Hey, quick fucking note to everyone who reads/sends me asks about bad Zutara takes. Do not, I repeat, DO NOT go onto the OPs blogs and harass them or send them hate. I respond to these asks because I like clearing up misconceptions, looking at other people's opinions (which is why you'll see me agree with some points) and its good practice in researching sources, media analysis, etc. I don't want these people to get harassed or dogpiled on, even if their takes are poor and biased. I will stop responding to that type of asks if it happens, because apparently one of the OPs got some hate and it could be connected to me talking about one of their posts.

Intro info

Welcome to you! I don't know what brings you here. But feel free to put down your gear and come rest by the fire in the company of others.

It's a good opportunity to get to know others. The profiles are varied.

Mei

A friendly, curious Pandaren by nature, Mei left her home to set off on an adventure and discover what was out there on her island. She's looking forward to meeting new people. She is accompanied by a large stone Quilen.

Adventure!

Mei is always up for an adventure. Living new experiences, meeting new people, exploring new places. It's a real pleasure for her.

Food.

Food is life. And for Mei, it's one of the other reasons she's so keen on adventure. To be able to share her dishes, but also to taste those of others. And at the same time, to learn new recipes to add to her book. Mei is a very good cook.

"Agerta"

If chaos had an incarnation, "Agerta" would be the perfect candidate. A free spirit and rebel, she lives from day to day. It's not unusual for her to find herself in tricky situations, from which she emerges with a chaotic pirouette.

Strange arm.

It's a detail that escapes no one. But her arm doesn't fit in with the rest. There's something demonic about it, that's for sure.

Occult research and demon hunting.

As an agent of the Council of the Black Harvest, Naomi's mission is to seek out artifacts linked to demons, when she's not hunting them. She also collects occult objects.

Alchemy.

Alchemy is a passion for her. She loves testing and designing potions to see their effects. She keeps an observation book on the subject.

Oryn

Imposing, tall and rather quiet. These are the words one might use to define Oryn. It takes a long time to hope to establish a bond with him. There's little information about him, just that he's old, really old. Rumor has it that he roamed the lands of Azeroth long before the first elves.

Prelate of Death.

As the hand of Bwonsamdi. Oryn has a strong link with the world of the dead, seeing things that cannot be seen by others. From time to time, Loas entrusts him with missions to track down people who have upset him.

The art of forging.

Ever since he was a child, he's been fascinated by the art of blacksmithing. The sound of the hammer striking the anvil soothes him. When he's not calming himself by creating things himself. With time and experience, he has become a very good blacksmith.

Thora

A passionate botanist, Thora travels the world from time to time to fill her herbarium. When she's not searching for new fire-related spells to broaden her knowledge.

Plant and spell hunting.

It was through her mother that she developed her passion, and through her father that she came to appreciate magic so much. These passions have stayed with her ever since, driving her to travel in search of new plants to add to her herbarium. But also new spells to use, mainly fire-related.

Strange.

For all her sweetness and smile, there's something strange about Thora. What, exactly? Nobody knows, but there's always a strange feeling when you're near her.

Soren

Both shy and quiet, that's how we could describe him. Soren is a rather quiet mercenary who carries out missions here and there. He hides his natural shyness behind a somewhat reckless behavior that sometimes puts him in danger.

Mercenary and Travel.

He's always enjoyed helping others. He might as well make it his profession, and it was on a whim that he became a mercenary. Traveling the world to carry out missions for freelancers, according to his skills. Of course, there are limits to what he can and can't do, even with a large sum of money.

Jeweler.

Watching his older sister make jewelry as a child, Soren wanted to imitate her. His first steps were rather clumsy. But with time, he gained experience and can now perform wonders such as enchanting. He also offers his services.

New management was jerking him around at the same time he was emotionally broken from his wife's miscarriage, so it was bound to break. No sense in waiting around to be fired as all ppl are at these big companies.

It's sad that Lou and his character Tommy have a racist past in common. People can choose to never forgive Lou or Tommy for their past. People can also choose to forgive Lou and Tommy. Some people think that Lou has changed because he doesn't post the ignorant things he used to post. They are allowed to feel that way. I think the problem comes when people try to make others change their opinion by trying to imply that their opinion is wrong. Even IF Lou and Tommy have changed no one is obligated to forgive them or like them. The argument that Lou and/or Tommy have black supporters/friends so people should forgive them for being racist in the past is ridiculous. Forgiveness is personal. For example, just because some black people are okay with Lou and Tommy that doesn't mean all black people have to be.

a thing i've discovered about myself is that i can only handle sdp and lfr after a win, bc then it's like reliving that fun experience with additional analysis from someone who knows more about hockey than i do. after a loss it's like. i don't need someone to tell me how the leafs sucked, i just watched the game and saw it.

anyways all that to say after the leafs playoffs loss i immediately unfollowed them not to return until either free agency or the start of next season

yeah, i get that and i've heard a lot of people are like that. i just don't find it fun to listen to men who will throw my favorites under the bus at any opportunity get to have fun either. like their joy does nothing for me 😭 i'll rewatch game highlights or postgame media or look at pics/gifs or listen to more neutral parties talk about the game.

if the leafs ever win the cup, those men have said one billion times on tape that they can't and thrown random insults in the mix too, and that's a level of hypocrisy about sports i'll never have or respect. i get that losses are emotional and make everyone feel all types of ways but the ups and downs to that miserable severity are not for me and it's a choice.

After all this time, I'm still mad that they brought back Tommy for Buck's arc. (Or Eddie if the story had not changed.) Why bring back a character who has a questionable past and does nothing to show he grew up and learn.

Nope, they were hoping people would forget about his past.

I'm mad I will have to see his face in this new season as they decided to stick him with Buck. (Worst chemistry ever. They act more like a co-worker than a supposed dating situation.) Season 7 was a mess and seeing this character doesn't help and just makes me sad how it became a relationship story instead of Buck's story.

Anyway if they keep him longer than necessary in the new season (like Marisol) then I would skip everything about him.

Sorry not sorry, but I can't stand the actor and his fan as I made sure that I would never change my mind about this character. (Cameos were stupid and made everything worse. I'm sorry he created a bigger mess than it needed to be.)
