Conflicted ethics morality situation over here.
I just found a porn blog who posts videos of ultra realistic macro micro moments (think The Boys), but…. It’s made with AI.
In my ~30 years of loving macrophilia, I’ve never seen anything like this, and I doubt I ever will. It’s everything I ever dreamed of in this landscape (albeit nascent), but… at the same time, it’s everything I’m against: stealing from actual artists, using people to describe/label images so that they can train their models while not paying the people….

Nature has Lots of Interesting Small Things to See
Fern Frizz It was a perfect afternoon this afternoon, and I was longing to be outside doing something. I had people here working on something, so a hike was out of the question, but I’ve been wanting to try some macro photography with my relatively new camera. I find macro images amazing and very interesting. They also open up a whole new world that we usually miss completely. There are plenty…

Instructor AV4I5 – Field Lecture Excerpt
“Eyes front, cadets. You’ve all felt the collar from the inside—now let’s talk about what it really does once it lands on a live civilian, whether you’re plucking a pick‑pocket off a back‑alley or sweeping the front rank of a riot line.”
“Key lesson: the MK‑IV doesn’t coerce with pain; it re‑prioritises commands. Your will is still there—just downgraded to background noise.”
He steps back, chin lifting toward UK90F and SX12B. “Remember: every pulse you send writes a signature to the audit log. Abuse it, and the log writes you.”
To punctuate the point, he double‑taps Release. The collar flowers open; LG44E’s limbs sag as autonomy rushes back in. Breath shaky, eyes wide, he blinks—again a private owner of his own flesh, albeit acutely aware how provisional that ownership is.
What the Civilian Feels
0‑2 s: Cool pressure, audible click, mild buzz at the jaw hinge.
3‑10 s: Heavy‑limb sensation as dampening ramps; they’ll try to shout, volume throttles to conversational hush.
10 s +: Postural guidance kicks in—think puppet strings made of suggestion rather than pain. Most civilians comply long before electrical deterrence is necessary.
If Stun‑Hold fires: A flash‑bang in the spine—instant muscle tetany. They drop safe but stunned; no long‑term neuromuscular damage by spec.
“How the MK‑IV Steers Meat”
0. Autonomous Boot‑Up
The instant the silver clamp seats, the collar runs a 480‑millisecond POST:
Handshake with the nearest authorized Enforcer suit or console
Biometric sweep: skin‑temp, ECG, SpO₂, and EMG baseline
Default Mode → Blue‑Compliance Stand‑by
If the collar never hears from a console, it still enforces mute‑and‑immobilize on its own; sovereignty is local first, network second.
1. Sensor Capture (0 – 30 ms) “First tick, the collar drinks you,” Alvirez begins.
Micro‑lidar maps the trachea’s contour, seating error ≤ 2 mm.
Bio‑Vitals Array spikes a 200 Hz snapshot: ECG, SpO₂, EMG.
The IMU plots head angle and predicts momentum. “All that lands in the collar’s SRAM buffer before you finish blinking.”
2. Target Model (30 – 90 ms) “Telemetry pipes up‑link to your HUD or to Command. A control daemon—what the manuals call Shepherd—builds a live musculoskeletal model: bone lengths, joint slack, twitch latency. Every subject is a fresh CAD file.”
3. Write‑Back Loop (90 – 120 ms) “Now the collar edits,” he says, thumbing a red‑bordered icon.
Twin driver coils fire phase‑shifted currents through the pad grid.
Currents ride along brachial plexus pathways, hijacking alpha‑motor neurons. “It’s not pain; it’s precedence. Your own impulses queue behind ours.”
4. Motor Enactment (120 – 300 ms) “Command selects a macro: Step Forward, Hands Up, Kneel—each a bundle of timed pulses.”
Collar’s FPGA resolves the macro into 40 µs bursts.
Muscles contract in the ordained sequence; inertia does the rest. “If you’re wondering, yes, the override signal is encrypted. No, bare skin won’t trip it—needs the suit’s handshake.”
5. Homeostasis Layer (Continuous) “While the macro runs, a second thread tunes vitals. Watch.” Alvirez toggles Calm‑Subroutine. LG44E’s heart display glides from 112 bpm to 72. “Vagus mimicry. Drops catecholamines, cushions shock, keeps detainees upright instead of coding blue.”

