It has always been that way, even with characters we roleplayed as that are not even an OC, as they are the extended expression of ourself

i wrote up some of my opinions on the rereleases but it was quite long so im leaving it in the drafts but as a summary:

we as a community should want accessibility, and we should not be tearing down people who do not have the time/digital literacy/ability to set up abandonware video games and are excited to have a chance to play them. but also EA is evil and very frequently incompetent so we should also not be putting our faith in the hands of the multi billion dollar corporation who do not care about us or the fun we have to handle these titles with care

aro culture is not understanding what's so 'moral' about love, the partners disrespecting someone's boundaries but "oh, no, you dont get it! thats romantic! its cute!" or seeing families hurt each other because they 'love' each other and are 'trying their best'. i will never understand their emotional views, i consider it a blessing, everyone else seems to think its a curse. even other aros seem to fall into that trap, talking about platonic love to no end. friendship and family have no consent, but it is still deemed impolite to not put effort into something you dont care for. people have approached me asking if im their friend. i do not know them. i have never spoken to them. they still seem to get offended when i tell them no, i dont get why. people are so obsessed with romance, but friendship seems like something they only bring up when its to selfishly force others to be around them, to give them emotions and gratitude that cant be given, to act like treating them with anything less is a sin, and they pretend they have always cared. when i say i do not care for love, they dont seem to fully grasp that. i wont pretend for your comfort.

i just have been thinking about platonormativity and amatonormativity and how they are so widespread that even if one is removed it seems like the other gets louder.

Hello, I dont know if this is the right place for this but I have a question about ao3 terms of service.

Is it against ao3 policy to upload/post mood boards created via stock images along side fics? I have looked several places, and it seems like this is a gray area based on what i have found. I see other creators doing this and I would love to as well, but if its against tos I don't want to violate them.

Posting images is not against the TOS to my knowledge. In fact the FAQ has a whole section on how to embed images in fics.

You can post fanworks that contain text and/or embedded media. However, media types other than text can't currently be hosted by Archive of Our Own (AO3)—they will need to be uploaded to an external site first, and not all sites are supported. If your fanwork contains other media, you can use HTML to embed or link to the externally hosted file in an AO3 work.

In general your best place to direct questions about the AO3 TOS is the support form - where AO3 Support volunteers know all the policies best!

yeah that's totally normal. the period thing has a biological basis (something something hormones). asexuals can have and enjoy sex. asexuals can hate sex and never do it. asexuals can do whatever the fuck they want tbh as long as consent is involved.

I use the program Paint Tool Sai 2, and this program comes with textures, so I use these and layer them onto each other :)

We all know Terrence Suave and his failed Toppat leadership for whatever reason your headcanon might be for him, but I have an interesting question that kinda involves that.

What if after whatever happened to Wilford happened, Terrence decided not to be leader, but made Reginald leader then and there, would Reginald have been as good of a leader as after he dethroned Terrence, or would either the inexperience or power go to his head and still doom the Toppats as if Terrence was leading, or an even worse fate of finding out that somehow whoever chose to lead after Wilford would be doomed to fail no matter what?
