JOSUKEPOSTING AGAIN god the part 4 ending js so good. i already went on aboht him not processjng death ect whatver. but then it goes further. he doesnt process anyone being hurt after hes fixed them. like when okuyasu gets his arm cut off fighting chilli pepper. why are you yelling it’s fine now your arm is back. it’s like that didn’t even happen. but it DID happen. like i think josuke finally learns a lesson with the bites the dust fight actually hes finally on the receiving end. by his own attitude he should be fine. okuyasu is back and alive now, it’s like it never happened but IT DID IT DID HAPPEN. and it absolutely destroyed josuke and now he’ll finally have to deal with it. and the fact that his power isnt a fixall magic undoer

all of his behavior is so completely explainable its like rheres a giant neon sign and billboard pointing out the exact events and treatment that makes him act violent/self deprecating/ect ect and somehow you are missing it . “he’s too stupid to realize he can just kill people with the hand” youre insane.

the fact that okuyasu gets so badly mischaracterized is unbelievable to me like did you watch part 4.

him ans crazy diamond make me insane sick in the head theres no other stand like it. hes had that thing since he was 5 years old and by god you can tell its so clear in all his actions that hes had miraculous healing abilities for as long as he can remember . every character has a stand/ability developed from their personality but josuke was so young that it went the other way. he acts the way he does BECAUSE of his ability rather than the standard “stand acts the way it does because of the user” ie fugo and a lot of the p5 charas. you have giorno who also got a stand when he was little but its not quite the same. ge is still more a facet of him than the opposite. can you call it fate. would josuke be a fundamentally different person without crazy diamond. and you can say that about any character but would the answer be yes. josuke repeatedly being unable to accept death and loss is directly the result of having god powers that undid his (up until now) fixable mistakes

So much “why didnt keicho just make okuyasu erase their father with the hand” personally i dont thubk that makes sense. keicho wouldnt have considered the hand as an option because that’s not death to him. Yeah he could have him cleanly erased him from existence but he wants their father to die.

you know what else i wish we saw more of. crazy diamond fucking up when josuke is under stress or super angry like with jotaro’s hat and all the shit in his house during the angelo fight. i know that’s a thing he presumably learns to control and also araki simply abandoned it but like. LIKE ?? imagine the already nail biting bites the dust fight but now if josuke doesn’t stay focused okuyasu is going to get put back mangled and die. btd already threatens to set him back. he’s been learning to accept death and the fact he can’t fix it since that first episode with his grandpa he’s been doing so well and now BAM. okuyasu’s “death” sets him back he can’t accept it. he’s been keeping his ability refined and controlled and putting everything back normal and now BAM. not even okuyasu’s body necessarily just the stuff in the house as he fights kira. okuyasu LOOKS normal but what’s on the inside. we see him losing that control did he fuck it up. did he kill his best friend. FUCKKKK it wouldve been so good GODDDDDDDDDih my god

like im convinced The Hand was born from keichos wish to kill their father and was gifted to okuyasu because of this wish through like Fate bullshittery ect. double whammy. keicho is gifted rhe perfect thing to do what he says he wants to do but he wont Cant see it. but even if he did would okuyasu do it. i dont think so. i dont think he would. The hand (like crazy diamond) another example of a stand shaping their user rather than vice versa. okuyasu only has more of this violent role placed on him its the only thing hes ever known how can he not succumb. He doesnt even give in he is still kind and compassionate though he has been taught to resort to violence
