Join me on an exclusive behind-the-scenes tour as we unveil the intricate process of transforming rough rocks into stunning tumbled stones in our very own stone yard. In this captivating YouTube video, we dive into the heart of the tumbling journey, showcasing the meticulous steps that bring forth the beauty of over 15 different stones.

The adventure begins with a visit to the crusher, where we carefully select the perfect stones that set the stage for a remarkable tumble. Witness the importance of size uniformity as we explore the sieve that separates stones into distinct sizes, laying the foundation for a flawless tumbling experience.

Next, discover the grit that kickstarts the shaping phase in the fast tumbler, a colossal barrel that processes almost 1000 kg of rocks, shedding 50% of their weight as they undergo a rapid transformation. Follow the stones through the slow barrel tumbler, where rounded corners take shape, creating the perfect canvas for the next stages.

Journey with us to the shaker, where a finer grit and the vibro shaker work together to refine the stones' surface, leading to a week-long stay in this intricate phase. The final chapter unfolds in the polish vibro shaker, where aluminum oxide or tin oxide work their magic, bestowing a brilliant shine upon the stones.
