Hi! I don’t know if you’re still active, but I was wondering if you could answer my questions? I’m writing a fic about two men. One of them is omega and the other is alpha or beta (I’m not sure yet.)

The omega used to take illegal suppressants to stop his heat, but also his pheromones for a few years. He hid all his omega instincts, because he grew up in a culture where it wasn’t safe to be an omega. He moved to a different country and he stopped taking the medication. How would the suppressants affect him now? Are there any long term side effects? Are they temporary?

I think that one of the many effects would be that (a) his slick glands are affected and he produces less slick, (b) he is less fertile and (c) the chances of miscarriage are higher. I want to focus on (c): what are the effects of miscarriage on the omega’s mind and body? How does the partner/ mate (beta/ alpha) react?

I love your ideas, they sound very reasonable. I think anything that disrupts hormonal cycles will have consequences to subsequent cycles after stopping use so that sounds good
