Is that ABIGAIL COWEN on campus? Oh no, that’s ROBYN O’CONNOR. From DUBLIN, IRELAND, the 19 year old has come to study DANCE. Rumor has it she is CURIOUS and ADVENTUROUS, but NAIVE and INSECURE, which is why she is known as THE MANNEQUIN. She resides in BROADVIEW and can’t wait to graduate.

Robyn was born in Dublin, Ireland and raised by her grandparents following her mother’s death during child birth. She was given her mother’s name (Roisin) as her middle name in memory of her mum.

Her dad was never in the picture. He was a student from the US when he knocked up her mum and disappeared back to America before he could find out about the pregnancy.

Growing up, Robyn held a strong passion for dancing and ended up taking dance lesson and ending up loving ballroom among other dances.

Normally, Robyn has always been a very quiet girl (an introvert) but when she dances, she seems to just command a room and let every emotion move through her body. It a release for her.

In fact, Robyn has competed in ballroom competitions across Europe over the years and has held a couple of titles in the past for her ballroom skills.

Being the quiet shy kid, Robyn was bullied throughout school with a couple of close friends, some who ended up switching sides and leaving her behind making her small circle smaller. 

When deciding what she wanted to do about university, she ended up craving an adventure. She loves her home but she feels like she can’t grow if she stays at home which has led her to America.

Up to this point, Robyn has been pretty sheltered. She’s never had alcohol. She’s never been partying. She’s never had sex. Her life has always been around routine and being the good girl. There may be a chance she wants to be free of her former life and actually embrace this new found freedom. 

There is also a selfish part of her that has been trying to locate her dad and has tracked him to San Diego. She’s hoping to eventually meet him but she is highkey scared to actually meet him.

o  bryce is the second youngest and the fourth child of five. his father was a famous prosecutor for both the states of connecticut and new york. his mom is a neurosurgeon. he’s very close with his siblings, his parents...not so much. 

o  his dad was murdered in front of his little sister in new york city in early july 2019 after his father put a notorious gang leader in jail for life without the possibility of parole. this death really shook the entire family, but it particularly shook bryce the most considering that they had just been attempting to rekindle their relationship with their dad. he never had a good relationship with his dad due to how hard he was on bryce, and this is something that bryce is starting to regret as he looks back on it.

o  He can be a sweet heart, but don’t let this fool you. He can also be a complete ass who will put you in your place when needed. He’s a firm believer of the whole “respect is earned” saying, so if you don’t give him any reason to respect you, he won’t.

o  he was diagnosed with ADHD when he was eight years old, so trying to remain focused and just school in general was always a struggle for him. However, he was able to get his ADHD under control when he did his time in the military, so he now doesn’t rely on the medication.

o before being with AJ, bryce hadn’t been in an actual relationshp since his senior year of high school. during the fall time of his senior year, his girlfriend of a year and a half died in a fatal car accident, in which he was the driver. The memory still haunts him to this day, and it’s something that he won’t talk about…not even to his sister. he never got to mourn her death, due to the fact that so many people blamed him (even though they had gotten t-boned). this is what caused him to join the military. he needed to get away from home and everyone that associated him with her death. basically, he ran away from everything that reminded him of her.

o  he dealt with his girlfriend’s death through drinks and girls (this is the way he deals with almost everything). he slept around a lot and made it a habit of drowning out his sorrows through the use of alcohol. he hasn’t been drinking as much as he did before, in fact he only drinks in social occasions. because he grew up in greenwich, he was only about an hour away from NYC. in order to escape his parents, siblings, and basically his life in general, he would often run away and drive up there, especially the weekends. 

o  bryce decided to join the air force when he was a senior in high school. along with trying to run away from his problems, he had realized that he wasn’t ready to move onto the big life that is college in that very moment, but he refused to just stay home and work a basic minimum wage job. joining the air force gave him opportunities and matured the boy more than anyone could’ve ever imagined. because he was in the air force, bryce has been traveling a lot the last couple of years. throughout this time, he managed to still get into trouble when it came to girls (he can be a bit of a player/jackass).

o  he hates when people try to get him to talk about his life, but he’s always the first to ask about theirs

o  he’s incredibly loving if you break through his wall, and he’s known for being an amazing friend (and an amazing party buddy)

o  he’s still pretty wild

o  he’s in love with art and likes to draw and paint during his free time

o  he’s a huge gym freak so he’s super fit and has worked as a personal trainer in the past. 

