I always really loved this part of the script and thought this scene in the new slime tutorial was an absolute hoot. Drawing it was lots of fun.

Question for you, what was it like playing Penny Lamb? Any stories you’d like to share?

Thank you for the question! When I found out I’d be playing Penny Lamb, I was beyond excited but also terrified. I wasn’t sure if I had the range to do her justice, and I really didn’t want to let the fandom down. I know how much this role means to people, and I didn’t want to mess up anyone’s favorite character. Luckily, I had an amazing team who believed in me and encouraged me to dive in. I tried to bring out Penny’s quirks and awkward charm, at least that’s how I interpreted her! But if you saw her differently, that’s totally valid too!

One of my favorite memories from the run was when @ray-winters (MJR Misha) came to see the show. We had secretly planned to surprise him by making him Johnny Moon. I had to really try to not break - here’s his audible reaction lol

94 year-old Sgt Mjr Suleiman Juamis from the Galilee Bedouin town of Zarzir is the oldest reservist in the IDF. 

He is also the father of seven combat soldiers and his thirty five grandsons are following the family tradition.  One of his sons founded the first Bedouin pre-army study programme. 

Since October 7th he has been helping to organise other veteran reservists to patrol the area around their town and neighbouring towns, Jewish and Bedouin.

Sandhurst-trained Captain Stuart Kaye, equerry to Princess Anne, has drawn more than a few admiring glances over the years – and recently accompanied his royal mistress to Namibia, where she was attending the funeral of the late president.

Now in his early thirties, Captain Kaye attended King's School Bruton in Somerset before studying politics and modern history at Cardiff University. He went on to do a Master's degree at University College London, starting his career as an intern at the Association of British Insurers, before joining the military in 2018.

The dashing officer has served as Squadron Second-in-Command at Bulford Barracks and Mounted Troop Leader for The Household Cavalry, before being appointed to his equerry role in September 2022.

Princess Anne hand-picked him for his professionalism and aptitude in public duties – though royal watchers have pointed out that he doesn't look half-bad in his ceremonial uniform, complete with silver-plumed helmet, gold tassels and sword, either.

He sneezes, the sea breeze unkind even for him and yet - he was on a task. Moving the boot of his car to the closest of the ports edge, out of sight and mind as he began to open it up. A tarp was tugged with practiced ease, a sniffle from himself but not in emotional release. From a cold, he was coming down with no doubt.

Adjusting tarp wraps around his hands he tugs it open, revealing the barrels within. Small and compact, better for transport, that's for sure. Easier to roll from his vehicle after adjusting ram pieces and letting them go into the seas depths. Weighted with stones and the likes inside, the merchandise wouldn't be found for a good while. If at all.

Though it wasn't just those that came with the sea foam, an easy removal of his helpers. A promise revoked as Kenta's hand released their crushed throat and in turn, dragged their body to the edge once more with a shudder up his spine. "Here fishies... snack time." Too no one really n particular, but he let them drop in. Their ankle the last thing he touched upon tumbling them over the edge and into the dark.

"Eat well." Hands clap twice - thanking them for their service of being a rat and good conversation on the way here. Ah - now that he was free for a moment, he plucked his phone out to get himself a map up. Wasn't this place known for its seafood?

I’m such a big fan of the Minyard-Josten Rivalry fic you wrote!!! How’s the writing going?

It has slowed down due to Adult Life™️

I've gotten engaged, bought a house, got a puppy, rescued some cats, changed jobs and got promotions...recently bought a horse to train, so writing has been strongly delayed.

However, that being said, I do tap away at MJR every now and again, and the project hasn't been abandoned. I do want to finish it, and I do believe I still will, even if people have stopped reading it by then 😅
