A/N: This is part 2 of Something Special linked below. This was another really fun one to write, more plant action as promised, hope you enjoy it!
Part 1

Since the great plant incident, the two of you had decided to take things slow.
Really slow.
It had been almost a month, and you guys had just worked your way up to holding hands, kissing and the occasional makeout session.
Even though you guys had had sex, it probably wouldn’t have been the natural progression of your relationship. You would have kept awkwardly not quite flirting with each other until one of you made a move.
So, taking it slow seemed to be the best course of action. It was fine, you were both okay with it… kinda. In all honesty, you wanted each other bad.
You’d be completely normal, working on something, and you’d feel his arms wrapping around you from behind, and that is all it took. The rest of the day, you’d think about you and him in many different compromising positions.
But you had to be normal and chill, and that is something you definitely know how to do.
Bob enters your office, and you smile up at him. You could never resist your daily dose of Bob Reynolds. “Morning, I brought you cinnamon rolls. I figured you haven’t eaten yet?
“You know me and my bad habits so well,” You say before leaning up to peck him on the lips. You taste sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. “You’ve already eaten yours?”
“Couldn’t resist.”
He rounds the table to settle next to you, the smell of his cologne and shampoo already making you feel at home.
“How’s it looking?” he says, nodding at your flower.
You look at the plant in the corner of your lab, which has lost a few petals and curled in on itself a little. It’s looking out your window, all forlorn like it’s wishing for better days. “I swear I’ve been taking care of it, giving it enough water and sun, but it’s…”
“It looks a little sad,” Bob finishes.
The plant had taken to Bob over the past few weeks, probably because Bob was always in your lab, hovering nearby under the guise of helping or waiting for you to finish up.
It was oddly endearing, watching the way the plant seemed to lean toward him whenever he was around, as if it had claimed him, too. It was very cute how it would do a little shiver whenever you ruffled Bob’s hair or laughed at one of his awkward jokes, almost like it was rooting for you.
Sometimes, when Bob got too close to your workstation, the plant would nudge toward him, its leaves twitching like it wanted to be involved in whatever the two of you were doing.
He turns away from the plant and observes you instead. Instantly, he sees that you’re looking a little tired. “You alright?”
You mumble as ‘yes’ but honestly, without your second coffee of the day, you’d be curled up underneath your desk, asleep.
“Just didn’t sleep well last night.”
And that was the truth. You didn’t sleep well last night, he didn’t need to know that it was because you had a dream about him fucking your brains out. Another shitty side-effect of not having sex with your hot boyfriend.
“Anything I can do to help? I could… organise your notes, or bring coffee, or I don’t know…” Bob offers, clearly trying to come up with anything useful. “I just don’t want to see you burnt out.”
You wrap your arms around his neck, pulling him close, resting your forehead gently against his. “I’ll be okay. I survived med school, okay? I’ve been more tired,” you say with a soft smile, “You’re so sweet, wanting to take care of me…”
You loved it when he got like this, all cute and tender. And the way he’d be doting on you even when you insisted you were fine. Like when he found you passed out at your desk, surrounded by papers and coffee cups, and you woke up in your bed and had a sparkling lab by the next morning.
You glance up at his worried eyes, framed by the faintest crease in his brow. He’s so beautiful when he’s like this; it makes you want to melt into a little puddle on the floor. There’s even a smudge of sugar on the corner of his lip from the cinnamon roll, and you just wanna kiss it right off.
Just then, you’re overcome by that aching kind of affection, the kind that just demands an outlet, and you start pressing kisses all over his face: his cheek, his temple, the bridge of his nose.
He bursts into laughter, leaning back just slightly as you continue your playful assault. “What are you doing?” he laughs.
“This’ll keep me awake,” you murmur against his jawline.
He wraps his arms around you and lifts you in his arms like you weigh nothing. You lock your legs around his waist like a little koala. You have no idea what has you both feeling so bold, but you like it.
“You’re so perfect,” you say, as you move to the other side of his jaw. He lets out a moan, quaking under your praise. You knew just how to make him feel good, just how to make him feel special.
“You have no idea what you do to me,” he says, his voice dipping even lower. Your lips leave his skin, and you look up at him to see his eyes glowing gold. All that does is turn you on even more, the fact that you got him so worked up…
Then, like that, as if you realised you weren’t exactly going slow right now, you break apart.
“We should probably…”
Bob hums in agreement, and you reluctantly release your python grip on his waist. It’s a near-impossible task, and you miss having him hold you as soon as he plops you down on your desk.
You fan yourself a little and fix your shirt, trying to look composed even if you were the furthest thing from it.
But when your eyes sweep the room, you notice the plant now turned away from the window and right at the two of you, like it was watching.
⋆⭒˚。⋆⭒˚。⋆ ⭒˚。⋆
By the next day, the plant is going wild.
Bob stops by your office, hoping to take you out to lunch, only to find you locked in a tense staring contest with the plant, before you turn and he sees why.
“What’s going on?” he asks, brows raised.
You say wearily, “It’s been shaking all morning… almost dancing?”
You both look at it. The plant is doing a slow, rhythmic shimmy like it’s listening to music, only it can hear. It was no longer sad, that was for sure.
You watch it…it’s almost hypnotic in its movements. Going round and round and round and— you look away, shaking your head.
“Not today, horny plant, not today.”
Bob tries and fails to suppress a snort. “Did you just…. call it horny?”
You nod profusely before pointing an accusatory finger at it. “I know that look. I’m telling you, something isn’t right.”
“Do we have any idea why?” Bob asks, but you shake your head.
“I’ve called a specialist, but they won’t be here by next week.” Shifting away from it, you hold onto Bob’s arm. You needed to be ready to bolt just in case, it went crazy on your asses again.
You knew exactly what this plant was capable of, the flashbacks to your completely destroyed office coming back to you all at once. You still missed the shirt that it obliterated.
You sigh. “You still wanna get lunch?”
Bob smiles. “Only if we’re not bringing the third wheel.”
You shoot the plant a final stern look. “Stay.”
The plant, as if in response, gives another aggressive little shimmy.
⋆⭒˚。⋆⭒˚。⋆ ⭒˚。⋆
Lunch was perfect, but moments with Bob often were. You shared jokes and a meatball sub from the corner shop and sat together in a nearby park.
How could someone look so cute with sauce on his face? You wiped it off, brushing his lips with your napkin. Pretty lips, lips you wanted to devour.
You almost didn’t want to get back to work.
Once you get back to the Tower, it’s quiet as the rest of the Avengers are now halfway across the country, fighting dangers unknown.
Like a big weighted blanket, he wraps his arms around you, walking with you in a slow, sleepy sway.
“Do you have to get to work now?” he murmurs against your temple.
You nod, sighing as you both waddle down the hall like two sleepy penguins, still tangled in each other’s warmth.
“See me after?”
“I will.”
Then, without warning, he stops and spins you around, lifting you off the ground like you weigh nothing, pressing a deep, giddy kiss to your lips.
“You really know how to sweep a girl off her feet,” you laugh breathlessly as he sets you back down.
He smiles, that soft, golden smile. “You just bring something out in me.”
Swiftly, he disappears down the hall, leaving your heart pounding and you wondering when exactly he got all suave and smooth.
When you swing your door open, still swooning over Bob, you see something. Something…concerning?
It’s another flower.
The door shuts behind you as you pause mid-step, squinting at it. This wasn’t the one Bob gave you. That one had soft green leaves and leaned adorably toward his voice and evidently danced.
But this? This one had glowing yellow petals that pulsed faintly, almost like it was breathing. You hadn’t seen it before, and you certainly hadn’t grown it.
“I come in peace, plant.”
You carefully lift its pot and set it next to your other plant. If you were more attentive, or just less exhausted, then you probably would’ve noticed the faint tremble in the soil, or the way the leaves angled ever so slightly toward the door. You’d deal with it after the giant stack of papers and emails you had to get through.
You click-clack at your computer and try to focus, your body becomes heavier, the letters on your keyboard become blurry.
“Stay awake, stay awake,” you whisper to yourself, like a chant to keep you up, but it’s no use. “Just five minutes,” you murmur to yourself, as you rest your head on the desk.
What must’ve been at least an hour slips by, and when you jolt upright, disoriented and sticky-eyed—
“Of course, I fell asleep…”
You look around, scratching the back of your neck, stretching with a yawn, trying to blink the fog from your brain. But when you look to the corner, the one you’d started glancing at by habit, it’s empty.
When you wake up, the flower is gone.
Actually, both flowers are gone.
“Shit.”
You blink, disoriented, and then the sudden crack of gunfire rings out. You bolt upright, and you step out of the lab into complete chaos.
The hallway is a mess, vines are all over the ceiling and walls, snaking around furniture and lights, creeping fast. Ava is blinking in and out of sight, phasing wildly as she dodges them, while a vine nearly snags her ankle. Yelena is hanging from the chandelier on the ceiling with a gas mask, shooting at them.
You can’t see him, but you can hear Alexei roaring in the distance, presumably batting the plant’s tentacles away with brute force.
“What the fuck is going on?!”
At the centre of the chaos, the yellow flower that was on your desk was now mad with power and trying to pull Bucky out of the elevator. And in another corner amongst overturned chairs and sparkling wires is a pink one, that had tentacles attached to John’s back, trying to pry off his clothes.
How the fuck did they get here? Did they take the subway? A taxi?
Before you can do anything, you’re being pulled away into the air with a scream… not by a tentacle but by an invisible force.
⋆⭒˚。⋆⭒˚。⋆ ⭒˚。⋆
A few minutes before the plant attack on Avengers Tower, Bob’s lying in bed, living his best life and thinking of you, like always.
Since you were busy working, he decided he’d take a nap, five minutes tops. He had been tired these past few days as well, thoughts of you in his bed, riding him, calling out his name until your voice was hoarse, keeping him awake more and more often. The sex dreams were wreaking havoc on his sleep schedule. Every time you guys would makeout, he’d be brought back to all the filthy things you’d be whispering in his ear in his dreams.
He’d only meant to close his eyes for five minutes.
But eventually he drifts off peacefully, the comfort of his pillow and the lingering scent of you on his shirt pulling him under. Only to wake a few minutes later to the feeling of a warm, unfamiliar weight on his chest.
A soft rustle. Something moves.
A bloom of purple petals hovers above him, looking down at him with something almost resembling fondness. The plant tilts its head, mimicking him as he shifts, confused.
It takes him a moment to realise… his sheets are gone. His wrists, tied gently but firmly to the headboard by vines. Velvet-smooth tentacles looped like cuffs around his ankles.
Bob freezes, his breath catches in his throat. His heart races too, thoughts piling up in his head faster than he can sort them.
He swallows hard, shifting his hips in a vain attempt to sit up, but the vines hold firm. One of the petals tilts curiously, responding to his movement with something too close to glee.
Still pinned, still breathless, he whispers to the ceiling:
“…This plant is going to kill me.”
As if hearing him, the plant gets to work, making quick work of his clothes, discarding the fabric in smooth, deliberate motions, like it had done this before.
Bob couldn't deny it felt good… He'd been left wanting more every time, longing to be touched more. Every heated makeout session, few and far between, cut short by your mutual agreement to take things slow.
The tendrils slither their way around his body until they found what they were looking for, his cock. They wrap around him, the substance that was oozing from the tentacles onto his cock making him feel weak.
His whole body shivers when they start moving. They fluctuate between pulsing around him and jerking him off, making it impossible to focus on anything.
He bites back the no doubt embarrassing moan that was bound to come out. But he can’t keep them back for too long. The moan that rips through him is more of a pathetic whine. They use his reactions against him, rubbing wherever made him whimper the loudest. But instead of moving as fast as they can, they slicked up his cock, moving just slow enough to leave him wanting.
His breath is short, and his limbs feel heavy, too heavy for him to do anything, but he’s not sure he wants to do anything right now.
“Fuck…”
He feels himself getting closer and closer, but one of the tentacles curls around the base of his cock and squeezes. Denying him the release, he very much needed. His legs shake as he groans and slams his head against the headboard, denting it.
“Please…,” he lets out, his eyes dazed, and if you asked him what he’s begging for, he wouldn’t be able to tell you.
The plant isn’t done with him yet; it starts moving again. The tentacles are making themselves right at home, working their hardest to get him to another orgasm. It's hell-bent on draining all his energy and leaving him a complete mess. He moans, bucking his hips up into its grip, causing it to squeeze around him harder.
“I can’t, I can’t…” he gasps, before collapsing into a quiet sob, trembling under its iron grip pressing down on him.
He turns his head to the side, burying his face in the pillow, his hair sticking to his forehead with sweat. His breathing quickens, shallow and erratic, as his toes curl in pleasure.
It’s not long before he feels it coming again, another dry orgasm he’s too weak to do anything about except whimper.
“Please, let me—”
His back arches off the bed as he has a second dry orgasm. All he can think about is you, how he wanted to kiss you and hold you in his arms… and fuck you senseless. He wanted to hear you, wanted to make you feel good. His eyes start to glow gold as he moans out your name over and over.
“Please, please, please—”
With the thought of you fresh in his mind, he finds his orgasm hitting him that much faster and harder. No matter how much he begged, the plant wouldn’t let him finish. But that’s not what really hurt; what hurt is the fact that you weren’t here right now with him. And he needed you.
The tentacles keep moving, but start exploring the rest of his body more. He felt boneless and unbelievably horny, like he was about to go crazy.
He needed relief. He needed you. To feel your body pressed against his, to feel your pussy squeezing down on his dick.
He flexes his hand and thinks of you, hoping that you’d come to him.
And you did. You were still mid-yell when you flew in there, as he slammed the door shut behind you with his telekinesis.
Not even in your wildest dreams could you have imagined seeing Bob like that when you floated into his room.
Vines around his body, his abs twitching, panting out your name in desperation. He was practically gift-wrapped.
“Holy—” You start, but you see Bob nod his head, and your clothes literally go flying off your body.
“Need you right now,” He breathes out, and your body floats over to him. Good to know that Bob could throw you around with his mind. You land on his lap, just as the vines fall away from around him.
He only wants to focus on having you.
“Bob, what happened?” you ask gently, caressing his cheek.
He’s so sensitive to your touch that he lets out a soft moan, eyes fluttering shut under your fingertips.
He doesn’t answer with words. Instead, he leans in, mouth finding your collarbone, marking it with slow, desperate kisses. He’s been craving you, and that's evident.
“Bob…,” you whine, getting lost in his touch. You’re sure he can’t be affected by the sex pollen capabilities of the plant, so it must have found a way around it.
He kisses his way from your collarbone to your neck to your earlobe, gently nibbling on it.
“I’ve been wanting to be inside of you for weeks,” he confesses, finally saying it, feeling like a weight off his shoulders.
Your heart jumps in your chest, and something about the way he says it, all breathy and needy, goes straight to your core.
“Oh yeah?”
He nods, every movement he makes methodical. “Every time you’d climb in my lap or grip my hair when we’re kissing, all I could think of was how you looked lying out on that examination table that day.”
His hand runs down your stomach until he’s gently pressing on your aching pussy, not moving yet. “How good you felt to touch… You have no idea how many times I’ve wanted to just bend you over and…”
You gasp, feeling him start to move his hand, rubbing your clit in slow circles. “And just fuck you,” he says finishing his sentence.
“Need to fill you up,” he says and moves you until you’re over his dick. “Can I?”
You nod excitedly. Who were you to deny him when he’s so cute asking for permission?
He slides in, and you remember just how good it feels to have him inside of you. Your walls stretching to accommodate his size, the biting pain that melts into pleasure, there’s nothing like it. He makes the most of it immediately, moving in sync with you.
“So perfect,” he moans, like he’s finally gotten that relief he’s needed so badly.
It’s clear he’s desperate for you, and only you.
“Want my cum to be dripping out of you for days,” Bob rasps, as he thrusts harder.
That was a surprise.
“O-okay,” you squeak. He looks at you like he’s starving, like only you can satiate this aching hunger that’s eating him alive from the inside out.
You had never heard Bob talk like this, but you kinda liked it.
He locks eyes with you, something fierce and tender flickering there, then pulls you flush against his chest. He starts thrusting into you with inhumane force, which makes you drool. His breath brushes your ear as he whispers, “You feel that? That’s all for you.”
“Bob!” you scream as he bounces you up and down on him with vigour. You cry out his name so loud, you swear the other Avengers might hear it over the potted plant chaos. It feels so good, you swear you’re about to lose your mind.
“Tell me you’re mine.”
“I’m yours,” you reply immediately.
He slows down, holding you by the hips and rocking you gently, the head of his cock pushing right against your sensitive spot. He leans in and kisses you like he’s scared you’re going to disappear, his whole body pressing into the moment, as he pours every ounce of feeling into it.
You're his world, and in that kiss, there’s no mistaking it. He wants you just as much as you want him.
He pulls back, kissing you on the forehead. Before you can even think of whining at the loss of him, you’re in the air as he flips you over with his mind. That was going to take a lot of getting used to.
You end up back on the bed, legs spread, waiting for him to fill you up again. The anticipation is almost killing you and just when he decides to tease you, pushing the head of his cock against your entrance but not giving you want.
“Bob, please…,” you beg, looking behind you to try and convince him with doe eyes and a pouty lip, but an invisible hand forces you to face the front and arch your back. You can feel Bob’s both of actual hands replacing his dick, spreading your wet folds apart.
“Don’t tease me like this,” you complain, still at the mercy of Bob’s invisible hold on your hair. Then catching you off guard he gets underneath you and starts licking at your pussy.
“Bob!”
He sucks your folds hungrily, like he was starved of you, before flipping you around over like a rotisserie chicken to get more access. You land on your back, chest heaving as you look up at Bob, so determined to please you.
“You’re so beautiful, can’t believe I have you all to myself,” he praises before diving back in and turning your brain to soup.
You’re about to close your legs, too sensitive to the feeling, but the plant now sprang back to life with impeccable timing, catching them to keep them open. The vines deepen the stretch of your legs to allow Bob all the access he could ever want.
You watered it every day, gave it sun, and now it betrays you, just when you think you know a plant. Traitor.
He laps you up, your slick coating your lips as you continue to squirm. “Gonna die…,” you breathe out, and you’re surprised you’re not already dead.
You try sitting up, but again that invisible force pulls your body around like you’re a puppet. He takes your arms with his mind and pins them above your head as he continues to please you with his mouth.
“So…mean…” you whine to which you feel the vibration of his chuckle on your pussy.
When you look down, you catch his eyes, glowing gold and full of desire for you.
Just when you feel like you’ve had enough, you feel his fingers rubbing on your clit and more fingers pressing on your g-spot? Or at least you thought it was his fingers, but when you looked down, Bob’s hands were under your knees, so he was doing it with his mind. You didn’t know he had that much control, but you’re glad he did.
“Bob, you’re fucking magical,” you say, as you let your head loll against the sheets.
If his telekinesis wasn’t keeping you flat, you’d be arching your back off the bed as you scream out his name again.
The moment you finish is something you’ll never forget. You’re whining because you can feel the orgasm coming but a final lick on your clit, as he looks up at you sends you crashing.
You fight against the hold the plant has on your legs, and the hold Bob has on…well, the rest of you, but it’s no use. The orgasm rolls through your whole body as you’re practically forced to stay still.
He finally lets you go and shoo the plant away from your thighs.
“Are you okay?” he asks, checking up on you, and you nod. You may be slightly (very) disorientated but you could fuck until the sun came down and then continue to fuck until the sun came up again.
He pulls you up to a seated position, arms wrapped gently around you, letting you catch your breath as he whispers sweet nothings in your ear, words soft and warm enough to melt you.
“Want to keep going?” he murmurs, voice low, lips brushing your skin.
“More than anything,” you breathe, and before he can respond, you shift, taking him by surprise as you climb on top of him, eyes locked with his.
The look on his face?
Completely undone.
His Adam’s apple jumps and he gulps, eyes locked on you like he’s trying to memorise every inch.
You were so beautiful, so sure, so sure of him. It made something ache deep inside him.
“You want no one else?” he asks, voice barely above a whisper, needing that confirmation.
“Just you,” you say without hesitation, and it’s all he needs to hear.
You run a finger slowly down his abs, watching the way his muscles tense beneath your touch.
Then your desire takes over, and then leaning down, licking a line from the bottom of his abs to the top, savouring the way his breath catches, the quiet, broken sound he makes in response.
He's yours, and right now, you're making sure he feels it. You even feel his whole body shiver when you do that, a subtle tremble beneath your touch, and it gives you a quiet satisfaction. It’s something special, knowing you can unravel him like this. That even someone as powerful as Bob Reynolds can fall apart in your hands.
He’s looking up at you with wide eyes, “Always wanted to do that.”
They were perfectly crafted. What were you supposed to do, not lick them?
You hop back on top of him and start rubbing his cock against your entrance, knocking him out of his stupor. He reaches for you immediately with a quiet beg, “Please.”
You can never handle it when he asks you for anything, so you oblige. Slowly, you lower yourself on his cock but when it comes to riding him, it’s hard and fast.
He’s crying out your name as he clutches at your hips.
You roll your hips faster and the plant comes to help you this time, pulling his hands from you and holding his arms down. Even though he could break the hold at any time, he’s rather enjoying being entranced by you. The way your body moves made him want to give you anything and everything.
“You like this?” he asks, voice needy but happy. He loved seeing you feel good; he loved being the one making it happen.
“I like everything you do to me,” you say back, breath hitching, fingers threading through his hair as you pull him closer.
And the way he looks at you then, like you just gave him the universe, makes your heart stutter in your chest.
You slow your pace for just a moment, catching your breath, and his eyes, before leaning in to press a soft, tender kiss to his forehead.
It’s gentle, the kind of kiss that says I’m here.
But next thing you know, you’re being plucked off of him and placed at the edge of the bed so your trembling bottom half hangs off of it. He was putting you through your paces today, that’s for sure.
You feel him suddenly behind you as he runs his fingers over your body with reverence and lays a soft kiss on the small of your back. He pushes you legs apart and pushes in without warning but at this point, to his cock, your pussy was a second home.
You grip the sheets as once again you’re being ganged up on by Bob and the plant. You feel tendrils wrap around your legs and ankles, lifting you in the air to create more space for Bob and invisible hands grab your hands from their death grip in the linen to place them behind your back.
He’s fucking you so hard, the bed is shaking. You can quite literally hear the legs groaning under the pressure and screws coming loose as it scrapes, inch by inch, across the floor.
“More, please, more…” you blurt out, your mind halfway across the world
In response, the plant wraps around you more, pushing you back to meet his thrusts. The sound of your hips meeting his echoes in the room so loud, it’s obscene.
“Only want you,” he says, his voice sounding completely wrecked.
He’s so deep inside you now, stretching you out so perfectly, you can barely handle it.
Your legs spasm and shake, you know you’re close, and so does he.
“I’m close too, I know,” he says like he’s reading your mind and picks up the pace. You’re barely holding on, moaning so loud you might lose your voice.
You wanted to be fucked senseless and you suppose this is it.
The toe curling, leg shaking, drool inducing pleasure tears through you once again as you slobber out a series of “Fucks” and “Bobs”.
And before you can catch your breath you feel his cock twitch inside of you then you’re being flooded with his cum, it feels never ending. He just keeps pumping you full of his load before he presses down on top of you, kissing everywhere he can reach.
“I love you so much,” he pants out, almost quiet enough that you don’t catch it.
He freezes.
Then suddenly, he’s off you, untangling himself, backing away like he’s afraid he said too much. Your limbs, once wrapped up in Bob and the tentacles, now lie free and cold in the absence of him.
He won’t look at you. His hands fidget. His breathing’s uneven. He’s spiralling. He’s thinking too hard.
What if it was too soon? What if you thought it was stupid? What if—?
“I love you too.”
His head snaps up, eyes wide, meeting yours. You’re looking right at him, that beautiful, grounding smile on your face, the one that always reminds him of sunshine after a hurricane.
“I love you,” you say again, slower this time, to make sure he knew you meant it.
Then you hold out your hand.
And when he hesitates for half a second, you yank him back down onto the bed, right next to you, where he belongs.
The moment you two settle, you hear a creak, then another, and before you know it, the whole bed collapses with a definitive thud. All you could do was laugh, breathless and tangled in sheets with him.
“I’m sorry. Got a bit carried away,” he says sweetly, laying a gentle peck on your cheek. Bob Reynolds, folks. Talking to you all sweet as if he wasn’t railing you so hard, his bed collapsed.
You look around and see the plant sitting there innocently, like it hadn’t just caused a full-scale disaster. The state of Bob’s bed has the place looking like a tornado tried to redecorate.
“Seems you had a lot pent up,” you say, brushing his hair out of his eyes. “So did I.”
He nods, quiet for a beat. “One of us should’ve said something.”
“I agree. So let’s agree to communicate,” you reply, exasperated but softening, “instead of letting a plant interfere and tear the tower apart… again.”
He smiles, small, sheepish. “Deal.”
Slowly, his eyes flick to the plant in the corner. “Do you think that’s why the plant did this?”
The plant had been oddly in tune with both of you, following your every move like you were its favourite reality TV show. You sigh, dragging a hand down your face.
“Fuck, probably…”
Then, the door slams open.
“Wait! There are naked people in here!” you yell instinctively, cuddling up to Bob, who yelps and fumbles for the blanket.
Alexei freezes mid-step, unbothered. “Just checking you and Bob still alive,” he says, then nods toward the chaotic hallway behind him. “There’s a team meeting. Everyone’s… angry.”
You groan into Bob’s shoulder. “Of course they are.”
You both get dressed and peek your head out in the hall. The vines are gone, but there’s a significant amount of damage (those flowers could pack a punch) that they left behind.
When you step into the living room, you’re happy to see everyone’s alive and unfucked.
The yellow and pink flowers sit peacefully without a care in the world in the middle of the room, with the rest of the Avengers, who look like they just survived a hard-fought battle.
You and Bob waddle out of the wreckage and stand in front of them.
“Hey guys…,” you say sheepishly, brushing a leaf out of your hair. This was the second time a plant-related attack happened on your watch, so safe to say you weren’t feeling too great.
“Again? Really?” John throws his hands up. The plants got him the worst, as he was only left with his beret, boxers and his shield. “How did the other two get here?!”
You shrug, half-defeated. “I think the first plant summoned the other two?”
A collective groan and chorus of exasperated sighs ripple through the room. You think you hear Ava mutter about “never trusting a flower again.”
“How?” Yelena asks, exhaustion rife in her voice.
“With a dance?” you say, instantly regretting your own words. “It was a kind of shimmy,” Bob adds, trying to be helpful, and you squeeze his hand with a smile.
There’s a long pause.
Bucky sighs, rubbing a hand down his face. “That’s it, we’re banning plants. Or we won’t have a tower left to work out of.”
“Agreed,” you and Bob say in unison.