WHERE HE’S BEEN SINCE MONARCH

bryce got deployed to afghanistan mid to late june for both service and flight school. little did he know, shit would literally hit the fan in just a matter of a few months. when it was announced that american troops were exiting the country, things got suddenly hectic for bryce; he was working 24 hour shift, rushing to finish any last minute affairs/duties that still had to be fulfilled. unfortunately, a day before his duty end date, he was a casualty to an unfortunate attack against american troops. as a result, he sustained multiple injuries and was in the hospital for three weeks. he was stabilized in afghanistan, and then transferred over to a safer location.

after his breakup with amber-jade, he fell down the biggest hole he’s ever been in. he relapsed and began drinking heavily and sleeping around. he began skipping a lot of his duty shifts, in which people like audrey and other military friends had to cover for him. he’s still trying to emotionally recover from the breakup - because even though the breakup was amicable, amber-jade was the first person he’s given himself to fully after his high school girlfriend. 

MENTAL HEALTH AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE 

bryce suffers from severe ptsd, from both the car accident and the military. he’s been through two explosions now, many shootouts, sexual assault, amongst other brutal things. he has now developed a pretty bad case of insomnia after this last round of deployment. he’ll sleep, but only for a few hours at time. the man has since relapsed on drugs since his and AJ’s breakup. he doesn’t really abuse substances to have a good time, but more so to survive and escape his own mind. he was always taught that therapy was a bad thing as a kid, so he doesn’t part take in it now. 

important to note: bryce got honorably discharged from the military after he sustained life threatening injuries almost two months ago. he is no longer in the military!

Is that KRISTINE FROSETH on campus? Oh no, that’s ELEANOR ‘NORA’ MERCER. From HOUGHTON, MICHIGAN, USA, the 20 year old has come to study PSYCHOLOGY. Daughter of a teen mum and dad - still in high school

Once she was born, her mum’s parents basically dropped her off at the dad’s house and then moved away from Houghton

Her grandparents and dad took her in and adored her. Despite no mum, Nora would describe herself as having an amazing childhood full of love and support

Her dad, however, had a lot of demons he hid from her to try and keep her happy. He was very depressed but had to keep going for Nora’s sake

She loves swimming and even thought about that being her career during school. She was the strongest swimming on her school swim team and won a lot of medals.

Her grandparents died within a couple years of each other from when she was twelve so it really was just her and her dad from that point on.

After she turned 18 and graduated from high school, that summer, her dad unfortunately couldn’t take it anymore. He took his hunting shotgun and shot himself in the head. Nora found him a couple of hours later.

Once she had basically organized the funeral with the help of her dad’s friends, she attended everything she had focused her energy in to and then came home. The silence was deafening. That night she packed two suitcase, got in her dad’s truck and started driving. No destination in mind, just driving.

She has spent just under two years driving around the united states - never staying in one place for more than a month. It was the one thing that could keep her mind off of everything and making her okay with feeling alone in the world.

Eleanor went back to her home when she decided she couldn’t keep running from everything forever. She wanted to understand and that’s when she read about Monarch University - some Alumni from her small town making it big or something in the paper.

She got accepted with her high school grades and has moved out to Monarch University to study psychology. She hopes to understand everything that happened more and eventually help those with depression.

BIOGRAPHY

Yes, her actual name is Aurora Pippin Forrest and no two nutjobs didn’t just randomly name her that. Born during the beginning of July, the younger sister of Logan Forrest, both of her parents decided to give her an unconventionally meaningful name. Her mother had always adored the name Aurora after she had watched Sleeping Beauty as a child and when Aurora came out with little tufts of blonde hair and bright big eyes, it just seemed to click. Pippin came from one of her dad’s favorite books slash movies, Lord of the Rings. They were initially going to go with a more feminine name from the series, but Aurora Arwen or Aurora Galadriel just seemed a little too much for them. They even considered a wolf inspired name that went along with Aurora’s dad’s business, but they eventually settled on Pippin.

