the colors in this are a bit hard to see on my dark screen, but they're beautiful. are those lilypads behind her? and then sedge, behind that. her face is serene. the greens work really well together. the only thing that isn't green is her: her hair, her belt, her...

the frog adds a delicacy to her, a tenderness. she's looking at the frog, but she isn't moving, isn't acting to trap it or drive it away. patience.

What Tempo do when she feeling bored? What kind of hobby she loved to do, and to help her to relax?

So far shown here, Tempo loves to play musical instruments, write songs, drink tea with Balan and gossip, occasionally tease Lance (👀) and other activities she couldn't do when was human.

But what I highlight most are her moments where sings and many of her surroundings are relaxing and generally, uplifting.

Now, a new ability awakened in her and is able to sing lullabies that puts Tims, Negatis and maestros to sleep, something new for them.

the mom's sweater(?) looks great, very fashionable. the kid's shorts are also green, but a different green, so the two balance each other without confusion. all the colors in the piece are muted, with the brightest color being the teeth and the highlights on the eyes. even the background isn't fully white.

all the cloth drapes like real cloth, to the point that I can tell what material it's made of: the dad is wearing wool, for instance, and the kid's shorts are polyester, or maybe rayon. the mom could also be wearing wool, but a finer wool or cotton. kid's shirt is spandex blend, which makes sense for a growing child.

the clothing and hairstyles speak to both interest and competence in style, appropriate to the ages, genders, and particular bodies of the people depicted. the clothing flatters, the hairstyles frame their faces. these outfits were clearly selected with care to put forth a particular image, no less by the artist than by the character.

the overall impression is of a photogenic family having a fun day out. your caption implies that that's not all there is to their story, and I look forward to discovering more.

100% in agreement!!! These tools and practices are what God hates, but never the people themselves. I understand the Enneagram is controversial, but like Meyers & Briggs personality test….it can easily feed into our human desire to be in control. The same goes with horoscopes & tarot cards, humans naturally fear the unknown, including the humanly unknown future. So we’ve created and use these things which is actually tricking ourselves that we can be in-control. That “security” is an illusion. True security and wisdom comes solely from God. Seek and Ask Him, He will answer you.

Giving into the desire of personal control is rooted in Fear. Where there is Fear, there’s lack of Trust. Which leads to worry, stress and anxiety. As Christians, we’ve already received the gift of unearthly peace. So why are we still suffering these things? We continue to choose not to Trust Jesus with our lives. Yes, it’ll be a life long struggle until our human bodies die, but God still promises this peaceful relieve from the woes of this world.
