I had a blast meeting with lead roaster Antonio Guerrero last week. We talked Mexican coffee and how it is being adopted more and more in #mexico. @crucoffee is certainly making a statement in our neighboring city of #tijuana. Check em' out next time you're south of the border. Their single origin coffees are excellent and their #baristas are well trained behind the espresso machine as well as the brew bar. How much coffee can a person drink in a year? I certainly tried my best. I saved a bunch of the bags of coffee I had in 2016. Still missing some that were tossed by accident. Enjoying this coffee from @takeflightcoffee this week. Thanks to them for this sample, after we met @moderntimesbeer event last weekend. This is my first #coffee from Congo. Delicate, berries and light mouthfeel. Came out great In the #chemex.
