Tiny Flowers

I close my eyes and a forest stretches out before me, it’s floor carpeted in tiny flowers, so delicate on their own but a sea all together. They cover the ground, even in the darkest shadows, their glow just visible. Those flowers are the words I want to write, the words I want to find. And the thought makes me ache.