p1harmony members when you don’t say “i love you” back
warnings: none!
a/n: requested! enjoy <3
─── ⋆⋅☆⋅⋆ ───
☆ keeho:
do NOT pull this stunt on keeho. he will be so offended and flabbergasted and he’ll immediately call it out. he says it quite often but always waits for your response. sometimes he might even say “i love you” first just to hear you say it back. so when you don’t respond as usual, instead just pecking him and walking away, he has to take a few seconds to recover from his shock.
he calls out to you, “what was that?” “what was what?” “what do you mean what was what, you didn’t say it back!”
waits in hopes that you’ll say it back now that he’s pointed it out—and will bother you to say it. if you’re stubborn enough not to give in, he’ll roll his eyes. “i see how it is. it’s fine, don’t say it then.” will act petty until you apologize or finally say the words he’s looking for.
will probably pretend to hold a grudge for a while after. makes you promise not to do it again, even if it was just a prank. is overall very dramatic about the whole thing. “you’re gonna have to say you love me every hour today to make up for what you put me through.”
☆ theo:
when theo says i love you, he doesn’t take it lightly. as someone who typically saves such words for special or intimate occasions, having you practically ignore him baffles him. when he comes behind you cooking and softly says “i love you,” your lack of response throws him completely for a loop.
stands there blinking for a second, wondering if you are too focused on cooking (but you’re just stirring) or didn’t hear him (even though his mouth is right next to your ear). cue more confused blinking as he waits for a delayed “i love you” back and doesn’t get one.
eventually his curiosity and confusion get the better of him. “did you hear me?” when you nod, he just stares at you. and doesn’t stop, even when you laugh. “theo, what are you doing?” more staring. you’ve broken him.
when you finally explain the prank, he comes to life again, exasperated. “ya! it’s not funny!” despite his show of annoyance he’s smiling, relieved it was just a dumb joke. goes back to normal the second you say i love you, with a kiss for good measure. “that’s what i thought.”
☆ jiung:
when jiung mumbles “i love you” into your ear while you’re cuddling in bed in the morning, he doesn’t think too much about it at first. he never really expects you to say it in return, he mostly just says it because it’s what’s on his mind rather than for a reaction or response. however, when he repeats the words later when you’re saying goodnight, and you still don’t say it back, he begins to feel like something is off.
immediately jumps to worrying. is something wrong? are you upset with him? or just upset in general? this isn’t like you at all, especially not twice. he waits for a couple minutes in case you bring it up, but when you don’t, he gently approaches the subject.
“is everything okay?” “yeah, of course! why?” “i don’t know, you just didn’t say i love you back earlier, and then again right now…”
he looks so genuinely concerned for you that you drop the act quickly and tell him that it’s just a prank. his worry melts away and he groans dramatically. “seriously? i thought something was wrong!” feels a little ridiculous for falling for it, but is good natured and laughs at himself. with his concerns eased, he repeats his goodnight, smiling when you, at last, say “i love you” too.
☆ intak:
intak LOVES saying i love you and LOVES hearing it from you, too, it makes him so giddy. so he notices it immediately when you don’t say it back when he kisses you before leaving for work in the morning. spends the entire day thinking about it, replaying the moment and trying to understand why you didn’t say it back. is both dumbfounded and anxious. did he upset you? are you mad? cannot fathom why you wouldn’t say it back unless something is wrong.
his concern would quickly turn into feeling kind of hurt and bummed about it. when he gets home, it would be obvious that something was bothering him by his posture and distractedness. you can practically see the gears turning in his head as he ruminates, constantly glancing at you with those inquisitive puppy eyes as you eat dinner like nothing happened.
doesn’t know how to bring it up and just goes kind of quiet, mind still trying to work out what to do and how to figure this out. while washing dishes, he’ll gather up his courage and gently ask you if there’s anything wrong. when you tell him no, of course not, he’s even more confused and worried.
he wouldn’t catch on ever and would just continue to sadly mull over your lack of response in his head so you’d have to tell him yourself that it was a prank. when you do, he practically melts into a puddle with relief. “oh my god, i thought i did something wrong, but i couldn’t figure out what-” will be extra clingy and will demand lots of kisses and “i loves yous” to make him feel better after being stressed about it the whole day
☆ soul:
in my head, soul doesn’t verbally say “i love you” all that often, preferring to save the words for special occasions and intimate moments. so when you don’t say it back, he takes it personally. will literally stare at you, waiting for you say it back
when you walk away instead, he stands in spot for a few stunned moments before following you. and staring again. and if you move again, he trails behind you, eyes practically burning holes in your head while he waits for you to give him the response he’s looking for.
after shifting locations three or four times, you are forced to acknowledge him with a laugh. “what?” “you didn’t say it back.” “what?” “i love you. you didn’t say it back.”
when you shrug and go back to what you were doing, it dawns on him that you’re probably looking for a reaction by pulling a prank. decides to make every effort to put you through hell until you confess your sins LMAO will poke your arm, get all in your space, continually demand you say it back until you finally give in and say it. and then you’re immediately forgiven. he kisses your forehead and goes back to whatever he was doing before like nothing happened, smiling to himself that he beat you at your own game
☆ jongseob:
please don’t ever ever ever do this to jongseob he will be STRESSED. he’s very conscious of the words “i love you” and the weight behind them and makes a point to say them to you at least once a day. when you’re curled up in bed together doing your own things, he gently kisses your cheek and says it.
when you hum in response instead of saying it back, he immediately loses his ability to think of anything else for the rest of the day. will play it off as nothing because he rationalizes that it’s not really a big deal. internally, he’s overthinking like nobodys business. why didn’t you say it back? were you just not feeling it? distracted? upset? maybe you’ve just reached that point in your relationship where you don’t feel the need to say it back every time. but you’ve never done that. are you upset with him? spirals. literally zones out and spirals.
later, he’ll make it more intentional: “you know i love you, right?” when you nod, he frowns. “okay, i’m not overthinking this, right?”
when you tell him it’s a prank, he sighs with relief and a bit of fond exasperation. “i was so stressed...” honestly finds it funny now that he’s not stressed about it, but will be a little petty for the bit. eventually just rolls his eyes, and relents with a “c’mere,” kissing you and telling you not to do something like that again for the sake of his well being

A Second Chance at Life (Touya Todoroki X Fem!Reader) Chapter 9
Summary: For the past five years, you’ve been raising your son as a single mother. You’ve successfully avoided questions about his father by claiming that he died during the Paranormal Liberation War. From what you believe, this isn’t a lie. The last time you saw him was when he personally escorted you to U.A.’s shelter amidst the chaos in the streets.
Unbeknownst to you, he has been alive all this time, clinging to life in a facility working to keep him alive. His father, Enji, has been desperately searching for someone willing to heal him. After his presumed death, a single photo of you and Dabi began circulating through the underground, hinting at the nature of your relationship. To protect yourself and your child, you had to pay someone to stop the pictures from spreading further.
The photo provided answers to a long-standing question: who was the healer Dabi had been protecting? It identified you as the healer who had been deemed untouchable, but it also brought unwanted attention.
A/N: Sorry for any grammar or spelling errors in advance.

Touya was covering his head and curling his body up on the cold alleyway floor. He was trying to protect himself as he was getting jumped by grown-ass men who were twice his age, after swiping one of their wallets when they passed him.
He was starving, which caused his quirk to not work as effectively as he wanted. He couldn't even engulf his hand with flame.
"Hey! Fuck off!" a voice called out. It didn’t sound normal. It sounded like a distorted voice speaking through a machine.
"YOU! Fuck of—" one of the men started to yell.
"Oh shit! I a—"
Touya kept his eyes closed, but he heard the sound of bodies dropping to the ground. The next sound was something breaking. There was no screaming, only a whimper.
"I’ll break more than your arm. Next time, get out of my sight." The voice was definitely coming from a machine.
He then heard the men scrambling to get up and running away. He couldn’t feel them around anymore.
"Get up, kid," the voice said, nudging him with their foot to see if he was dead. Touya stayed on the ground, not moving. He knew better than to trust anyone.
"I’m not leaving until you get up, kid."
Touya slowly sat up, letting out a quiet whine from the ache running through his body. His left eye was definitely going to be a black eye in a few days.
"Happy. Leave me alone," Touya spat, looking up at the masked individual whose face was completely hidden, blending into their hood.
He had heard rumors of the faceless individual, Vein. Someone known for spreading fear. People often referred to them as a crossroads demon. They could find information faster than anyone and had supposedly been roaming the underground since they were kids, building a reputation along the way. They only made deals if it benefited them, otherwise, it wasn’t worth the investment.
They weren’t someone you crossed. Anyone who did was always found the next day, tortured depending on the betrayal. People in the underground would rather throw someone else under the bus than deal with Vein’s wrath.
Vein was about to walk away until the sound of his stomach growling made them pause.
"You know there’s a shelter a couple blocks down. They provide food and medical services—"
"I don’t need help," Touya said, glaring at the individual who was now facing him again.
"You’re starving. Winter’s coming."
"I can either take you there, or do it the hard way. I’m not going to ignore a starving child when there’s shelter literally a few blocks down."
"Get lost!" Touya yelled, but then his eyes widened as all of his muscles suddenly went limp. He tried to speak, but couldn’t. His body wouldn’t respond. He would’ve collapsed if the individual hadn’t caught him.
"Sorry, kid. I tried to do it the normal way."
His body was completely dead weight, and he couldn’t move anything except his eyes. He could only watch as the individual carried him like a potato sack. He couldn’t do anything about it. They were careful with where they placed their hands.
They didn’t complain, just kept walking forward, and people around them acted like it was normal.
"It’s not a traditional shelter, and it’s not packed. It’s a secret place, meant for people like us. Runaways, criminals, mutants, or those who are just struggling. You can only get in by recommendation or if you’re with a regular. I know you can’t trust people who offer free food, especially when you’re a kid. There are creeps out here. You can ask the staff to try it first if it helps you feel better. It’s not laced." Vein said.
The rest of the walk was silent until they arrived at a sketchy, enormous building that looked like it was falling apart, with a broken sign that read:
Safe Haven for Everyone.
There was a gorilla mutant standing guard who lit up at the sight of them, completely ignoring Touya’s wary stare.
“Good to see you, Vein.”
“Nice to see you too. Make sure this brat eats something before he leaves.”
“You got it, boss,” the gorilla mutant replied with a surprisingly soft smile.
He grabbed Touya by the collar like a wet cat and opened the door. Touya was held there for a few seconds before the strength returned to his limbs, and he was dropped to the ground.
Touya let out a string of curses at Vein. Vein didn’t flinch, but rather had a lazy wave goodbye.
“Go eat.”
After the door closed in front of him, Touya tried to reopen it, only to glance up and see the gorilla mutant already staring him down through the glass before casually tapping on the wall to his left.
“You heard them. Go eat.”
Touya grumbled under his breath and turned around, surprised to find the interior completely renovated. Kids around his age were waiting in line, the staff mostly teenagers and a few adults behind a glass counter.
He watched the staff with sharp, observant eyes, noting how they responded to each kid’s request without hesitation. Then he looked over at the kids themselves, who were already digging in without a care. Each was given two large takeout containers.
“Excuse me.”
Touya turned his head and saw a young girl around his age. Your (eye color) eyes widened at the sight of him, and he mentally braced himself for the usual comment about his scars.
“Oh! Wow! Your eyes are really pretty!” you said with a bright smile, pointing to your own eyes as a reference.
Touya froze and blinked at you like you’d lost your mind. That was the first thing you noticed? The comment caught him completely off guard.
“Thanks… I guess.”
You smiled again and began explaining his food options since he was clearly new.
“How do you know I’m new?”
“I know most of the regulars by now. It wasn’t hard to guess when the security guard was holding you like a feral kitten,” you said with a soft laugh.
You grabbed four containers and continued, “The usual rule is two containers per person, but newcomers get four. Please don’t eat them all at once. You’ll just end up puking.”
Touya filled the containers to the very top. You packed them up for him, tossing some silverware into a plastic bag. He quietly watched you, then noticed another teenager approaching, holding out a backpack.
He just stared at them.
“This is yours now. It has all the necessities. Let us know if you start running low on supplies. Welcome to Safe Haven.”
He hesitated before taking it, but there was no shame in his movements. He opened the bag to see it was filled with snacks, water bottles, and sports drinks.
“Thank you,” Touya whispered, eyes lowered. He didn’t look up, and the teen simply nodded before walking away, leaving him alone again.
That was the first night in a long time he went to sleep with a full stomach.
_____________________________________________
Touya continued coming to the shelter after that. Everyone kind of minded their own business. No one asked him questions. There were free showers and a crash room where people could sleep, with lockers to store their belongings.
Surprisingly, no one touched other people’s stuff, unlike the other shelters he’d been to. It was an unspoken rule among everyone.
There were flyers pinned on the board in the center of the room, offering help with housing, jobs, and domestic violence. Clothes were available for anyone in need. There was even a small laundromat, which you could use in exchange for helping clean the building—a task that wasn’t hard to do.
It was only open from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. every night. Vein wasn’t lying. People had to be invited or brought in by a regular to prevent abuse of the system.
Throughout the year, Touya only stayed at the shelter to crash during the winter and in the overwhelming summer heat.
He thought you were weird at first, because you never commented on his appearance. You didn’t give him the usual looks he’d grown used to. You were growing on him, especially since you worked on the medical side of the shelter. More often than not, you were the one patching him up, and you never forced conversation the way others did.
He noticed you only worked on certain days to complete your volunteer hours for a high school program, often alongside your friends. You were also one of the few who gave out bigger food portions, which explained why everyone wanted to be in your line.
That’s the only reason he had your schedule memorized. He always showed up earlier on your days.
You were kind of too sweet and naïve for a place like this, but you could bite when you needed to. He once saw you snap at another teen who tried to pressure you into giving more than the standard two containers.
“If you’ve got friends who are hungry, bring them. Otherwise, I’m not breaking protocol.”
He didn’t know how you handled things when they escalated. Once, there was shouting in the building, and he was one of the few who peeked over while eating. A man twice your size was on the ground. You looked shaken, but unharmed.
That man was banned from the shelter after becoming aggressive with you.
You’d been trying to get his name ever since he started showing up more often.
The shelter eventually added a gym in the empty part of the building, which brought in more people, but it was large enough to handle the regulars.
Most people didn’t stay long. They used the resources to find jobs and escape abusive situations. There was even a lawyer who took those cases for free.
You started calling him Drakon, another word for dragon after you accidentally caught him using his quirk to stay warm while waiting for the shelter to open. He had been sitting on the front steps with his backpack.
It was freezing, and he could barely feel his fingers. You let him in early with you, since you had a copy of the key. You were too trusting sometimes.
You brought him blankets from the medical clinic and a portable heater. That was the first time he didn’t lash out when you touched him, especially after you warned him first.
You wrapped him up like a burrito. He hadn’t even realized how badly he was trembling. He’d been struggling to regulate his temperature that season. His quirk wasn’t working properly either.
It was one of the coldest winters on record.
Before everyone had to leave that morning, the shelter handed out expensive winter coats. They were good quality. Something that would last him a few years, if he took care of it.
“Take care of yourself, kid,” the same gorilla mutant, now known as Fuji, said as he handed him the coat. ______________________________________________________ He doesn't really remember how the two of you became friends. It just happened.
You barely reacted when he got snappy with you, just threw the same energy right back at him, even if it was kind of immature.
You weren’t bad to talk to. You didn’t push to know his background. The two of you just talked like normal teenagers, which felt rare in a place like this.
But seriously, anything would’ve been better than Pretty Boy. That was fucking embarrassing.
He wanted to die on the spot when you called him that with that mischievous grin tugging at your lips as you held out his bag of food.
He’d even made the mistake of glancing around to see if you were talking to someone else. But he was the only one standing there. The regulars in the background burst into laughter at his reaction.
“Boy, she’s talking about you!”
When he realized it really was him, his whole body lit up with heat. Mortified, he snatched the bag from your hand and retreated to his usual corner of the building like his life depended on it.
Eventually, you came out from behind the counter with an extra dessert as an apology, along with a chocolate bar.
Touya shot you a glare but took the offering anyway. He wasn’t about to say no to more food. When he caught you training in the same gym as him, your form was completely off. You were going to break your wrist or fingers if you kept going like that. He knew from personal experience—he’d made those mistakes before.
"Who the fuck is teaching you?" he asked, walking over with a frown as he forced you to adjust your posture.
"...Myself," you admitted nervously.
Touya gave you a look. "You're doing a terrible job at it."
You deflated, shoulders slumping.
"Aren’t you trying to be a doctor or something?" he asked, raising an eyebrow. "Why the hell are you learning how to fight?"
"You never know when I’ll need to defend myself," you said quietly. "I know I’m privileged. I’m not blind to it. But that won’t protect me if I end up in a bad situation."
He was silent for a few seconds, watching you.
"...I could teach you a few things," he finally muttered. "But I want something in return."
You looked up, surprised. "Deal."
Then you smiled so brightly, and the look in your eyes showed a complete, blind trust in him.
How could you look at him as if he wasn’t already a few steps away from becoming a criminal?
It made something twist in his chest. He had the sudden, irrational urge to turn around and walk the hell away.
You were too soft… and he wasn’t.
But he stayed, ignoring the feeling in his chest.
Nevertheless, it was a bit fun picking you apart because, damn, your entire routine was a complete mess. Just asking for accidents to happen. _____________________________________________________________ It’s been almost two years since he first stepped into that shelter. You started calling him Drakon, the name you gave him, and it stuck. It grew on him. He responds to it without thinking now, since he always refused to say his real name and couldn’t come up with anything better. He doesn’t mind it.
A lot of people started calling him that, not because he introduced himself, but because they heard it from you.
It became routine. Once a week, you and Touya would train together at the gym and spar. You were getting better at blocking his punches even if he never used his full strength.
It wouldn’t be a fair fight, but you were catching up.
He doesn’t know how it happened, but he didn’t mind others joining in on the sparring matches. He was learning through experience. Some of the other teens even gave him tips.
You were picking up a wide range of fighting styles and adapting fast. Between school combat training and those matches, you were close to the level of students in the hero course.
And true to your word, you shared what you learned with him. It was either fighting drills you picked up from other fire-users… or food. Usually snacks based on his specific requests.
But you became lethal when you started integrating your quirk into your punches.
You didn’t use it while sparring because you were still learning and didn’t want to risk hurting him. You were still figuring out how to sync it with your movements, but he’s seen the videos your friends recorded to help you review your form.
You could seriously hurt someone with those blows. You’ve destroyed too many dummies to count.
You could kill someone with those blows. You’ve destroyed too many dummies to count.
You never really bragged about your quirk either, which he appreciated, especially considering how powerful it was. You struggled with it, not because you didn’t know how to use it, but because it was simply too much for your body to handle at your age. Even with years of quirk training under your belt, you were still learning to control it. Still pushing through it.
That was your theory about his quirk, too. If he could build more muscle and stamina, maybe he’d start to develop some resistance to his flames. It wouldn’t be fast. It might take a long time, but it was something.
You were persistent about it. Told him to give your method a chance for at least six months. Just six. See if it was worth it. If not, he could throw the idea away if he wanted.
….
You weren't wrong, but he wasn’t about to admit it. He couldn’t boost your little ego any more than it already was, especially with your apparent hobby of quirk analysis. You were going to be smug about it either way. He didn’t realize it until one day when you were staring at him a little too intensely during his training. That look when you were hyper fixated on something, calculating in your mind. You interrupted his training to tell him to lower his output and retry his move. But you were starting to scare him a little bit when you began challenging him in hand-to-hand combat. When you caught him off guard with a punch, he avoided it. Purely out of instinct, he threw a punch straight to your face without mercy.
When he realized what he'd done, his fist collided with your cheek. He froze, mentally panicking, not seeing the glint in your eyes. His mental turmoil was interrupted when you swept his legs out from under him, making him fall onto the mat. You pinned him down, your grip tight on his shirt, expecting a punch to the face, so he shut his eyes. He deserved it.
But instead, you flicked him on the nose, causing him to reopen his eyes.
"Checkmate," you said, out of breath, with a tired smile above him. Your quirk was active, the soft yellow glow covering where he'd hit you and healing the injury before it deactivated. "Please consider, this is not a real loss," you said, looking down at him. "You got into your head at the end there. I'm okay. I wanted to see if I could surprise you since you’ve learned my fighting style. He feels….guilt over it, despite you are not holding it against him
"I didn't panic," he muttered, refusing to admit it. He never had harmed you before, breaking his streak with this mistake. He’d manhandled you a few times, but never enough to really hurt you. You gave him a look that said, Oh really?
“Whatever you say, pretty–”
You cut him off with a surprised yelp when he flipped you over, slamming you onto the mat before standing up.
“Whatever you say, princes–”
You hurled a shoe at his head. He dodged, laughing.
He kept walking, dodging the other shoe when you threw it. He didn’t need to turn around. He already knew how much that nickname pissed you off. Especially since you’d grown up hearing it your whole life, always used to mock you when you didn’t know something.
You were aware of it. The privilege and money. You knew it meant there were things you’d never been exposed to. Things you had to learn the hard way later on. Money wouldn’t always get you out of trouble. You had to get yourself out of it.
And you knew he was teasing. It was a harmless game between the two of you. Still, it never got old. How flustered you got whenever he said it
But you were more than that. And he knew it.
He understood what you meant when you talked about how money sheltered people. He’d seen the reality of that the second he walked out of that orphanage.
Didn’t mean you weren’t still a spoiled brat, though. Bonus Scene: "I feel like I’m corrupting your naive little mind," Touya muttered as you walked side by side, both eating popsicles you'd brought from the store.
"I don’t think so," you said, glancing at him. "You’re honest when I ask things. I am naive, but not that naive. I know the world’s not all rainbows and sunshine," you added casually, eyes forward.
Touya stared at you for a few seconds before looking ahead again, then gave you a playful shoulder bump. "You’re too trusting, Remedy."
"Only to you," You muttered but enough for him to hear.
A smirk was slowly tugging subtly at the corners of his mouth.
"Am I getting special treatment? Am I your favorite?" He asked in a teasing tone. He knew damn well he was your favorite shelter citizen. You wouldn’t be hanging out with him outside the shelter, buying snacks like it was some weekly ritual.
What started as a deal for one snack had somehow turned into three bags without either of you ever addressing it. Not that he was complaining, he would never say no to more food.
You shot him a glare and tried flicking him off.
"Your flicking needs some work. Your finger isn’t even straight," he teased, laughing under his breath.
There was a quiet pause, before Touya glanced over to you to see the pout on your face looking down at your hand seeing he was right. Your finger's straight unlike his yet..
"...You really shouldn’t trust someone like me so easily." You glance over to him, before saying softly but firm. "You haven't robbed me when you had so many opportunities to do it. You haven't given me a reason to not." You held his gaze, steady and unflinching. Your eyes were too warm, too trusting to be staring at someone like him the way you were.
It was too much. For someone like him, it always was.
He broke eye contact first.
The action made you laugh lighthearted at him, since it isn't the first time he has to break eye contact with you.
He was getting too soft. Next Chapter Ten (Maybe 07/03) _________________________________ Author's Note: How are we feeling about the dynamic between younger Touya and Remedy? They are teenagers if i needed to clarify. I tried my best to keep this as Touya's point of view. Hopefully, people got the reference who is Vein? They have been mention before :3 (SPOILER ALERT CHAPTER 8)
Any thoughts or theories? I’m all ears! I’d love to hear them. I have seen some interesting theories :3