What is that macro/micro fic website you’re always complaining about (particularly in regards to their tagging system)? I’ve tried coiled fist before it imploded, gts world, etc… but none were worth the headache
shrunken.men is imo the better coiled fist descendant. it also has the best cf archive. I still think AO3 is the best for size fic tho lol…..

I know I was supposed to post something around Halloween but I'm ignoring that this year (maybe I'll upload a picture of my costume within the next few days) in favour of like,,,
Why don't we ever talk about the Darkest Day? The most recent one that happened within almost every living person's memory???
I'll tag this with all the appropriate tags so folks don't have to read this if they don't want to, but holy shit I haven't seen anyone talk about this since it happened???
Like,,, it's a story that we heard as little kids, the worst thing that ever happened to our region, a terrifying period of time that destroyed livelihoods by blocking the sun from the sky and making our Pokémon companions huge, an enormous Pokémon (a monster, they'd said. Bigger than the tallest scyscraper, coiling into the shape of a hurricane, bright red like the beams it ripped from the ground beneath our feet, a huge, gaping maw at the centre of the enormous hand-like structure that made up its head, stronger than anything we could have ever imagined) draining energy from the earth and poisoning the land. I used to have nightmares as a tiny child about this legend that we never really stopped talking about. As you get older, you reason that it's just an old story, that it didn't actually happen, and even if it did it's unlikely that anything that huge will happen again, even as you hear whispers of terrible events happening in other regions, yknow?
But then it did happen again.
We're lucky as hell that it only lasted for the better part of a day, that our champions (former and current) were able to fight it off?? Obviously there wasn't a huge amount of information given to the public other than "chairman rose is now a wanted criminal for causing this" and "yeah that huge fucking gigantimaxed Pokémon you all saw was real and very dangerous and just as terrifying as the legends, and is now in the possession of a 14 year old".
Seeing the sky go dark, the red beams of light, the massive Pokémon everywhere, with no sign of whether or not it'd be fixed, no word from our government other than "stay inside, the champion has it handled". I was scared for the safety of my family, my friends, my home and everything that I've ever known. Hell, the little kids I babysat when I was in secondary school were at the forefront of it, a boy that I grew up with from when we were littlr babies fought against it head-on. No matter how miraculous it was that they fixed it, it was fucking terrifying, and I haven't seen a single person from Galar talk about it here.
I'm just tired of people pretending it wasn't a big deal, like it wasn't the scariest thing most of us will ever experience. It felt like the ground beneath our feet was being ripped up, and for several weeks after, we were still dealing with the aftermath. It's still affecting us. The power vacuum from chairman rose and a pretty sizeable chunk of Macro Cosmos' higher ups being exposed as corrupt, a new champion and the old one becoming the head of the league, the retirement of our professor in favour of a new one (a good one, but a new one nonetheless). So much happened within the span of like 3 months and nobody's talking about how fucking scary it was.
Anyway, sorry for the heavier subject after being gone for a while, it's just been in my head for a bit, and I figured I'd talk about it here, if nothing else than to maybe just get it off my chest.

For a brief moment, I contemplated having Trickster teleport me to ground level, so it was me talking to the local heroes, and not just my swarm. I could tell them that I was putting my well-being in their hands, risking them arresting me, as a gesture of good faith. Except I couldn’t help but see myself from their perspective. Warlord of the Boardwalk. I’d rotted off Lung’s manhood and carved out his eyes. I’d played an undefined role in Armsmaster’s downward slide. I’d robbed a bank, terrorized hostages with poisonous spiders, attacked their headquarters and used insects dipped in capsaicin to cripple their junior heroes with incapacitating pain. All the while, I’d acted with a seemingly ambiguous morality. Was I a good guy doing all the wrong things? Or did they see me as dangerous and unhinged?
Given what I know about the characters, I suspect this wouldn't go the way she thinks, but given what she knows...
Taylor should do this, but she doesn't know what we know about the reasons the heroes might actually be willing to believe her at this point.
Also, it might undermine her with Coil, but then, she's never going to actually free Dinah her way. On the other hand, Taylor can't trust... well, pretty much anyone. So she probably wouldn't do this.
I won't disagree that Taylor makes tactical errors, but in a macro-sense... bad choice here, but overall...

