compared to my idw megatron model kit i think it was definitely less hassle and hes shorter than him too! i like that his eyes light up though thats pretty rad!!

Had some fun building this guy after having him occupy my closet for a few years. Took 2-3 business days purely because I kept screwing up the legs. I closed the thighs before connecting the lower legs, then put the legs on the wrong sides and had to take a break before I broke him. His ass falls apart every time I try to pose him, but he’s old, so it’s okay. I’m just glad I could make myself finish.

I love being a collector of a multitude of things because b4 I go to bed I'll look at my figures and be like "goodnight woman megatron, goodnight teenage mutant ninja turtle Legos, goodnight all 30 hatsune mikus, goodnight revolutionary girl utena magazine sections" and then I'll climb onto my bed of 43 pusheen plushies and then go to sleep and then have nightmares about yelling at rodimus furai model figure because he fucking stabbed me with his sharp peenor cover

My custom paint job for the Furai IDW Rodimus Prime model.

I had a lot of fun with it! I thought his initial colors were way too bright, so my solution was to give him cosmic rust. In case you're curious, I used the yellow1, brown1 and grey3 GUNDAM- REAL TOUCH weathering markers, and some silver acrylic paint to add the paint scratches effect.