✦ Embarrassed wasn’t the word to describe it … maybe scared— intimidated, even, would be better. The hunk of a man you’d never met before stood in front of the doorway, his expression a cross between curiosity and confusion. In truth, you had cooked some extra pasta for dinner on accident, and thought it’d grant the perfectly opportunity to swing by and meet your new neighbour. The apartment complex you inhabited was small enough that you two were bound to cross paths sooner or later, but still, making an effort would set things off on the right track. Maybe this was a mistake.
“Thanks. Looks great.” The man nods in gratitude.
✦ Your shoulders almost immediately relax as the grabs the plastic, running one hand through his charcoal black hair. He was handsome… maybe too handsome for his own good. You wave a polite goodnight before retreating back next door, replaying the mundane encounter over and over again as the late night Gotham commotion poured like a melody through the window cracked open.
✦ Meanwhile, Jason set the container down on his wooden kitchen counter, still puzzled by the greeting. It'd been a while since someone did something nice for him, just because. He wasn’t used to it at all.
✦ As the days turned into weeks, and the weeks turned into months, you’d frequently encounter Jason in the hallway. He’d often return to his apartment at irregular times, port unusual garments, and sustain from having any guests over. You didn’t want to question the man’s motives, but it was pretty clear that something was up... At least he was nice, you thought. The man always gave you a nod, a wave, or even the occasional smile.
✦ Though, what really blossomed your friendship was one random Thursday night, when your kitchen sink had begun to leak.
“No sweat. Let me grab my tools.”
✦ And only a couple minutes later, he was hunched under your cabinets— sleeves rolled up and everything. His hands worked deftly, years of practice making the task almost second nature.
“Would you like a water, or anything?”
“A water would be nice, yeah.”
✦ You attempted to hide your growing grin while reaching up for the glass, before turning on the tap and checking the stream’s temperature. Jason couldn’t deny the fact he was beaming inside, as well— that his hands were unusually sweaty, that his heart was pounding in his chest like a drum. The repair itself didn’t take too long. Once he had finished up, you two begun chatting.
✦ Maybe it was the way your eyes lit up when you smiled, or the way you seemed genuinely happy to have him over that made him give in. Or, maybe, it'd just been too fucking long since he'd had a normal conversation.
“Yeah. I’ve been around the city a bit. This is one of the better areas— not too much crime anymore.” Jason elaborated, taking a sip of the water you had offered.
“Seriously… we’re lucky. It’s definitely gotten better.”
✦ You noticed how he immediately attempted to avert his gaze anytime you two locked eyes, wiping the sweat from his palms onto his jeans. Despite his rough exterior, you could tell Jason was shy. The prospect only makes you smile— and him noticing your blush didn’t help.
✦ But then, the fateful night hit. Red Hood had come back home after beating up some prominent criminals near the side of an old port— all covered in bruises, and even carrying a small stab wound to the lower abdomen. His head wasn't in the game, and the feverish lightning made it hard to concentrate. Jason slid off his helmet with a gasp, reaching for the handle of his apartment door. He had calculated how to perfectly sneak back into the complex while avoiding detection, knowing at what hours the halls remained completely empty.
✦ It didn’t take him long to realize that his door wasn’t budging. This only prompted Jason to grip harder with his black leather glove, shaking the knob. Still, nothing.
“Fuck!”
✦ Jay yelled, banging his hand against the wood out of frustration. This? Now? Could his night not get any fucking worse? He let out another sigh, ready to collapse on sight, before shifting his attention over to the left. The last thing he wanted to do was bother you, but imagining your comforting smile and caring personality made him walk over almost yearningly.
“Jason? Oh my god- are you-“
✦ The stab wound in his side was throbbing, and you could see some blood dripping down from his leg.
“Please.”
✦ You don't waste any time before helping him inside, placing your hand on the small of his back, guiding the injured man with a kindness he had never seen before. You always had your suspicions about the guy, but this? He had to be a vigilante! No wonder crime rates had lowered ever since he moved in…
✦ Jason sat on the edge of your bathtub, shirt off, looking anywhere but at you positioned right in between his muscular legs. He didn't want anyone to see him like this; all fucked up and broken. But you didn't run screaming, or turn away in disgust. Instead you rushed to help him. You handled his scars and his wounds and his battered soul with care. It was foreign.
“Shit…” Jason hissed as you diligently cleaned the wound with an antiseptic, your own expression turning sour. “I’m so sorry, i’m almost done.”
✦ There was silence for another long moment, before you caught him staring right at you. It was hard to tell what Jay’s expression conveyed. Embarrassment? Nervousness? You couldn’t quite place your finger on it. Still, your heart managed to skip a number of beats.
“Can you tell me what happened?”
✦ The following time you spoke, the man just couldn't take it anymore. It was your soft hands, your sympathetic expression, your fucking voice that made his stomach tighten painfully in a way he’d never before experienced to this extent. He was going to break, averting his gaze in the matter of a second before clearing his throat roughly.
“Just crossed through the bad side of town.”
✦ Once the wounds were cleaned, you bandaged them up with extra softness. A part of him wanted to apologize for showing up all unannounced like this, but another part of him— a part that'd been starved of kindness and compassion for far too long wanted nothing more than to let you take care of him.
“I'm sorry for dragging you into this... I just didn't know where else to go.” He quipped like some sad puppy.
✦ You left your neighbour’s hefty equipment and ruby red helmet to sit in your bathtub for the time being, leading him back into the kitchen area. He spoke languidly of his situation, of how he’d come back home to a locked apartment. You didn’t think twice before offering him to spend the night here.
✦ Reaching inside of your spare closet, a domestic feeling washed over you upon pulling out a pair of old pyjamas along with some comfortable blankets. While Jason disappeared back into the bathroom to change, you took the opportunity to light a candle on the table.
Jay felt a warmth spread through his chest as you smiled at him. He knew it had absolutely nothing to do with the pain. “Fuck- I can't thank you enough for this.”
"Oh, Jason- It's my pleasure, really. If you need anything during the night, just come get me, yeah?"
✦ You close the blinds and shut off all the lights before tucking yourself into bed… wow. What a night! You couldn't get the image of him out your head anymore. From the fact that he trusted you enough with all this, to the fact he was most definitely some badass chastiser! All the dots connected perfectly, now.
✦ All the while Jason fell asleep like a light for the first time in many years, thanks to your gentle care.

Marshall's anatomy part 1
(Eminem x nurse reader)
Not mockingbird sorry...

The ER was chaos.
Alarms. Calls for trauma bay assistance. Stretchers rolling through too fast for the tired eyes around them. You barely had time to breathe when the call came in: young woman, unresponsive, no pulse on scene, CPR in progress. Cardiac arrest.
You read the name off the form as you snapped gloves on: Hailie Jade Mathers.
You froze.
No. Couldn’t be. The name, sure, but that Hailie? Eminem’s daughter?
Your breath hitched, but your rhythm didn’t falter. You were a fan, sure. You grew up with Lose Yourself, Mockingbird, all of it — but this girl was a patient. Not a celebrity’s daughter. Not a headline.
A life.
“Come on,” you whispered. “Come back.”
And like a miracle, her pulse returned.
“(Y/N)! You’re up,” someone barked. That shook you back.
Fan or not, she was your patient now.
Chest compressions. IV. Epi. Time melted into mechanical, practiced movements.
You leaned over her, pressing steady, deep. “Come on, girl. Don’t make me lose you.”
Then a weak cough. Her eyes fluttered. A monitor beeped with life.
You stepped back. You’d been in this moment before — but never with a name that echoed through your childhood headphones.
She was going to be okay.
Two hours later, she was conscious, groggy, and stable. You checked on her quietly, offering a calm smile when she met your gaze.
“You did CPR?” she asked hoarsely.
“I did,” you answered gently. “But you did the hard part — you came back.”
She gave a small nod. “Thanks.”
You left her room to chart the incident. You were scribbling notes when someone approached. You didn’t look up at first — not until the footsteps slowed, and the silence grew… tense.
“I’m looking for the nurse who was with my daughter.”
That voice.
You turned. Hoodie, hat, sharp stare.
Marshall Bruce Mathers III. Eminem. Right there in the ER hallway, looking both completely out of place and somehow completely real.
You cleared your throat. “That would be me.”
He stared at you like he was trying to read more than your name tag. “She said you saved her life.”
“I was part of the team. CPR brought her back. She’s stable now.”
His jaw flexed. “I owe you more than I can say.”
You gave him a soft, professional smile. “You don’t. She made it. That’s enough.”
But he shook his head, voice low. “No. Not for me. Look, I know people like to be subtle, but if there’s anything I can do — tickets, money, shout-out, whatever — name it.”
You hesitated. It was one of those moments that you knew could go viral, or get weird, or never be spoken of again.
So naturally, your tired brain went rogue.
“Well… I’d like to date you,” you mumbled under your breath, just soft enough that you thought he wouldn’t hear it.
Wrong.
He paused. Head tilted slightly. “What was that?”
Your eyes widened. “Nothing. I—I was kidding. I didn’t think you’d hear that. I meant something normal. Like… a gift card. Or a hoodie.”
He raised an eyebrow, amused. “I meant like concert tickets or money.”
“I figured.” You gave a sheepish smile. “Sorry, it was a joke. I’ve been up since five.”
He studied you for a second, then something shifted. His mouth twitched up. He looked younger when he smiled, like the weight on his back lifted a little.
“You know what?” he said, surprising you. “You’re cute. Let’s grab a drink.”
You blinked. “Wait. What?”
He shrugged, casual like this wasn’t a plot twist in a fanfiction dream. “Yeah I would like to get to know the woman that saved my baby girl's life.”
You laughed — a breathy, disbelieving sound. “Is this real?”
“Only one way to find out.”
“You don’t have to feel pressured just because I saved your daughter’s life,” you teased, trying to cover the way your pulse had quickened.
He rolled his eyes. “Trust me, I’ve been pressured into worse things than a drink with a hot nurse.”
You bit your lip, warmth creeping into your cheeks. “Alright. Fine. One drink. I pick the place.”
“Good. I hate Hollywood restaurants.”
“You are Hollywood,” you joked.
He smirked. “Nah. I’m just a dad who’s damn lucky you were on shift tonight.”
You smiled. “I’ll text you. If you don’t ghost me.”
“Please,” he said. “You think I’m letting the woman who saved my daughter ghost me?”

SBK Season 2 Superhero Builds (Pt. 3)
The third of three installments, it's time for the last three new members of Skyblock Kingdoms to build, in Skyelre, Quillbee, and DevonsDesk! The first part, with Piepie and Nature, can be found here, while the second part, with Legundo and Nukeri, can be found here. The masterpost for all builds, including season 1, can be found here. Let's get into it!
First up, we have the Creaking Queen of Pale Oak herself, Skyelre. The colors here were taken from her eyes and her jacket.
The inspiration for Skyelre was pretty obvious: she's a creaking. I already have headcanons/musings about Creaking!Skyelre, and turning those into a superhero concept and build was extremely fun and satisfying to do.
Her main power, Creaking, is an absolute beast worthy of a paragraph all to itself. It provides an absolutely ludicrous amount of powers: enhanced strength, speed, and resilience, near-total immunity to standard weapons, and complete immunity to anything that might try to move her somewhere she doesn't want to go, whether through mental manipulation or direct force. The advantages folded in also ensure that she can hit you like a truck, wipe out your entire group, and vanish into the darkness before you can make a move. There is a limitation to this incredible set of powers, though: she only has them at night. During the day, Skyelre becomes a normal human - perhaps a slightly more resilient than normal one, with a good deal of charm and investigative talent, but a human nonetheless. During the night, though, she becomes a terrifying force for good.
Her other two powers, Creaking Heart and Denizen of the Pale Garden, offer her some defensive and utility applications, but nothing she can use to fight - that is a task for the night. Creaking Heart makes her much more difficult to kill through Regeneration, and makes sure that she comes back the next night even if she was somehow killed, so long as her heart is safe. Denizen of the Pale Garden allows her to fill the area with thick fog that only she can see through, while becoming completely invisible to the eye inside.
These two utility powers complement both sides of her build, and the different roles she plays at different times. During the day, she is built for information gathering, with skills allowing for different approaches to the task as complemented by the Denizen of the Pale Garden power. At night, she's an incredibly resilient ambush predator, putting the information she gathers to good use to lie in wait in the fog to strike and destroy evil before it knows she's even on their trail.
However, these powers might terrify their user as well. After all, how much of the creature stalking the night is her, and how much is her power?
Next up, we have Quillbee, with colors taken from his eyes and bee stripes.
Quillbee, of course, has bee powers. Because what else would I ever give him? These powers include wings, a stinger (which he CAN use more than once, to be very clear), some additional senses, and the ability to speak to insects. He is focused on being quick and tricky to hit, while his stinger attack mixes some disorienting toxins into the damage for a dangerous close-range attack. On the defensive side, he is shifted towards avoiding attacks rather than tanking them, though he is a lot more resilient than one might think at first glance.
His advantages focus on emphasizing his agility and his role as a team player (a member of a hive, if you will). Evasion and Uncanny Dodge allow for further avoidance of harm, and Teamwork, Set-Up, and Inspire allow him to have a selection of non-attack options in combat to assist allies. Skillwise, he has a variety of abilities focused on agility and helping others, as well as a pair of expertises in insects and flowers, because I had space in the budget and thought it would be fun.
For his complication, I chose to focus on the idea of Quillbee as a social insect without a hive around him (Side note: I am aware that some species of bees are solitary. I am choosing not to look at those bees for very long.) In addition to his heroics, Quillbee is also after a hive to call his own, if there even is one for him to fit into out there...
Ah, DevonsDesk. You deeply, deeply confusing man. For this, I chose the colors of his desk head and the pink sweater on his cherry kingdom skin.
Devon was very difficult for me to make a build for. Not because the build itself was particularly difficult to make, but because I couldn't figure out what the build should be. I went through a couple ideas - something with dimensional powers tied to the idea of trapdoors, another with Devon as a shapeshifter. But then it hit me. Devon is a desk. So why don't I let him be a desk?
Devon's core power is to touch objects and mimic the traits of whatever it is he touches - be it a desk, or a cactus, or a toaster, or whatever other object he happens to lay his hands on, he can replicate that. In game terms, this relies on the Variable power, which gives him a pool of points to distribute however he needs to. This is also why you will notice that his defenses are a bit lower than they could be; the remaining amounts are made up by the Variable power. and can therefore shift around. The same is true of his unarmed attacks, which may become more dangerous as he uses his power.
His advantages make him able to practically anything at at least some level, and his skills allow him to be the truly baffling man that he almost always is.
Finally, Devon's complication represents the fact that...is he even a human? He's a human desk? What does that even mean? Nobody knows, including Devon, which can cause some issues.