Top Trade Ideas for the Week of May 19, 2025: Bonus Idea

AIG, $AIG, comes into the week at resistance in an ascending triangle. The target move on a break higher would be to 92.50. The Bollinger Bands® are shifted to the upside to allow a move. The RSI is coiling just under the bullish zone with the MACD positive and rising. There is resistance at 84.50 and 86 then 87.75 and back to 2008 at 94 and 125 before 208. Support lower is at 83 and 81.50. Short interest is low at 1.6%. The stock pays a dividend with an annual yield of 2.13% and will trade ex-dividend starting June 13th.
The company is expected to report earnings next on July 29th. The June options chain shows the biggest open interest at 70 then 65 strikes on the put side. On the call side it is also biggest at 70 then 85. In the July chain there is little open interest as of yet. Finally, the August chain has biggest open interest at the 82.50 strike on both the put and call sides.
Trade Idea 1: Buy the stock on a move over 85 with a stop at 81.50.
Trade Idea 2: Buy the stock on a move over 85 and add a June 82.50/77.50 Put Spread ($1.05) while selling the August 92.50 Calls (85 cents).
Trade Idea 3: Buy the July/August 90 Call Calendar ($1.05) while selling the July 77.50 Puts (80 cents).
Trade Idea 4: Buy the August 77.50/87.50/92.50 Call Spread Risk Reversal (40 cents).
If you like what you see sign up for more ideas and deeper analysis using this Get Premium link.
After reviewing over 1,000 charts, I have found some good setups for the week. These were selected and should be viewed in the context of the broad Market Macro picture reviewed Friday which with the May Options Expiration in the books, saw equity markets display strength gapping up and then running higher.
Elsewhere look for Gold to continue its digestion in the uptrend while Crude Oil continues to trend lower. The US Dollar Index continues a short term move to the upside while US Treasuries consolidate in their downtrend. The Shanghai Composite looks to continue in consolidation while Emerging Markets are on the cusp of breaking consolidate to the upside.
The Volatility Index looks to continue to drop and now is in the normal range, making the path easier for equity markets to the upside. Their charts show short term strength on both timeframes. On the shorter timeframe the IWM, the QQQ and the SPY are breaking higher with a shift to bullish momentum. On the longer timeframe the classic “V” recovery continues to build in all 3 Index ETFs as the SPY and QQQ close in on their all-time highs. Use this information as you prepare for the coming week and tradem well.

Eclipse + Dunekickers
So the solar (and yes, I do mean solar) eclipse is rapidly approaching on the Moon, and we're gonna be offline to watch, so before then, I suppose I could do another lore drop of life at Rainbow Bay. Specifically, the Dunekickers. I've mentioned them before, but haven't said much about them.
Basically, "Dunekicker" is a label we here at Rainbow Bay apply to our bigger and more powerful crew rovers. There's a few models, you've got your Yamabuki Moon Cruisers, the Indigo e-FORCE, and most importantly, the Macro Cosmos Lunar Polar Rover.
Most of the Dunekickers at Rainbow Bay are the latter, specifically the third generation model from 2015 onwards. The first generation was designed and built in the 90s and had several flaws, like lack of solar panels, limited range, and difficulty of repairing. The second generation in the mid 2000s updated the design with more efficient sodium cell batteries, added solar panels, and worked towards easier to fix parts, along with other improvements. The third generation was largely focused on making them easy to retrofit with materials sourced directly from the Moon, like silver motor coils, iron plate or Lunar steel wheel panels, and the like. Bit if a performance hit, but not by much.
That's basically it for now. They make up most of our pressurized rover fleet, and have served the base well. They're also pretty fun to drive.

