For someone so obsessed with "art" (read: violence), Ryoshu sounds like she'd be a good parent, weirdly enough. I don't know if I'd say she's been like this from the beginning or something she became later on, but personally it's the latter for me since her id story mentioned that she resonates with Red Eyes and Penitence both. Maybe she regrets not being a good mother to her child? I can't say for sure, but I have read her source material (it's like, 27 pages so you can go read it right now and finish it in an hour) and it matches with what happened there,,, kinda, idk, it's implied that Yoshihide regrets what he indirectly put his daughter through.
