, you can learn how to use Dark Magic, but it's really hard to learn. Most villains are just born with it.

Ripple Magic is the kind used on Ripple Star by the Ripple Fairies. This kind of magic is powered solely by the crystal. Without it, the fairies would be defenseless. Ripple Magic is used for making portals in a short amount of time and (in times of crisis) shooting small crystals from your hands. There's not much to learn about it, because even having a shard of the crystal would give you those powers. All you really need to do is learn how to control the crystal magic.

I was going to add more but this post is getting pretty long, so I'll do that later!