It was never a name Aurora really enjoyed, it seemed like some cruel fate that she was named after a princess and a Hobbit and that her parents thought that was a cute decision. Her name was just one of the first few things she would be to resent. As she got into school, she tried to make nicknames stick for herself, but they never did. The most she could get was a close friend calling her Rory, but nothing more.

Aurora had grown used to the hot and cold game that her mom would play throughout her childhood and while it wasn’t healthy for a child, it was the only motherly love she ever knew. It was another part of her life that Aurora resented. No one should have to go without an absentee mother, especially a young girl. Secretly, she was glad when her mom never came back. A weight had seemingly been lifted on her shoulders, but it didn’t get better for her. The only family Aurora really had was Logan, her dad, and her uncle. They did their best for Aurora, who naturally gravitated towards feminine hobbies and likes, but there was only so much they could do. Aurora honestly gave up with getting any motherly advice from any of them when she hit puberty and all anyone could direct her to were YouTube videos and books.

While Logan gravitated towards their father’s business and a love for animals, Aurora chose to resent this again. Something about Alaska itself just made her feel trapped in a place where she didn’t feel like she belonged. She spent most of her middle and high school years going out with friends, boys, or staying after school with the drama department. It was during that time that she found something that was hers. Being up on a stage never felt better. Aurora felt like there was no better feeling than playing the role of someone else.

When the time came for applying to college, Aurora chose only out of state schools, and denial after denial kept coming. Really, Aurora wasn’t a bright girl. She had immense talent running through her veins, but her studies didn’t match up with it. Somehow by grace, she was accepted into Monarch’s theatre program and by the time the leaves fell that fall, Aurora was in California.

Even though there was a lot that Aurora resented in Alaska, she never resented her family. Sure, there were things they’d just never understand from her perspective, but she was always the youngest and the only girl, so she was often babied fairly often. The last resentment in her life came when her brother’s daughter, Margot, was born. No longer was Aurora the youngest... or the only girl. She’d never resent Margot, because she loves her niece more than anything, but Aurora has been lashing out and acting far brattier than usual in her own way of jealousy.

lily left monarch in september for an amazing opportunity to study while working in a lab in new york so she packed her bags, took her daughter, aria, and went to new york

aria settled in to new york like a pro but lily struggled quite a bit. going through a heart break and then the stress of moving to somewhere completely new, lily struggled more than she’d ever say.

she struggled a lot with loneliness since she had no support system for looking after aria for her to spend time with people.

there were talks of the project funding being pulled in november which the course tried to appeal but were unsuccessful leading to all students going back to their respective unversities in december

this has led lily to coming back to monarch. lily on the surface would seem sad about it but at the same time, inside, she was happy to be going back somewhere where she felt supported.

one thing lily loved about being there was the independence away from her baby daddy’s parents house so when she knew she was moving back to california, she has got herself a little two bedroom apartment for her and aria.

she feels bad for aria having made friends in new york and now having to start at a new school but she is happy to be back.

she’s got her old job back at grounded as a barista but instead of working at octavia, she’s working as a waitress at tony’s pizzeria.

- noel is the youngest of the callaghan siblings, younger than hannah by only 2 years

- she was only 3 when their mother died, she doesn’t remember much of anything about their mom considering she was so young

- as she grew up, she was always closer with hannah than her other siblings, though all of them were considerably close due to their father not being around much because of work ; the twins had each other and noel had hannah

- though she doesn’t even really know much about her mom, she absolutely idolizes her, her mother is a huge driving factor as to why noel is the way that she is today—she wants her mom to look down from heaven and be proud of the woman she’s growing into

- it was no secret that their father used his work as a huge way to cope with his grief, he practically buried himself into his job instead of really being present in their family and hannah was a huge contributor to noel’s care

