Honestly I think Missy should've told Simm!Master that she made out with Twelve. There's absolutely no narrative purpose for it, but I think it would've been funny to see Simm!Master react to that.

thoschei dynamics are insane because they've always got to be just barely wary enough of actually getting to be together so the entire format of the show doesn't go out the window and they start travelling the stars doing extremely morally grey activities together and forget about earth entirely.

the more I think about The Master the sadder their arc is. Like whenever they try to change they are continually proven that this is just The Way They Have To Be. Koschei was just a kid when he looked into the vortex, he never asked for the drums, but time lords drove him crazy with them and then convinced him he was insane (with my minimal understanding of academy era). Missy tries to change, and genuinely makes progress in reconciling with the doctor, only to be confronted with her past self, how cruel she is and has to be at the height of her development. as the lumiat (again with my limited knowledge, audiobooks are expensive ok), as all of the best parts of herself, she is yet again confronted with her past, killed by her past self. Tormented with the reality of the timeless child. Thrown back into the cycle of hurt and lashing out.

they are damaged, no matter how much they try to fix things, it’s their reality. Resistance is futile and they will always be deaths champion.

TWISSY HEADCANNONS

- missy laughs everytime twelve falls (and will watch as she fails over and over again to get up)

- twelve just calls out for missy a lot (similar to how eleven did with river)

- twelve likes to take missy out to dinner but shes just complaining the entire time

- twelve plays electric guitar for her

- they watch disney movies just to make fun of them the entire time

- they either go to bed at 5am or at 5pm. there is no in between

- they are notorious for going to parties and missy wearing a suit and twelve wearing a dress

- the last one started as missing forcing twelve into it, but she secretly loves it

- they will only talk about their feelings from 3:00-3:30 am. sometimes they break this rule

- they blast music in their home and the police have been called on them because of this on multiple different occasions

- they go to amusement parks together but missy usually just goes there to scare the kids

- she tells missy to stop and she does! for about five minutes <3

- missy has tried to teach twelve how to use a phone many many times. it always ends with them screaming at each other and twelve storming out of the room

- missy started calling twelve her girlfriend to torment her at first, but it definitely gave twelve a gender crisis

- missy pierced twelve’s ears

- she had to be restrained (you would think a time lord who has died about ten times wouldn’t mind two pokes)

still a work in progress and if anyone has suggestions or info, please lmk, but this is my best attempt at cataloguing every appearance of the Master across the DWEU (focusing on TV, novels, and audio dramas, though I might add things like comics later)

i am BEGGING for someone to compile like a list of thoschei content so it's easier to get the Lore TM without having to wade through thousands of hours of content with minimal organization. what I wouldn't give for just a list era by era of what episodes to watch and where to find them
