Psalms 119:105 Your word is a lamp to my feet And a light to my path.

God has given His children the awesome privilege of praying for guidance and direction, however if you are seeking guidance all you have to do is pick up your Bible and begin to read it. His Word is a lamp, in other words a spotlight to light our path and give us direction so that we can not only see where to go but where not to go. The light makes things clear and visible so that we will not trip and fall. God has given us His Word for direction and guidance in our everyday walk. Without it, we would surely wander off the path, for we would not be able to clearly see the correct way to go.

The Living Bible says it like this…

Psalms 119:105 Your words are a flashlight to light the path ahead of me, and keep me from stumbling.

I like that. He knows where we are to go; after all He is the One leading us isn’t He?

If the path is well lit and clearly visible we will be able to see the way and not stumble.

We all know the 23rd Psalm as it is probably one of the best known of all the Psalms. David said this in vs. 3 He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name’s sake.

I want you to consider something. God doesn’t want us to fail. He wants us to succeed.

‘क्या आपका उद्धार हो गया है?’ अकसर, जो लोग यह सवाल पूछते हैं, ऐसा महसूस करते हैं कि उनका उद्धार हो चुका है क्योंकि उन्होंने ‘यीशु को अपने व्यक्‍तिगत उद्धारकर्ता के रूप में स्वीकार किया है।’ फिर भी अन्य लोग महसूस करते हैं कि उद्धार पाने के विभिन्‍न रास्ते हैं और जब तक ‘यीशु आपके दिल में है’ तब तक इस बात से कोई फ़र्क नहीं पड़ता कि आप क्या विश्‍वास करते हैं या फिर आप किस गिरजे से हैं।

बाइबल कहती है कि यह परमेश्‍वर कि इच्छा है कि “सब मनुष्यों का उद्धार हो।” (१ तीमुथियुस २:३, ४) इसलिए उद्धार उन सभी के लिए उपलब्ध है जो इसे स्वीकार करेंगे। लेकिन बचाए जाने का आख़िर क्या ��र्थ है? क्या यह वाक़ई एक ऐसी बात है जो बस यूँ ही आपके लिए हो जाती है चाहे आप थोड़ा या कोई भी प्रयास न करें?

शब्द “उद्धार” का अर्थ है “ख़तरे या विनाश से छुटकारा।” इसलिए असली उद्धार का अर्थ एक शांत मानसिक स्थिति से कहीं बढ़कर है। इसका अर्थ है, इस वर्तमान दुष्ट रीति-व्यवस्था के विनाश से और अंत में दुखद मृत्यु से बचाए जाना!

👉 हम कैसे उध्दार प्राप्त कर सकते हैं?

उद्धार मिलता है :-

👉 परमेश्‍वर और यीशु के बारे में यथार्थ ज्ञान पाने से।—यूहन्‍ना १७:३.

👉 विश्‍वास जताने से।—रोमियों १०:१७; इब्रानियों ११:६.

👉 पश्‍चाताप करने और मन फिराने से।—प्रेरितों ३:१९; इफिसियों ४:२२-२४.

👉 समर्पण और बपतिस्मे से।—मत्ती १६:२४; २८:१९, २०.

👉 सार्वजनिक उद्‌घोषणा करना जारी रखने से।—मत्ती २४:१४; रोमियों १०:१०.

A Step Into this Great Adventure

Each day is a precious and unrepeatable gift, a new adventure that is carefully planned out by God, my guide, my rock, my everything. This adventure will never be dull or predictable. I will be safe even on the most dangerous and treacherous path if I follow where He leads. I am learning to trust Him, to depend on Him, to need Him more than the air that I breathe. I hear Him calling to me and I am so ready for this.
