May 7, 2025: Visited my alma mater, Waseda University and gave a lecture to graduate students in the School of Creative Science and Engineering who aspire to become business leaders. As always, I was impressed by the talent and potential of these young students.

Bruce finds out the reason he and Clark didn't date so long is because Clark figured he was an incurable floozy who was allergic to commitment. So now every time there's a rumour, a hint of any of that or someone that would bother Clark, Bruce goes overboard.

Clark, spotting the man coming off the elevator at the Daily Planet and doing a double take: "Bruce what are you doing here?"

Bruce: "You weren't answering my calls."

Clark, slightly worried: "Yeah I got busy. Is everything--"

Bruce: "Whatever you read already, it's all lies--"

Clark: "Say what now?"

Bruce: "I was holding her jacket for her, that's it. She's dating my cousin, okay, and they've been together for like four months--"

Clark: "Slow down, what are you even talking about?"

Cat Grant, suddenly walking over: "Mr.Wayne! How fantastic to run into you like this--"

Clark: "Oh no, no, Cat he's just about to leave."

Cat: "--care to comment on rumours you're expecting a child with--"

Bruce, loudly, while pointing at Clark: "I love this man."

Clark: *turning red*

Bullpen:

Cat Grant: "Well my day's getting better and better."

Head Over Heels

-Slides into DPxDC fandom and slaps down another AU sticky note on everyone's forehead-

Kinda single mom (maybe Queen Regent? if we got Ghost King route) Jazz! to triplets (deaged) Danny, Dan, and Dani! and they all get sent to the DCverse to start new lives.

The three were ditching school, secretly of course mostly to help get money for Jazz and themselves, when they get taken by the Joker because he decides the Wayne bait looking kids would make the most interesting hostages for the game he wanted to play.

Jazz is NOT happy when she senses them in danger. (and it happened during her job hours too so she had to book it out citing a 'family emergency'. She knows she's no doubt going to be fired for leaving the way she did but fine, she hated the job anyways and her boss was a creep.)

Jason falls head over heels when he see's this amazonian tall/powerful woman knock out a good number of Joker's teeth and basically destroys him when he got info of where the Joker was hiding out after the clown kidnapped some kids from his turf.

Speaking of the kids, they are busy cheering their big sister on and hoping she wouldn't be too upset that they ditched school. And...

i just have like nooooo patience for celebrities sorry i don't care about oliver stark lol 😭 you have a platform because you chose to do a job where you get paid when and because people pay attention to you and obviously that means that people are going to talk about you in ways you cannot control. that is just something you have to live with. to some extent everyone on the internet who chooses to interact with other people on the internet has to deal with weird behavior because people are weird and don't have boundaries and, when it comes to celebrities, will do anything for attention. unfortunately that means you need to find a way to navigate it in a way that doesn't lead you to lash out and put people with far less social capital than you in a shitty spot... just extremely immature and annoying all around

Ichiro . . . is always doing the most for you. the little things you wont realize at first

letting you have a bite of his food out on dates, having you taste test dinner to make sure it’s to your liking. he drapes a blanket over you too, each time he sees you’ve knocked out on the couch after a long day. he won’t disturb you, but when you wake up, you see that there’s already food for you on the table

(or draping you with his jacket.. omg)

he seems to have a ‘sixth sense.’ always making your favorite dinners on the days you just so happen to have it rough or doing the certain chores you absolutely despise

“it’s cold outside. make sure to wear a jacket.”

and he’d even button it up for you! helps you put on your jacket and zips it all the way up so that you’re all warm and cozy. sometimes he’d lend you his coat too, if your jacket ever wasn’t warm enough for you

(he brushes the hair out of your face too, and there’s just.. the loveliest smile. softest eyes. and his callused fingers are so delicate with you too, as if you’d break at the slightest wrong touch)

he gives you his gloves too so that your hands don’t freeze, and don’t worry about him! ichiro would grin; he’s got another pair he’ll use when doing his odd jobs. but you can see the frostbites and cracks that mark up him hands from all the previous days’ work

(he’s always working so hard, for you and his bros)

they’re so big on you — don’t fit perfect like a glove should. but they’re just so warm. and of course, they’re gloves after all, but it’s just so.. reminiscent of Ichiro. the exact same warmth when he gently holds your hands, the exact same butterflies in your chest. it’s that reassuring sort of warmth that eases your heart and lets you know that everything will be ok

ruffles your hair, a lot,,

it’s just a small habit he’s picked up after doing it to jiro and saburo for so long.

but every time he’ll ruffle your hair, because he’s just so proud of you, whether it’s because you did well on a test or you got that promotion or anything.

sure, he messes up your hair, and his hands are so heavy albeit in a good way. there’s just butterflies in your stomach and nice comforting warmth..