- her older siblings were usually the ones picking her up from school, driving her to soccer practice, helping her with her homework and other things of that nature, which inevitably made sure all of them stayed close

- it did hurt her a bit that her dad seemingly always chose work over his family, but she never held it against him and took every single opportunity she could to be around him, which is why she’s closer to him than the other callaghan siblings

- that being said, hannah always held a bit of resentment for their father and the way that he dealt with the grief and often times when the two would fight noel would be the one who got between them and convinced them to stop

- it was like hell watching all of her siblings go off and move away to college before her, the two years that she had to spend with hannah in a different country than her were some of the hardest times of her life ; but it also brought she and her father closer especially considering that she was the last child in the house

- once noel graduated from her lower level education, she immediately applied to monarch

- she spent her first two years of school traveling abroad while completing her lower level classes in both france an italy, studying architecture there

- now that she’s in her upper division classes she has finally made it to san diego to be reunited with her sister and best friend

𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗬

- noel is notoriously the sweetest and easiest to get along with out of all the callaghan siblings and especially in comparison to hannah

- very lovable, very friendly, giving very much 💌 😽🦋💘 type of energy…take that as you wish

- she has a big brain inside of that pretty head of hers, she’s always been very academically inclined and puts a lot of pressure on herself in terms of her studies

- she absolutely loves architecture, which is her chosen field of study and she hopes to go into being a drafter / landscape architect

- a huge quality she picked up from her father is getting lost in her work, but it’s not because she’s trying to avoid feeling something, it’s mainly because she’s so passionate about what she’s doing that she sometimes forgets to take a breath of fresh air (and hannah has always been the one to remind her to)

- that being said, she LOVES to have a good time in every way, shape and form. she takes careful note of how important it is to get away from her studies and just have some fun sometimes

- she also LOVES soccer, it was a huge part of her life back in england and she currently plays for monarch u’s women’s soccer team

adrian samuel kalawai’a was born in upolu, samoa but moved to atlanta, georgia when he was around 2-3 years old

adrian grew up not exactly rich but not exactly poor as well. his family is somewhere near lower middle class meaning that he didn’t have that many luxuries in his life, but he had the necessities and enough to get by

being an islander, he has a big family to which he is pretty sure half of them aren’t really related but being from an area that doesn’t have a lot of islanders, anyone who is from that descent instantly becomes a ‘cousin’

he is the youngest out of the 3 kalawai’a kids. he would’ve been the 2nd youngest, but there were complications with his mother’s pregnancy and his baby sister didn’t make it (hence the Mali-Koa tattoo on his arm in remembrance to her)

he loves soccer like crazy, use to play during high school and it is what got him accepted to monarch university in the first place.

aside from actually being quite intelligent, adrian is attending the university on a soccer scholarship.

however, despite the scholarship being a great way for him to get in, it technically isn’t enough to help him get by at the university which lead him to start working at The Mars Bar as a bartender

adrian cut a deal with the owner of Mars when he was 18 that he would gladly work as a bartender and get to live in the apartment above the bar as long as he kept his mouth shut about all of the dodgy regulations from the police.

although now he is getting older, that deal has sort of faded away to the back of both adrian and the owner’s minds and now adrian just lives up in the apartment so it’s easier for him to get to work and to his classes

he is studying psychology with an educational studies minor, with a plan of either being a school counsellor or being a special needs teacher

personality wise, adrian is pretty stoic and has a massive resting bitch face which is pretty ironic because he is actually personable and is very charming

however, adrian is not afraid to be cut throat and give his opinion (but that’s only if his opinion is asked for. being a bartender, he has learnt that people just want to vent.)

he is a lowkey fuckboi in the sense that, yeah he picks up a lot of girls and heavily enjoys sex but he will only do it when he has the time. if he doesn’t have the time for you, he isn’t going to show interest, even if it is for a quick fuck. he couldn’t care less.