Obsessed with the idea that people forget you have Captain Levi’s heart until they see him do little things for you. Like at breakfast, before his morning meeting with Erwin, he’ll pass by your table and casually hand you a loaded plate. “They didn’t have those croissants you usually like but I found those weird ass pastries you can’t stop talking about.” And then he’ll just walk away without saying anything else. Or like, while you’re all suiting up for a mission, he’ll randomly walk up to you and adjust the thigh straps of your odm gear to make sure they’re properly secured and you’re just like “!!!” inside. Or like for every group meeting he arrives early and saves you the seat next to him and when you arrive, he’ll pull out your chair, waiting till you sit so he can briefly place his hand on your thigh as a greeting 🥰🥰🥰🥰

you only do the things you do for me out of obligation
#that's the difference between you and me.#u do something to help me and only stay as long as you need to and do just enough for u to check it off as task completed#and then u leave. always.#you don't actually enjoy spending time with me or anything. you just want to makd sure i stay alive#and it's frustrating because it just makes me feel guilty and shitty and want him to stop it and leave me alone forever.#like when your friend is away and leaves you in charge of their pet so you come by to feed them whenever you remember#like yh u care on some level because it's a cute dog and you'd be sad if it died but at the end of the day#it's just another item on ur to do list.#but for me hes my whole life. i wanna look after him because i would do anything to increase my interaction with him in any way#and i love every second of it. im happy to force him to go and make his food and sit down and eat because i like spending that time w him#and i want to be there for him. i genuinely enjoy it#like making sure he eats and takes his medicine when hes sick and encouraging him to sleep at a normal time#i genuinely like doing that stuff bc i like him and i will jump at the chance to have anything to do with him#but when he does similar stuff it just feels. awkward. we don't talk like we normally do and it just feels like he's monitering me#and it doesn't feel like we're spending time together. it feels like he's carrying out an obligation. which he is.#it feels so fucking wrong and uncomfortable. i cant stand it#i like when im helping him. that feels so natural#it's never awkward and i can enjoy spending that time with him#until im forced to leave#. fuck#❣

──little things like this
a/n. just something small i felt like writing 🫶🏻 what i imagine grocery shopping with satoru would be like.
cw. domestic fluff. dad! satoru. husband! satoru. and just... satoru being satoru. also, he's missing you (like, a lot).
You should’ve known better than to bring him.
It was supposed to be a quick trip—milk, eggs, veggies, rice, soy sauce. Easy. You had dinner planned and everything. His favorite—the one he always says you make better than anyone. The one he begged you to cook the first night he stayed over, back when you were still figuring each other out in that too-small apartment with the broken stove and mismatched bowls. He used to sit barefoot on the counter, freshly showered, stealing bites before you could plate anything.
But now?
Now you’re married to Satoru Gojo, and he’s pushing your daughter through a grocery store like it’s the highlight of his week—sunglasses shoved into his windblown white hair, sleeves rolled to his elbows, a smug grin tugging at the corners of his mouth.
He’d just come off a string of missions, barely enough time to breathe between them, but when you mentioned needing to grab a few things, he immediately offered to come. Said he missed you. Said he wanted to do “normal stuff.”
Which might’ve sounded sweet, sure—until somewhere between produce and frozen foods, he completely veered off-script. And now, fifteen minutes in, your cart is a sugar bomb. Sour gummies. Five flavors of Pocky. A jumbo bag of marshmallows no one in your household has ever requested.
Though here he is, your husband, pushing your cart with one hand, lighting up in pure joy at every little treat you come across through the aisles.
“Satoru Gojo…” you deadpan as he reaches for a pack of cookies. “That is not on the list.”
Clicking his tongue, he holds them up like a sacred offering.
“Buuut… neither were you,” he hums, batting those ridiculously pretty blue eyes. “And yet—best thing I ever brought home.”
Narrowing your eyes, he smirks.
“’toru…” you sigh. “I really don’t think we need more sugar in this cart.”
Tilting his head, he pretends to ponder. “Need? …nah,” he tosses them in the basket anyway. “But, deserve? Absolutely.”
Rolling your eyes, you turn back to the list on your phone. You have… what—three items checked off? You’re pretty sure Satoru has added at least seven more. And, he seems to be multiplying his haul by the minute.
As you make your way down the next aisle, your daughter’s delighted squeal draws your attention. Glancing over your shoulder, there is Satoru—holding up two bags of candy to her like a game show host.
“Mmkay princess… choose wisely,” he whispers, low and dramatic. “Red or blue. You get one.”
Babbling, her little hands reach forward, grasping for the blue one.
“Ahhh… strong choice,” he nods, handing it over. And then, with zero shame, he drops the red bag into the cart behind her back.
“Ahem…” you squint, and he straightens. “You said one?”
“What? She picked hers,” he says, all innocence, sliding his sunglasses down onto the bridge of his nose. “This one’s mine.”
You groan, laughing despite yourself, as he resumes pushing the cart—now like it’s a racecar, swerving down the aisle while your daughter giggles.
“Please don’t teach her to shop like you,” you call out.
“Too late~” he sing-songs, vanishing around the corner, muttering under his breath, “Drifting into dairy… snack thrusters engaged…”
You sigh—but there’s no real frustration in it. Just warmth. Familiarity. Love.
Because sometimes you forget—you’re not in that cramped apartment anymore, counting coins and comparing brands. Not since Satoru. You still catch yourself reaching for the cheapest option, still instinctively scan barcodes and double-check price tags. But he never even looks. He just fills the cart like it’s second nature. Like full shelves and soft snacks and mochi picked on a whim are things you deserve.
You’re still learning how to live like this—where love doesn’t feel like a debt, and money isn’t something to fear. And even though he could buy out the entire store without blinking, he still treats picking out snacks with you like it’s the most important thing he’ll do all week.
Shaking your head, you turn back to the list. Soy sauce. You still need soy sauce for his dinner.
But as you round the corner, you don’t find the aisle you’re looking for—you find him instead, crouched in front of the freezer, elbows resting on his knees, two tubs of ice cream in hand.
Why is he studying them like he’s trying to defuse a bomb? He looks… entirely perplexed.
“Satoru…” you step up beside him, brow raised. “You good?”
“Oh. Yeah.” He doesn’t look up. “Just, uh… evaluating options.”
Glancing down at the tubs—matcha and black sesame—you fold your arms.
“Umm… you evaluating them for fun, or is this, like, an actual crisis?”
“Mmm… crisis is a strong word,” he mutters, still avoiding your gaze. “It’s just… strategy. Y’know. Ice cream strategy.”
Crouching down beside him, you rest your hand on his knee.
“Uh-huh…?”
There’s a pause.
Then, he sighs through his nose. “Alright… fine. I… couldn’t remember which one you liked more,” he admits. “I thought it was matcha. But then I remembered that one week you wouldn’t touch it, so now I’m stuck here like a dumbass, spiraling in the frozen aisle…”
You try not to laugh. “You’re spiraling over ice cream?”
“I’m spiraling because it’s you,” he huffs. “I wanted to surprise you… thought maybe we could stay up late and eat it in bed like we used to?”
Your teasing slips away, replaced with something soft.
“Oh… Satoru.”
He shrugs, like it’s no big deal, but there’s something in the way his voice lowers when he speaks again.
“I just… dunno. It feels like it’s been forever. Between missions, work, parenting—you’ve been running around nonstop. I just wanted tonight to feel kinda normal again. After dinner—after the princes goes to bed. Just… us? Even if it’s just ice cream.”
You watch him for a beat—your husband, who can bend reality, stand at the edge of the world, and still get hung up over picking the right tub of ice cream for you.
“I… like them both,” you mumble, bumping his shoulder gently against yours. “So why not both?”
He exhales like it physically relieves him. “Oh, thank god.”
You both stand, and without hesitation, he tosses both tubs into the basket.
“But… don’t go picking at mine and then pretending you didn’t like that flavor, okay?”
Grinning, you step ahead of him.
“Oh, I will steal yours. That’s marriage, babe.”
With a quiet laugh, he falls into step behind you.
“Brat.”
By the time you reach checkout, your cart holds three kinds of mochi ice cream, a suspiciously large bag of seaweed snacks, and absolutely no bread. Your daughter’s holding her bag of candy like it’s a stuffed animal, fussing while you try to scan it, and you’re juggling a reusable bag, along with what’s left of your patience while she begins to cry.
Noticing your frustration, Satoru slips in, insisting on scanning everything himself—for you. But when the self-checkout machine beeps loudly, his brows furrow and he pouts.
“The fuck? I did scan the damn carrots…” he mutters, narrowing his eyes, fumbling with the touch screen. “Don’t gaslight me... stupid thing..."
You sigh, somehow his presence makes the monotony feel… warm. And though this ‘quick trip’ has become what feels like an all-day event, you can’t deny how much you have also missed this man.
Outside, the air is soft with the promise of evening. Your daughter’s nodding off in her car seat, still hugging the candy bag like a teddy bear. Satoru loads the bags into the trunk with a proud little huff, dusting off his hands like he’s accomplished something huge.
“See?” he says, flashing a grin as he climbs into the passenger seat. “Told you grocery shopping as a family would be fun.”
You glance at the receipt. Then at him.
“You spent more in the snack aisle than on actual food….”
“I live off sugar and love. You know this.”
You roll your eyes, laughing under your breath as you slide into the driver’s seat. But as you buckle your seatbelt and glance down at the grocery list again, your heart sinks a little.
Did you…? Fuck.
You forgot the soy sauce.
Exhaling slowly, your gaze drifts over to Satoru in the passenger seat—slouched comfortably, eyes closed, perfectly content. The fading sun glows across his face, catching the edges of his smile.
“Y’know… I was gonna make your favorite tonight.”
His eyes open slowly. “Oh yeah?”
You nod. “But… we forgot the soy sauce.”
"...oh." He grimaces, genuinely. “Shit… I really thought I grabbed it,” he scratches the back of his head. “Want me to run back in real quick?”
You pause, then look at your daughter sleeping in the rearview mirror. Her gentle snore. The quiet hum of the car. The warmth in the air.
“No…” you murmur. “It’s fine.”
“You sure?”
You look at him again, and it hits you—not the ice cream, not the dinner. Little things like… this. Him. Her. This whole imperfect evening.
“Yeah… let’s get takeout,” you say, shifting the car into reverse. “We'll cuddle in bed. Split some ice cream.”
He smiles again, slow and warm.
“Deal.”

You’re My Baby Too
Pairing: Lando Norris x reader
Warnings: none

You'd think that the second pregnancy would be a breeze. You already know everything about how it goes, how to prepare, what to expect, but in your case, your second pregnancy was dreadful.
First trimester, horrible nausea, you spent half your time over the toilet with Lando holding your hair. Your baby boy was so much bigger than Isla it made your back hurt like crazy all the time, and the worst thing of all was that your baby boy didn't wanna come out.
You prayed you wouldn't give birth before Lando finished the season, so when the season ended you were relieved. But then your due date passed, and nothing happened. Then five days passed after your due date, nothing again. 10 days after your due date - the baby just doesn't wanna come out.
You were frustrated, exhausted, and tired of being pregnant. You just wanted to be able to see your feet again and be able to get up off the couch without Lando having to pull your hand.
"It's because you make such a good home for him he doesn't wanna come out, love." Lando tried to calm you down in a nice way, not even realizing that he irritated you with that because he's been saying that for the last 10 days and your nerves have become very thin hearing it.
"I swear, if you say that one more time.." You barked rolling your eyes at him while holding your still very pregnant belly.
"I'm sorry, I'll shut up.."
“Thank you.” You glared at him.
He didn't hold it against you for your brazen response because he understood that it had become too much for you. Lately, he's been walking on eggshells around you because everything has been annoying you, and he didn't want to be the one to contribute to that.
When the twelfth day passed since your due date, you realized that too much time had passed and you even started to worry a little that something was wrong. So Lando decided to take you to the hospital, where you very clearly told the doctor that you weren't leaving the place until you gave birth.
You thought that by some miracle, as soon as you stepped into the hospital, labor would start and you would just pop the baby out and everything would be over in less than two hours just like it was with Isla, but of course that wasn't the case with this baby.
"I think we have no other choice but to induce the labor." The doctor said.
"Okay, how long does it take?" You asked. "Is it like natural labor or?"
"Induced labor can last from a few hours to a few days, it depends. It's most often completed within 12 to 18 hours from the start of the procedure."
"Oh my God" You sighed in despair with tears in your eyes and Lando immediately squeezed your hand to offer you at least some comfort.
"Does it hurt more than a normal birth?" Lando was very concerned about how painful it would be for you. While you were giving birth to Isla, Lando was of course by your side, and even though it was much shorter and easier, he was still terribly shaken to see the pain you went through.
"I don't want to discourage you and scare you right from the start, but many women have said that induced labor is more painful."
And boy oh boy was it painful.
When they gave you the drip to induce contractions, that's when the real agony began. The drip makes contractions stronger and more frequent and you can't even begin to explain what you'd compare that pain to.
You were sweating.
Crying.
Gripping the sides of the bed and Lando's hand, which at one point you thought you were going to break.
You honestly felt like dying. What was supposed to be the most beautiful experience of your life was quickly turning into a nightmare.
Lando was heartbroken seeing you like this. He was putting cold compresses on you, hugging you, kissing you, comforting you, begging you to endure this.
"I'm so sorry baby, I wish I could go through this instead of you. I'm so sorry."
He didn't leave you for a second, except when you caught a 5-minute break from the contractions and managed to close your eyes for at least a moment and calm down. Lando said he had to go to the bathroom.
He lied actually. Instead he went to the hallway outside your room where his parents were patiently waiting. By the look on his face, Cisca and Adam could see that Lando was not well and that he himself was traumatized.
Lando didn't say anything, he just hugged Cisca and buried his face in her neck, soaking her shoulder with tears.
"I'm so fucking scared for her. It wasn't like this the first time." Lando cried quietly.
"Oh honey, y/n's going to be alright, I promise you. I know it doesn't seem like it right now, but soon this will pass and you'll be going home with your baby." Cisca comforted trying to lift his spirits. "Honey, you need to get yourself together, alright? She needs you right now and you need to be there for her."
When labor finally began after 14 long hours, you were running out of strength. You were so exhausted that you weren't sure if you would be able to push the baby out.
"Push y/n, push!" The doctor encouraged.
"I c-can't" You cried breathing rapidly. "Lando, I can't do it.."
"Come on baby, you can, I know you can. Just a little bit more and it's done, I promise. You've got this" He was pushing your hair out of your face, holding your hand, and holding your leg at the same time.
"Come on, push, push! I can see the head!"
Finally, the baby's cry was heard and soon the baby boy was on your chest. As soon as you saw him, all the pain instantly vanished.
He was so perfect. So worth it.
Lando couldn't contain his emotions as he rested his head on your shoulder, carefully observing his baby.
Later that day, when everything had calmed down, Lando was still there by your side. He couldn't be separated from you nor did he want to. His gaze shifted between you and the baby watching you both sleep peacefully.
He was tired too. He didn't really remember the last time he slept, but he knew you had it worse than him anyway, so he didn't even think of complaining.
"Lan?"
"Hey, love" His face lit up when you opened your eyes. When he saw you smile, it brought energy back to him. He took your hand and pressed a kiss to it. "Did you get some rest?"
"I did, why didn't you?" You asked him when you saw the huge dark circles under his eyes and the same clothes from the day before yesterday. "Baby, please go home, I know you're exhausted too."
"The only way I'm getting out of here is with you two."
You didn't want to argue with him because you knew it was pointless. You were just grateful that he was there and that he was yours.
"My pretty, pretty girl. I'm so proud of you." Lando said softly caressing your cheek and looking into your tired eyes. "I love you so much you know that, right?"
"I know, I can feel it. I love you too, so much." You say before kissing him. "Where are our kids?"
"This little guy is sleeping here without a care in the world."
"And Isla? She didn't come with your parents?"
"No, I told them not to bring her because I knew you'd get too emotional if you saw her, and I wanted you to rest as much as possible."
"You should've told them to bring her, I really miss her and I can't wait for her to meet her brother." You said, but you could still see the worry in Lando's eyes. "I'm fine, Lan, I promise."
"We're done with the kids. Our family is complete now."
"Lan.." You chuckled.
"No, I'm serious. I never want to see you go through so much pain again. It's been so hard to watch you like that and not be able to do anything and I'm not putting you through it again. "
"It was worth it tho. Look at him, he's so perfect. I'd do it all over again for our baby"
"I know, I know, but you're my baby too." No matter how many children you have, his protective attitude towards you will never change.
"Oh, love.." You pulled his hand to get up from the chair and come sit on the bed next to you so you can cuddle up next to him.
"I can't wait to take you home, both of you." He said quietly kissing your forehead.
You rested your head on his chest, knowing that wherever you are, as long as he's there, everything is fine.

love at last (one-shot)

summary: harry’s never been in love before… until he meets you, which awakens a part of him that he never thought he was capable of.
pairing: harry castillo x fem!reader content warning(s): minor spoilers so please beware!, love at first sight trope, harry is charming and completely smitten, mainly harry POV, harry + reader go on dates!, no use of y/n. word count: 4.6k a/n: i just finished watching materialists and i'm OBSESSED with harry so obviously the next best thing is to write for him. please heed the warnings, there will be a few spoilers mentioned in this story!!! hope you enjoy nonetheless bc i'm gonna be dreaming about harry for a long time (look at those CURLS in that second pic tho jfc 🥵)
Harry had given up on the idea of love. He hadn’t felt it before and he felt like life was just passing him by. Was something wrong with him? Was he just not capable of falling in love—being in love?
Lucy was a good match for him, but it felt forced. There was a mutual attraction, but something had been missing and he wasn’t sure what it was.
Not until she said that she didn’t love him. Harry realized at that moment that he didn’t love her either. Lucy said it was supposed to be easy, but he wasn’t sure anymore. He tried Adore’s services, but the matches didn’t feel real, didn’t feel authentic. These women just wanted him for his money, his height, his job. He checked a lot of the women’s boxes—he was a unicorn, which Lucy liked to put it.
But it never felt easy. He looked at each woman from a business standpoint, something transactional, but Harry yearned for something more.
Something deep.
Something real.
So, he canceled his membership and decided that maybe love was just never going to be in the cards for him.
And maybe that he didn’t need it anyway.

The dating scene in New York was horrific. To you, it felt like every nice man in the world didn’t exist. All the dates you had been on ended terribly—with some even ending early.
The men were either too judgmental or too self-centered, or worse—just wanted one thing and one thing only. Was it this hard to find someone nice? You thought maybe you had been too picky, so you lessened your expectations—that didn’t work either.
So, you decided to stop dating altogether and instead put your focus into work. If the universe wanted you to be in love, then maybe you should just be patient and let life do its own work.

Harry had felt instant attraction before, but the first time he laid eyes on you it felt like time stood still. You were laughing at something someone said and he felt a flutter at the pit of his stomach. He’s never seen you at any of his family’s parties before, he would have remembered you.
He ordered a drink at the bar as he glanced at you from the corner of his eye. Your smile was so warm, so kind, so genuine. He normally has this natural confidence in him, but when he saw you walking towards the bar, he straightened up and felt his heart race faster.
Maybe you were a friend of his sister-in-law, he wasn’t sure. His family’s parties were usually so big that he doesn’t remember who’s who. But he knew that he was definitely going to remember you.
The party was for his brother and his wife—a baby shower and gender reveal. A year after their wedding and they’re already expecting.
He felt you stand next to him and then he heard your voice, which only made him even more nervous because you sounded so sweet, so nice. Harry had taken a deep breath and then finally turned his body to face yours, but when your eyes met his own, he felt his stomach do flips.
“Hi,” you said with a small smile.
“Hi,” he replied with one of his own.
“Friend of the family?” you asked.
Harry shook his head. “Older brother.”
You widened your eyes and reached out to rest a hand over his forearm—a natural reaction from you. “Oh my god, you’re Harry.”
Harry looked down at your hand briefly and smiled, nodding in your direction. “That’d be me. Are you friends with my brother or…”
“I’m friends with Charlotte,” you answered, dropping your hand from his forearm. “I was teaching English abroad so I couldn’t make it to her wedding. I’m just glad I could make it for this event.”
“Where did you teach?” Harry asked.
“Philippines,” you smiled brightly. “It was amazing. I loved it there.”
Harry couldn’t help but smile too. You made him feel comfortable, despite the nerves he was feeling before you walked over. “And now? Are you going back there to teach?”
You shook your head. “It was only a two year contract. I have my certification now to teach English to non-native English speakers here in the States, so New York is home for now.”
Harry could hear the passion for your work in your voice and the way your entire face lit up. It was refreshing—talking to someone who actually enjoyed what they did for a living. “So you’re teaching at a school? Elementary?”
You let out a quiet laugh and shook your head again. “As much as I loved teaching younger kids when I was in the Philippines, my focus now is teaching adult learners. I work at a local community college.”
Harry smiled to himself. He heard the bartender set your glass of wine next to you and you turned away from him to thank the other man from behind the counter. The same genuine and kind smile lining your lips.
“You sound like you love your job,” he said.
“Oh, I do. It’s a lot of work, but it’s so rewarding. I try to tell my students that learning English shouldn’t ever replace their native tongue,” you continued. “That their native language is something to be proud of and that just because they’re learning English doesn’t mean it replaces the language they know and grew up with.”
“You must be an amazing teacher,” he grinned.
“I try to be,” you laughed quietly. You could feel your cheeks heating up as you took note of just how handsome he is. You had heard about Harry from your dinners with Charlotte, but she didn’t say how extremely handsome he was or how deep his brown eyes were.
“And I’m just in private equity,” he sighed teasingly.
“Well, at least you’re rich,” you laughed quietly. “I bet that’s nice.”
Harry shrugged. He wondered if this is where the conversation will shift, if the genuine authenticity he felt from you will disappear. “It’s a family business.”
“Oh, so it’s not what you would have wanted to do?” You asked, taking a sip from your glass. You lean against the counter of the bar and stare up at him. “If it isn’t, what would you have wanted to pursue?”
Harry tilted his head as he brought his own glass to his lips. He stared at you from the rim of his glass and then dropped his eyes momentarily to look down at his feet. “Not sure. I haven’t really had the chance to even think of what I would want to do if I wasn’t in the family business.”
“Hm,” you said, eyes looking up at him from top to bottom. “Maybe a model?”
He grinned. “Are you hitting on me?”
“And if I am?” you smiled, eyes staring deeply into his own.
Harry’s brows slightly raised at your forwardness and he glanced off to the side when he heard his name being called. Then, he looked at you and shot you an apologetic look. “Could I get your name?”
You smiled and shrugged. “Find me later if you really want to find out, Harry.” You turned on your heel and left him at the counter of the bar when the other guests approached Harry. You glanced over your shoulder to see his eyes staring directly at you as he nodded at whatever the other person is saying.

You and Harry kept stealing glances at each other from across the room. You could see the way his eyes lingered along your frame and you’re already three drinks in and feeling very brave.
When Charlotte and Peter found out they’re having a boy, the music only became louder and everyone began dancing. Harry’s eyes stayed focused on you as he walked through the crowd straight to you. He sat next to you and smiled to himself, tilting his head in your direction.
“Will you tell me your name now?” Harry asked.
You smiled and nodded, telling him your name as you turned your body to face his. You drape one of your legs over the other as you set aside your finished glass of wine.
Harry smiled. “It’s nice to officially meet you,” he nodded. “Now, would you like to dance?”
“Oh, I don’t—”
Harry interrupted you by standing up. He extended a hand out for you and maintained that charming smile. “If I say please, will you reconsider?”
You bit your lower lip and shook your head, slipping your hand into his own. He helped you to your feet and then led you onto the dance floor. One of his arms snaked around your waist, pulling you closer to him as he kept a tight hold on your hand. You bit your lower lip and moved your free hand to rest on his shoulder.
Being this close to him was intoxicating—feeling his broad chest remain flush against your own, his deep brown eyes staring directly at you as if you were the only person in the room, and god he smelled so good. You inhaled quietly and let your eyes fall shut, allowing him to lead you through the slow dance.
“Can I take you out to dinner?” he whispered into your ear.
You pulled back and opened your eyes to look at him. He’s still fucking smiling.
“Are you asking me out, Harry?”
“Would that be a bad thing?”
You stared into his eyes as you both sway side to side to the song. You had sworn off dating after so many failed dates, but Harry… Well, there was something about him that piqued your interest from the moment you laid eyes on him today.
“Well, no, but—”
His smile dropped and his eyes softened. “Oh shit, I’m sorry. I didn’t even ask if you were seeing anyone.”
You could feel his hold around you loosen, but you tightened your grip around his hand and pulled him back flush against you. “I’m not seeing anyone.”
“Oh,” he nodded slowly. “Okay, great. That’s—That’s great for me,” he chuckles quietly.
“But I kind of sworn off dating… at least for a while,” you admitted. “Lots of bad dates and I just—”
Harry spun you around and pulled you back into his chest, holding you tighter now. “I’ll take you anywhere you want to go,” he whispered. “Do whatever you want to do… and if after that date you decide you want to officially swear off dating, then I’ll go my own way and you’ll go yours.”
“You’re charming, you know that?” You smiled, biting the inside of your cheek.
Harry shrugged, though a large grin lined his lips. “So, is that a yes?”
“Okay, one date.”
“One date is all I need,” he smiled, kissing your cheek and holding you firmly against him as he continued to dance with you.