“good job babe! i knew you could do it!” he’d beam so confidently because ichi always did have the utmost faith in you, even if you didn’t

and when he shoots you that adoring smile.. badump.

it’s like another cupid’s shot right through the heart, another time you’ve fallen in love; you just want to continue making him proud right then and there (though you always do, no matter what)

honestly honestly, you see why Jiro and Saburo are always (not so) discreetly asking for head ruffles for even the tiniest job well done

he always will peel a small plate of fruit for you,,

whenever you’re busy studying or perhaps working on projects that never seem to end, Ichiro will always come on with a plate of your favorite fruits. he sets it down, gives you a warm, tiny smile and the sweetest “good luck” oozes from his lips. sweeter than the fruits

it’s the brotherly instinct in him, really. he loves looking after you and his bros; it’s nothing, really.

a plate of perfectly peeled oranges and pears, heart strawberries, and apple rabbits. they’re so juicy and ripe and perfect for snacking, sweeter because ichiro peeled them for you

(rabbit apples always did taste better than regular slices)

and the scent of citrus lingers from his fingertips, when Ichiro cups your cheeks and leans down to kiss you sweet. you can smell the oranges and clementines when he’s this close, taste them from his lips

and perhaps they’re sweetest right from ichiro himself..

Jiro . . . is thinking of you, always

telling his friends about how amazing you were or maybe playing the guitar, wondering if you’d like this melody he’d just made (though if he thinks of you too much, he’d strike a wrong chord. with the prettiest blush too and flustered heart..)

he’s always sending you crude memes he thinks you’d find funny or songs he listens to and thinks of you, almost immediately

not that jiro is trying to. his heart is just so big and full, and you’re always on the back of his instinctively. did you eat today, you’ve probably got the math homework all figured out by now ; he doesn’t realize just how sweet he can be

but when you see that text from your boyfriend and the little ‘reminds me of you’, well.. your heart can’t help but skip a beat. and you think you might have the greatest boyfriend, ever

also lots of little touches too

loves to rest his chin on your shoulder. arms lazily wrapped around your waist, lazy lopsided grin as he watches you scroll through your phone or mayhaps just watching tv

it’s lazy, it’s cute. Jiro is happy as long as he has you

just.. lazy cuddling. lots and lots of it, especially when the two of you have an at-home date or are just lounging in his room (his favorite way to cuddle maybe?)

and he’ll nestle himself into the crook of your neck, hum absentmindedly; his feathered hair grazes your skin, hot breaths tickle. just very.. intimate — a nice slow date

( imagine,, sometimes he’ll turn his cheek and give your neck a sweet little kiss. really soft, really light — it’s almost ticklish )

he’s a bit too touch-affectionate ; it’s his love language! whether it’s loosely holding hands or just having you close. it’s how he connects his heart to yours..

and he always makes it a habit to follow the sidewalk rule. to hold your hand and keep you close, away from traffic and sprinting across crossroads. he just cannot allow you to walk near the side of the road, ever. it’s too dangerous!

(note: irumi probably jokingly told him about it one day, teasing that she sure hopes jiro wasn’t making you walk on the same side of the road. oh poor jiro, she tuts shaking her head at a cutely, hopelessly lost jiro. hasn’t he heard? you’re not supposed to make the one you love walk on the same side as the cars!

unfortunately, he didn’t pick up on the sarcasm, and from then on, he’s never let you walk on that side of the road ever again. )

if you were, he gets on his nerves; shit, what if a car suddenly swerves and hits you? what if the dirty rainwater from the other day splashes all over you?? the thoughts make him jolt and get all antsy

and before you know it, he grabs your wrist and switches places with you. which is strange, when you eventually notice that he’s always trying to walk on the side of the road

but it’s so.. cute, when you first realize why. yes, it’s not real, and yes, saburo has probably made called him a dumbass, a idiot, all sorts of names in the book, for even believing in that shit, but he doesn’t care. because what if. It’s just so sweet.

it’s.. it’s the little things, ok? even if, hypothetically, a car were to swerve onto the sidewalk, the both of you would get hit. but it’s the thought, really. Jiro wouldn’t hesitate to sacrifice himself for you

he always always always gives you an extra kiss or two, or five, before he drops you off after a date

standing at your door, he gets a bit of frozen feet and a thick gulp in his throat because he doesn’t want to leave just yet. his hands are still in yours, loose, but he can’t let go..

he’d lean over and give you a ‘goodbye’ kiss just before you open your door. and he’d give your hands one last tight squeeze, pulling back with those

buttt he goes back in for another one, and then one more too, because it’s just so addictive.