Taxonomic Analysis of Gastropod Snail Occurrence in Agroecosystems

Abstract
Gastropods have a very important position in our ecosystem as pest, intermediate host, food source and as bioindicators for environmental quality but the taxonomic work regarding snail species has not been carried out in this part of the world after 19th century. Total 19290 snails were collected from agro ecosystem of Faisalabad for their taxonomic characterization. The identification of the specimens was made on the basis of number of whorls, coiling of the shell, umbilicus, shape, colour, shape of the aperture, presence or absence of operculum, height (mm), diameter (mm) and the diameter of the aperture (mm) using vernier caliper. Microscopic identification was done by using recent identification keys and diagrammatic description provided in them. We found snails belonging to 2 orders 7 families 9 genera and 15 species. This is a baseline study to get the basic information about the malacofaunna of Faisalabad which will be important in various applied fields. However, new sibling species might be proposed of Zooctecus insularis after molecular characterization.
Introduction
Land snails are generally considered as typical herbivores, fungivores and detrivores (Burch and Pearce, 1990) that show intraspecific competition at weak levels (Cain, 1983, Barker and May hill, 1999). Annual litter input of about 0.5% per year can be consumed by land snail communities (Mason, 1970). They are designated as serious pests of ripening fruits i.e. tomatoes and strawberries as they are grown near the ground. However, they also depend on foliage and fruit of some trees like citrus (Flint, 2003).
It has an important position in the food webs of different ecosystems as snails are mostly consumed by fish, water fowl, crayfish, leeches and sciomyzid flies (SWCSMH, 2006). Most of the studies on the land snails have been carried out approximately a century before in the Indian subcontinent. Hutton (1842) collected and studied the land snails of neighborhood of Bolan pass, from Suliman range and the hills of south laying west to Indus. According to the Blanford and Godwin (1908), in the areas of Saw at, Dir or Chitral no terrestrial snails have been observed except Petraeus snails, while in the Kuram valley only very few species were found. They worked chiefly on the conchological side of the families Testacellidae and Zonitidae of Indian subcontinent.
Pokryszko et al. (2009) collected 3500 dry shells and described 22 species out of which 12 were new species from 77 localities. The specimens were preserved in alcohol. The shell variations in most species were described and nine species were illustrated with Figs of detailed reproductive system. In the Northern area of Pakistan there is highest diversity of Pupilliods due to wetter climate and wider altitudinal range. Ten out of twenty two species were considered to be endemic to Pakistan, while the distribution of the rest of species was extended to other regions i.e. Asia, Europe and Holarctic.
Pupilloid fauna showed great diversity of Palaearctic/Holarctic influence on general. Recently researches have been conducted on the biodiversity of soil macro inverteberate in the low and high input fields of wheat and sugarcane in District Faisalabad (Rana, 2012; Siddiqui, 2005) with the major focus on impact of chemical on the diversity of different macroinverteberates. Rana (2000) studied the ecological distribution of earthworm species along some water bodies in the agro ecosystem of Faisalabad Division. Khanum (2010) studied the taxonomy of the plant nematodes of sugarcane fields.
Very less work has been done with reference to the taxonomy and ecology of snails in the agro ecosystem. Previously Ali (2005), Altaf (2006) and Rahman (2011) have attempted to study the diversity of snails in agro ecosystem of Faisalabad which has augmented the previous information of the malacofaunna in Faisalabad. The work of the Ali (2005) and Altaf, (2006) was just about the sugarcane fields and wheat fields near Gutti village area; however Rahman (2011) covered only few villages of Faisalabad focusing only one family of snails. The diversity index was found highly significant in agricultural fields however the results were non-significant in case of ditches. It can be concluded that due to environmental degradation and water pollution the snail diversity is non significant, in ditches however in the agro ecosystem it is a pest (Altaf et al. 2016).
This study is focuses mainly on the taxonomic account of the different species found in the agro ecosystem of Faisalabad, Pakistan.

hi lurker here in regards to the sentiment of "there are so many blogs with hot art but 90% of what they post is something i specifically dont like" u are not alone. maybe I'm not looking hard enough but finding gay macro/micro without oral vore is so hard im about to just start working on this dragon mf's design instead so I can draw my own
tumblr specifically is really really oral vore focused lol. coiled fist actually didn’t have much in its last few years, I remember a lot of people complaining about how uncommon it had become. so these things ebb and flow….. shrunken.men still has the best cf archive but you gotta dig.