On your first date with Harry, he had taken you to one the finest restaurants in New York. It had taken you by surprise and you felt very out of your element. You weren’t used to dates like this. He was very chivalrous—he showed up with flowers, opened doors for you, pulled out your seat, and even offered his coat when he noticed you were getting cold.
And the conversation came easy. He made you laugh and you made him blush. How could someone like him be single? When he reached for your hand during the walk around the park, you looked up at him and found him smiling in your direction.
He didn’t kiss you on the lips when he brought you back home. Harry had just cupped your cheek, whispered that he had a great time, and kissed your forehead. It was the simplest gesture, nothing too grand or over the top, but you felt your stomach flutter with butterflies.
Then, you asked him out for a second date. He was grinning—dimples deep in his cheek as his hand dropped from your cheek to wrap around your waist. His strong embrace filled you with so much warmth, so much anticipation because for some strange reason, it felt like you belonged there. In his arms.
He insisted that he take you out to one of his favorite restaurants and you agreed with a smile. Harry kissed your cheek that same night before walking back to his car. He waited until you were inside before driving away.

On the second date, Harry wanted to surprise you. He took you to a sushi restaurant—something more casual, but still romantic nonetheless. He rented out the entire small restaurant just for the both of you. The look of surprise on his face made him feel proud, more confident that maybe you wanted to date him more exclusively.
Harry enjoyed spending time with you and how you had always given him your sole attention and focus. It even brought a smile to his face at just how kind you were to everyone you encountered. During the date, you were intrigued and interested in how the head sushi chefs were making the food.
It was such an intimate setting and it felt easy. Harry had to wonder if this was what Lucy said a year ago—love should be easy. With the right person, love can be the easiest thing in the world.
Throughout the date, you were becoming more touchy. A hand on his forearm or leaning against him as you let out a laugh that wracked your entire body. Even after the date when you both were walking around the same park again, he had taken your hand and you laced your fingers with his. Then, he felt your head rest against his shoulder and it made the flutter in his stomach more noticeable.
When he dropped you off at your front door, you had stared up at him with your big eyes and he wanted nothing more than to pull you into him and press his lips against yours.
But Harry didn’t. He wanted to respect you and your boundaries. You were playing with the lapel of his jacket before gripping it and pulling him against you. Harry’s hands had darted out to rest on your hips—to steady you, to ground himself.
“Are you gonna ask to kiss me, Harry?” you had whispered.
Harry’s lips parted as he stared into your eyes. The grip on the hips tightened and he gave you a single nod. He had taken a step forward, eyes completely dark and filled with desire. “Just wanted to make sure you were comfortable.”
You smiled and moved your hands to play with the hair at his nape, the curls at the back of his head. You leaned in—just enough for the tip of your nose to brush against his. Harry inhaled sharply.
“If you don’t kiss me now, Harry, I’m gonna think you don’t like me.”
Harry tilted his head and leaned forward, nudging your nose with his own. “Well, we can’t have that, can we?” He moved one of his hands to your cheek and leaned in to press his lips firmly against your own. He remembered how soft and warm your lips were, the sound of a quiet whimper escaping you, and the way his heart was racing. Harry hadn’t felt like this before—how even when he wasn’t around you, all he could do was think about you, or how the butterflies in the pit of his stomach fluttered whenever he saw your name flash across his phone.
It also made him feel special whenever you were together. You were kind and generous to strangers, but he always felt like the luckiest person whenever your attention was shifted to him. This was only the second date and Harry found himself wanting this to be more exclusive as the date continued.
The kiss lasted only a few more seconds—the both of you getting carried away before you pulled away from him. Harry remembered the look on your face. The small smile that lined your lips, the way your arms had loosely wrapped around his shoulders, your eyes gazing repeatedly down to his lips like you wanted more. Needed more.
“Where do you want to go for our third date?” he asked, whispering quietly as he brushed his lips with yours.
“How about I plan it?” you replied, pursing your lips to capture his own in a gentle kiss.
“Yeah?” Harry asked, dropping his hand from your cheek to join his other at your lower back. He laced his fingers and pulled you flush against him, the feeling of your body heat radiating against his own awakening something deep inside of him. Yearning. Desire. Need.
“Yeah,” you nodded. “Let me take you out this time.”
Harry smiled. He had always been the one to plan the dates, to cater to the other person that he was slightly taken aback at your offer. It made him feel giddy, excited at the possibility of what you would plan. “Okay,” he answered. “I’ll let you take me out this time.”
“Good,” you smiled and pecked his lips. “I’ll see you then?”
Harry nodded, but pulled you back into a deep kiss. This time—it was intense, more intimate, urgent. His lips moved with your own and his hands drifted lower until the tips of his fingers rested just above your ass. He wanted to reach down and squeeze, but he didn’t. Not yet, he told himself. Not yet.
“I’ll see you then, baby.”

On the third date, you had told him to dress casually. He called you just before he was about to pick you up, asking just how casual he was supposed to dress. You had smiled to yourself and told him casual enough to the point where he wouldn’t care if his clothes would get wrinkled.
So, when he picked you up—dressed in a pair of jeans and a white t-shirt with sneakers, you practically wanted to pull him back into your apartment. The date could wait a little longer. You loved seeing him in a suit—had gotten used to seeing him dressed so formally—but seeing him like this, so relaxed and casual just made him sexier.
“This casual enough?” he asked, presenting you with another bouquet of flowers.
“You look hot,” you complimented and leaned in to peck his lips. He smiled when you pulled away and then took your hand to lead you outside of your apartment.
“So…” you told him. “We’re having a picnic.”
Harry grinned and pulled you close to him. You hadn’t yet closed the door to your apartment, but he leaned in and pressed his lips eagerly against your own. Without hesitation, he had moved his lips with yours, hand moving to rest on your hip. “A picnic sounds nice.”
He didn’t know what to expect, but he certainly didn’t expect to be lying on a large blanket with you next to him. You both were looking up at the clear, blue sky talking about something so random. He felt his heart skip a beat when he heard you laugh—it filled his senses until all he could hear was you and how happy you looked. He wondered if this was what other couples felt like, if this is what they would normally do—have a picnic in the park, eat some food, then lie down in each other’s arms just embracing each other’s company.
When your laughter died down, Harry had moved to rest his hand on your cheek. You stared up at him, the smile still remaining on your lips. He felt like he could sense what you were thinking about, communicating with you through his eyes.
His thumb had brushed against your lower lip and he leans in, pecking your lips lightly.
“Can I ask you something?” Harry whispered. He felt the nerves begin to build and looked away from you for a moment. It wasn’t until you replied with a soft and quiet yes that he looked back at you.
“Would you want to date more exclusively? More seriously?” he asked in a rush. Harry’s eyes softened and the smile on your lips never faltered.
“I’d like that,” you answered instantly. “I’d like that a lot actually.”
“Really?”
“Really,” you repeated.
Harry let out a sigh of relief and leaned in to press his lips against yours again. Your arms wrapped around his shoulders as you lay on your back with him propping himself on his side to kiss you. He felt a huge weight lift off his shoulders—he couldn’t help but feel extremely overjoyed and happy that the feeling was mutual.

Almost six months later and now in a fully committed relationship with you, Harry finally understands what Lucy meant—love was supposed to be easy… and loving you felt like second nature to him.
You had been spending most days at his penthouse. There’s already a space in his closet for you and extra counter space in the bathroom. You manage to make this place a home—he’d come home and you’d be there in the kitchen, making dinner. Or on some nights, he’d catch you grading some papers. This felt easy. Being with you was easy.
Harry knew that he loved you the moment he laid eyes on you. It’s cliche—he knows—but every time he’s around you, his heart races. When he sees you smile or hears you laugh, it makes his stomach do flips. And when he’s holding you in his arms, his life feels complete—like the one thing that had been missing in his life is now here with him.
He hadn’t yet said he loved you because he wanted to do it right. He wanted it to be perfect. Harry had an entire date planned—he was going to take you out to the same restaurant from your first date. Take you for a walk around the park afterwards and then, he’d tell you how much he loves you. It was going to be romantic—something to remember for the rest of his days, but that morning… His entire plan was thrown out the window.
You were in his kitchen, dressed in one of his shirts, making breakfast. Harry had gotten used to this, but for some reason, that morning, he felt his breath catch in his throat. The sun shone through his large windows, illuminating you in a warm glow. He was dressed in a pair of sleep pants and a worn t-shirt as he stared at you, a smile slowly lining his lips.
He walked over to you and watched as your eyes moved from the pan and over to him. Harry bit his lower lip at the sight of your broad smile. You dropped the spatula and walked over to him, wrapping your arms loosely around his shoulders as you pecked his lips lightly.
“I was going to surprise you with breakfast in bed,” you said. “Since you always like to surprise me, I figured I could return the favor this time.”
Harry chuckled and allowed his arms to wrap loosely around your waist. He held your body firmly against his own as he leaned forward to rest his forehead against yours. “Why are you so good to me?” he asked quietly, hand coming up to rest on your cheek.
“Hmm,” you answered. “Maybe because I really like you.”
Harry grinned and pulled back to look into your eyes. His thumb brushed against your cheek as he tilted his head. “Yeah?”
You nodded, leaning against his touch. “Yeah,” you answered. “Consider yourself lucky, Mr. Castillo.”
Harry’s eyes narrowed as he reached behind you to turn off the stove. He lifted you off your feet to set you on top of the kitchen counter, moving his hands to rest at either side of you. He moved to stand between your legs as he felt your hands move to card through his hair.
“I am,” he whispered quietly. “Very lucky.” His eyes stared deeply into your own. His heart felt like it was beating out of his chest—the nerves slowly beginning to build as those three words settled on the tip of his tongue. There was a tense silence that filled the air and it was almost like you could anticipate what Harry was about to say next.
Your hands moved to his cheeks, feeling the bristles of hair underneath your fingertips. You leaned down to kiss the tip of his nose as his hands moved from the edges of the counter to his rest on your hips.
“Baby,” he said softly.
“Harry,” you replied.
“I’m in love with you,” he blurted out as he pulled back just enough to look into your eyes. “I thought I’d never be capable of love. It just always seemed so difficult for me, but you—loving you is easy.” Harry couldn’t help the tears that build in his deep brown eyes. The way you were looking at him now eased so much of the nerves and worry that he felt. “You make me feel—baby,” he sighed—his breath catching in his throat as he brought a hand up to wipe the fallen tear that trickled down his cheek once he blinked.
“Hey…” you whispered, kissing his cheek lightly. “I’m in love with you too, Harry.”
He pulled back. Eyes wide, features etched with shock. “You make me feel good,” Harry continued. “Valuable. Seen. Heard. Special. Every moment spent with you is always better than the last, and when I’m apart from you, I’m always counting the minutes until I can see you again.” He let out a shaky breath as he leaned in to rest his forehead against yours. His nose brushed against yours as he whispered, “I love you. I think I loved you the first time I saw you.”
“God, I forgot how charming you are,” you teased, hands moving to his shoulders as you slowly wrapped your arms around him. “You made me believe in love again, Harry. I’m so glad I said yes when you asked me out… and to think, I could have missed out on this, on you.” Leaning in, you pecked his lips lightly. “And loving you is easy too. You make me feel safe and I’ve never felt that before… with anyone.”
Harry smiled and gently pulled you off the counter, your legs easily sliding around his waist as he walked you both to the large couch. He sat down with you on his lap as he brought a hand up to your cheek. “Move in with me?”
“Didn’t you know?” You smiled, leaning in to brush your lips with his. “I was slowly beginning to move my things in anyway,” you grinned.
Harry chuckled, firmly pressing his lips against your own. “I love you, baby,” he mumbled. “So much.”
“Mmm,” you smiled, pulling away briefly. “Gonna show me how much?”
His eyes darkened instantly and he wrapped his arms around your waist to swiftly lie you on your back against the couch. Harry settled himself between your legs as he leaned back in—eagerly pressing his lips along your jawline down to the side of your neck.
“Oh, baby, you know I will,” he grinned against you, peppering light kisses against your neck.
The feeling of his stubble tickled your skin, causing a fit of giggles to escape your lips. He smiled to himself and pulled away from you briefly to look into eyes.
“I love you,” he whispered, a content smile lining his lips.
“I love you too, Harry. Now get back here and kiss me,” you giggled, linking your hands together at the nape of his neck and pulling him back down to press your lips with his.
Harry smiled against your lips—contentment, relief, and happiness filling his entire soul.
Lucy forgot to mention that loving was only easy if it was with the right person.
And you—you were the right person for him.

˳೫˚ BUCKY BARNES THOUGHT
summary: bucky being sensitive and pent-up after hydra — considering he hasn’t been touched or had sex since the forties, he completely falls apart the first time you take care of him. word count: 2k warning: minors dni, smut, soft!dom reader, sub!bucky, handjob, dirty talking.
Ever since you and Bucky had become official about a month or two ago, you noticed how he seemed to avoid getting close in certain ways. Not emotionally — just intimacy. Whenever the moment felt right, he’d get nervous, suddenly distracted, or find some urgent reason to leave the room. It wasn’t like him to shut you down like that, but you never pushed. You figured he was scared — scared of being vulnerable, embarrassed, or maybe just unsure how to be himself again after everything he’d been through.
You understood. Deep down, you knew Hydra had taken more from him than just his freedom. It had stolen his ability to connect on that level, left him raw and hesitant.
Over time, you also started to notice something else: how pent up he seemed. It was little things—the way his whole energy was taut, like a wire stretched too tight. His brows often furrowed more than necessary, a subtle sign of stress that never fully left him. Even his reactions to the simplest things gave it away. The way he’d release a shaky breath whenever your hug squeezed him just a little too much—the length of him pressing hard against you from under the fabric of his sweatpants. And naturally, the way his lashes would flutter shut when your lips brushed softly against his neck, his eyes glazing over, leaving him looking completely helpless.
Bucky was obviously shy about sex—there was no other way to say it. It wasn’t hard to figure out that the poor guy hadn’t touched anyone in decades. He was clearly embarrassed, fumbling for the right words because he’d never been good at talking about this stuff. The whole situation made your heart ache even more. You wanted to be the one to give him that release, that high he had to have been craving for so long. You wanted to be the one to push him over the edge, to make him feel good—because after everything, he deserved nothing less.
And you couldn’t lie—it’s something you’d fantasized about more times than you’d admit. The face he’d make when he finally let go, the breathy little noises he’d try to hold back but wouldn’t be able to. Maybe even a shaky string of “thank you’s” slipping from his lips while you stroked him, his body trembling beneath you, overwhelmed with pleasure he hadn’t felt in years. You wanted that. You wanted him like that. Desperate, undone, yours.
Today the whole team had decided to watch a movie together, everyone packed onto the couches, blankets thrown around, popcorn bowls scattered. Everything was normal—until a sex scene came on screen.
Bucky had his arm draped behind your neck, casual at first, his fingers lightly brushing your shoulder. But the second the moaning started from the TV, you felt it—his hand tensed, curling into the fabric of the couch. His breathing changed too, slower but uneven, like he was trying too hard to stay calm. His chest rose and fell in short, shallow movements, and when you turned to look at him, his jaw was clenched, lips parted just slightly, and his eyes—glossy and unfocused—were fixed straight ahead like he couldn’t trust himself to blink.
“Are you okay?” you whispered, leaning in close.
He blinked quickly and swallowed hard. “Y-yeah,” he muttered, voice hoarse, his tone far from convincing. “I’m fine, jus’ they didn’t have this on TV when i was younger.” He said trying to joke, sending you a fake laugh. You nodded and kept any comment to yourself to avoid embarrassing him any longer.
You glanced down for half a second and saw it—the firm outline of his length straining painfully beneath his sweatpants, you swore you saw it twitching . He shifted in his seat, subtle but obvious to you, trying to angle his hips away like that would somehow hide how worked up he was. His cheeks were flushed, his fingers drumming anxiously against the cushion, like if he didn’t move, he might come undone right there in front of everyone.
The poor thing looked like he was about to combust from just a few minutes of on-screen tension. So pent-up he could barely breathe through it. And yet still, he tried to pretend it was nothing—tried to keep that fragile composure he always clung to when he was close to slipping.
Later that night, after the movie ended and everyone shuffled off to their rooms, you and Bucky moved in silence. But the air between you crackled—thick with tension, heat barely restrained.
He was quiet as he peeled off his shirt, his back to you, slow like he wasn’t sure if he should. Then came his sweatpants, pushed down and left in a crumpled heap on the floor, and he stood there in nothing but those low-sitting plaid boxers, clinging tight to his hips.
You didn’t even try to look away.
His body was unfair—lean and sculpted, muscles flexing with every little movement, abs etched deep like they’d been carved. But it was the sharp cut of his v-line disappearing under his waistband that made something inside you snap. That, and the way his length was already pressing faintly against the fabric, twitching with every breath he took.
The moment he pulled the blanket back and sat on the edge of the bed, you moved—no hesitation, no warning. You crawled into his lap, straddling him.
“Wha—baby,” he stuttered, eyes going wide as his hands flew to your waist, gripping you gently like he didn’t know whether to stop you or pull you closer. “What are you doing?”
You didn’t answer. You just rocked your hips once—slow, firm—your core pressing directly against the length hidden beneath those thin boxers. Then you just leaned in and kissed him.
Soft at first. Just your lips brushing his, testing, coaxing. But the second he felt it—your warmth, your intention—Bucky melted. His fingers tightened on your waist, pressing you down against his lap as his hips unconsciously bucked up into yours. His mouth opened to yours with a quiet, broken sound. A soft whine slipped from the back of his throat.
His grip on your waist tightened, and he kissed you back—desperate, unpracticed, but so full of want. Every time your lips moved against his, a soft, broken sound slipped from his throat. Whines, low and needy, muffled between kisses like he couldn’t stop them if he tried.
Every time your hips shifted, even just a little, he let out the most delicate, involuntary noises—so quiet, so ashamed of them, like he didn’t want you to hear how deeply he felt everything.
But then, just as your hips began to grind faster, you felt his hands pause on your waist.
“Um- I should probably take a shower ,” he mumbled, not meeting your eyes. “Y’know, long day and all…”
You pulled back, just enough to look at him.
“Why do you always run from this?” you asked, your voice soft, not accusing—just wanting to understand.
He sat there frozen for a moment, staring down at your thighs on either side of him, his lips slightly parted, breath shaking.
Then he sighed. His shoulders slumped a little, like he’d just dropped a weight he’d been carrying too long.
“I’m embarrassed” he admitted finally, voice so quiet it almost didn’t reach you. “I haven’t… done any of this in so long. I don’t even know if I remember how.”
He glanced up at you, eyes full of guilt, of shame, of fear that he’d disappoint you.
“What if I’m not good at it anymore?” he said, his voice cracking. “What if I can’t make you feel good? You deserve the best. You deserve to… to fall apart over and over again and I—” He swallowed, brows furrowing hard. “I’m afraid I won’t last. That I won’t be enough.”
Your heart ached at the way he said it. At how much he clearly wanted to give you everything—but didn’t believe he could.
You cupped his face gently, brushing your thumb along the edge of his cheek. “Bucky,” you whispered. “You don’t have to prove anything to me. You just have to let yourself feel. We can take our time… together.”
He blinked fast, like he was trying not to tear up, his jaw trembling beneath your hand.
“I just wanna be good for you,” he whispered. “I just… I want you to want me.”
You leaned in, pressing your forehead to his. “Aw, baby. I already do”
And in that silence between your words, he finally started to believe it.
You kissed the corner of his mouth—soft, tender. And in the quiet after, you felt something inside him shift. He let out the tiniest breath, shaky and unsure, but open.
Your hands moved down slowly, no rush, no pressure. This wasn’t about getting off. This wasn’t for you. This was his.
When your fingers slipped beneath the waistband of his boxers, you felt the heat of him instantly—feverish, twitching, like his body had been holding back for far too long.
And when you finally freed his cock, it sprang forth with a heavy pulse, flushed and swollen, already leaking at the tip. It throbbed visibly in the open air, twitching in rhythm with his shallow breaths, as if even the coolness of the room was too much.
Bucky let out a choked, embarrassed sound, his forearm covering part of his face as he turned away slightly. “S-sorry,” he stammered, as though he had anything to be ashamed of.
But to you, he looked beautiful. So painfully hard it almost looked like it hurt—his cock thick and flushed deep at the tip, slick with arousal. You could see how pent-up he truly was, how his body had been aching for even the slightest touch. Every tiny movement you made had it twitching in your grasp, pulsing against your fingers like it had been waiting for this—for you—for far too long.
“Let me take care of you,” you whispered, your hand finally grasping at his shaft.
His breath caught in his throat, and he gasped when your fingers wrapped around him—hot and heavy, twitching in your palm like just your touch was too much.
“F-fuck,” he whimpered, brows knitting together as his hips jerked up instinctively. His thighs trembled beneath you. “I—I’m sorry. I can’t… I can’t help it.”
“You don’t need to,” you murmured. “Just let go.”
You stroked him slow and gentle, the way you’d imagined a dozen times—thumb gliding over his tip, smearing the slick that had already gathered there. His head tipped back, lips parted in breathy moans he couldn’t hide, couldn’t control.
His body was shaking under yours, muscles twitching, his length throbbing in your hand like he’d been aching for this for years.
“I-It’s too much,” he gasped, voice cracking. “You’re so good to me… I don’t know what to do.”
You kissed his cheek, your hand never stopping its slow, coaxing rhythm.
“You don’t have to do anything, baby,” you whispered. “Just let me take care of you. You deserve this.”
His hips bucked up again, completely at your mercy now, as needy whines spilled from him freely—desperation, relief, and disbelief all tangled into each sound. And still, he tried to hold on.
His hips had lost all rhythm, bucking up against your hand with instinct alone—clumsy, desperate, his body trembling beneath yours like he couldn’t take any more. His abs flexed under your palm, every breath a shallow gasp. His head tipped back, throat exposed, lips parted as soft, broken whines escaped him without filter.
His cock sliding skillfully in your hand, hot and soaked with need, leaking over your fingers as you milked him with slow, purposeful care.
“You’re doing so good, baby,” you whispered, your voice honey-sweet in his ear. “Just let yourself feel it.”
“I—fuck,” he gasped, fingers gripping your waist like he’d fall apart without you. “It feels so good. I didn’t think—God—I didn’t know it could feel this good.”
You kissed under his jaw as he moaned again, hips twitching helplessly into your palm. “I’ve got you. Let go for me.”
He did.
His entire body jerked, breath catching in his throat as his release hit him—hard and overwhelming. His cock pulsed in your hand, thick spurts spilling over your fingers, his stomach, as he cried out softly against your neck.
“I’m sorry,” he whispered, still shuddering. “I couldn’t—I couldn’t help it.”
“You don’t need to,” you murmured. “You never had to.”
His hands slid up your sides, tentative but aching with need for closeness. “I’ve wanted this for so long,” he breathed. “I’ve wanted you. Just to be touched like this... by you. I never knew how to ask.”
You stroked his hair as he slowly melted under you, his breath still shaky.
“Now you know you can always ask, baby,” you whispered, lips brushing his temple. “No need to be embarrassed about anything.”
His arms wrapped around you tightly, like he was scared to let go. His softening length rested warm between your bodies, and you felt the last tremble in his thighs as he relaxed fully into you.
“Thank you,” he whispered again, over and over, burying his face into your neck.

