I wanted to make Sugarplum Cafe an aesthetic game, so the backgrounds and UI are gonna have lots of pastel and frilly filigree ~

You’ll navigate between various rooms. In the main room (top image), you'll talk to customers and serve them their orders. 

In the kitchen (bottom image), you'll make their desserts. 

There's a giant window so the customers can watch you work, but you can also check customer orders through the window so you won't have to go back and forth!

If you notice some of the art looks sketchy, a lot of what you see is placeholder art that I plan to redraw closer to launch. You know how I am with constantly redrawing my art 🤣 So don't worry, it'll be smoothed out eventually!

My fiancé and I made a game!! It's coming out soon (finally lol). I'm actually really happy with how these little screenshot previews are looking!!

The game is kind of "what would happen if Dark Souls was a merge game?", but a bit less grim and with no gross money-grabbing IAPs

Pixelshire launches May 8 for PC, later in 2025 for PS5 and Switch - Gematsu

Farm life RPG Pixelshire will launch for PC via Steam on May 8, followed by PlayStation 5 and Switch later in 2025, publisher Merge Games and developer Kappa Bits announced.

Y'all know about fictional universes that follow game rules and logic?Do you think math is fucked up in the merge-game worlds?

For example: 5 - 5 = 1 (candy crush) 5 / 5 = 2 (farm merge valley)