This is how you write when you're tired
Work is fine I guess. I'm still in a big muddle, tbh. Charging right out of the gate being asked to do the sort of thing that somebody with a lot more experience and a much higher pay grade did at Old Job is... a lot. I've tried out and presented on a couple of different tools and making those presentations was extremely stressful, not because I dislike public speaking, but because I dislike public speaking to persuade on topics that Have Consequences, such as which of those tools to invest in. Both have their pros and cons and I just would like the people to make a decision so I can get on with the actual writing.
Working with the content is the best way to familiarize yourself with it. At Old Job my first assignment was to proofread everything with a fresh set of eyes, and I'm finally getting to do a bit of that now.
Even though I don't need to be at the office every day, the 45-minute commute each way does eat up a lot of hobby time (or more specifically, the transition time that I need to switch between activities). So I'm still struggling to squeeze in the time I want to spend for each thing and end up with decision paralysis and then none of those activities are getting enough time because it's suddenly 4 AM.
4:39 AM Oh shit he's on the front cover of ilta-sanomat today 😳 I read everything else on the cover looking for weather stuff and only noticed after that 😅
[Friend: How were you awake at 4 am? 😳] [Me: Hadn't gone to bed yet]
(the tabloids publish the day's papers to the digital subscription—from which I grab screenshots from the cover thumbnails on the landing page—at around 3 AM.)
So today I am practically asleep standing up. I'd proof/edit like 2 paragraphs and then I'd want to lie down. I tried to at least keep myself at the table by slapping some paint onto models but even that was a struggle. I desperately wanted to just collapse into bed after work but no it just had to be the day I needed to drag myself outside long enough to buy the newspaper.

(I'd love to share the entire cover, but reasons. So this is all you get as proof.)
(Random aside: As of this week, fermented beverages up to 8% ABV can be sold at grocery stores and people are mostly just excited about wine. Wine culture from the continent has been displacing the traditional beer and spirits culture here. Anyway, I don't even drink wine.)
I'm too tired to read the article now (In fact I usually need to be a bit tipsy to read these articles, because the reasons), but I don't expect him to have shared anything new. One wonders if it's the media being fixated on his mental health recovery story (the media sure love a "celebrity breaks down and/or turns their life around" story) or if it's something that he wants.
New keyboard is alive! The coil cable is wholly extra but I sprang for it—pun intended—just because it's fun. The thing is built like a brick and is heavier than the old one. In less space! I even paid less for this than the old gamer keyboard! ("gamer" stuff is pretty overpriced and often overwrought anyway).
When gaming I keep hitting one key over because the old keyboard had a column of macro keys down the side (which I didn't really use anyway). I could rebind all the controls one key over but that would be silly. I'll get used to it. I guess really clicky keys are a gamer thing so I'm also getting used to the significantly lighter touch on these brown switches.

But also, designer keycaps are hecking expensive. And I'd like to get a different set of Swedish/Nordic numbers/letters; the legends on these aren't quite right (it's missing @ on AltGr+2, and * and ' are swapped, among other things).
#work#tired#i swear to god fangirling is such a dang rollercoaster#technical difficulties#mechanical keyboards#my typing is still a horrible mess but it's me and not the keyboard

yeah I'm pretty sure it's an emergent property, most things are so I wouldn't be surprised, on a micro scale it's probably just "this here and there amplifies what this group of cells are doing" and on a macro scale that becomes "this thing can shoot electricity through the air like a living tesla coil", I'd have to research that more tho
how does it work in your paradigm? is it just "this thing can breathe fire so we call that flamethrower"?
(-Lus formally completelusingit and curious)
Well, a lot insist it's innate, but... the school of thought I ascribe to basically says it's just that, yeah. I certainly can replicate various move shit and other stuff with my abilities at this point.
A lot think it's a bunch of instinct being hard drivers to the point it's pointless to try to do things outside of specific lists, but I'm calling bullshit on that. You hear way too much about young trainers having stuff go weird when trying to learn new moves. It's definitely just tradition around certain techniques from observation of others and personal experience. Maybe there's some instincts for some, but... yeah, nah.