Lando Norris x gf!reader (though gender isn’t specified and reader is set as a model idk)
summary: Lando Norris wants his girlfriend to move in but doesn’t have the nerve to ask directly, so he starts dropping subtle (and not-so-subtle) hints. She starts catching on.
warnings: none that i can think of. it’s just pure tooth-rotting fluff.
A/N: FIRST WRITTEN FIIICC RAAHHH!!! i’ve had this in my drafts (off tumblr) for weeks. i don’t put my writing many places so this is special 😇 i hope y’all don’t hate it because i kind of love it errmmmm ANYWAYS enjoy! happy reading 🫶 p.s. can one of y’all give me prompts, i’m so lost rn. my asks are always open ♡︎ LOVE U BABIES MWAH 💋

Lando was acting suspicious again.
Not in a cheating way. No—he was still very much the golden retriever boyfriend who texted goodnight with a heart and a photo of his feet hanging off the hotel bed. But suspicious in the “I’m clearly hiding something but I think I’m being slick about it” kind of way.
You first noticed it when you came back from Milan. You’d just wrapped a runway show and all you wanted was to crawl into Lando’s ridiculously oversized bed and not speak to another human for at least twelve hours.
Instead, you walked into his closet to steal one his hoodies, as you usually did, and found your clothes—folded. Color-coded. Already in there.
“You reorganize now?” you asked, raising a brow as he leaned against the doorframe, looking entirely too pleased with himself.
“Don’t look at me like that,” he grinned. “It’s practical.”
“Is it?”
“You’re here, like, half the time,” he shrugged. “Makes sense.”
“Except I have a place five minutes from here.”
“Which you barely use.”
He wasn’t wrong. Still. Weird.
—————————————————————————
The next time, it was the bathroom.
A whole drawer. Toothbrush, hairbrush, your favorite moisturizer, that one serum you can never find in the UK—he’d somehow gotten it shipped from Paris. Though, he was Lando Norris, you should’ve expected it.
You squinted at him when you found it.
He shrugged again. “I know your skin freaks out if you switch products. Thought I’d help.”
“I could’ve brought it myself.”
“Yeah, but this way, you don’t have to.” His grin widened. “Aren’t I the best boyfriend ever?”
“You’re something,” you muttered, though your cheeks flushed all the same.
—————————————————————————
But then there were his socks in your designated drawer. Your shampoo replaced by full-sized bottles of his favorites. His phone charger always “accidentally” ending up in your purse. A second key to his flat mysteriously showing up in your handbag, like it walked there itself.
You weren’t dumb. He was doing something. Slowly. Subtly.
But he wouldn’t say it.
Not once did the words “move in” pass his lips. You knew because you’d started counting how many days he danced around it.
Seventeen.
Seventeen days of hints and nudges and one very suspicious IKEA receipt.
So naturally, you decided to make him squirm.
—————————————————————————
“Baby,” you called one afternoon, holding up a pair of his boxers from your laundry basket. “Why is your underwear here?”
Lando peeked up from his phone, lying on the sofa with his feet draped over the armrest. “We share laundry now. Efficient, no?”
“You’re not even here half the week.”
He smirked. “Yet my socks keep ending up in your drawer. Funny, that.”
“Funny…” You narrowed your eyes. “You planning on invading more drawers, Mr. Norris?”
“Just testing the waters,” he said smoothly, like it wasn’t a completely weird thing to say.
You sat beside him, kicking his legs off so you could steal his spot. “You know, normal people ask their girlfriends to move in with them.”
“Is that so?”
“Mhm. It’s this crazy concept called communication. You should try it.”
Lando turned his head, giving you that boyish smile—the one that got him out of trouble and into most people’s hearts. “And if I were to ask you… what would you say?”
You tilted your head, pretending to think. “Depends.”
“On what?”
“On whether I get full control of the bathroom cabinet or not.”
“You already have it!”
“Then maybe I’d say yes.”
He grinned, looking relieved. “So, hypothetically… if I didn’t want to ask because it’s terrifying and what if you say no and break my poor fragile heart—”
“You’re so dramatic.”
“—hypothetically, would it be okay if I just kept sneakily merging our lives until one day you wake up and realize we already live together?”
You bit your lip, trying not to laugh. “That’s literally what you’re doing.”
“Subtlety is a skill.”
“No, it’s avoidance.”
He poked your knee. “It’s a love language.”
“Yours is physical touch and being annoying.”
“And yours is pretending you don’t like when I’m annoying.”
You smiled then, small and soft. The look in your eyes not less amused, but now accompanied by complete fondness and love. “You’re right.”
“I usually am,” he said, full of himself.
You nudged his shoulder. “Fine. Let’s do it.”
He blinked. “Do what?”
“Move in.”
His mouth dropped open for a second. “Wait—you’re serious?”
You shrugged. “You said it, didn’t you? I already basically live here. Might as well make it official.”
Lando stared, like he didn’t believe you. “You want to move in with me? Like… permanently?”
“I’ve tolerated your snoring for over a year. I think I can handle the rest.”
He laughed, pulling you into his arms, half crushing you in a hug, peppering every inch of your face with kisses. “You have no idea how happy you just made me.”
“I think I do,” you said against his chest. “You’ve been plotting this since December.”
“Okay, maybe I’ve had a Pinterest board since November—don’t judge.”
You groaned. “Oh my god. You’re ridiculous.”
“I just wanted it to feel like home. Like ours. Not just mine.”
You pulled back to look at him, my expression softened. It always seemed soften with him. “It already does, Lando.”
His eyes softened, voice gentler. “Yeah?”
“Yeah.”
“Good,” he said, pressing a kiss to your forehead. “Because I already ordered us a matching towel set.”
You laughed into his hoodie, shaking your head.
Of course he did.

Nightwing gets a sidekick introducing: "Batboy"
Continuation of this post: "Danny has Bat wings"
|Next|
Dick tries to tell himself that he's better then Bruce. He's not going around taking young orphaned boys with unique abilities willy-nilly. No, he very careful. Besides this is first- well second sidekick.
He's doing a public service anyways. You can't have a kid with giant bat wings just falling from buildings. If Nightwing hadn't stepped in to stop those goons trying to catch the kid and sell him then who knows what would have happened. What if they tried to cut off his wings and turn the boy into a bloody trophy for the Bats?
There are many villains in Bludhaven who'd take the boy out or take him in. Dick already had a sinking feeling that Heartless would try his hand at killing the kid after all he targets the weak and helpless like a coward.
It was easy enough to convince the boy to be his friend. Dick did have natural charm and charisma after all. All it took was a meal from batburger and a fruit cup to get the kid to open up.
Danny (apparently his family gave him a normal name) didn't live with his family anymore due to ideological differences. That difference was that they thought he shouldn't exist anymore and wanted to turn him into an experiment. Poor kid didn't even get to finish his freshman year of school before he had to leave. He was a small town vigilante for a few months before the incident.
Dick saw an opportunity but was subtle about it. He invited the kid to live with him until he got his education. Its also totally ethical because the kid was a vigilante already.
Everything kind of went by quickly. Dick had done everything possible to hide Danny until he could come up with a plan of how to tell everyone.
True Dick didn't "need" a sidekick but come on, look at him! He's a boy with bat wings! Dick could put a little cowl on him and dress him up like Batman. I mean he's not a dog but it would be funny. The irony there, the bird-themed hero now had a bat-themed sidekick. That is the universe's way of sending a message.
After training Danny Dick learned that the kid had an endless supply of energy and ADHD that rivaled his own at that age. The kid also couldn't fly, it was actually closer to gliding which was still useful but he kind of looked like a flying squirrel when he jumped off ledges.
The term issue with taking Danny in was that Dick was still a Wayne and while he could hide the kid while he was swinging through Bludhaven, Dick Grayson could not.
Danny could hide his wings like they weren't even there whenever he wanted to look human. Which was a start, next he needed a new identity. One that wouldn't tip anyone off.
Dick needed to pull some strings without alerting Barbara or Tim. A new name was forged: "Daniel Nightingale" (Dick patted himself on the back for that one).
With that Dick was ready to let Danny out in the field. For the most part, Danny was as reliable as any Robin if not a bit crazy. Danny was way too charming for his own good but also completely feral. The public adored the domino-masked kid in his green and black costume. Danny didn't wear a cape because of his wings so he used them as a cloak.
When citizens saw them in public they'd offer the kid fruit cups and candies just to get close enough to see his wings. The people of Bludhaven were also excited to have their own version of Robin since Gotham had so many. Also, the kid was so marketable. Look at the way his wings flapped when he was excited.
Danny's or more specifically "Batboy's" presence would not go unnoticed.
Well, this can't end well.
Welp. Dick should have expected this. He couldn't even be upset. He doesn't regret anything that he's done.
Danny was still in bed, actually it was a hammock which was more comfortable for a bat. Dick wondered if he could sleep upside down. The kid was comfortable here and probably better off here than in Gotham. Once the adoption goes public however things will get complicated. Danny may end up Bludhaven's sweetheart or outcast. He'll probably end up fine...probably.

Hello there, dear! I hope you're having a good day!
I absolutely love your "Accidental PDA" scenarios. Could I please request a part 2? Maybe with Shanks, Mihawk, and Crocodile?
I love those silly men~♡
(Accidental) PDA

characters: shanks, usopp, mihawk, crocodile, sabo
a/n: I tried to make them longer and added usopp and sabo, hope you don’t mind
words count: around 0.5k - 0.8k each
(zoro, sanji, law, ace, kid)
masterlist || ao3 || ko-fi
── .✦ Shanks:
The tavern is loud, filled with the usual rowdiness of the Red-Haired Pirates, and you’re just trying to enjoy your drink in peace. Shanks, however, has other plans.
Without thinking, he throws an arm around your shoulders, tugging you in closer as he laughs at something Benn said. It’s casual, effortless, like it’s second nature to him. You stiffen for a second, heat creeping up your neck, but Shanks doesn’t even seem to notice. Or if he does, he doesn’t care.
The crew does, though.
Lucky Roo is grinning into his plate, Yasopp gives a low whistle, and someone in the back yells, “Oi, Captain, didn’t know you were the handsy type!”
The teasing sets off a chain reaction. More whistles, some exaggerated winks, and a few dramatic “Get a room!” comments. Shanks finally glances around, noticing the way everyone is looking at you, at him, at the way his arm is still draped over you like you belong there.
And then, the bastard smirks.
“Jealous?” he asks, completely unfazed.
You, on the other hand, feel like sinking into the floor. You push at his chest, but he doesn’t budge, only chuckles as if this is the funniest thing in the world.
“You could let go…” you mutter, but your voice lacks conviction.
“Could,” he agrees, but his arm stays right where it is, fingers lazily tracing patterns on your shoulder “But I like this better.”
The crew erupts into laughter again, and you just know they’re never letting this go.
You groan, sinking deeper into Shanks’ side as the crew erupts into even more laughter and teasing. His arm is still draped lazily over your shoulders, fingers tracing idle patterns on your sleeve like he has all the time in the world.
“Captain, you should at least buy ’em dinner first!” someone calls out, setting off another round of whistles.
Shanks just grins “Dinner? Please, I treat ’em well every day.”
You swat at his chest, finally pushing him off you, only for him to dramatically clutch his heart like you just mortally wounded him “Ow, sweetheart, that hurt.”
“Not as much as this embarrassment,” you mutter, crossing your arms “Do you have to be like this?”
He hums, tilting his head as if considering “Hmm… yeah, I think I do.”
The crew howls at that, and Yasopp slaps the table “Damn, you’re really done for, huh, Captain?”
Shanks just leans in again, closer this time, and you can feel his warmth even though he’s not touching you anymore. His voice drops, low and teasing “I mean… you don’t seem to mind that much.”
You open your mouth to protest but what can you even say? That your face isn’t burning? That your heart isn’t racing just a little? Because that would be a lie, and everyone here would see straight through it.
So instead, you huff and grab your drink, taking a long sip to avoid answering.
Unfortunately, Shanks notices.
He chuckles, resting his chin in his palm as he watches you, utterly amused “Oh yeah,” he murmurs “You’re definitely cute when you’re flustered.”
The entire crew loses it.
── .✦ Usopp:
The two of you sit together on the deck of the Sunny, basking in the warmth of the afternoon sun. The ship rocks gently on the waves as you both watch Luffy, Chopper, and Franky attempt to launch themselves out of a makeshift slingshot (which is absolutely going to end in disaster).
Usopp is so focused on their antics that, without thinking, he reaches out and takes your hand.
Not in a grand romantic way. Not with any intention at all. Just… naturally. Like it’s the most normal thing in the world.
Your fingers are warm, your grip instinctively curling around his. And for a few blissful minutes, he doesn’t even notice what he’s done.
Then, of course, someone has to ruin it.
Zoro snorts from where he lounges with his sword resting against his shoulder “Oi, Usopp, holding hands now? When’s the wedding?”
Usopp nearly throws your hand away like it’s on fire. His face goes red so fast it could put a cherry to shame.
He waves his hands frantically “W-WHAT?! I—HOLDING HANDS? WHO? ME? NO WAY!”
Zoro looks unimpressed “You literally just were.”
Luffy grins wide “Ohhh! Are you guys dating? Why didn’t you tell us?!”
Usopp flails, looking at you for help, only to find you laughing.
You’re not embarrassed. You’re not panicking. You’re just sitting there, watching him combust, an amused glint in your eyes.
Oh, this is bad.
Sanji smirks as he lights a cigarette “My, my, Usopp. Didn’t know you were such a romantic.”
Usopp’s hands are everywhere, gesturing wildly as he tries to dig himself out of this nightmare “I—I wasn’t—I mean, I was, but I wasn’t—”
Robin chuckles behind her book “Don’t worry. It was cute.”
Usopp makes a strangled noise that is somewhere between a squawk and a plea to be thrown into the ocean. His heart is about to explode. He can’t even look at you now.
And then you—still so infuriatingly calm—just shrug and say “Well, I don’t mind.”
Usopp forgets how to breathe.
Chopper gasps “So you are dating?!”
Usopp immediately short-circuits “THAT’S NOT WHAT THEY MEANT—WAIT, WHAT DID YOU MEAN?!”
You just laugh again, standing up and stretching like this is the most casual thing in the world “I’ll let you figure that out.”
Then you walk away, leaving a completely fried Usopp sitting there, hands in his hair, while the rest of the crew loses their minds.
Luffy grins “I think you just got confessed to.”
Usopp screams.
He stares after you, mouth opening and closing like a fish out of water.
Sanji exhales a puff of smoke, looking far too entertained “Well? You gonna sit there like an idiot or go after them?”
Usopp smacks his hands against his face “G-go after them? WHAT FOR?!”
Luffy tilts his head “Because they just confessed?”
“THEY DID NOT CONFESS!” Usopp shrieks, pointing wildly in the direction you disappeared. “THAT WAS VAGUE! THAT COULD MEAN ANYTHING!”
Franky crosses his arms “Could mean they like you.”
Chopper nods “Or that they wouldn’t mind if you liked them.”
Robin smiles behind her book “Or that they’re waiting for you to make the next move.”
Usopp is malfunctioning. His brain is overheating. This is worse than any battle, worse than any enemy encounter—this is romantic ambiguity, and it is killing him.
Zoro sighs, clearly losing patience “Look, either go ask them what they meant or sit here and keep yelling about it. Either way, shut up.”
Usopp grabs his head “This is too much. This is a nightmare. I need—I need time to process—”
Nami rolls her eyes “If you take too long, they might think you don’t care.”
Usopp bolts upright.
He cares. Oh, he cares. The thought of you thinking otherwise makes his stomach twist into knots.
He groans dramatically “UGH—FINE! I’LL GO!”
The crew cheers. He glares at them “If I die of embarrassment, I’m haunting you all.”
Luffy beams “Can ghosts hold hands?”
Usopp sprints before he can get sucked into another round of teasing.
── .✦ Mihawk:
The castle is quiet, save for the clinking of cutlery against fine china. You, Mihawk, and Perona are seated at the grand dining table, enjoying, or rather, trying to enjoy, dinner.
Everything is peaceful until your fork slips, clattering against your plate before tumbling off the table’s edge. Without thinking, Mihawk moves.
In one smooth motion, he catches the utensil mid-air, his fingers brushing against yours as he hands it back. It’s nothing, barely even a touch, but the air shifts immediately.
Perona, halfway through taking a bite, freezes.
Her wide eyes flick between you and Mihawk, and a slow, knowing smirk spreads across her face “Oh?” she sings, resting her chin in her hands “That was… interesting.”
You blink, confused “What?”
She grins “Didn’t know Hawky was the touchy type.”
Mihawk sighs, unimpressed “Don’t be ridiculous.”
But Perona isn’t letting this go “Ohhh, don’t try to act all cool—I saw that.” She points her fork at him accusingly “You totally just pulled a ‘casually affectionate, but I won’t admit it’ move.”
You scoff, shaking your head “It was just a fork—”
“It was not just a fork!” Perona interrupts dramatically “He caught it! He touched your hand! He lingered!”
Mihawk pinches the bridge of his nose, clearly regretting every life decision that led to this moment “This is absurd.”
Perona leans in with a wicked grin “Admit it. You like them.”
Mihawk finally meets your gaze, and for just a second, so brief you might have imagined it, you see something flicker in his eyes. Something unreadable. Something dangerous.
Then, as if nothing happened, he looks away “You’re being insufferable” he mutters to Perona, taking a slow sip of his wine.
She cackles, delighted “And you’re avoiding the question!”
You, caught between amusement and second-hand embarrassment, shake your head “Alright, that’s enough. Can we just eat in peace?”
Mihawk exhales through his nose, giving you the faintest nod. But as you pick up your fork again, you feel his gaze lingering just a second too long.
And this time, you are the one avoiding eye contact.
Perona is still grinning, twirling her fork between her fingers as she watches you both like a cat who just found the perfect toy to play with “You’re blushingggg” she sing-songs.
You nearly choke on your drink “I am not.”
She gasps dramatically “Oh my God, you so are! This is the best day of my life.”
Mihawk sighs, setting his glass down with an audible clink “Perona.”
Something about the way he says her name, low, warning, should be enough to shut her up. Should be. But Perona, being Perona, just grins wider “What?” she asks innocently, resting her chin in her hands “I’m just making an observation. It’s not my fault that you—”
Mihawk lifts a hand, and for a moment, you think he’s about to cut her off with a sharp retort. Instead, his fingers brush against the base of his wine glass, moving it an inch to the side. A subtle shift. A deliberate one.
And then you realise his gaze hasn’t left you since this conversation started.
Your breath catches. It’s not dramatic, not obvious, but it’s enough.
Enough for Perona’s eyes to widen.
“Oh.” She leans back, eyebrows raising “Wait. Hold on. Wait.”
Mihawk finally looks at her, his usual unreadable expression in place “What?”
Perona points between you both “This is real, isn’t it?”
You stiffen “What is real?”
She gasps again, clutching her chest like she just uncovered the biggest secret of the century “You! Him! This! Oh my God, I was just teasing, but you’re actually—”
Mihawk exhales sharply, reaching for his wine again “Perona.”
“What! You can’t expect me not to react!” She gestures wildly “I live in this creepy castle with you, and nothing fun ever happens! Of course I’m going to enjoy this!”
You groan, rubbing your temples “Perona, I swear—”
But she’s already giggling, positively thrilled “Oh, this is so cute. Mihawk, are you going to deny it? Hm?” She bats her lashes dramatically “Gonna tell me I’m imagining things? That you don’t look at them like that?”
Mihawk doesn’t answer right away.
Instead, he sets his glass down, levels Perona with a stare so sharp it could probably cut through steel, and says, voice smooth as ever “Mind your business.”
Perona lets out a scream of pure, unfiltered excitement.
── .✦ Crocodile:
The casino is buzzing, filled with the sounds of clinking glasses and the murmur of high-stakes deals. You walk beside Crocodile as he moves through the crowd, his presence alone enough to part people like the Red Sea.
It’s nothing new, he’s intimidating without trying, and people know better than to get in his way. But as the two of you step toward a private lounge, the crowd thickens, bodies pressing in too close. Instinct takes over.
A firm hand lands on your lower back.
It’s subtle, barely even a touch, but the warmth of it sends a jolt through your spine. Crocodile doesn’t say anything, doesn’t even glance at you—he just guides you forward, fingers pressing lightly, keeping you close as he moves with that same effortless authority.
You don’t even have time to process it before you hear a quiet, amused scoff.
Daz Bones, walking a few steps behind, raises a brow “Didn’t think you were the chivalrous type.”
Crocodile barely reacts. If anything, he looks bored, taking a slow drag of his cigar before exhaling, smoke curling through the air “Shut it.”
Daz, to his credit, doesn’t push. But the corner of his mouth twitches, like he’s holding back a smirk.
You glance up at Crocodile, expecting him to move his hand away now that the crowd has thinned. He doesn’t.
In fact, his fingers shift just slightly, a feather-light movement that sends a slow, creeping heat to your face.
Daz chuckles under his breath “Didn’t peg you as the clingy type, either.”
Crocodile stops walking.
The air changes.
It’s not obvious, no outburst, no harsh words, but the shift is immediate. Tension crackles, and for a split second, it feels like the temperature in the room just dropped.
Daz, wise as he is, raises his hands in mock surrender “Forget I said anything.”
Crocodile doesn’t even spare him a glance. His hand, however, still doesn’t move.
You swallow hard “Uh. You can—”
“Stay close,” he interrupts, voice low and even “People stare too much.”
It’s a flimsy excuse. You both know it.
But as his fingers press just a little more firmly against your back, guiding you forward once more, you decide not to call him out on it.
You don’t say anything. Not because you don’t want to, but because you don’t trust yourself to.
Crocodile’s hand is still there, still resting on your lower back like it belongs, and every nerve in your body is hyper-aware of the heat seeping through his glove. You try not to think about it, try to focus on anything else, but the way his fingers occasionally press just a little firmer, like he’s keeping track of you, making sure you’re right where he wants you, has your thoughts spinning.
Daz Bones says nothing more, though you can feel his amusement. The bastard’s probably enjoying this way too much.
Finally, Crocodile leads you into the private lounge, away from the crowd. The moment you step inside, you expect him to pull away. To let go.
He doesn’t.
Instead, he moves past you to the plush seating area, finally sliding his hand away slowly, like he’s reluctant to do so.
You exhale, a little too sharply. His golden eyes flick to you, sharp and assessing.
“You nervous?”
You scoff, folding your arms to hide the way your hands might be shaking just a little “Please. Why would I be nervous?”
Crocodile doesn’t answer right away. Instead, he takes a slow drag from his cigar, exhaling smoke in a way that feels almost deliberate. Calculated. Then, just as smoothly, he reaches for the glass of whiskey set out for him.
“You tell me,” he says finally, voice smooth as silk “You’re the one who went quiet.”
Your jaw clenches “You’re imagining things.”
He hums, low and amused “Am I?”
Before you can fire back, the lounge door swings open, and one of his subordinates steps in with a report. The atmosphere shifts immediately, Crocodile’s expression goes from teasing to cold, all business. He gestures for you to sit beside him on the couch, as if nothing just happened, as if he didn’t have his hand on you like a silent claim minutes ago.
You’re still reeling, still trying to get a grip on yourself, but you move toward him anyway, settling next to him as he begins discussing plans.
And then, so casually you almost don’t notice—his arm drapes along the back of the couch.
Close.
Too close.
Not touching, but close enough that if you shifted even slightly, his fingers would graze your shoulder.
It’s intentional. It has to be.
You glance at him, searching for any hint of smugness, but he’s unreadable. Just focused, listening to the report with that same cold indifference.
But when you shift in your seat, just slightly, testing—his fingers twitch.
Your stomach flips.
He doesn’t look at you, doesn’t acknowledge it. But that single, almost imperceptible movement is enough to confirm it:
Crocodile is absolutely doing this on purpose now.
── .✦ Sabo:
Sabo considers himself a composed man. A logical man. He doesn’t fluster easily.
At least, that’s what he thought.
Until you came along and ruined everything.
It happens on a regular afternoon at the Revolutionary Army base. The sun is shining, birds are singing, and Sabo is absolutely not panicking…yet.
The two of you are sitting together, going over some mission reports. Nothing unusual. Nothing suspicious. Just work.
And then it happens.
Without thinking, Sabo rests his hand on your knee.
Not in a weird way. Not in an intentional way. Just… naturally. Like it’s the most normal thing in the world.
You don’t move. You don’t even react.
Sabo doesn’t notice.
But Koala does.
She grins.
“Wow, Sabo, I didn’t know you were so affectionate.”
Sabo blinks “Huh?”
Koala gestures at your knee, where his hand is still resting comfortably.
He follows her gaze. Sees it. Processes it. Immediately short-circuits.
His hand jumps away like he’s been burned. He chokes on air. His soul leaves his body.
“I—THAT WAS—WAIT—” He scrambles for an excuse, for an explanation, for anything that isn’t I just did that on instinct like a lovesick idiot.
Koala smirks “Oh, don’t stop on my account.”
Sabo malfunctions. He turns to you, desperate for backup, only to find you watching him with amusement.
Oh, this is bad.
Hack strolls by, raising an eyebrow “You two finally together?”
Sabo dies on the spot.
“WE’RE NOT—” He practically explodes, looking at you with betrayal when you don’t immediately deny it.
You shrug “I don’t mind.”
The world ends.
Koala gasps dramatically “So you wouldn’t mind if Sabo kept touching you?”
Sabo chokes “KOALA.”
You just smile “Nope.”
Sabo’s brain shuts down. His face burns. His entire life flashes before his eyes.
Koala grins “Sabo, you gonna sit there or take their hand again?”
Sabo does what any rational, composed second-in-command of the Revolutionary Army would do in this situation.
He runs.
Straight out of the room, down the hall, past a very confused Dragon, who barely lifts an eyebrow as Sabo barrels past him like he’s fleeing for his life.
He does not stop until he’s outside, hands on his knees, breath coming in short, panicked gasps.
“You okay there, Chief of Staff?”
Sabo jumps.
Koala is standing behind him, arms crossed, looking way too smug.
He straightens immediately, clearing his throat “I—I just needed fresh air.”
“Right,” Koala says, unconvinced “Totally not because you just had a full-blown crisis over a little hand placement.”
Sabo groans, burying his face in his hands “I wasn’t thinking! It was instinct! And then—and then they said—” His voice breaks. He can’t even say it out loud.
Koala grins “That they don’t mind?”
Sabo melts into the floor.
She claps him on the back “Come on, Sabo. This is a good thing.”
“How is this a good thing?!” He looks at her, betrayed “I made an absolute fool of myself!”
“No, you just made it obvious.”
Sabo freezes.
Koala raises an eyebrow, like she can see the realization hitting him in real time “Wait. Don’t tell me you actually thought you were being subtle this whole time?”
Sabo has to sit down.
He buries his face in his hands “This is a nightmare.”
Koala laughs “You’re so dramatic. Just go talk to them.”
“I can’t just—just walk up to them after that!” Sabo gestures wildly “What if they were just teasing me? What if they didn’t actually mean it? What if—”
“Why don’t you ask them instead of spiraling?”
Sabo hates how logical that is.
Koala grins “They’re still inside, you know.”
Sabo grits his teeth. Stands up. Forces himself to breathe.
And then, before he can overthink himself into oblivion, he marches back inside.
You glance up when he approaches “Hey, you okay? You ran out of here pretty fast.”
Sabo feels his entire existence collapse.
But he forces himself to focus, to stay calm. He sits down across from you, clasping his hands together like he’s about to deliver a serious political statement.
“…Did you mean it?”
You blink “Mean what?”
He swallows hard “That you don’t mind.”
There’s a pause.
Then you smile, tilting your head “Yeah. I meant it.”
Sabo forgets how to breathe.
You lean forward, resting your chin on your hand “Why? Do you mind?”
His mouth opens. Closes. Opens again. He is malfunctioning at maximum capacity.
“…No.”
You grin “Good.”
Then, so casually, you reach over and take his hand this time.
Sabo dies.

