EXPERIENCE IN THE RP COMMUNITY | Accepting!

God there's at least a few, but...

I used to be in a RP server for No Straight Roads, yeah? Iirc that server is now an archive, I've left, yada yada. For the most part it was fun, I joined it from a different NSR server that had it's own drama for another day.

The issues started popping up—or at least became more visible—once I picked up one of the canon characters that was more or less an NPC (yet one of the fan favorites) after someone else left. One of the other members, who played a canon related to mine, asked if I'd be willing to continue the plot threads their character, mine, and yet ANOTHER canon had developed, because they didn't want to throw out all that character development. I said sure, though I needed a run down.

BIG FUCKING MISTAKE ON MY END.

The wangst and "woe is me" was out the wazoo, and after I learned more details on how things shook out from the other mun, and started seeing other red flags from the person who asked me, I was like "Hm. Yikes." I genuinely think they only asked me to continue the plot threads so they could keep the angst train going, considering they're either All Angst or All Ships. There was like. No in between.

I'm fairly certain they were trying to go for a ship with my character with one or two of their ocs, which... that's fine! I enjoy shipping as much as the next person. But they didn't blatantly ask, and they apparently were one of those people who will drop a ship (WITHOUT TELLING YOU) if you don't *checks notes* talk about it for a month bc ur busy. Lmao. I still feel awful for the third mun bc they were the victim of this, and the falling out between the two of them led to the server ultimately closing.

4. what genre do you primarily favour?

;-- i honestly just like writing angsty stuff the most, mainly bc i get to dive deeper into the subconscious of the muse when canon wise doesn't provide. i like being able to read the thoughts of characters and see where their morals stand and what they think about the world and themselves. but i honestly merge that with any other type of genre like i can write some fluff but it'll have an undertone of angst in there and smut def has a bunch of that just bc of my own experiences with dealing with sexual stuff and kinda also to fill in the void when i just can't for the life of me write more than a couple sentences smut wise. so ye, angst it is.

7. what universe have you never even considered writing in, and why?

;-- not too sure what this question is asking, if it's asking what current universe im writing in that i never thought i'd write or which one i wouldn't consider writing in period. but i guess ill answer both. i hadn't considered writing the hb and hh universe bc of the toxicity of the fandom and others' input on it that makes me feel like a bad guy for wanting to snatch the characters and give them lore of my own, away from the shows themselves.

as for what universe i would never consider writing in, i'm not too sure. i'm pretty lenient with writing with whatever as i don't have much mind to anything tbh. it really just comes down to the people involved and how they portray certain aspects and whatnot. the vibe is the biggest indicator.

Benjamin was laughing clapping his hands but his almond color eyes were glowing a yellow just like Jaron's own. He was even showing some baby jackal puppies licking and playing with him.

"See see see see?!?" Abi was so proud of her baby brother.

"....Well would you look at that." Melinda smiled and even Jaron laughed.

"Just like daddy huh?" He walks over but he looks seeing the baby jackals noticing him to quickly bark and tackle Jaron. "Woah!"

As for Dawn, she was holding her hand up showing wind serpents floating around her while azure baby birds were flying around her. She was even showing azure wings while getting lessons on trying to fly a little since she was curious.

"That's it..just take it slow...that's it." Ethan was holding her little hands as she was flapping her azure flamed wings with Willow flying by to help.

"That's our little girl..." Willow smiled but they will help her more when she's a bit older on wanting to.

So far the kids are growing but learning so it was good to say. They were getting there. And who knows, other kids were doing the same too.

What other fears do they have? Caspian is severely afraid of military figures and guards. He also has a fear of kings/authority figures but its more of a hatred than a fear.

Why do they have these fears? Are these fears innate, trauma-based, or generational? Most of the fears highlighted all tie together, except for the first three ( The Dark - Trauma from the Void ; Spiders - Attacked by one during a mission ; Fire - They're a Water Genasi ). The rest of them are all trauma-based, as growing up Caspian knew him and his brother were swapped at birth. Making them act out-- and causing his father ( The King ) and his guards to take drastic measures on trying to make him behave ( Taking him down to the cells and basically torturing him. ). Its why he clings so much onto his brother ( His only source of comfort ) and wears gloves 24/7

Have they ever tried to work through or confront these fears? How did it go? Not really no. Caspian does try to regulate his emotions, but hes actually never tried to work through these problems. The closest they have gotten is promising Castor that one day, they will tell the truth over his scars.

-- in the alice in borderland universe, its a little different. He hasn't fully worked over these fears but has gotten to know some of the people (Ryu, Aguni, some of the other Militants) and is more comfortable with them now)

How did Tilly react to the Alliance arriving in Kul Tiras? Did she find any of them strange like the Void Elves, Draenei, Worgen?

Tilly left Kul Tiras and arrived in Stormwind during year 33, ~631 K.C., by the time alliance emissaries were arriving in Kul Tiras. Reading about their findings and discoveries in the Stormwind News articles and of course hearing rumors in local taverns, she was glad to hear that the Alliance was making a presence in the nation. It gave her hope that things could be "cleaned up". They were the only ones attempting to make things right again.

Kul Tiran nationals have always been present among the Alliance and during conflicts. They were just in the background up until the release of BFA. Theramore was a household word for Tilly growing up, so she was quite aware that there were beings within the alliance that looked and acted much differently than she did.

Thankful to be away from religious tyranny and the threat of petty accusations that often went too far, Tilly embraced every Alliance compatriot that longed for peace. She and these strange Alliance beings were united on that front, and that was enough for her.

(( Admittedly, this question prompted me to do my own personal research on WoW's timeline....which I have always tended to avoid because...ew, timelines. Never been good at those. However, according to most sources I could find, it is currently year 40 (~ 638ish K.C.). This forced me to play around with and change/solidify some of Tilly's headcanon. This made Tilly 13 years old when she ran away from home. This also means that she's been in Stormwind for about 7ish years. I'm actually really pleased with this, as it comports with what "we" are aware of as muns. Drustvar gives me Salem, MA vibes. During the Salem Witch Trials, some of those accused were as young as 4 years old. So, as Drustvar became gripped with hysteria, it makes sense that Tilly, a blooming magus, would become ever fearful that she was going to be the next to be accused. Did that log fall from the log pile on its own, or was there a witch hiding behind the logs? Did that candle go out because of the wind, or did a witch blow it out from afar? Did Tilly's skill in conjuration develop because she was gifted in the arcane arts, or had she already been corrupted by the Heartsbane Coven hiding among them?

Good lord, has it really been THAT long since BFA was released? Feels like yesterday. Anyway, forgive my OOC diatribe on this one. I feel like the old lady who rants at the tree. ))
