During s1 jay and nya once stayed up almost all night working on the bountys power and were so tired they ended up accidentally putting on eachother pajamas without realising

Next morning the others all stare at them half asleep at the table with Nya wearing blue gamer and Jay in a strawberry patterned nightgown (they did not say anything bc it was funny and they weren't processing a single thing being told to them)

Hey so I had a ninjago fic idea like two years ago that I wanna revisit and I guess im wondering if anyone would read it ?? Keep in mind i made this before I watched Dragons Rising so bear with me lmao

Basically, the ninja go on a mission one night to prevent a robbery at the museum or something- and end up stopping the robbery and finding a weird gem/crystal thing (thinking a sort of fragment of the realm crystal maybe?) Anyway, the crystal activates a portal that sucks them all in and sends the ninja out into a new realm where they're all separated and have been given inhuman traits (yes ik it's like the merge, I wrote this before the merge was a thing)

The story was going to be about the ninja forming relations with the people that inhabit this realm and trying to find a way back to each other :) angst and fluff ensue :3

Small explanation of the realm: there are six tribes (conveniently- six ninja) and each of them rules over/takes care of an element: Sky, sea, land, nature, rain, and heat. Each tribe has their own kingdom and are separated by the "boundary forest", a dark and impossible forest to pass through that keeps them apart. Some tribes are at war with each other, while others prefer to stay neutral.

Each tribe has an animal/set of animals that embody their element and help them survive. (Similar to formlings except they can't transform) the ninja are all given an animal (Aka i turned them into furries and there's nothing you can do to stop me >:3)

The ninja are separated into each tribe:

Sky: Jay, bluejay (bird)

Sea: Nya, axolotl

Land: Cole, bear

Nature: Lloyd, monkey

Rain: Zane, snow leopard

Heat: Kai, dragon

I also made designs for this once upon a time but I lost them 😔

Nya has accidentally called Kai 'dad' before since he basically raised her. Same with Arin and Lloyd or Wyldfire and Kai.

She DID NOT however like that they neglected to bring up Lloyd running away so they could milk another year of tuition

Headcanon, Darkley's went good purely to escape the debt they were in once Misako figured out Lloyd hadn't been returned to her and sued.

Cole is the Master of Earth, and salt comes from the earth. The sea is salty due to brine, and Nya is the Master of Water, which is also the ocean. Morro died in the ocean via dissolving.

I made a theme for my 3ds(i think it will be rejected on themeplaza bc it has a lot of problems i didnt know abt at first) but the bgm was broken(one channel, and didnt loop) so i used the bgm of another theme using anemone :3 heres a 3ds tour but speedrun
