random talk: thoughts on expressing feelings and mixed cd's

Been thinking. I'm that kind of girl that does not like showing/expressing her feeling towards others at all, unless I'm sure the other person feels the exact same way. Insecurities, i guess. It's just not in me to be straight forward and let it all out. Plus, most guys are all jerks, and they response will be like plain stuck up and selfish. Or just agree that they like you too but aren't being completely honest( and have deal with this situation before). The downside of it all is, I'm just hurting myself. Feel like im overreacting, ill get over it, well hopefully. Anywho, enough of talking about how hard it is to express my feelings...

On to another topic, anyone that know me knows that I enjoy making mixed playlist for people. Love doing it, just for personal enjoyment. I get a sense of satisfaction when I hear my friends say, "Hey, just heard the CD you made me, you got rad taste in music, make me another one!" and it's all their listening to that week. Maybe it's the fact that you could be really creative in the process of it all. From a collage to a photograph, or to sharpie art and stickers. You could do it all. Everything has to be perfect. Like for example how the first track and second track have to sound good after another, yeah.

I look at it as if it's a reflection of you and your personal taste but still keeping in mind the person it's for. It would be nice finding someone that shares this similar hobby. It's a nice way of getting to know someones music taste and vise versa. It would be simply awesome. ~Holla' at this girl~
