Asking Stupid Question
I just asked stupid question in a big forum full of management team. It’s just so stupid and no context of the actual situation because I actually doing something else when the important news being announced. I feel so stupid like real stupid, especially I’m in a managerial position. How come I look so stupid and dense in the situation.
It’s not only that time, but it also happened often. That omg I feel so stupid and feel like I dont deserve this job and role.
But chat gpt said I need to focus on the learning rather than the mistake, because dwelling on the mistakes is just useless and only hurt myself even more. Since this time I will start no baper or no take things to the heart, I will convert this feeling of a learning curve. And justify this feeling as I’m still new and actually everyone also knew I’m new in this position, maybe everyone knew (?), and it’s still my 60 days of probation. Even though first impression is important, but in sales world, number is much more important.
Things I learned that day:
Listen to any management meetings without multi tasking
If you happen to do something else, don’t open your mouth because you might not actually hear and understand the context completely