P E R S O N A L I T Y

Rosa has always been very headstrong. She knows what she wants and when she has her mind set on a goal, there really is no deterring her away from that. These same attributes are also something that can make her incredibly stubborn from time to time. In the past this same attitude of getting what she wants did make her very spoilt for a time because her parents would feed in to her wants since she was the only girl of the family. She really did have her dad wrapped around her finger and still does. However, Rosa has learnt the value of hardworking and is honestly one of the most driven people you’ll meet. The girl no longer wishes to be that spoilt brat and although takes advantage of her dad’s wealth, she still works hard to prove she is more than that. Rosa is also very charismatic and loves to be in social settings. She likes parties as it gives her a sense of freedom. Rosalicia is very critical of herself and looks back on everything she has done to see what she could have done better. In one way, it helps her to grow as a person but in another, holds her back in worrying over everything she’s ever done. She is definitely the type of person to think of a conversation that happened years ago in the middle of the night and not be able to sleep for the rest of the night. Although Rosa is very good at arguing in the moment, afterwards she will instantly regret it and hates being in a feud with people. She’ll more often be the first person to apologise and hates the ‘going to bed angry’ thing. She would rather talk it out rather than stay mad.

P A S T

Rosalicia is the youngest in her family and the only daughter to her parents with four older brothers. Having so many older brothers and being the only daughter, it was fair to say that Rosa was very protected. Her brothers always looked out for her and if anyone even thought about hurting her, they’d instantly be there. Although her brothers are calmer now since working in the business sector with their father, in their younger years they were very tough guys that could be quite aggressive if it called for it. They’d often be seen rough housing around the house until their father decided to take them to different sports to try and get rid of that energy. Two went to do boxing and two did martial arts (in particular judo and karate). Meanwhile, Rosalicia was like a dream compared to deal with her brothers. She was a sweetheart and just loved to talk to people. That wasn’t to say she couldn’t be hot-headed like her brothers but she was much better at dealing with that trait - mainly because she would get what she wanted from her parents if she asked. She wasn’t used to being told no.

She always was a smart kid. She got good grades in school but she always put that more down to having a good memory for tests. Where she truly shone was history. She loved learning about the past which formed a great relationship with her grandparents. Her grandparents lived just outside of Rio so during Carnival season, her and her brothers (sometimes her parents) would make the trip to her grandparents and enjoy the festivities. What Rosalicia will always remember of those trips was speaking with her grandparents about the past and their stories and even the history of Brazil in general. From the Native Americans that had resided there to slavery to rebellion as well as politics and sports. It is the time spent watching the Rio Carnival that got Rosalicia in to dance. She prefers the latin dances but doesn’t mind other forms of dance. Her grandma died when she was 7 and her grandad died when she was 12. Despite this, her parents still made a point of going to Rio every year at Carnival season in memory of them. 

Going in to her high school years, Rosa got very tired of being so protected by her family. She began to rebel a little more. She still worked hard in school but she wanted to go to parties and socialise but her parents would say no. Instead she would sneak out. Her dad didn’t mind so much (as much as he wanted to protect her) but her mum would go crazy. Although it all came from a place of love, it caused friction between them. It was one night at a house party that her mum called the police on the house party and dragged her daughter out of the house before the police came. She’d been kissing a boy at the time and was pretty drunk which didn’t help her mum’s anger. Her mum was driving her back when Rosa really kicked off and ended up shouting until her mum pulled over and Rosa got out and walked because her mum couldn’t physically get her back in the car without hurting her. Rosa shouted that she hated her and kept walking.  Instead, her mum called her brothers to find her and get her home no matter how much the drunk girl fights. Her eldest brother found her and forced her in to the car to go home. When she woke up, her arms had bruises and her body was sore from her mum and her brother pulling her to get her home. However when she woke up, she discovered that her mum hadn’t made it home that night. Instead what had happened was after driving away from Rosa, one of the drunk drivers that had been trying to escape the party when the cops came crashed in to her mum’s car at a high speed. Her mother died on the way to the hospital. This is the exact reason why Rosa hates the ‘going to bed angry’ thing as her last words to her mother were “I hate you”. Rosa very much blames herself for her mum’s death as much as the rest of her family told her it wasn’t her fault. One of her trademark things now is a pearl necklace that belonged to her mum. She wears it as a reminder to appreciate the things you have because one day, they might not be there anymore.

