In this segment, hear why we are tracking Senate Bill 1738 – rap lyrics on trial. Although the bill has passed the Senate – we are so far removed from the inner workings that this holds absolutely no bearing whatsoever. If justice is blind, why do judges and jurors need demographic info about defendants, such as race, age, gender, etc? https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/wonk/wp/2017/11/16/black-men-sentenced-to-more-time-for-committing-the-exact-same-crime-as-a-white-person-study-finds/

The War on Drugs has failed our nation. Let’s end the racist policies that have locked up 1 in 5 Black men with life sentences. Extreme sentencing does not equal safety. It’s time for #SecondLook legislation and ending #MandatoryMinimums. https://twitter.com/nicoleporter/status/1405549736220839937?s=20

🌲☀🌲MAC1 at lights out. She's a frosty one for sure. Interesting nose on her as well. Instantly recognizable because of her leaves and the way she seems to want to droop in Veg. In flower that seems to disappear. Going to start pollinating her in a few days. Been doing my best to spread her to those who have paid dues. Which turns out to be a lot of the people that I know. 😁 No matter how hard the changes are. If you're not locked up, you're doing pretty good. I came up where any cultivation was a mandatory minimum 5 years. Nevermind all the other years they would have tacked on. The West coast has the gauntlet, but we used to run up and down I-95. . . . #AlwaysBeFlowering #ABFGenetics #Loyalty #Integrity #NoFuckBoys #SuckaFree #ICMAGFam #IckmagMafia #AlienCookies #Starfighter #Colombian #YearOfTheMac #Blessed #UsedToRiskLife #MandatoryMinimums #EastCoast #I95 via Instagram https://ift.tt/2J74zU5

Every year, thousands of Americans are falsely accused and imprisoned due to false-positive drug screenings. Most plea guilty without ever knowing.

Worst Nightmare
You ever have a bad dream where it feels like you die, only someone forgot to tell you, so you still see everything going on in the worlds of your loved ones, family, friends, neighbors and etc. you once knew? Well, I've had that very dream for the past 4 years, and I will keep having this dream until myself, along with millions of other Americans, do something to wake America up and do something about #CriminalJusticeReform and a host of other SOCIAL ISSUES affecting our ability to make AMERICA GREAT. We can no longer stand by mute, or turn our heads and expect someone else to cover for us because, who is going to cover for them? Help me and other Small Giantz do our best to be socially responsible to make sure that all of our fellow Americans and all humans recieve fair and humane treatment throughout the criminal justice system. It’s our social responsibility to do something—we can’t just depend on anybody to do it.
Help me as the World's 1st Social Manager, to navigate and manage our country’s issues as an all-inclusive nation where we truly have JUSTICE FOR ALL.

This is only the beginning.
Thank you for visiting SmallGiantz4CJR. We are only so big individually, but together we can accomplish great things. It is our hope that we are able to shed light on the difficulties faced by our incarcerated loved ones and family members, and in turn inspire change. It is our mission to become a voice for so many who have lost theirs, and it is our goal to promote criminal justice reform. Don’t be a bystander, be a change agent. Are you in?
