i think mabeob would be more than welcoming to an antagonistic muse as long as there was no godmodding or overstepping! just because our rp seems cutesy that shouldn't stop your creativity!!

Hi admins i have some questions, when is your next acceptance and is it possible to ask for slightly longer to send my account in? And i want to make sure i understand the app too, I saw some graphics are using different terms for species than what was sent in the app, like witch instead of wix. but I thought I saw from your faq stating we can use any term that fits our muse is that correct?

 hello , anon! I'm more than happy to help so please send in any and all the questions you have!! From now on we will try to do acceptances on rolling basis, so as soon as an admin is on you will be accepted! If you need a little longer to send in your account or if you have a reservation and can't send the app in the following 48 hours, the only thing you have to do is shoot us a message letting us know and we will extend it for you!! For the acceptance graphics, Admin Kay (who did a wonderful job on them!!) used the term they had used in the application! Wix is the genderneutral version of witch and wizard so for example if we had a nonbinary muse they could go with wix since it's gender-neutral or if they are female leaning they could use witch, and wizard if they lean for male. So in short!! yes, you can use any term that fits your muse!

if anyone would like any corrections in their intro graphics, just let me know, btw!! i'll do it in a heartbeat, whether it's the picture or i used the wrong term!

what sort of nature spirits would you like to see?

 hello , anon! I would love to see more sort of nymphs bonded to the trees and flowers of mabeob! some nereids who are bonded to the sea, Dryads bonded to oak trees, Dokkaebi related to harvests, big catches and great fortunes to humans, nature fairies would also be good!!

how do the subplots work?

hello dear anon!! basically they're premade plots/lore/ideas that you'd incorporate into the character you're making. if you're having some trouble coming up with motivation for your muse or want a built in premade relationship with someone else, subplots would be a great option for you! hope that makes sense!

Did you have more info about the hotel del luna or were you leaving it mostly up to whoever claims the owner position?

we were leaving it more up to the owner, as we want our writers to be as creative as possible! we do currently have someone who applied for the owner so hopefully we can fill in any blanks about the hotel once we open!

just to clarify, are the town members aware of the different species co-existing among each other? (ie humans know about who mermaids are, etc)

hello lovely anon !! so, you would be correct. other species are known to inhabit the islands by the humans of mabeob, at least the ones who believe, that is. those that don't are in denial of the magic and make excuses to write off what they can't explain. typically you won't know the species of a person unless something gives it away, such as seeing someone shift into an animal. so they know what they are, the legends surrounding them, but they aren't exactly sure who is what, if that makes sense?

im sorry if im just misunderstanding the pages, but what is the difference between "wix" and "witch" and is there any difference on how those terms are used?

 hello , anon! I will happily explain it, there is no difference between "witch" and wix". We settled to use the word “Wix” as it is the gender-neutral term for a witch, wizard, or otherwise identifying magical! So you can apply as a witch / wizard / wix depending on what your muse identifies as!

which species would you currently like to see more of?

hello , anon! I would love to see more humans ("or human-looking" like subplot #4)!! they can be quite versatil with our subplots and other ideas!! but i would also like to see more wix and nature spirits!! but any species you feel more connected to will be welcome with open arms!!

how are supernatural creatures born? do they have to come from a supernatural parent(s) directly, or would it be possible for one to be the first in their lineage?

 hello , anon! The answer to your questions would be yes!! supernatural creatures can be either come from supernatural parents and have a long line of magic in their family, it could also be that magic skipped a generation or the can be the first one in their lineage!! they would be what some townsfolk think of as someone "blessed by the goddess of nature" and be the first magical one on their family.

would it be okay to ask what shapeshifter forms have been applied for? what would you guys like to see most?

 hello , anon! We have some wolf and birds in our applications already but i would love to see some bunnies, deers, cats, dogs, foxes, squirrels, a horse shapeshifter would be interesting, spiders, bats, some sort of bird like a dove or an eagle! a lynx, amur leopard, asiatic black bear or a Korean goral would be great too! If you need more suggestions let us know!

sorry if this is a silly question, but i'm writing my muse's biography, and i was sort of wondering if merfolk can communicate with other sea creatures in any way? i don't wanna contradict the group's lore so i wanted to ask! thank you in advance :)

hello lovely! it isn't a silly question at all. I discussed this with admin ellie and we're totally okay with that being an ability merfolk have. you can explain it is telepathy or an innate understanding between sea life. however is best for you!