P R E S E N T

This death is really what drove her harder in to her study field. She wants to become an archaeologist and study artifacts from ancient worlds. She wants to travel the world and experience cultures. That is when she decided to come to Monarch to study history with a archaeology minor. Rosa has been at Monarch for about six months so far and although she does like to indulge in a party lifestyle from time to time, she can just as quickly get sucked in to her studies. The girl is also on the dance team. She had thought about getting a job but doing a major and a minor as well as a club does take up a lot of her time. Her dad does still pay for her accommodation and she’ll make the commute back to LA every few weeks to go and visit her family. One thing that Rosa has been more vocal about is social injustice. You are definitely likely to find her at feminist rallies and black lives matter movements whenever they’re nearby. She loves the feeling of solidarity amongst humans and a fight for change. Studying history and hearing all the stories of slavery from her grandparents, you can bet there’s a fire in her belly to see some change.

Saira and Lachlan Fletcher got married in the summer of 1998 after quite some controversary from both families due to the different ethnicities of each other’s partners. Saira’s family had moved from India to Glasgow to build a new life, a better life, but they never anticipated that their daughter would fall for a white man. Lachlan had met Saira while dating a local Scottish girl who his family deemed as perfect for him so when he dumped this “perfect girl” for Saira, his family were angry. They practically disowned him... until he started doing well financially and they wanted to grab some of that money. Lachlan had a fancy little tech business and when he began doing more work with companies over seas, they came crawling back to him. Saira’s family were still not happy with the arrangement but when they found out he was making money and supporting Saira as well as proving he loved her without trying, they forgave him.

Not long after the marriage, Saira found out she was pregnant and with a baby boy. His mother wanted to call him Jai and his father wanted to call him Malachai so they settled on a way to add both names by naming him Kai. His dad was still in a deep upstart with his own business, working away a lot when he was growing up which led him to being raised mostly by his mum. His mum was a lover of movies, music and art. Anything creative, you can bet Saira loved it. Kai was raised to love creative mediums and one that he particularly enjoyed was drama. He loved being on a stage with a spotlight which led to his mum putting him in to acting schools. Saira was the type of mother to be so supportive. She was there for everything and never wanted to miss a moment. However, his childhood was going to be rocked when his mum started to get ill when he was around 5 years old. Despite her young age of just 35, she was diagnosed with early on-set dementia. She began to forget things more often. She became paranoid about things. Wouldn’t leave the house. One of the things Kai always remembered her saying when she had found out her diagnosis was to always remember the importance of family... sometimes it’s all you’ll have. Over the next four years, he watched his mum deteriorate until she didn’t even recognise her son anymore. She’d be scared of her husband and her son which was heartbreaking for such a young kid to go through. One night when he was 10, he just remembered his dad calling his grandparents to pick him up. It turned out he didn’t want his son to see his mum’s dead body in the bedroom while he dealt with everything. She died in her sleep at the age of 40.

During the grieving process, Kai’s dad had the opportunity to set up new branches of his successful business in America and jumped at the opportunity to get away from Scotland. Lachlan moved himself and Kai to San Diego and set up a home there. Kai was still pretty heartbroken about his mum but he did still thrive in America. As an actor, he knew how to hide his emotions and didn’t take too long to get himself in with popular crowds at school. He was never the bullying type but he knew how to get around situations and knew how to defuse situations. After about a year in America, his life would suddenly be rocked again when his dad suddenly unveiled that he was getting married again after two months of dating a woman who worked for him. Now Kai had three new step-siblings suddenly in his space. He did his best to welcome in his new family but he still struggled with the idea of his dad getting married. However one thing that kept going through his head was his mum telling him to always support his family and their choices because it would be all he had left at the end of the day. Kai welcomed his new step mum and family the best he could with hiding his true emotions. There was only one sibling he couldn’t get along with at all. He disliked the way she spoke to his dad at times which often led to Kai getting defensive for his dad. It was the only time he really broke his composure about how he felt about the situation. Everything else he kept hidden.