HIDE-N-SEEK — l.hs
recently, your town has been getting terrorized by a serial killer, going by the name of 'ghostface'. of course you were scared to be his victim. imagine the sheer terror on your face — and the utter delight on his — when your fear turns out to not have been caused by your paranoia.
GENRE— ghostface au, stalker au
WARNINGS— dubcon, then noncon, and then dubcon again (you'll see what I'm talking about), both reader and heeseung are kinda fucked up, mentions of killing, mentions of stalking, knife play, fear play, reader has tits, reader's pussy gets called 'her' a few times?, fingering, cum eating, slight spit play, spit kink (?), name-calling (baby, slut, bitch, etc.), unprotected sex (don't), blood, blood play, bulge kink, clit pinching, missionary, mating press, kind of an open ending (?), NOT PROOFREAD, let me know if I missed any!
WORDCOUNT— 8.2k
NOTE— among the italicized text, if you see normal text, it basically indicates the opposite. as in, if the entire block of text wasn't italicized, then the normal text would have been in italics instead... if that helps
MINORS DO NOT INTERACT
NO ONE WAS SAFE.
No matter where you resided, if Ghostface chose you as his victim, consider yourself to be dead.
No amount of protection, whether it be in the form of weapons or guards, locked doors or high security neighbourhoods — no one was safe from him.
You may ask, who exactly was ‘Ghostface’? Why, he is a renowned serial killer, one who wears a pitch black coat and a creepy mask, paired with white rubber gloves. The last thing his victims see before dying is the creepy ghostface mask smiling down at them — as said by a ghostface victim, who had miraculously survived the attack, only to die hours later in the same hospital at which he was interviewed. Reports say that the victim had been stabbed a total of twenty times, the word ‘Ghostface' carved onto his forehead. Apparently, he didn't appreciate the fact that someone survived him — even if it was only for a few hours.
Which was why everyone was scared to go out, even during the day. Till this date, no one had ever seen his actual face, his entire existence a mystery to everyone except him. He was truly an enigma, the source of both amazement and horror for all.
People were scared to even interact with each other, in case said person turned out to be Ghostface. What if they did something to piss the other person off, resulting in their death — perhaps in just a few hours from the aforementioned incident?
For an introvert like you, avoiding people came easy to you, it being your second nature. You weren't too worried about offending Ghostface, even by mistake. But no one was ever truly safe, not from the hands of a psycho serial killer, were they?
You would often find yourself peeking behind your shoulder at random times of the day, checking if someone was looking at you, or worse, following you. Perhaps it was simply due to your paranoia, combined with the increasing cases of deaths in the hands of Ghostface. Either way, your guard was always up.
You used to stay at the dorms on campus before, even when the deaths had started occurring on a daily basis. It was only after Regina — a girl who you never really liked because of her bitchy attitude — was found one morning by her roommate, completely mauled in her own dorm, lying in a pool of her own blood — did you finally feel terrified enough to move out of them, moving into a house in a slightly secluded region of the town, just around ten blocks away from campus. It wasn't a complete guarantee of your security, but it was better than nothing.
From some of the recent reports, apparently the victims of Ghostface were — stalked by him a few days prior to him killing them. Photos of the victims taken without their knowledge during the week before their death were found with their body. The police declared them to be taken by Ghostface, a fact that left you even more shaken than before.
You didn't have to be afraid of him. You were more than sure that you never did anything to piss anyone off, at least not knowingly. Surely no one could be holding a grudge against you, right? Especially not Ghostface?
Right?
IT WAS A NORMAL FRIDAY NIGHT — or as normal as it could be with the threat of becoming Ghostface’s next victim hanging heavily in the air.
Friday nights used to be the time when you danced, sang, got drunk, and hooked up, all night long at the frat parties that were held religiously every Friday. Now? Now people were afraid to look in other people's direction, in fear of provoking Ghostface.
It was truly remarkable, the way he had everyone in his chokehold. Rumors surrounding him specifically were mostly to blame for this.
See, according to many, Ghostface apparently likes to… toy with his victims before killing them. Exactly how does he toy with them?
According to the rumours, he gives them a phone call, taunting them. His voice is always distorted by a voice modulator, adding to the air of mystery surrounding him.
People were already downright terrified of him, but some people who apparently thought themselves to be hilarious, often mimicked Ghostface's antics — or what the rumours about him said — and called people up randomly, with a voice modulator. They would take advantage of the fact that no one actually knew what it sounded like, terrifying people to the core.
While some did it for pranking purposes, others did it for more malicious intentions, taking advantage of people's fears. It started getting worse and worse, the fakers, that is — until the government finally declared it to be a crime to mimic Ghostface, announcing a long time in jail for anyone who attempted it.
This put a stop to the mimicking, but it only made people grow more antsy. People were always silently waiting till their turn arrived to be Ghostface’s new victim, a fact that thrilled no one, but sent a chill down their spines, everytime they even thought of it.
Tonight was especially dark. The moon was behind the clouds, the eerie darkness causing you to feel more terrified than normal. It wasn't that dark, but with Ghostface out in the open…
You decided to focus on washing the rest of dirty dishes instead, trying to get your mind off the serial killer. You had procrastinated long enough, the dishes starting to pile up. What better way to distract yourself?
You turned on the television, listening to an anime while washing the dishes. Silence scared you, — which was ironic, since you were an introvert with terrible social anxiety — the need to have some kind of sound, in the tiny and isolated house of yours, other than the sound of washing dishes, was extremely high. The only available option on the television was anime, and… well, the news. But no one wants to listen to the news during these times — all the news channels simply showed Ghostface's new victims and their mutilated bodies that lay in a pool of their own blood.
You were done with washing the dishes, putting all the plates away neatly — when suddenly, your phone rang. You peeked at the screen, your lips turning into a frown — it was an unknown number.
You wiped your hands on your pants, picking up the call, putting the phone to your ear. “Hello…? May I know who this is?”
The phone remained silent for an entire minute. Just as you were about to speak again, a somewhat distorted voice came from the other side of the call. “What's your name?”
You frowned. Why was this person asking for your name, when he was the one that called you in the first place? What a fucking weirdo.
You spoke again. “I don't wish to sound rude, but — shouldn't I be the one asking that? I mean, you were the one that called me, you know — not the other way around.”
You heard a chuckle from the other side of the phone. It creeped you out, the sound more menacing than amused. He spoke again, his voice still sounding distorted. “Aren’t you adorable?”
You were starting to feel creeped out now. Your hand was gripping the last plate in your hand tightly, not even noticing how much pressure you were using on it. You spoke in a slightly higher voice, your tone pitchy with a detectable hint of panic. “Listen Mr. Stranger — I don't know who you are, nor am I particularly curious. But you aren't fucking funny, so if you don't have anything of importance to say, I'm hanging up.”
Silence. Again. This guy was really testing your patience.
Finally, he spoke again, his voice lower… still distorted. “I would watch my tone if I were you, sweetheart. It's no way to talk to a… stranger, is it?”
You gulped. He sounded so… ominous, his tone nothing short of menacing. With your anxiety spiking, you spoke again, your voice mostly level except for the slightest tremor to it. “What do you want…?”
The guy on the other side of the call let out a hum. “To know your name, of course. You still haven't told me.”
You let out a shaky breath, your grip on the plate tightening. “But why? What is the importance of my name to you?”
He let out a chuckle, his next words making your blood run cold. “So I can know who I'm looking at.”
You almost dropped the phone, all the colour from your face draining. You managed to speak up in a shaky voice. “C-Cut the act. You're not funny — the government declared jail for the pretenders, yet you're impersonating him–?”
You could practically hear the smirk in his voice. “But darling, I'm not an impersonator, am I?” His voice grew lower, an underlying threat evident in it. “You don't believe me to be one either.”
Tears stung your eyes, the hand that was clutching the plate starting to shake. You slowly put down the dish, your eyes darting frantically around your living room that was connected to the open kitchen, looking around to spot any potential threat — said ‘threat’ being… Ghostface. Even if you knew that it was pointless. If Ghostface wanted to kill you, he would succeed in doing so — no matter what obstacles he faces. “L-Look Mr. Ghostface — I barely even go out! Even when I do, I mostly keep to myself, I don't even interact with anyone. I'm sure I haven't done anything to piss anyone off — let alone you, even unintentionally! So why…”
Your voice took on a tone of desperate resignation at the end, the subtle acceptance of your fate evident in it. Ghostface cooed at your tone, his own voice sounding like that of an excited child. “Aren't you cute? Don't worry, you didn't piss me off, just — intrigued me. You're always so alone, all by yourself… I just had to find out everything about you, didn't I? You are such a mystery, one I took utter delight in unraveling. It's only fair that I get a prize for my hard work, right ___?”
With each word he spoke, his voice could be heard louder and louder, coming from somewhere around the house. Right as he finished the sentence, the side door of your house, leading to the garden outside, slammed open. Ghostface stood in the doorway, a knife in one hand, a burner phone in the other. He spoke, his voice distorted from the voice modulator.
“Right, ___?”
You let out a loud scream, the tears finally breaking free, as you turned on your heel, getting out of the open kitchen, towards the stairs. You knew from all those horror movies that running into your bedroom would be the worst possible move, but you really had no choice. You could hear him behind you, laughing as he gave chase. “Running off so quickly, darling? Won't you at least give me a greeting, welcome me into your house? That's bad manners, you know. Or did mama not teach you any?”
His voice sounded like two people, speaking at once, one of a real person, the other a distorted voice like those in old radios. It unnerved you, since his voice modulator was probably glitching due to him running. You ran into your bedroom, locking it quickly — just in time for him to bang on the door loudly.
He yelled loudly, his voice bordering on that of manic excitement. “Open the door ___! You know that the bedroom is never a smart move. Or are you a dumb baby that doesn't know the basics of survival?”
His taunting was causing your already scattered thought process even harder to get together, your hands shaking. You looked for a hiding place before he inevitably broke down the door.
Under the bed? A good idea, but he would probably think of the same. But what other hiding places could there possibly… the closet.
You quickly ran to the closet, throwing open its door. You pushed some of your clothes apart, going far inside, before pulling the clothes in front of you to make it seem as inconspicuous as possible. You sat at the back, your legs pulled up to your chest, your breathing shallow. You realised what a terrible hiding place it was, but it will have to do.
The banging grew more frantic, before he finally managed to kick down the door. You could hear his voice from inside the closet, causing you to still your breathing, to avoid getting caught. His voice was more of a menacing growl, no longer disoriented — maybe his voice modulator ran out of batteries? “Having fun princess? You're so fucking naive if you think hiding here will save you.”
He paced about the room slowly. “Where could you be hiding, hm? I hope it's not–” He dropped to his knees, peeking under the bed. “–under the bed? No, of course not. That would have been too easy. You're naive, but not that much, huh?”
But then he let out a snicker, one that almost caused you to start crying again. You could hear his footsteps again. “Or are you?”
Before you could comprehend the meaning of his words, the closet door was thrown open, his hand grabbing your wrist in a vice-like grip, pulling you out, tearing a scream out of you. “Turns out you are a dumb little bunny after all.”
He tackled your struggling figure to the ground, pinning your legs with his knees on either side of you. He used one of his hands to pin your wrists above your head, his other hand raising the knife, pushing it under your jaw, just a hair-breath shy of cutting into your throat. His voice sounded like a growl, an octave deeper. “Don't you fucking dare move — unless you would like me to slit your pretty little throat open. Trust me, I would take great pleasure in doing so.”
Your movements stilled, your breath coming out in short huffs. Tears were streaming down your face freely, your entire body covered in goosebumps. You stared up at him — at his mask, rather. He tilted his head to the side. “Did you have fun playing hide and seek? I hope you did, because I cannot guarantee that you will be having much fun now — it's my turn to have fun now, afterall.”
His words sent a chill down your spine. You were starting to accept your fate. Any moment now, he would slice the knife across your throat, slitting it in one clean swipe. He would laugh while watching the blood flowing freely from the wound, watching as the life leaves your eyes. It was all just a game for him, after all.
But he seemed to have different plans. He trailed his knife down, under the edge of your shirt. He slipped it inside, the cool metal making contact with your skin, the temperature difference sending a jolt through you. He traced the pointed end on your stomach, before doing something that shocked you — and gave you a hint of his true intentions.
He turned the knife sideways, sharp side facing up, before digging it into your shirt, slicing through it. The knife tore through the fabric like paper, before he threw the ruined fabric in some random corner of the room. You gasped at the cold air, squirming slightly. He pressed the knife above your stomach warningly. “Sit still darling. Or else I won't hesitate to cut up your useless body.”
Tears stung your eyes again at his words. But you stilled, too eager to survive. Your eyes suddenly widened as you saw him slip the knife under the middle part of your bra, before slicing it open. You gasped as he threw the discarded fabric away, the cool air hitting your boobs, your nipples instantly hardening. You were suddenly acutely aware of the precarious position you were in, unable to stop the heat creeping up your neck, as you noticed his intense gaze on your tits.
He gave you a warning look from behind his mask, his knife coming back against your throat. “One wrong move, and your throat will get sliced open.” He let go of your wrists — watching as you kept them in the same place. He smirked under the mask at your pliancy, his gloved hand coming to pinch your hardened nipples.
You let out a tiny shriek of surprise at the feeling of his rubber clad fingers groping you, unable to resist a whimper as he squeezed your mounds. He was merciless in the way he groped you, squeezing and pinching, completely unaffected by your whimpers and gasps — it was exhilarating.
You squeezed your eyes shut, trying to hold back a whine, as he twisted your nipple in between his fingers. You desperately tried to ignore the heat that was pooling down in your lower stomach, your heart racing.
He pinched your nipple again, squeezing your left tit roughly. He felt you shudder underneath him, the usual thrill that came with threatening his victims, running through his veins.
Yet, there was something else — an almost imperceptible hitch in your breathing, a flicker of… heat in your eyes, despite the situation you were in. Curious, he slightly moved his knife away from your throat, but not enough to make you feel any less threatened. “What's this…?”
You looked into the eyes of his mask, gulping audibly. He pinched your nipple again, tearing out a whine from you. His eyes narrowed at your reaction. He wasn't dumb — he knew when someone was turned on. But… in this situation? With a knife to your throat? Your life in his hands? It made no sense. Still — his body responded, his pants tightening.
He slowly dragged the knife down, in between your breasts, pausing at your stomach. He looked up at your face, searching for any sign of fear, or even defiance — nothing.
Instead, he saw your lips parted slightly, your breath hitching — he swore he saw your pupils dilate. He let out a shaky breath, his voice laced in disbelief. “You…”
His grip tightened noticeably, curiosity and annoyance warring in his expression. "You're enjoying this, aren't you?" The realization sent a jolt of dark excitement through him. He leaned in closer, his breath hot against your ear. "Sick bitch.”
You let out a whimper, shaking your head frantically, in denial of the whole situation. Still, your thighs rubbed together involuntarily, trying to quell the ache between them.
An almost menacing chuckle escaped him as he registered your movement. His free hand moved to pin your thighs down, trapping them between his own once again. "Fuck," he muttered under his breath, feeling his control slip. "You're really getting off on this?”
You let out a whine, squirming slightly. He stared down at you, his heart pounding in his chest. He had never been this close to losing control before. But the way you were reacting, the way you were looking at him — it was driving him insane.
"I should cut you," he growled, the knife trembling against your stomach. Your eyes fluttered slightly at the threat, a slow exhale leaving you. You couldn't understand your own body. Why, the fuck, were you reacting the way you were?
He blinked rapidly, shaking his head slightly as if to clear it. The knife lowered incrementally. "What the fuck is wrong with you?" His voice was incredulous, though tinged with reluctant awe. "Getting turned on by someone threatening you?”
Your eyes stung with tears at his words, your body reacting in the completely opposite manner — your thighs clenched, an almost pitiful whimper leaving you.
He watched your body language, the tears welling up in your eyes — a strange mix of emotions hit him. He dropped the knife to his side, as one of his gloved hands slid up to grip your jaw firmly. "You're fucked up." He whispered, anger and desire clashing in his voice.
You gulped, only just realising that your hands were free. Yet you made no attempt to move them.
His grip tightened on your jaw, leaning in until his face was almost touching yours — his mask, rather. His breath was ragged, mingling with yours. "Is this what you wanted?" he snarled, though the bite was gone from his voice, replaced by confusion, mixed with arousal. "To get me all worked up?”
You whimpered at the pressure on your jaw, your nails digging into your palm, as you clenched your fists. You were so, so painfully aroused.
A rough sound caught in his throat as he stared down at you, fighting an internal battle. He originally just wanted to play with you a little, make you feel worthless — like trash that he could easily dispose of. Disposing you was exactly what he had planned to do, although now that plan was no longer going to be put into action — at least for the time being.
He threw the knife away, causing it to clatter to the floor. His other hand moved to your hip, digging into the flesh there. "You little…”
You winced at his grip, your nose scrunching up in pain. You stared up at him, tears still evident in your waterline.
That was his last straw. He took off his mask, allowing you a brief glimpse of his face. His last semblance of control shattered, as he cut himself off, his mouth crashing against yours in a bruising kiss. His tongue forced its way in, tangling with yours demandingly. He kissed you like he was trying to punish you, to make you pay for the effect you were having on him.
Your eyes widened in shock, as you gasped loudly into the kiss. You tried to kiss him back, to match his pace — all in vain. His lips were punishing, intending to make it hurt for you. Unfortunately all it did was make you crave for more.
He finally broke the kiss, panting heavily as he rested his forehead against yours. His heart was racing, his mind reeling. "What the fuck is going on…?" he muttered, his voice shaking with a combination of anger and awe. "You're supposed to be scared, not turned on."
You gulped. Your senses were starting to blur, all of them zeroing in on his touch and his voice. It was painstakingly weird how you were reacting — how he was reacting to you. But damn, you enjoyed it — so fucking much.
He pulled back slightly, searching your eyes with a fierce intensity. "Say something, fuck. Explain this." His hands remained gripping you, betraying his conflicted desire and frustration. "I'm trying to terrify you and instead..." He trailed off, shaking his head in disbelief.
When you didn't immediately respond, he growled low in his throat. His hands tightened around you, his body pressed flush against yours. "Fucking talk, you little bitch. Tell me why the fuck you're so turned on right now."
Your breath hitched, your mind going blank. He was insulting you, his voice carrying disgust — you fucking loved it.
A dark smirk crossed his face at your breath hitching, his thumb brushing across your lower lip. "Look at that — all worked up, can't form words…" He leaned in close, his lips brushing against your ear. "Does it make your pussy throb when I threaten you?"
Your eyes widened at the sudden crude language and the bluntness in his voice, your skin pricking, panties practically sticking to your cunt. He was right — your pussy did indeed throb when he threatened you.
Suddenly, you realised that you recognised him. He was Heeseung, one of the most popular guys at your college.