(I also like to think that he’d just love kisses)

“one more!!” he says, before grabbing your shoulders and giving you another sloppy, sweet kiss. but it’s been six ‘one more’s, and your lips are starting to go numb. he doesn’t want to go back home just yet

because that would mean the date would end, and jiro can’t leave you yet!!

(he will probably text you again back home though, as if he hadn’t already been with you for so long. But he can never get enough of you)

stands outside the door and makes sure you got into your house safe and sound before he leaves!! he’ll even wave at you when you peek through the window, with the warmest grin,,

honestly honestly, he’s just a very kind and sweet boyfriend!! with the biggest heart that he wears on his sleeve.

Today was a mess, it's just like

I was supposed to have no classes for 1+ week after the exam week and after having only 2 FCKN DAYS TO REST I LEARN THAT THE SEMESTER STARTS TODAY

I can’t stop thinking about Brendan Blaber’s performance as Rouxls Kaard for the life of me—this is the Loop ISAT situation all over again jskjsksp. On top of that, there’s an animation on YouTube called “DELTARUNE 3D Animation: Rouxls Bad Day” and the song composed during the montage sequence has been engrained into my mind for the past couple weeks. I swear if my Puzzle fixation leads me into an unintended Deltarune fixation I’m going to snap, by all accounts this wasn’t meant to happen :’D Let’s hope this was just a spur of the moment character thing and I’ll bounce back to the TV fandom soon enough (I don’t wanna leave you guys)

Ok so I'm a very new F1 fan - started watching this year; I used to sit and watch races together with my father and brother in the 2007-2012 period just to spend time with them, not because I was interested, but I still retained some information from back then - and now I started out as, and still am a Charles fan.

And considering just how popular he is and all of the jokes about "Ask her about her favourite driver, bet she'll say Charles Leclerc" I thought the main reason people supported him was for the hype.

But to see a blog run by someone, who has so much knowledge of F1, the car structure, the history of the sport, someone who has watched for so long...and that blog is about Charles Leclerc of all drivers? That fills me with such joy and relief. Because I know for myself, that I'm not a fan of him for his looks or popularity, but sometimes I feel a little insecure about supporting him since I lack experience and knowledge in the field of watching F1, considering how new I am to it, so I can't always really defend my reasoning behind being his fan ("I just think he's good" doesn't really hold up that well as an argument)

So it's really nice to see someone so immersed in sport be openly supportive of him, since you have such a huge pick of drivers to make your blog about and curate your space with - current and past generation(s), legends of the sport. And yet it's about Charles.

That to me is basically like getting approval by an older sibling for a good pick/ good move made in a game. Like maybe my choice to like and root for him isn't as stupid as everyone makes it out to be. Maybe he isn't just popular.

So sorry for the ramble, but I just wanted to say thank you for your patience in explaining concepts to the community and for being unapologetically yourself on this app. Your blog is very enjoyable!

I could write essays(and I might) about sexism in this sport. But I want to say that you don't need a "valid" reason for a driver to be your favorite. They can be your favorite because you just think they are neat. And it's also not a bad thing if you do find them attractive or that's what first got your attention. People gatekeep to create this idea that you need a reason that they deem "worthy" when you don't. It's a sport you like, enjoy it however you want to have fun.

If you want to say Fernando is your favorite because you think his sunglasses are cool then more power to you.

And you don't need to understand all the history and car stuff to be a good fan.

People like to gatekeep and create this idea that you need to know certain things or you have to like a driver for X reason, but if you like him for X reason then you aren't a real fan. It's frustrating.

Popular isn't always a bad thing either.

I'm a Ferrari fan, I support the driver who is skilled who is bringing glory to my red team. Charles has been doing that consistently since he joined and that is why he has my support. I have been impressed with his skill on track every single year of his career. I like quality driving, I like quality driving in RED, and Charles does both of those things.

Charles is a skilled driver, and you should feel happy supporting him and watching him drive because it's truly amazing to watch.

I am very glad you have joined us in our support of Charles and his career at Ferrari, it's an exciting time for him and for the team! I hope you are having fun!
