Think I’ll chalk that up to better than nothing! Not feeling it this morning. A couple of beer out, my first drinks in nearly two months, I think played a large part. Also wanted to leave it a little later so the frost/ice had gone. At least I got out. Half an hour of hill work. Just need a week in bed I think. More blood tests this week & a cardio echo week after next. Hopefully we’ll be able to rule out any heart issues & I can just concentrate on dealing with my current depression.