You remembered having interacted with him just once, when he bumped into you back in your first year. He was your senior, who immediately apologised to you after that, helping you pick up your books. He walked with you for a while after that, forcefully engaging you in small talk. He didn't seem to mind your short answers or your eagerness to get rid of him at all, continuing to talk — until a friend of his called him to go to class, causing him to reluctantly stop his rambling, waving you bye and leaving.
You remembered finding out all about him that very day during recess, overhearing his name from the table next to yours in the cafeteria. It was a group of girls, who seemed to be gossiping in what they thought were hushed voices… only, they weren't. You could hear every word.
They were specifically talking about Heeseung, about how hot he was, how smart he was — both book smart and street smart. You remembered mentally rolling your eyes at their fawning, before a certain piece of information had caught your interest.
They mentioned him to be a prude, never showing interest in going into relationships or even casual hook ups. Apparently, he had never gone on a date with anyone, politely turning down everyone who asked. It seemed rather odd of him, since he seemed like the dream package.
This incident had occurred a year before the killings first started. Nevertheless, Heeseung was never the kind of guy who seemed to be capable of something as shockingly gruesome as this. The thought made you sick to your stomach, a nasty feeling under your skin.
You snapped back into the present time, looking up at him, truly looking at him. He barely looked anything like the Heeseung you met during freshman year. His smirk grew wider at the sudden realization on your face, his hand moving to gently squeeze your throat. He was going to have to have a talk with you about college later on. Right now, he had more important things to focus on. For instance, how aroused you were from your life being threatened. "Yeah, that's it. Your little heart races and your pussy gets so fucking wet when I scare you." He leaned back to look at you, his eyes gleaming with a sinister light.
He watched your throat bob as you swallowed, his hand still gently squeezing. "You're a fucking mess, you know that?" Heeseung leaned in again, his lips just a hair's breadth from yours. "A little slut who gets off on being threatened.” His words were a whisper against your lips, his breath hot against your skin. "And you know what the worst part is? I think I might actually like it." He pulled back, his gaze boring into yours with an intensity that made your heart race.
You stared up at him, your breathing slightly shallow, begging him with your eyes to touch you. Heeseung let out a harsh laugh, shaking his head. "Unbelievable." His hand slid from your throat, trailing down your chest teasingly. "Here I am, supposedly threatening you, but we both know it's me who should be terrified.”
Your back arched into his touch, a small whine leaving you. He chuckled darkly at your reaction, his fingers brushing over the swell of your breasts. "Look at that — arching into my touch like a fucking bitch in heat." His hand continued down, tracing the curves of her body possessively.
You whined at his words, your back arching even more. You let out whimpers, shaky exhales leaving you. His eyes flashed with wicked amusement at the sound. "Oh, listen to those whimpers. Pathetic." He pinched your nipple abruptly, twisting just to the point of pain. "You're so fucking desperate for it, aren't you?”
You let out a loud gasp of pain, your body jolting — yet your body begged for more, a whimper eliciting from you the very next second. A smug grin spread across his face as he watched you whimper. "Five seconds ago I was trying to scare you, now look at you fucking trembling for my touch." He bent down, his lips grazing against your neck, as he nipped at your skin. "What does that make you?”
You gulped. His teeth dragged over your pulse point, marking your skin. "It makes you a needy little slut, doesn't it?" His hand finally reached your thigh, gripping it possessively. "A slut who can't get enough of my touch, no matter how much she pretends to be afraid.”
You whined, begging for more. "Mmm… that whine is fucking music to my ears." He abruptly lifted your leg, wrapping it around his waist as he pressed his hard cock against you. "Don't you see what you do to me? All of that bullshit where you pretended to be scared…”
You let out a shaky moan, pressing back against him. Heeseung silenced you with a brutal kiss, biting your lip to keep you quiet as he rubbed himself against you through your clothes. "You think I'm scary?" He growled, his hands roaming over your body possessively.
You let out sharp gasps, your voice coming out shaky. “A b-bit–?”
He bit your bottom lip harder, pulling back with your lip caught between his teeth. "Shut. Up." His voice was rough, commanding. "You don't get to smart-mouth me while you're practically dripping." He let your lip go with a sharp tug, making you whimper.
You bit your lip to muffle any further noises. His eyes darkened dangerously as he noticed your silence, one hand capturing both wrists above your head once again, while the other trailed down to your center. "Not going to lie, but princess? The way you just submitted to me like that?" He pressed against you meaningfully. "Fucking hot.”
You whimpered at his touch, your hips bucking up, pressing into his hand. He pushed his hand inside your shorts, his fingers finding her soaked panties, rubbing against your clit through the fabric. "So fucking wet. And you know what?" He rubbed faster, his thumb pressing against your clit. "I fucking love it." He released your wrists to grab your face, forcing you to look at him.
You let out a loud whimper at his sudden grip. His fingers continued their torturous rhythm, watching your expression carefully. "You're supposed to be terrified, remember?" He leaned in closer, his breath hot against your ear. "Shouldn't you be trying to push me away instead of grinding against my fingers like a good little slut?”
You bit your lip, staring into his eyes, trying to prevent yourself from moaning out loud. His free hand gripped your hip tightly, pulling you flush against him, as he continued his movements. "You're a fucking liar." He growled, his fingers moving faster. "Admit it. You're not afraid of me. You're so fucking turned on.”
You let out a choked moan, grinding back onto his fingers. He grinned sadistically, his fingers finally moving your panties aside to slip inside you. "Mmm, look at that." He curled his fingers, hitting your g-spot perfectly.
You let out a loud gasp, your back arching. You could see stars at the back of your eyes, that's how good it felt. He thrust his fingers deeper, his thumb rubbing your clit in circles. "You're so fucking tight. And wet." He leaned down to bite your neck, hard, sucking a bruise on your skin. "I bet my dick would fit perfectly in this pretty little cunt.”
You clenched around his fingers at his words, the thought of it making you crave even more. His fingers continued their relentless pace, feeling you clench around him. "You haven't answered me." His voice was low and dangerous. "Is that silence because you're afraid? Or because the thought of me fucking you is making you even wetter?”
You gulped, choosing to stay silent. He nuzzled against your neck, his breath hot against your skin, as he spoke. "Let me make it easier for you. Answer this." He thrust his fingers deeper. "Am I scaring you? Or turning you on even more than before?”
You let out a moan at the feeling of his fingers hitting deeper. His fingers curled harder, hitting your g-spot perfectly. "Ah, fuck, that's it." He pulled his fingers out, using the wetness to rub against your clit before shoving them back inside. "You're turned on. Impossibly so.”
He pulled his fingers out again, this time using his thumb to rub your clit in tight circles. "You're so fucking turned on, you can't even answer properly." He pressed two fingers back inside you, curling them to hit her g-spot again.
You let out a loud moan. He chuckled darkly as he felt your moan vibrate through your body. "That's it, princess. Don't hold back." He pumped his fingers harder, the wet squelching noises filling the room. "Your pussy is practically begging to be fucked.”
He added a third finger, stretching your cunt further. "Fuck, look at her." He pulled his fingers out, rubbing your clit with all three before shoving them back inside. "Your cute little cunt is starving for my dick.”
Heeseung increased his pace, fucking you with his fingers mercilessly. "Come all over my fingers," He growled in her ear. "Show me how badly you want it." He bit down harder on your neck, hitting your g-spot perfectly as he curled his fingers.
You let out a loud mewl, your eyes rolling back into your head. You clenched around his fingers, the band in your stomach starting to coil impossibly tight. The squelching noises from where his fingers slid in and out of you at a fast pace, did absolutely nothing, but cause an embarrassed flush to creep all over your face and neck.
He pressed down on your clit with his thumb, rubbing on it sloppily. Your abundant slick helped him do just that, the pace of his fingers growing harsher, mirroring his buddying frustration. A low growl bubbled in his throat, as he forced his fingers to go in deeper, trying to practically force an orgasm out of you. Needless to say, he succeeded soon enough, your back arching with a loud cry, your pussy clamping down on his fingers, your release practically gushing around them.
“That's it…” He coaxed, his fingers still pumping in and out of you, drawing out your release. “Look so pretty like this, all pliant for me.”
Your head was empty, completely devoid of all thoughts, your legs shaking slightly from the overstimulation. He let out a snicker at your state, bringing his hand up, in front of his face. He locked eyes with you, spreading his fingers, letting you see the strings of arousal clinging to them.
Upon seeing your flushed face, a smirk creeped up on his. Maintaining eye contact with you, he leisurely started licking his fingers clean. He dragged his tongue from the bottom of his finger to the top, collecting your cum on it, his saliva replacing it on your fingers.
Your eyes fluttered slightly, mouth parting. Heeseung took that as his que to grab your jaw and hold it open — with the same hand that he had stuffed inside you just moments ago — pushing his thumb inside, pressing down on your tongue. Holding your mouth open, he gathered a wad of spit with his tongue, before leaning down and spitting right into your open mouth. He watched with hooded eyes, as your own rolled back into your head, his spit dripping down to the back of your throat.
You could feel a tingling in your pussy again, empty, aching to be stuffed. Maybe with something more than just his fingers. He noticed the slight change in your body language almost immediately, of course he did — but who was he to deny you, when you were being so good for him?
Heeseung gave you a stern look. “Behave. Be a good girl, and keep still for me, hm?”
You could only gulp in response, as he released your jaw. You watched, as he shook off the black coat — or costume, whatever it was supposed to be. You kept still, your wrists still above your head, your fists clenching tightly, mimicking your thighs. Your eyes raked over his bare torso, your gaze trailing down — eventually resting on his extremely obvious hard on in his boxers. A large patch was already forming on its front from his precum, his cock straining hard against the fabric, begging to be released.
He smirked at your gaze. Teasingly, he ran his palm over his bulge, feeling it twitch under his hand. “Like what you see baby?”
You gulped, your eyes snapping up to his own. Your breath sped slightly, wanting to do something risky. Your life was still very much in danger, but you were willing to take the risk for now.
You slowly sat up, your face now extremely close to his. He raised a brow, an unimpressed gleam in his eyes. Yet, there was a curiosity in them — wanting to know your next move.
Although your next move didn't really impress him. Quite the opposite.
You raised your hand, slowly inching it closer to his boner. His eyes narrowed at your audacity. In a flash, he reached to his side, and picked up the discarded knife, holding it to your throat. He glared down at you, a cold, calculating look in his eyes. “Lay. Back. Down. Unless you want me to slit your throat, cut the rest of your body up, and use your blood as lube to fuck your corpse?”
Your eyes widened at his words, your hand freezing mid air, before quickly falling back to your side. Upon receiving another pointed glare from him, you laid back down, mindful of the knife that was back in his hands. You wanted him — no, needed him to fuck you — you, not your future possibly no-longer-breathing corpse.
Upon ensuring that you weren't up to anymore tricks, he once again put the knife away — out of your reach, but not out of his. Heeseung shrugged off his boxers, his cock immediately slapping against his stomach. It left a trail of precum, which he gathered on his fingers, before wrapping that same hand around his dick. He started to slowly pump it, using his own precum to slick it up.
Noticing your almost pitifully needy expression, he let out an amused scoff, before holding out his hand under her mouth. “Spit.” He ordered in a gruff voice.
Your eyes widened slightly at his command, before you hesitantly obeyed. Gathering a wad of saliva in your mouth, you spit it into his hand, watching with hooded eyes, as he used it to jerk himself off faster.
Once he was done, he spread your thighs again, letting out a confused grunt at how much more force he needed to use as compared to last time. He glared up at you. “You and I both know you want this, princess. So stop trying to deny me what I hunted you for. Or else…”
You bit your lip to suppress a whimper. Were you sick for getting even wetter at his words? Definitely. Should you tell him to stop and possibly escape whatever he was going to do? Obviously. Will you do it? Absolutely not.
In fact, an absolutely brilliant idea struck your magnificent brain. You decided to not obey him. Him, the renowned serial killer, Ghostface. Were you basically signing your own death certificate? Well… no harm in finding out, right?
You tried to close your legs shut, something which immediately earned you a nasty glare from him. His jaw clenched tightly, as he forcefully shoved your legs apart again. His hand reached for the knife, your eyes widening at the sight. “Seems like someone hasn't learnt their lesson yet…”
You tried to beg him to not hurt you, but the words died in your throat when he pressed the knife to it. A creepy smile adorned his face, as he caressed your face in a gentle manner, a sharp contrast to the knife to your throat. “Let me spell it out for you–” Right as he said those words, he grabbed your wrists tightly, holding you under him firmly, the knife lifting from your throat. You got confused for a second, before a scream tore out of you.
He was carving something on your stomach.
He shallowly carved his initials onto your stomach, laughing as you screamed. “Squirming will only make it hurt more~” He almost sang, his tone causing you to sob.
He was finally done, watching the blood flow out of the wound, almost moaning at the sight. “Fuck baby, do you even realise how hot you look right now?”
You hated it, every single bit of it. You didn't want him to fuck you anymore, hell, you felt ashamed of yourself for ever wanting it. You felt disgusted beyond words by yourself, for having him carve his initials on your stomach to make you realise the kind of guy you were dealing with. He wasn't some hot fictional guy from the books you read, he was an actual serial killer — someone who could quite literally kill you as and when he pleased.
Heeseung seemed to sense your inner monologue. He snickered. “Suddenly regretting everything baby? That's cute… it's as if you believe you had a choice in this in the first place. Cute.”
You wanted to scream, cry, sob — all at the same time. How did you even manage to get yourself into this mess?
You didn't have much time to ponder, as he suddenly sliced his knife through your panties, finally ripping them off you. He shrugged off his own boxers, rubbing the tip of his cock along the arousal coating your puffy folds. A shiver ran down your spine, causing you to bite down on your lip. You hated it, you didn't want it — but your body couldn't deny how good it felt.
Heeseung wasn't any less affected than you. He let out a groan, his eyes shutting briefly. “See how good that feels baby? You think you don't want it, but your body says something different. See how your pussy keeps dripping all over my cock?”
You squeezed your eyes shut, tears welling up in them — tears from exactly what, you didn't know. Was it embarrassment? Pain? Pleasure? Neither did you know, nor were you keen on finding out.
With his bottom lip pulled between his teeth, he slowly pushed himself in, groaning from how easily he slid in, thanks to your slick. He let out a rough noise from the back of his throat. “Look at how your cunt is sucking me in like a slut. You sure you don't want this, baby?”
His knife had returned to your throat, his other hand gripping your hip. You could only bite your lip to muffle a whimper, your tears having broken free. He felt — good. You just wished this happened under different circumstances. When he wasn't cutting you up or threatening your life as Ghostface, maybe.
He bottomed out, burying himself to the hilt. He let out a groan, his eyes falling to your stomach. They widened, noticing something other than his initials he had just carved on it. There was a bulge on your stomach. “Holy shit…”
As if in a trance, he pressed down on it with his hand that wasn't holding the knife, watching as you involuntarily arched your back. He let out a laugh in disbelief. “Would you look at that? Had no idea you were this sexy, princess.”
He didn't wait to see your reaction, pulling out slowly, before slamming back inside. He watched your body jerk at the force, the bulge disappearing and reappearing. It was so, so hot.
He put the knife away, just out of reach of you. He gripped your hips with both hands, once again pulling almost completely out, watching as the bulge disappeared, before slamming back in, watching it reappear. He effectively tore a moan out of you this time, watching in amusement as you quickly slammed a hand onto your mouth, your eyes looking mortified. It was as if you were still trying to convince yourself that you didn't want this.
You were so cute. So. Fucking. Cute.
He pulled out again, pushing back in with much more force than before, setting a fast pace. He watched with a perverse amusement, as you let out a choked scream, flailing your arms above your head aimlessly, as if looking for something to grab on to. He fastened his pace, grunts leaving his throat with every thrust.
Your screaming was gradually turning into moans, the undeniable pleasure coursing through you making your head spin. It didn't help how the room was filled with wet slapping sounds from where the two of you kept connecting, the sting from the cut on your stomach barely there anymore. You felt hot, an insatiable thirst in your pussy, being quenched by his unforgiving pace.
His thrusts never once faltered, the bruising grip that he had on your hips was starting to hurt — just a bit. He let out a small groan, his eyes once again falling on your stomach, the bulge disappearing and reappearing in it at a comically fast pace. “Hah — look s’fucking cute like t-this — just lying there like a pliant little whore — taking my cock — fuck–”
He was cut off by your pussy clenching around him, his groan cutting through the constant wet slapping from where you both kept connecting. Encouraged by your reaction, he sped up, reaching an almost animalistic pace.
Your head was starting to go blank from his pace, the way he continued to pound into your sobbing cunt had you seeing stars. His name left your mouth in a breathy moan, causing his eyes to pop out, him almost spilling his load inside you right then and there.
Without stopping his unforgiving pace, he grabbed your jaw in one hand, his nails digging into your cheeks. “Say it again — c'mon baby, moan my name again — let me hear you, fuck–”
He was cut off by you whimpering, the unmistakable sound of his name leaving your mouth for the second time. With a growl, he gripped both of your thighs, throwing your legs over his shoulders. The new position allowed him to reach deeper, hitting your spot with every thrust. It had you seeing stars, uncontrollable moans and his name falling from your lips like a mantra.
He reached one of his hands down to rush harsh circles on your hardened bundle of nerves, trying to force an orgasm out of you. “C'mon baby, cum for me — squeeze my cock harder, fucking cum for me–”
The band in your stomach tightened to an impossible level, ready to snap. He pinched your clit, hard, continuing to rub dizzying circles around it. He delivered a harsh slap to it, causing you to finally topple over the edge.
Your ears were filled with a loud ringing noise, vision going white. You clenched around his length, gripping it in a vice like grip. Your cum flowed around his length, coating it completely. He groaned, as he kept pumping in and out of you, a white ring forming at the base of his cock. The sight had him pistoning out of you at a ridiculously fast pace, before burying himself to the hilt inside you. Warm, thick ropes of cum erupted from his tip, painting your insides white. He slowly grinded his hips, still inside you, ensuring that none of it fell out.
He stayed like that for a moment, before pulling out his softening length with a hiss. He fucked his cum back inside with his fingers, enjoying the way your body racked with shudders, little whines escaping you from the sensitivity.
He slowly sat up, admiring your spread out body. He brushed his hand through your hair, rubbing the sweat off your forehead. “You know,” He started, looking down at you with an unsettling smile. “I never fucked anyone I was going to kill before. Never felt attracted enough to them. But you–” He hesitated for a second, before speaking again. “I used to have a crush on you back in college. Remember when I bumped into you once? It was on purpose. I needed an excuse to talk to you. It really hurt me when I realised that you weren't interested in doing so, you know? You were the reason I never went out with anyone, either.”
You gulped, staring back at him. He had an unreadable expression on his face. “I started this — this killing streak, to get your attention. But then I started enjoying it too much — fantasizing what you would look like, all cut up and bleeding prettily for me, begging for me to let you live. It got me so fucking hard, you know? Jerked myself off to that thought so many nights. Until tonight — I knew I had to get you — kill you. Play with you a little first. Didn't think it would escalate to this though.”
He grinned, his eyes holding a kind of craziness that sent a chill down your spine. “Maybe I won't kill you…” He murmured, his hand caressing your cheek. “I’ll just… keep you. My pretty little toy, mine to use and play with, as and how I feel like. Isn't that right, princess?”