Kai has been at Monarch for about four months now, taking some time to settle in over the summer and started classes in September. He is a part of Book Club and the Shakespeare Club. He keeps up his pretty chill atmosphere most of the time. Alix was born in Santa Monica, California, with his twin sister, Alicia, following late behind him. She’s always been the type who enjoys making an entrance, from birth even to more current times.

Aside from his sister he had four brothers: Damien, the youngest at 14, Thomas. 21, and Jack, 23, who were both adopted, and Richard, 25, the oldest of the five Wayne siblings. For the most part they all get along and they’ve always shared the same protectiveness over their only sister.

Despite getting along fairly well with his siblings, the only one who has ever truly understood him is his sister. He’d blame it on the bonds twins seem to share with each other from day one but deep down he knows that even if they weren’t twins, Alicia and him would still share a deeper bond than any of their other siblings possess. She is the one he’s always felt comfortable confiding in because she’s the only one who’s not only allowed him to be himself when they’re together, but as also encouraged him to. They are each other’s best friends.

Unlike his sister, though, he hadn’t spent the entirety of his childhood and teenhood growing up with their brothers. Up until he was 15 he had lived with his mother, his and Alicia’s mother, not only by the choice of others but by the choice of his own. It’s a messy story to explain, and one that only seems to make sense to those who lived through it and not to those who are only told about it. Alicia had only lived with them until she was old enough to realize whether she preferred living with their father over their mother. And at the age of 12 she had decided to move out to be with their other parent.

Living with just his mom gave them a child/parent bond that felt unbreakable. Just as his sister always had, their mother encouraged him to be his own person. But there was a downside to that. With the encouragement came complete free reign of his life. There was no strict parental figure in his life and without one to guide him to the right paths in life he found himself crashing down the worst. 

Drugs became a part of his life early on —earlier than anyone would have preferred, if given the option to.

It started with weed, throughout high school he and his “friends” would skip class, or play hooky all together, to smoke. As the effects started to lessen even as he increased how much he smoked, he turned to stronger things.

He got into Monarch through the well known name of his father, daddy’s money in general, and because his father was, and still is despite his better judgment, confident that Alix is a bright young man with plenty of potential. He just needs a push in the right direction, his father had said from time to time. And he wouldn’t get that push if his father didn’t press his hands against his back and give a firm shove.

𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙨𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙨𝙪𝙢𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙮 :

Overall, Alix likes to keep to himself. His brothers call him a recluse and really that description isn’t far from the truth.

That being said, there are times where he brings himself out of his shell. Whether out of curiosity or out of force, or even out of some type of desperation. 

When that happens, his personality shifts.

When prompted Alix can be quite the flirt but that doesn’t mean he’s looking for any sort of commitment to someone. Sometimes he likes to have fun, mess around, pretend he’s someone that isn’t him for a night. Reality can be too much for him.

He has a habit of pickpocketing people just for the thrill so please pay be alert when he’s around you, if you’re aware of the fact.

When he’s high he becomes a different person entirely. Unlike when he pretends, everything about him is still genuine even though it’s like you’re face to face with somebody else. He’s not afraid of deep conversations, revealing things about himself and sharing his thoughts.

He’s a classic case of ‘a bright kid turned washed up adult.’ He did well in school until he burned out.

Shy might be a good way to describe him when he’s sober. 

Alix is nothing like either of his parents, or like his siblings. To them he looks like an outlier and he’s the only one to blame for that. 

He likes being able to use his hands. He likes putting them to good use. Building, designing, drawing... The list goes on. If you give him the opportunity to show off how skilled his hands are, he will gladly reveal.

Daddy Wayne might have money but Alix doesn’t want to spend a dime more than he has to. He’s letting his father pay for his education but everything else comes from his own pocket. And to be honest, Alix likes to work. It gives him the chance to people watch (he has a fun game he likes to play when he’s people watching) all while making money to live like he’s independent. He likes to work for what he has.

You’ll never catch him at a party of his own free will if you want to see him at one you’ll have to drag him there yourself.
